Guys I am SO sorry, it hit me tonight that I had been that busy on Sunday that I didnt get time to post a chapter and i feel awful so here's an extra special chapter for you all. I know its one you've all been waiting for so here it is... we welcome baby girl Torres into the world. I hope you all like the name I chose, its hard to pick a random name so I went with a classic.

Two weeks had passed and Callie and Arizona were going from strength to strength, now that their families knew about their relationship they had decided to change their Facebook statuses together and the response was astounding. So many people were happy for them and it made both of their hearts soar.
"Robbins what are you doing here?" Mark asked as Arizona walked into the emergency department half way through her shift. Arizona glanced around her cluelessly then at Mark questioningly.
"I'm working, why what are you doing here?" Arizona replied cheekily.
"No you dumb ass... Torres is on her way in, she's having contractions" Mark scoffed as Arizona's face paled.
"I never got a call, how do you know?" Arizona asked as she fished her mobile from her pocket and found it dead.
"Addison paged me... she's heading straight to the maternity ward. Go, I've got you covered" Mark said to Arizona's retreating back as she ran through the doors and up the stairs in the direction Callie would be heading.
She ran straight to the nurses desk and panted as she tried to calm herself down enough to speak.
"Callie Torres, has she arrived yet?" Arizona finally managed to ask.
"Shes in room 202 with Dr Montgomery" Arizona spun on her heel and ran down the coridor until she located the correct room, knocking on the door she waited to be called in by Addison and entered quickly.
Callie was in the middle of a contraction and had her hand in a vice like grip on Lucia's hand and Barbara stood in the corner looking rather sheepish.
"We were having coffee when her water broke" Barbara informed her daughter. "I tried calling you but it kept going straight to voicemail"
"My damn phone died, I forgot to charge it last night" Arizona admitted as she rounded the bed and grabbed Callie's spare hand which Callie instantly latched onto.
"Hey beautiful, how are you doing" Arizona asked once the contraction had subsided.
"It hurts but I've been through worse" Callie admitted with a tear in her eye.
"Can I get you anything?"
"Ice chips?" Callie murmured through gritted teeth.
"I'll get them, you stay with Callie" Barbara offered, instantly leaving the room to hunt down some ice chips.
"I'm so sorry I'm late, I only just found out" Arizona returned her attention to the younger Latina.
"It's fine you're here now" Callie smiled as her body began to relax.
"I'm not going anywhere" Arizona returned the smile as she placed a loving kiss on the salty clammy forehead.
"Ok we are at eight centimetres dilated, two more centimetres to go then it will be push time" Addison announced as she pulled off her gloves and smiled at the love birds. "How are you feeling mama?"
"I'm doing ok" Callie admitted, although the contractions hurt like a bitch, her body was accustomed to being through unbearable amounts of pain with her showing little reaction to it, today was no different.

Two hours later Arizona entered the waiting room to find Carlos, Aria, Daniel, Tim and Claire all sat waiting patiently.
"The nurse said the welcoming comity had arrived" Arizona smiled tiredly.
"Has she had the baby yet?" Tim asked excitedly.
"Nope, she's almost at ten centimetres though"
"What exactly does that mean?" Aria asked dumbly.
"it means I don't have much time if I don't want to miss the big show. I just wanted to let you guys know that it shouldn't be much longer, Mum and Lucia are in there with her and she's handling the contractions like a champ"
"Thank you for the update Mija but its time you went back to our girl" Carlos patted her softly on the shoulder.
"Send Callie our best wishes" Daniel smiled at his daughter.
"Yeah tell her scamp had better be a cutie, or ill swap her with a cuter kid" Tim joked.
Arizona returned to the delivery room just in time to find Addison between Callie's legs with a smile on her face.
"It's go time" Addison grinned.
"Ok we've got this Mija, not long to go now and you'll have your little girl in your arms" Lucia kissed Callie's crown.
"Arizona, come here and help me" Addison commanded, the blonde glanced to Callie who nodded her acceptance that Arizona was about to be between her naked legs. Arizona moved into position just behind Addison and smiled lovingly at Callie.
"Have you ever delivered a baby before Arizona?" Addison asked seriously.
"Not yet, I haven't been put on maternal rotation yet" Arizona answered nervously.
"Well if Callie agrees, how would you like to deliver this little one?"
"You're kidding me right? No way what if I hurt her"
"You won't, I'll be right here next to you the whole time"
"Callie, what do you think?" Arizona asked her girlfriend nervously.
"I can think of no one better to bring our girl into the wor..." Callie started but was cut off by a contraction, she gritted her teeth and groaned in pain.
"Ok let's do this, on the next contraction I want you to push, Arizona, gown up and get in here" Arizona dashed to the cabinet and grabbed a gown and a pair of sterile gloves, throwing them on she ran back to Addisons side.
Addison coached Arizona through what was about to happen and before long a tiny little head was coming from Callie "Oh my god she's beautiful" Arizona chirped happily with tears forming in her eyes.
"Focus" Addison warned her. "Now Callie the shoulders are next, were going to need a particularly big push for this" Barbara and Lucia tightened their holds on Callie's hands and prepared for the next contraction.
The next few minutes went by in a blur and before Arizona knew what was happening, a crying baby laid in her arms, Callie was leaning up to try and see her but Arizona was glued to the spot as she held baby Torres in her arms and stared at her little face, she felt her heart constrict with love for the little girl.
A few moments later, with the umbilical cord cut and the baby weighed and measured, little baby Torres laid in her mothers arms crying as Callie sobbed and shushed at the baby.
"Oh Callie she's gorgeous" Barbara cooed.
"She really is Mija" Lucia added.
"She looks like me" Callie sobbed happily, she had in equal measures been terrified and excited about this moment for months. Once she had decided to keep the baby a nagging voice in the back of her head had told her that baby Torres was going to come out with a face that was the tiny version of Earl... But as she looked at her baby she could see brown eyes not ice grey. Brown hair not blonde. Dark skin not fair.
"She looks just like you when you were born Mija" Lucia assured.
"Shes gorgeous Cal, I am already so in love with her" Arizona smiled as she watched the mother and daughter bonding.
"Me too... Hi baby, I'm your Mama, I promise I'm going to love you so much, always" Callie cooed as the baby settled in her arms and fell asleep.
"I'm going to go break the news to everyone if that's ok with you?" Lucia asked.
"Are they allowed to come in?" Callie asked Addison.
"Sure, they will need to gown up though" Addison smiled at her favourite patient and new friend.
Five minutes later and Carlos, Aria, Daniel, Tim and Claire entered the room in gowns all with beaming smiles on their faces.
"I heard you delivered my granddaughter?" Carlos asked Arizona as he held back letting the rest of the group coo over Callie and the baby.
"Yes sir, my first delivery" Arizona said proudly.
"You did good kid, thank you for taking good care of my girls" Carlos kissed Arizona on her crown affectionately. "and less of the sir!"
"Sorry Carlos" Arizona giggled.
"Let me see my granddaughter" Carlos grinned as he turned to the bed and took in the sight of his eldest daughter and only grandchild, a tear formed in his eye. "Oh Mija I am so proud of you, she is the spitting image of you, absolutely stunning" Carlos grinned.
"I thought she was going to look like him, but she doesn't, she looks just like me" Callie cried happily.
"Have you thought of a name for her yet?" Tim asked excitedly.
"I have" Callie confirmed, smiling as everyone looked at her expectantly. She sought out the blue eyes that set her soul alight and smiled softly at her. "Everyone I would like you to meet Sofia Robbin Torres"
"Robbin?" Arizona asked, her mind in overdrive.
"With two b's... named after the most amazing woman I have ever met and for who she wouldn't be here today if it wasn't for her" Callie smiled as Arizona wiped a tear from her eye.
"A beautiful name for a beautiful girl" Carlos grinned before taking his phone from his pocket and snapping a few pictures. "Dr Montgomery, would you mind taking a group photo please?"
"Of course, and please its Addison" Addie smiled at her friends father.
"Addison then. Thankyou" Carlos handed the phone over and everyone scrunched into the bed, careful of little Sofia and smiled towards the phone.

"Hey" Arizona whispered as she entered room 202 to be met with the sight of a sleeping Sofia and an equally sleepy Callie.
"Hey you" Callie replied groggily.
"Why don't we put her in the basonette so you can get some rest" Arizona asked.
"I don't want to put her down, I just want to hold on to her forever" Callie admitted.
"I know sweetheart but you need to get some sleep while she is sleeping. I promise I will be right here, I won't let anything happen to her" Arizona smiled as Callie nodded her agreement. She handed Sofia carefully to Arizona who rocked her a few times after she roused from being moved. Once the little girl was sleeping soundly again she very carefully placed her in the crib and gazed lovingly at her.
"You did good Calliope, she is just so dreamy" Arizona said as she glanced behind her towards her girlfriend only to find her fast asleep. She grabbed a chair and quietly placed it next to the basonette and sat down, determined to keep the little girl safe as promised.
