I'm sorry to let everyone know, that I'm going on a hiatus for uncertain time. I know there were people who were genuenly interested in the story, but unfortunatelly I can't keep going. You probably saw how my enthusiasm slowly left me and I only kept on writing because I wanted to finish this, which made the fanfic a bit forced. The story became repetitive. Race - Nick doing something during the day - another race. And as much as I wanted to make all races unique, I can't stop feeling like it's boring to read.
So unfortunatelly this is it. I'm not even sure if I'll look back at this story, but I'd like to leave that door open for myself in case I get better mentally and get my original enthusiasm about this story back. I do have ideas, but right now I can't get myself to write another sentence towards the main goal of finishing.
Also there are a lot of side plotlines I'm not sure how to wrap up. Like Judy's investigation of the radio. I guess you noticed how I avoided that topic for a while now. I have ideas, but I can't untangle them to make sense without leaving massive plotholes. I wasn't sure about the Skye... Erm... Mia/Jack romance line either. For the record. I'm not a romance writer at all, so that whole thing was just new territory for me. I was just experimenting what could work or what couldn't. I thought about leaving this out entirely, because... Come on you saw it yourself. It's like some highschool teenager romance, which wasn't my main goal at all. I don't know. I need some time to figure out everything.
Again, for those who got excited because of this update. I'm sorry. But I felt like I owed this much to let you know what was happening. Sorry for the inconvenience.
