A Wild Update Appears! I am hoping to wrap up the doctor's visit within the next couple of chapters so we can move on to the next plot point. (Turtle, I think you'll be very happy with the appearance a special someone will make then) Alas, for now we continue along with the medical exam! (Juggling this many cookies is gonna get hectic soon.)
Special note: I always take my inspiration from what I'm doing while or before writing. Nurse Ayako Joey is a reference to Nurse Joy from Pokémon, and her voice actress Ayako Shiraishi. Dr. Tuley Mintd was named after a horse running in the Kentucky Oaks (which I was watching as I wrote it). It was meant to be place holder but I loved it too much and it fit his refreshing character. The horse's name was Mintd and her owner was Mr. Tuley.
I highly recommend looking up any new additions when I write them. While I do my best with the descriptions, I want you to have the best visual you can. Plus, they are adorable, so it's totally worth it! Responses are at the end. Thank you!

Dr. Mintd had Izuku wait for ten minutes and eat a protein bar before they proceeded with testing. He was hesitant to let it continue but Izuku was eager and his mother gave her consent (after a considerable amount of pleading).
"Ok Izuku. I just need to get a baseline glucose level and then we can start decorating again. I need to see how much sugar you need to create cookies. I have a theory that you need some to maintain them as well." The doctor said as he grabbed a strip and his glucometer and began to take Izuku's blood sugar once more.
The cookies looked at one another and GingerBright took a few tentative steps forward. "Are we the ones who caused him to get sick?" She asked worriedly.
"I wouldn't say that. According to Midoriya-san he hadn't eaten anything since his light lunch, and since then he had played on the playground, created two of you, came here and had a single mini marshmallow, and then he made Strawberry Cookie. I'd say he would have had lower than normal blood sugar anyway by now, even if he didn't create any of you, if he didn't eat something." He smiled reassuringly at them. "So no, you didn't make him sick. And even if you did, I doubt he would regret making you. Isn't that right Midoriya-kun?" He asked while looking at the sweet boy.
"Of course not!" He cried out. "You're my friends!" The greenette looked distraught at his new sugary family. Even though they were new fixtures within his life, he couldn't imagine going forward without them. They felt like a part of him; an extension of his soul that had always been there.
"Well I think that solves that!" Dr. Mintd said with a clap of his hands. He rubbed them together and flopped down onto the stool that he had occupied earlier before the collapse. "Now, I'm sure you'd like to go back to making new friends, yes?" He asked with a generous smile to the excitable child.
Izuku sent a beaming mega watt smile the doctor's way. Now that everyone had gotten settled down and Izuku had high blood sugar (since he was about to use some, it was fine that it was high) it was time to continue on.
Taking the next cookie, he noticed that it was a bit more slender than GingerBrave (from wiggling the cutter too much), more streamlined like someone who would rely on their moveability (aerodynamics, he would later learn). He smiled and reached for the deep navy blue. He started by outlining a section on the top of he head in the shape of a fully unfolded paper fan and filled it in. He then drew a straight line across the face right above where the mouth would be and continued around the cookie, leaving the hands and feet bare before filling that whole section in.
Sitting back a bit and looking at his progress, he decided to go back with the same color and add a Pac-Man like shape connected to the back left of the cookie's head. Once finished, he placed the navy bag down and reached for the white. Tongue stuck out in concentration, the boy drew a four sided star with a circle in the middle that showed the navy blue of the outfit beneath (a shuriken). He next used the white to outline two half circles on the face to serve as eyes, then embellished them with a couple of lashes. Exchanging the white for the bright green, Izuku filled them in and reached over to begin sifting through the differing candies to find the perfect weapon for his ninja-bread man.
He found a bag of fun flavored candy canes that were dipped in chocolate with fruit leather ties at the base of the chocolate line. With a look to the doctor for permission, he dumped them all out onto the counter. He saw pink and with striped ones, yellow with green, and blue with purple but none of the colorful ones had that special 'oomph'.
His mom began sorting them by color to make it easier to look through them, as well as to have something to do. "This one looks good." She commented while holding up a dully colored one. "It's a caramel cane with a silver candy swirl, and dark chocolate dipping. It sounds so good!" Inko said holding up excitedly after unwrapping it. It had a red candy leather tie and stood out from the rest of the brightly colored candies. He grabbed the candy cane from his mom and placed it in the hand of the ninja looking cookie and bounced excitedly in wait.
His patience was rewarded shortly. The cookie sprang up and onto his feet as he landed in a defensive position. His eyes darted from person to person, debating on how big of a threat each person was before decidedly focusing on Izuku. "Are you the one who summoned me here, little grasshopper?" He asked the greenette while balancing on one leg. Said child nodded excitedly and, in his excitement, missed a strangled wheeze.
Dr. Mintd snorted and covered his mouth with his hand to stop his laughs, though his shaking shoulders betrayed his amusement. The irony of the cookie's greeting was lost on the boy, but the physician had picked up on it and was quite tickled. Inko giggled as well, nearly high on the good energy being put off by the sugar-hyped crystalline man.
"Yes! I'm Izuku!" He chirped in greeting.
The new cookie nodded sagely before resuming eye contact with Izuku. "I am Ninja Cookie. Please call me Ninja, as it is a waste of time to state the obvious." The now known Ninja Cookie greeted.

Once everyone in the room had introduced themselves, Dr. Mindt checked Izuku's glucose levels to document it and approve him to move on to the next. The graying man grabbed a strawberry gummy from the three Strawberry had beside her and handed them to Izuku. "You should eat one of these after each cookie, just to be safe." He cautioned.
Izuku obliged without complaint before looking at the remaining two cookies from the batch. He chose to grab the one with a skirt like GingerBright, but no ponytail (it had broken off in the car ride). He sat back with a hand on his chin to think.
"Why don't we try to recreate something with this one?" The doctor suggested.
"What do you mean, doc?" GingerBrave asked. Inko looked mildly annoyed that he had beat her to her question, but chose to err on the side of curiosity instead.
"Well, so far we know he can create new things and even replicate taste and smell by just creating a visage. It might behoove us to see if he can recreate something, or someone, on a smaller scale." The man explained.
"COULD I CREATE ALL MIGHT?!" He bounced up excitedly with stars in his eyes.
Though startled by her son, she still found herself chastising him. "Izuku sit back down."
"Yes mom." He complied.
"I don't know… I doubt he would appreciate wearing a skirt though." He said amused. "And I have an idea for what I would like you to try for the last one. So why don't you try making him at home and let me know?" He suggested, followed by blowing a bubble gum bubble. Izuku pouted in response until the bubble popped and covered the physician from nose to chin; startling him and the cookies but making Izuku laugh.
"But what should I make?" Izuku asked.
"Mmph hmbgmd bmbmmnnmm." The doctor tried to speak, but the vicious gum had his vocal facilities held hostage.
Inko snorted at the failed attempt at communication and looked to her son. "Why don't you try to recreate a fairytale character?" She suggested.
Izuku's nose scrunched up. "Those are so boring! Heroes are way cooler!" He dismissed.
"I seem to recall that you used to be quite scared of the wolf in Little Red Riding Hood." She quipped.
"Kacchan said that wolves had three rows of teeth and could keep moving in their sleep!" He said with wide scared eyes.
"I think that's sharks…" She said slightly concerned. "And if they did, don't you think that Little Red would have to be very brave and heroic to save her grandmother from him?" She hinted. She knew she would have her way when he began to smile and look over the colors. It was always one of her favorite bedtime stories to read to him.
Izuku grabbed the red, as it seemed an obvious place to start, and began to go around her head in a very thick line to act as a hood. He then filled in the entirety of the dress with it and left the arms completely bare. He drew a big smile in the shape of a sideways D before setting the bag down. Next, he took the white and filled in her legs for stockings and gave her an apron with a scalloped edge along the bottom. He put two circles on her face with a single line off of each to act as eyes before grabbing the hot pink bag and filling them in. Reaching for the chocolate, Izuku drew her some shoes that looked like Mary Janes before setting it back down.
"She looks funny." He said while looking on the verge of tears, clearly not happy with how she was turning out.
"I think that she needs some hair." Inko suggested. "And maybe some decoration on her apron. Mine aren't just plain at home, are they?"
He looked at the cookie in progress. "I think you're right!" He said happily. "But what color…" he trailed off.
He got his answer when the sugary girls shoved over the light pink and GingerBright gave him a wide grin. "We like this one!" She said with her berry cute companion giving a series of closed eyed nods.
But the decision wasn't so unanimous this time around, for at the same time, Ninja shoved over the white. "I find this one's simplicity to be quite zen." He inputted.
GingerBright narrowed her eyes and crossed her arms. "Pink is clearly superior, look how cute it is!" She said with absolution while pointing to the matching bag as if it was the answer to world hunger.
Ninja gently nudged the white towards Izuku's hand before turning to GingerBright and shaking his head. "It is far too loud for this fair maiden. She has a simple color palette, and we should seek to maintain the balance that the little grasshopper has created."
GingerBrave, having sensed the conniption his sister was about to have went to step between the two cookies.
BANG
Everyone in the room jumped, startled from the discussion on color superiority by a horrendously loud crack of thunder that shook the room. The lights flickered for a moment, but soon stabilized. The unexpected storm's brew had provided only a short intermission, but the distraction had rinsed away the tense atmosphere within the room. It was as if the sheets of rain pouring from the sky outside had come in purposefully to whisk away the battered conversation between the two cookies.
With the hypnotic sound of the downpour in the background, Izuku grabbed the light pink and began to make swirling loops at the bottom of the apron; aligning the crests with each of the scallops. He then drew a thin shape that looked like a lopsided, smooshed fortune cookie on her forehead, just slightly over the hood, to act as a tuft of hair. It was strange, but he did not fill it in. He then drew two low sitting ponytails (one on each side of her head) before setting down the pink and taking the plain colored bag of frosting from a slightly depressed Ninja. He filled in the three outlined hair sections with the it and set the bag back in front of the martial arts cookie, who looked at the boy with happiness and slight confusion.
Instead of explaining his actions to the perplexed treats, he rather began to look through the sprinkles that they had brought from home; seemingly already knowing what he wanted. He pulled out one of the skulls from the pirate sprinkles, like he had used on GingerBrave, and grabbed two red triangles from the assorted confetti shapes. Once he had positioned the skull in the middle under her chin, he began the delicate task of aligning the two triangles pointing inwards on either side of the pirate sprinkle to form a semi-devious looking bow tie.
"There!" He proclaimed. "All done!" He grinned and looked to his mom, as if seeking her approval.
She smiled. "She looks great sweetie! The bow tie is an… interesting choice. It seems a little menacing for a sweet little-"
"HA HA HA!" A high pitched cackle resonated through the room. All eyes turned to the newest addition to the cookie army that the cinnamon roll was amassing.
She looked right at Izuku with a smirk. "Hello! Like cherries? Oh you better do..! I'm Cherry Cookie! Bang! Bang! Boom! Pow! HA HA HA HA!!!" She introduced with a deranged edge to her voice and a feral grin. Each expletive was accompanied by the appearance of a cherry with a skull on the front and the stem fizzing down like a sparkler.
"She's insane!" GingerBrave cried out as he dove for cover behind Ninja, who was standing defensively between her and the others.
"CHERRY BOMBING TIME!!!"
BANG
BANG
BOOM
BOOM
POW
More high pitch maniac cackling was heard throughout the mini fire show. "BANG!!! Wasn't it pretty?!" She grinned ferociously.
Silence answered her enthusiastic question. Cherry Cookie then slowly turned her head towards her fellow snacks and stared… before huffing in annoyance. "You're no fun." She pouted with crossed arms and a hunched back.
The humans sat in shock (and slight fear) at the display of impressively small explosions.
Dr. Mintd wordlessly shoved three strawberry gummies towards Izuku. He would need them to keep up with the pure bomb of chaotic energy that he had unleashed upon the world.

Ben Turner1: Thank you! I thought so too. And don't worry, she has a limit. I'll explain it in the next chapter, but I hinted to it in this one!
Turtle36: Fire is coming sooner than you think! Though he has enough heat on his hands right now with his new demolition expert! I figured he need a way to recover and it made since with her ability in the game (which I am trying to stick to as much as possible). A Nurse, a Secretary, a Maid, he'll have everything he needs XD! He is a reckless boy, and I'm trying to adhere to his canon personality. I can totally see his cookie charging in to battle on the bunny's back, hailing their attacks from atop the speeding rabbit. He really has incredible potential for team ups!
Erlifania: Kingdom cookies are coming, don't worry! I love Almond so much. Latte too! The cookies will have their own small arcs between the MHA ones. Nothing too crazy, but they are here too and deserve some spotlight! I was actually considering starting a discord for this story if it got enough traction. That way I could get some input for OC cookies later on. I have some ideas for specific powers I need the cookies to have (like I want a healer cookie with an ability similar to RG but using his glucose instead). I'm not as familiar with all of the abilities in Kingdom as well, so I could get experts' opinions (like yours!). lmk what you think :D
Great Spirit Master: So glad you liked it! I'm really happy with how it turned out. I tried to mix medical with fiction just enough to get away with it and it worked! Oh I'm sure the staff and students will have requests! But the question is, will they always turn out as intended? (Example of Cherry having supposed to be an innocent little red riding hood! XD)
Thank you all for reviewing! Love you all!
