Chapter 14: An Attack In Millennium Avenue, Part 1

~1:25PM~

Jolanta and her friends arrived in Kielce.

"What street is this?" Jolanta wonders. "It looks nice with all of these stores."

"You never heard of an avenue?" Kwiat asked.

"Yeah Jolanta…" Rostek said. "This is Millennium Avenue. A popular avenue here in this city. It is known for its crazy stores that have great prices."

"Interesting…" Jolanta replied. "And yes, I know what an avenue is. I just want to know where we are whenever it is a street or an avenue."

"Heh heh… Ok, whatever… Now, if Zegar and Marcelina were here, then where would we go first?" Rostek asked.

"Pretty much either a diner for how Zegar would be or to a supermarket for how Marcelina would buy supplies." Kwiat replied.

"A diner… We all ate lunch, so I think we're good." Rostek said. "Let's go to the supermarket to see what's new."

While they headed inside the supermarket, a man appeared out of a corner.

"That silver haired girl… That's definitely Jolanta, huh?" He said.

A little girl appeared next to him, holding a teddy bear.

"Um… Arachno, yes?" She asked Arachno. "Where is that girl at?"

"In the supermarket, Strizya." Arachno replied. "And why do you have your um… teddy bear with you?"

Strizya then stomps her left foot.

"This is a Stand, thank you very much!" Strizya said. "And it's disguised as a teddy bear. Even if this teddy bear starts to rot out, it can transfer to another teddy bear to take its place!"

"Ok! Ok! Sorry…" Arachno said as he sighed. "Kids these days…"

Strizya took a deep breath.

"I'm sorry Arachno… Got carried away…" Strizya said. "Do you forgive me?"

"It's fine. Now, let's just wait until those three leave so that we can give them a fright…" Arachno said.

"Wait, can you go first for the main attack? I think I know what to do!"

"Um… Ok, sure! Go do that! Just be sure to know what you are doing."

Jolanta and her friends were in the supermarket for about 3 minutes.

"Nothing much here…" Rostek said. "Let's leave."

Jolanta then felt someone touching her back. She turned around to see that nothing was there.

"Wh-What?" Jolanta wonders.

"Hmm?" Kwiat said. "Jolanta?"

"I couldn't swear something was touching me… It gave me chills because nothing was there after I turned my back…"

"Looks like someone must have pranked you or something…" Rostek said.

"Or maybe it could have been a Stand…"

Kwiat and Rostek looked at each other with surprised looks.

"Don't tell me they know where we are at…" Kwiat said.

"Maybe we should run…" Rostek said.

Jolanta, Kwiat and Rostek then ran out of the supermarket. Then, something grabbed Rostek's leg.

"Gah!" Rostek shouted as he then saw something below him, which was a skeleton coming out from the ground. "WHAT THE HELL IS THAT THING?!"

Jolanta and Kwiat turned around to see the Stand holding onto Rostek's leg.

"That must be an enemy Stand!" Kwiat shouted.

Cherry Bomb then appeared.

"Get that thing out of Rostek, Cherry Bomb!" Jolanta shouted.

Cherry Bomb then tried to attack the Stand, but disappeared.

"It's gone?" Jolanta said.

Rostek was then scared.

"J-Jolanta!" Rostek shouted. "Look behind you from the ground!"

Jolanta looks down to see the same Stand that grabbed Rostek's leg, grabbing her leg.

"What is that Stand?!" Jolanta shouted.

Then, Jolanta felt like she was being dragged to the ground.

"Woooah! It's sinking me in!" Jolanta shouted. "Is that what it does?!"

"Where's the User at?!" Kwiat shouted.

Arachno then walks over to the three.

"Looks like you're dealing with the User right here…" Arachno said.

Jolanta and her friends then looked at Arachno.
