Hope is one thing to never forget…Faith is to always believe in…But if you lived your life in fear…You would forget believing in everything else…Why? Because you wouldn't want to live anymore…Or even want to keep on waiting…Just let me escape and live…I still want to live…Live to the fullest…

A piercing screaming could be heard and had Vixen startled awake and looking around her dark bed with confusion, her books scattering away from her. The screaming continues and the teen quickly pulled the curtain at the end of the bed back to see Hannah and Eleanor Branstone surrounded by Megan Jones and Laura Marley. Frowning, Vixen squinted through her sleep-haze eyes to see that both Hannah and Eleanor both were covered in Slytherin green paint with warts over their faces.
"I see you tried to get into things that do not belong to either of you," Vixen tells them tiredly, yawning as she pulled back the curtain to the side of the bed and got out. "Maybe this will be a lesson to not go into other people's things without their permission."
"You bitch!" Eleanor cried angrily, "Look at my face!"
Vixen gathered her books from the bed then opened her trunk after she uttered the reversed spell, not even looking in their direction, "You always were vain, Branstone." she tells her as she placed her books in then gathered a change of clothes, before closing and uttering the spell to protect her things and turned to the other four girls that were glaring at her, "If you wanted to harm me in some way, going into my things is not one of them."
With that said, the Wiccan witch walked away from the girls and out of the dorm to head to the shared bathroom two doors to the right. She quickly showered in the locker-like bathroom and dressed for the day–seeing as it was already noon–and took hold of her notebook and Book of Shadow once more, ignoring the crying girls and the glare she was getting and left the dorm without another word to find her brother and friends. Despite passing out in the early hours, Vixen had actually come up with a spell to summon the soul from Harry's scar, as well as vanquishing it, three days after almost getting caught by the Halliwell sisters.
Coming upon the Great Hall, Vixen zeroed in on her brother and friends and walked towards them with a grin. Harry looked her way when Ron nodded towards her and raised an eyebrow as she placed her notebook and Book of Shadows to the side and took hold of the other half of his sandwich. The three friends waited for her to talk, watching as she took hold of her cup for a sip, grateful that it was orange juice.
"I finally came up with the spells," she tells them quietly, grinning when bacon on a plate suddenly appeared. "Thanks, Minky!"
"Where do you want to go?" Harry asked quickly, eyes wide with anticipation.
Vixen slapped the hands of both her brother and Ron, sliding the plate of bacon from their reach with a glare. "I'm thinking within the Room of Requirements," she tells them, finishing her sandwich and munching on her bacon just as Notus came flying in with a letter in his beak. "It'll be secure and I can add more protection so that the soul doesn't leave that room."
"What are the odds that it doesn't work?" Hermione questioned seriously, watching as Vixen feeds her owl after taking the letter from him. "Do you have a backup plan?"
"It's a fifty-fifty chance and I don't have a backup plan," she tells them honestly as she took one more piece of bacon before letting her owl have the rest. "But after looking over my cousin's Book of Shadows on spells where a soul or spirit is concerned, I know that it will work."
"Then let's go," Harry said, quickly getting up from the table.
Vixen rolled her eyes and turned to her owl, who was chirping at her, leaning against her hand as she pets him. "I'll see you later, Notus. Hang out with Hedwig for a bit today, okay."
Ruffling his feathers, Notus chirped at her before taking flight, the teen getting up from her seat and shoving the letter she received from Charlie into her Book of Shadows and followed after her brother. They made their way up the stairs and ignoring the looks they were getting from both their peers and those from Durstrang and Beauxbatons. Once they were all settled in the Room of Requirements and Vixen placed a protection spell to hold in the spirit just in case, she stood before Harry, all four teens anxious.
"Ready?" Vixen asked softly.
"Ready," Harry uttered back just as softly.
Taking a deep breath, Vixen looked down at the page in which she wrote down the summoning and vanquishing spell. "Evil spirit hiding in plain sight, Where two warring souls now burn inside, I use this spell with all my might, To expel the soul from Harry's scar, So that only one can now reside."
Harry screamed in pain as a dark stream of smoke came from his scar, dropping to his knees as he took hold of his head. The dark stream of smoke became an apparition with the face of a man with slits for a nose and screaming in pain as well. Both Ron and Hermione moved over to Harry, who had fallen over to his side and breathing heavily as he stared at the soul of Voldemort that was once inside him hoovering high above them. It stared at them all before glaring angrily at Vixen and gave a scream, rushing towards her.
"Now that the host soul has rejected your poison essence," Vixen started, a wall of ice forming before her, the soul of Voldemort screaming in pain as he hit it instead of going through it. "I stop your form from fleeing," she said the next verse just as the soul tried to flee from her and the room, "Ashes to ashes, Take this soul and mark this vanquish, As it seals your fate, Destroying this piece of soul, Without warning the one who parted with it."
Nothing happened after a few seconds, however, and just as Vixen was about to make another ice wall, a blue force-field appeared around Voldemort's soul. Surprised, the four teens didn't know what to do until two small orbs formed next to her and became solid of both Wyatt and Christopher. Eyes wide, Vixen immediately fell to her knees, her book dropping to the floor as she placed a hand on either boy's shoulder.
"Wyatt, Chris, what are you doing here?!"
"Family," Wyatt tells her with a smile before frowning up at the soul that was trying to escape the force-field. "Destroy evil."
Eyes still wide, Vixen shook her head before looking towards her brother, who was still breathing hard, "I'm too weak, Vi, you're gonna need their help."
Biting her lip, Vixen looked back to the angry soul of Voldemort and then back to the smiling faces of her cousins and swore, "Okay, Wyatt, hold on to your brother's hand tightly and on to my hand."
"Yes," Wyatt tells her with a nod.
Taking hold of his hand, Vixen picked up her Book of Shadows once more, "Now that the host soul has rejected your poison essence, I stop your form from fleeing, Ashes to ashes, Take this soul and mark this vanquish, As it seals your fate, Destroying this piece of soul, Without warning the one who parted with it."
The force-field disappeared as Voldemort's soul screamed in pain as a stream of pure white light had pierced the dark soul before it burst from existence with the piercing scream of pain as all evil does before they are killed. Bringing the wall of ice down, Vixen looks to her brother, who nods at her before laughing and falling back so that he was lying flat on the floor. The other three begin to laugh as well, the Wiccan witch grateful that her spells had worked and that the soul wasn't able to go through the ice of wall like she thought it was about to.
She looked to her young cousins, "Wyatt, Chris, how did you know I needed your help?" she asked seriously, "You shouldn't even remember who I am."
Wyatt smiles, placing a hand to her cheek, "Help family." he tells her with a grin, "Always."
Vixen smiles, "Thank you." Wyatt smiles widely as Christopher laughs before the older Halliwell orbs himself and his brother back home.
Shaking her head, Vixen walks over to her friends and sits down next to her brother, who continued to lay there as his laughter slowly started to subside. Her mind went to her cousins and how they were able to break through a spell that should have wiped their memory of her. She would have to ask her Aunt Penny to see if she did something wrong in doing the spell or if it had to do with the fact that Wyatt is Twice-Blessed.
Vixen then looked over to Harry, who was staring up at the ceiling and asked, "How do you feel?"
"Lighter," Harry told her honestly. "I don't feel as much anger as I used to."
Vixen nods, "It was Voldemort. His soul is nothing but pure evil, full of anger. It would have surprised me if you still felt that way, then this conversation would be completely different."
Harry laughs quietly as he sat up, Hermione sitting on his left and while Ron sat between the two girls, "As we got lucky in the summoning and vanquishing spell–thanks to your cousins, by the way–how about locating the other items?"
Vixen nods, opening her Book of Shadows to the next page and took out a map of the United Kingdom, then the Marauder's Map that she had taken from Harry a while back without his knowing. She gave him an innocent smile as he frowns then glares at her before shaking his head as Vixen laughs, opening all the pages so that they would know exactly where the crystal will land without having to do it section by section.
"Why do you have the Marauder's Map?" Ron questioned confused.
"Well, I figured if Riddle really hid the items that were personal to him, then why not Hogwarts?" Vixen tells them, letting them know that she's thought about this a lot the last couple of weeks, "He did go to this school for seven years and if it's anything to go by, it is a second home."
"Are you going to need some help?" Harry asked seriously, "Especially after Wyatt and Christopher orbed here to help vanquish the soul."
Vixen shakes her head, "No, finding them I can do. However, I was just thinking that since both boys had come to help me, it means that the vanquishing spell is needed with either the Power of Three or it just requires more magic than one person."
"Well, I'm feeling better now and I'm pretty sure once we find all these Horcrux items I should be good to help out." Harry tells her honestly, "We don't want to rely on Wyatt or Christopher again and then have the sister's find out!"
Nodding, Vixen looks down at the map and pulls out a crystal amethyst pendulum, wrapping the chain around her wrist and hand so that the crystal hung loosely, "Take my notebook and pen, we're about to have five different locations we need to take a look at." she tells Hermione, who takes the said items from Harry.
"Do you think it will be that easy to find them?" she asked with concern.
"Only one way to find out," Vixen tells her and closed her eyes. "Show me the path that I cannot find, In which evil hides, Personal items touched by Tom Marvolo Riddle, And hidden from our eyes."
Opening her eyes, Vixen extended her arm and the pendulum over the maps and slowly moved over the map. Nothing happened at first as the Wiccan witch moved the crystal but then it fell right on the United Kingdom map, the four teens moving inwards to see where the crystal had landed.
"Little Hangleton, Yorkshire," Vixen says as they all move back, Hermione writing the name down. "Odd," she mutters as the witch goes to move the crystal again and it falls a second time in the same city, "Place a two-X next to Little Hangleton, Hermione. Just to be on the safe side."
"What are you thinking?" Harry asked curiously.
Vixen shakes her head, "There could be multiple places in this area that Voldemort could have placed a Horcrux, we don't know for sure." she then moves the crystal and frowns, her voice trailing, "Borough of Islington, London…"
"There's a Horcrux at home?!" Harry yelled with surprise.
"We'll have to go in when Sirius' isn't home," Vixen tells her brother seriously then begins to move the crystal once again. "Charming Cross Road–it's possible it's hidden somewhere in Diagon Alley but that'll be hard to locate where! How many places is that, Hermione?"
"Four, if we count the two in Little Hangleton," she tells her.
Nodding, Vixen moves the crystal one last time, only this time it lands on Marauder's map in the very room that they were sitting in. "Room of Requirements," Vixen whispered, eyes wide.
"Wait!" Ron cried out, "Does that mean Harry is still a Horcrux?
"That's not possible, we all saw the soul of Voldemort get destroyed!" Hermione tells him with a shake of her head.
Harry looked towards Vixen, to see her deep in thought, 'What are you thinking?'
'That I was right in the fact that Riddle would hide items that would be significant to his life here at Hogwarts,' Vixen trailed off, frowning as she turned to look at her brother.
Harry raises an eyebrow, 'But?'
Vixen sighs, 'But figuring out what items hold Riddle's soul is going to be hard.' she frowns, 'I think that I might need to make a spell to show us the item.'
"What are you guys doing?" Ron questioned suddenly, the two teens turning to look at their friends.
"Don't think that we never noticed how you two always seem to be having a silent conversation," Hermione tells them suspiciously.
Ron's eyes widen all of sudden, "Wait! Are you guys talking in your heads!?"
'Should we tell them?' Harry questioned in amusement.
Vixen sighs, taking hold of her notebook and pen from Hermione, "Might as well."
Harry rolled his eyes as his sister begins to look through her Book of Shadows, "We cast a spell to be able to speak to each other through our minds, and even hear each other's thoughts."
Both friend's eyes widen at Harry's words, looking between the grinning Harry and a concentrated Vixen before Hermione said, "Does that mean you can read our thoughts too?"
"No, Vi fixed the spell to where only us can hear and speak through our minds, not anyone else's," Harry clarifies.
"It's the only way to ensure whoever is behind in bringing Voldemort back won't know that we're on to them," Vixen tells them tiredly, rubbing her face. "As well as letting each other know what's going on or if we're in danger without alerting anyone."
"Since we're all helping you both, shouldn't we be able to talk through our minds, too?" Ron asked a bit too excitedly.
Harry shakes his head in amusement as Vixen raises an eyebrow, "No. You two may be helping us but we're the ones in the thick of the battle." she sighs, looking to her brother, "Especially Harry."
Ron went to argue but Harry spoke up first, "No, Vi's right. We're the ones who are going to be in the thick of the battle. If that changes, then we'll talk."
"Let's get the hell out of here," Vixen tells them, standing up with a stretch. "Class is about to start."

–Library–
Vixen was helping Neville with the homework from Charms after dinner when a timid voice tried to greet her. Looking up, the Wiccan witch smiled to see Lyra shyly standing by the bookshelves uncertain and holding her book bag close to her body. Still smiling, Vixen introduced the group to Lyra, beckoning her over to the empty seat. The second-year Slytherin stumbled her way over to the seat, blushing bright red when she hit the back of the chair, mumbling apologies. The others merely smiled at her, Luna Lovegood–a third year Ravenclaw oddball–leaned over to her and asked what she needed help on.
Seeing that the shy Slytherin relaxed just a bit more with Luna, Vixen knew she was in good hands and looked back over to Neville. He smiled softly, as he and the few others were the same when they came to ask for help from Vixen until they were all relaxed with each other. He wasn't sure if he calls them friends–except Luna as she was the only one in their group that would greet you or have a conversation in public–but they were nicer with each other outside of their group.
Even with Vixen, whose own House didn't like the fact that she was with Harry instead of their very own Cedric Diggory.
"Do you think we would be going home for the holiday this year?" Neville suddenly asked.
Vixen looked up at the shy and awkward Gryffindor and frowned as she thought about what he said, "I don't know. It's possible that we might not be going home with the Triwizard tournament going on, so there could be something that the schools would be planning on doing."
Neville hums, "I guess it would be better if we don't go home."
Vixen smiles at the other teen, "Your grandmother only means well, Neville. You're the last link to her son and not only does she want the best for you but she wants you to achieve as much as your possible potential like your parents."
The Gryffindor sighs, looking a bit downcast as he always felt as though he was worthless due to his awkwardness and being in the shadow of his parents. The Wiccan witch smiles softly, knowing that the other teen was pushing himself hard to be as good as his parents were but she had seen an improvement since the first day she has met the boy and she cast a spell of confidence. It was a spell that helped build him up little by little that didn't interrupt who he actually is.
"Thanks, Vixen," Neville tells her sincerely with a crooked smile. "Sometimes I think you had lightened up a path for me."
Vixen smiled and was about to say something when his words seemed to have registered, losing her smile, "Wait, say that again."
Neville blinked at her, "Uh…Thanks?"
"No, what you said after that," she tells him, shaking her head.
"You lightened up a path for me?" Neville said unsure, frowning at the other teen.
"Lightened up a path…" Vixen muttered with a frown, "Lightened–oh my God, that's it!"
The group of six blinked at Vixen as she scrambled to get something from her bag, the librarian, Madam Pince, coming around the bookshelf and shushing her before disappearing–as she didn't see anything out of the ordinary–the permanent frown on her face. Taking out the notebook that held the locations of the Horcruxes and started writing in the next page, muttering to herself when she had to cross a certain word or start all over again. After a few minutes, Vixen sat back in her chair and blinked at the words she had just written then scrambled to a stand, shoving her things into her bag.
'Get your ass to the Room of Requirements, Harry!' Vixen tells him, 'I wrote a spell that I hope can help us in locating the Horcrux.'
'I'm on my way. I got Ron and Mione with me,' Harry tells her, getting excited.
"Sorry guy's, I have to go!" Vixen tells them, looking up at them with a grin before looking towards a confused Lyra and a smiling Luna, "I'm sorry Lyra, I promise I'm not usually like this but everyone here will help you if you need it. Don't be afraid to ask, Luna,"
"I'll take care of her, don't worry," Luna tells her airily, smiling.
"Thanks, Luna," with a nod and a grin, Vixen quickly rushed away, leaving the confused group behind.
Lyra, the ever worrier, chewed on her lower lip but Luna placed a hand on her shoulder, "Her leaving isn't your fault, Lyra. She just had something very important to find out with her brother and friends."
"Is Vixen and Harry really brother and sister?" Lyra asked with wide eyes.
"Not by blood, no," Sue Li, a fifth year Ravenclaw tells her with a smile. "They, apparently, grew up together and became very close. And they're very protective of each other."
"Come on," Luna tells them with a smile. "We only have another hour before we have to go back to our dorms."
