New Chapter! (I literally re-wrote this one like 5 times) I ended up taking out some and am using it for the next chapter, so the doctor's appointment won't end in this chapter, but in the next one.
A few things in the original timeline are going to be moved around in this story but nothing too major. Well, a few things a might bit more major but that's what happens when you throw canon off a cliff from the get-go.
Here's my Cookie Run IDs if anyone wants another friend!
OvenBreak: LTHZZ6832
Kingdom: Angelholde (with a pic of Latte)
I highly recommend looking up any new additions when I write them. While I do my best with the descriptions, I want you to have the best visual you can. If they are in a costume, I'll add a sentence in italics including the name of it. I doubt it will take you long to find. Plus, they are adorable, so it's totally worth it! Responses are at the end. Thank you!

BANG
The thunder rolled across the sky as the rain sprinkled the earth below. The rhythmic pattering of the droplets was all that was heard in the small testing room as everyone's eyes flashed anxiously between the martial arts cookie and the new arrival.
Ninja's arm was outstretched in a throwing position as he glared daggers at her. "What on Earthbread do you think you're doing?!" He demanded. "You are a menace! A true danger to everyone! What if you had hit our originator with those fulminations?! You are an unacceptable, savage terror!"
~Yawn~
"I'm sorry, did you say something? Cuz all I heard was the sound of that cane trying to make it's way further up your ass." She said with another feral grin aimed his way. She was obviously goading him, but he fell for it anyway.
"How vulgar! I'll show you how easily my sword pierces through anything it touches!" He growled out; unsheathing a blade from within the candy cane's end. He aimed it at the red bomber; clearly at the end of his fuse with her vexing personality.
"Oh please, show me your skills with your great ca-sword, oh wise powerful Sensei! Be careful, don't hurt your back Ji-chan!~" she taunted before bursting out in a laughing fit.
"Why you little..!" He cried out in indignation. "IT IS NOT A CANE! I am not old! I am a young ninja! Do you hear me? YOUNG! NINJA!" He fumed as he stomped his foot with his sword gleaming dangerously in her direction.
"Okay, okay you two, let's talk this out nice and calm." Dr. Mintd said, bringing the arguing pair's, as well as the spectators', attention to himself. His hands were raised in a placating manner and his crystals were creating a series of small radiant halos around his head. "Ninja, I'm sure Cherry Cookie here just wanted to make a flashy entrance. After all, you only have one chance at a first impression." He reasoned, resulting in the masked cookie's hesitant nod in understanding. "Cherry Cookie, I believe that Ninja is being defensive because he is a natural protector. He took Izuku's health as a priority and perceived you and your rather violent entrance as a threat." He explained.
"I am a threat!" She proclaimed proudly.
The doctor sighed and rubbed the bridge of his nose.
"See! She admits it herself!" Ninja cried in frustration.
"You'll be great for rescue hero work!" Izuku said in excitement. The cookies all looked to the boy when he said this.
"Rescue hero?" Strawberry asked in excitement.
"Work?" GingerBright gasped in horror.
"Her?!" Ninja blurted in disbelief.
"Do I get to blow shit up?" Cherry asked in delight.
Izuku laughed at the myriad of expressions on his sweet new friends' faces. "Yah! The Space Hero: Thirteen uses her destructive quirk, Black Hole, to vaporize chunks of stuff to save people all the time!" He fanboyed excitedly. "And All Might! He's the number one hero in Japan; no, the WORLD! He's the BEST!" He bobbed up and down excitedly. "He saved more than a hundred people in his debut video and he always saves everyone with a smile!" He did his best impression of All Might's laugh with his hands on his hips and a wide smile.
Dr. Mintd laughed while Inko just smiled at everyone as they listened to Izuku educate the cookies on heroes. Since the chaos was over, the physician began to update the chart and made a note that the cookies weren't effected by his crystals (among other things).
———\(ΟοΟ)/———
Once everyone was caught up and calmed down, Izuku munched on two more strawberry gummies (jellies, the cookies insisted) and positioned the last cookie in front of himself.
"Okay, Izuku. For this last one, I want you to do something very special." Dr. Mintd smiled fondly at the boy.
"What is it!?" Izuku asked excitedly.
"I want you to try to recreate yourself as a cookie!" He said jovially.
"Recreate myself?" He asked with wide eyes.
"Yes! I want to see what happens when you try to make something very specific and, if you can indeed, make yourself into a cookie!" Dr. Mintd said happily.
Izuku's eyes were blown wide. "Woah, I could be a cookie?" He asked in wonder.
"I'm not sure! Let's find out, shall we?" The doctor said with a twinkle in his eye.
The boy smiled wide and grabbed a the bright green… before setting it down and frowning at the cookie. Noticing a few new colored bags, he grabbed a light blue and gave the cookie some jeans. He next gave the cookie a white shirt with a collar and cuffed sleeves that stopped right above the wrists.
He had put on one of the aprons before they left the house (because he was a real baker now!), so he took the brown and drew two straps from the shoulders down to the waist where he picked up the yellow bag and drew a dot at the end of each. Grabbing the chocolate once more, he drew a square over the legs for the apron itself, the used the green to make a plaid pattern by crisscrossing lines. Before setting down the bag, he drew a large smile on the cookie's face.
Picking up the white, Izuku gave him some shoes and the drew two circles on the face. He put a thick line or each to give the cookie a kind face and drew one eyebrow on the left side.
He next globed a bunch of green icing on the head and started carefully placing the (fresh?) mint leaves on the cookie's head to act as hair. He had to mess with it a bunch, but it looked good in the end. As he picked up the green to give the cookie colorful eyes, he frowned once more before filling them in.
"It's wrong." He said.
"What's wrong? Do you need a different green?" Inko asked.
"He shouldn't have green eyes…" Izuku said somberly.
"But you have green eyes." Dr. Mintd told the boy while waving his half eaten Twizzler at him.
"I know, but he shouldn't." Izuku stated matter of factly.
The boy then grabbed the chocolate and went over the eyes with it and nodded at his change. Reaching over to the candy, Izuku grabbed a bag of gummy look-a-likes to get a prop. He was between a pot and a teacup with a saucer when he decided on the latter. Piping a small bead of chocolate icing on the top of the selected gummy, he the put the smallest mint sprig with two leaves into the top of the gummy and into the cookie's hand.
He looked like an adorable barista with a cup of herbal tea.
The cookie sat up and smiled at Izuku. "Hello there. I'm Herb Cookie, but please call me Herb. May I ask your name?" He said with a tilt of his head, which jostled his leafy hair.
"I'm Midoriya Izuku!" He smiled at Herb.
"What a fitting name!" The cookie beamed good heartedly back at the cinnamon roll.
"They're so precious!" GingerBright squealed.
Both of the aforementioned boys turned to look at her with wide blinking eyes.
"Oh, hello. How do you do on this fine day?" Herb greeted with a bow while holding his plant filled cup in front of himself.
GingerBright giggled. "Such a gentleman! I'm GingerBright!" She said with a flourish.
He smiled in return before repeating the same process with the rest of the room's occupants.

Dr. Mintd finished updating the chart with the current information before snapping it shut. "Alrighty then!" He announced while bracing himself to stand upstanding up. "Now that we have these fine fellows all done and decorated, let's head to one of the more destructible test rooms. I want to see what these cookies can do!" The enthusiastic quirk physician hopped up and over to the door excitedly. "Come on then! Let's go!" He grinned.
The cookies, lead by the ginger twins, all boarded Izuku like an adorable green parade float. Once secured, the Midoriyas followed the doctor through the winding halls once more.

A few minutes later, the group arrived in front of a large set of grey double doors. They were metal with a yellow caution sign on each with a bold rust red font. A short series of bangs and booms came from the other side of the imposing entrance.
"Are you sure that this is safe?" Inko asked in concern.
"Oh yes, of course! We'll stick to our section and everyone else will be destructive in their sections! See? All safe!" The eccentric doctor chirped before shoving the doors open with a dramatic flare.
The room that awaited them was expansive. Dozens of decent sized cubicles were sectioned off by a series of blast proof walls that illuded to a sense of privacy. Each section had a few seats at a table in it and plenty of junk for patients to use as targets. There were a few windows along the far edge of the room that were heavily protected and made using reinforced ballistic glass. The huge room was lit by pot lights within the ceiling that were each surrounded by a small metal cage for protection from projectiles and debris.
The Midoriyas were led to the back section by one of the windows. It was filled with old busted medical equipment, a few pre-quirk era televisions, some fruit, and some random little unimportant knickknacks.
"Midoriya-san, if you would like to take a seat there's a seat right here by the window." He said as he pulled the chair out from the table and gave a gentlemanly wave towards the seat. She smiled and sat down; flaring her skirt with a giggle.
CLANG
A child with rock-like skin, black messy hair and a scar over his right eye caused an old gumball machine to rocket across his cubicle and slam into the opposite wall. "SO MANLY!!!" He roared (squeaked) excitedly. Suddenly, he doubled over with a groan and the hardened plating covering his body receded into fair flesh.
Dr. Mintd gave a hearty laugh as he observed the kid from afar. He looked to Izuku and a sparkle appeared in his eyes. "Izuku, why don't you and your cookies see if you can give him a hand?"
"Give him a hand?" He asked wide eyed.
"Mhmm. I'm sure one of them have an ability to give him the energy that he needs to continue his testing. After all, look how sad he looks being told that he should probably stop." He said with a dramatic frown as he motioned to where the kid was flopped on the ground with the doctor busy writing in his chart.
Izuku looked over to the now normal skinned child with his face set into a determined grin. Marching over, he got his attention. "Hi! I'm Midoriya Izuku. What's your name?" He asked as he held out a hand to help him up.
He looked surprised but then flashed Izuku a shark-like toothy grin. "Yo! I'm Kirishima Eijiro!" He said before grunting as Izuku hoisted him up. He grimaced when the freckled child yanked on his arm and was visibly holding back tears.
Kirishima's doctor, a professor at the local college with an oak tree skin mutation, began to make his way over to his patient. However, he was halted in his tracks by a signal that Dr. Mintd gave; ordering him to hold off and wait.
"Here! Have some jellies!" He said happily as he shoved Strawberry (and GingerBright, as she wanted to be noticed) forward towards Kirishima-kun, much to his confusion. Strawberry produced 3 of her special candies and held them forward. The child 'ooh'ed and reached out to grab them. Not liking to be outdone, GingerBright puffed out her cheeks and popped the sugar globe off of her dumdum staff and held it forward in a proud manner. Both children stared transfixed as it grew back within seconds without effecting the original's existence.
"Hey! I didn't know you could do that!" GingerBrave whined from atop Izuku's head. Herb clung to the green curls beside him while ninja sat in a lotus position behind them. Cherry shoved Ninja's head into his lap as she leap-frog style hopped over him with a cackle in order to 'get to the front of the crowd'.
"Woooah! Is that your quirk?" He asked with wide red eyes.
Izuku beamed so brightly the other child had to squint. "Yeah! It just came in today! I can bake these awesome cookies who have their own quirks!" He said excitedly.
"Wow! Your quirk is baking cookies? That's so manly!" Kirishima-kun declared. "Mine is just the ability to harden my skin… but I still want to be a hero!" He said as he activated his quirk momentarily before it deactivated and he 'oof'ed in exhaustion.
Izuku offered him the candies that the girls produced and gave him a mega watt smile. "Your quirk sounds like Crimson Riot's! He can harden his skin on his whole body, even his hair! His body turns black in the spots where he hardens though, which is a big downside because it gives him away!" Izuku chattered excitedly.
Kirishima-kun hurriedly swallowed the goodies and looked to Izuku starstruck. "I know! He's my favorite hero! He said that as long as you have a manly spirit that anyone can be a hero! So I'm gonna be the manliest man that ever manned!" He flashed his canines as he proclaimed this at the top of his lungs.
The adults all looked incredulous at that statement, but Izuku was enamored with his raven haired companion.
"That's so cool! You can do it!" Izuku said with gusto. "I want to be a hero too! Just like All Might!" He said with pride.
"Your quirk reminds me more of Lunch Rush." The oak professor said. Both children turned to the table where the adults had gathered. Both of the mothers had taken seats beside one another and Inko was holding a piece of paper with numbers on it.
"Ah, that's right! Didn't you and him go to the same junior high?" Dr. Mintd asked his fellow doctor.
"We did! Man, he makes the best takoyaki. We just had dinner together this past weekend to celebrate his upcoming employment at UA." He said with a dreamy grin at the thought of his friend's cooking.
"Waaaahh! You know Lunch Rush?!" Izuku jumped up and down excitedly.
"I do! He's a great friend and one of the few people who didn't make fun of me for my mutation." The doctor responded with a smile.
"You compared Izuku's quirk to his… What is his quirk, if you don't mind me asking" Inko inquired.
"I don't mind at all! He can cook anything, anywhere as long as he has a pan! If he has ingredients, he can whip things up without heat! He even cooked over ten thousand French meals for the victims of a hurricane a few years ago with the ingredients available to him on the coast! I was so proud of him then, he saved so many lives just by his ability to cook. To think that everyone made fun of him for saying he wanted to be a hero with a cooking quirk." He answered, satisfying the curiosity of his enraptured audience.
Dr. Mintd looked to Inko and answered her unasked question. "While Izuku may not be able to cook anything anywhere, I believe his skills in baking may be quite useful in hero work. Besides the obvious ability to have a plethora of helpers to aid him in rescue and combat, he will be able to aid in recovery by supporting heroes with energy, calming victims, and helping to scout for people who may be trapped. Who knows? Maybe he'll make a cookie who could act like Recovery Girl and heal the injured. He truly has one of the move diverse quirks I've ever seen."
Izuku looked at the doctor with starstruck eyes. "Wow… do you really think I could learn to save people like that?"
"I do." He said. Plain and simple. "In fact, I wonder…" he trailed off while looking to his fellow physician. They made eye contact, and after a series of facial expressions, they seemed to have come to an agreement.
"I'll reach out to Keisuke, err Lunch Rush, and let him know I have an aspiring hero-baker that wants to learn to serve the people from the best. I'm sure he'd love to give you private lessons if I asked." The wooden man said.
"Oh thank you!" Izuku said with an energetic bow.
"So manly!" Kirishima-kun enthused while giving a hug to his new friend.
"I'm sorry, but how much does he charge? Surely being privately tutored by a hero isn't… cheap…" Inko asked with a bit of concern. Izuku's face fell and he looked on the verge of tears. Kirishima looked between Inko and his doctor with a pleading look before settling his gaze on his mom. She frowned and fixed the doctor with a look.
"Ahh… I'll have to talk to him… but! I doubt he'll charge much for such a promising young man! After all, look at those cookies! He's practically a prodigy!" he offered quickly.
Remember sweethearts, never doubt the will of a mother.
BANG
Another crack of thunder shook the room, startling its occupants.
Izuku, still bent down from his bow, fell forward in his shock. Kirishima-kun, still clinging to him, fell as well. The cookies were disturbed from their perch on the greenette's head and ended up scattered on the floor with a series of high pitch yelps.
In the chaos, a glass of water that Kirishima-san had been sipping on tipped over onto the table, bringing a shower of H2O down onto the floor, children… and the cookies.
"Aaaaahh!" a chorus of high pitch squeals rang through the air as the water drenched the confections.
"I'm wet! I'm dying!" GingerBrave wailed. "I'm gonna wither away! Melt to goo! Crumble to dust! I haven't even- OOF!"
"Oh hush, you're fine! Stop your whining, we're all wet, and none of use are being that dramatic about it!" His sister fussed after bonking him on the head to stop his tangent of self-woes.
GingerBrave looked down at his body and realized that she was right (as usual). He then looked to the others and noticed his sister and Strawberry both shaking off the droplets. Cherry was chasing Ninja around trying to 'help' him by 'exploding the water off of him'. And Herb… was looking up with his eyes closed and a serene smile. Suddenly, he began to glow a soft green before he made an odd (and slightly annoying) sound.
"Hoo Hoo!" He called out. Everyone looked at him questioningly. The water around him drained and began to soak into him.
"Herb! What are you doing?! Stop! You'll get soggy!" Izuku cried out to his newest confectionary friend. But he did not stop.
He began to glow brighter and brighter, the tips of the leaves on his head began to drift upwards as if floating on a calm breeze. The light then dissipated and all traces of water within a foot of him was gone, having left no trace of ever being there. A green flash outside drew the group's attention to the sky above as the storm clouds glowed the same green. Then, like a dark curtain drawn by green velvet ropes, the clouds parted and the sun poked through to bake the land below in its warmth.
"Oh dear… It appears that you can change the weather!" Dr. Mintd grinned as the implication of Herb's actions set in. He turned to the cookies with a kaleidoscope's worth of twinkles in his eyes. "What else can you little wonders do?!"

BNHAgamer: I'm so glad you love the games! They are amazing and deserve so much more love! I', so happy that I could introduce you to them, I'll add my friend codes up in the AN at the beginning for if you want to add me! Cherry and Katsuki is gonna be an explosive combo, to say the least. XD Oh good ol' Wasabi, how I have a plan for you!
Turtle36: Thank you! I was pretty proud of it lol. I have a little notebook (I'm a paper person, I love vintage notebooks) where I'm writing stuff down now and I just need to put it in order. I actually got the job! I started yesterday and I absolutely love it. I hope you like here I'm going with Lunch Rush (they don't say what his quirk is and I'm sad because he needs love). I actually hadn't thought about someone having a quirk like that… hmm I may have to play around with some plot points and see if I like it. Thanks for the feedback!
Erlifania: I would love to hear your ideas. While I have a pretty good outline for how it's going to go, if there's something that really speaks to me that I don't already have planned, I'll try to squeeze it in (and give you a shoutout for the inspiration of course). Please don't be offended if I don't use something though! I'm actually really excited that I have people thinking of my story in that regard! I haven't the need for OCs at the moment, but I might want to add them in. My guild actually has a bunch of them posted on our discord server and they are all adorable.
BifrostBidge: They're great games! I'm glad it's entertaining to read even if you're not a fan of CR, that was a concern of mine actually. I hope I don't disappoint!
