New Chapter!
I also have a question to ask you all. I have gotten a few requests about this and I want to know your opinions on it. Although there are a ton of cookies, how do you all feel about cookie OCs? If we do this, then I'll eventually start a discord for easy access to images, details, submissions, and credits. It won't be for a very long while, but I'd rather ask now so I can plan ahead.
Also for those of you worried about the 'unbakeables' and the legendary/ancient cookies, don't be. I have a plan for him to create them all. Some will have to wait until UA, but when he gets there… you know its gonna get good.
I highly recommend looking up any new additions when I write them. While I do my best with the descriptions, I want you to have the best visual you can. If they are in a costume, I'll add a sentence in italics including the name of it. I doubt it will take you long to find. Plus, they are adorable, so it's totally worth it! Responses are at the end. Thank you!

Kirishima's mom had given her number to Inko so the boys could have a play date sometime in the near future. In fact, the only way to separate them was to promise that they would be able to play together at a later date. With the now children satisfied, the Kirishimas left to go on with their appointment and Izuku could continue on with his.
Dr. Mintd tested his blood sugar since Herb had just performed such a large feat. While it had consumed quite a bit, it was less than the physician had expected. He had the greenette eat a few more of Strawberry's jellies. In fact, he asked her to create five of them for Izuku to eat as to allow him to possess an excess in reserve.
He had a theory that Izuku's blood sugar count acts as a reservoir for energy, with no limit and no detriments from having an excess. They found that her limit was three when she attempted to make the requested amount. After a series of jelly creation and eating, they found that Izuku's glucose did indeed function as energy and had no immediate blowback from stockpiling it in abundance.
This led the physician to direct Izuku and his cookies through a series of tests. Physical strength, abilities, limits and thorough documentation of these findings contributed to the standard procedure for a quirk registration. Though they went through all of the steps, something was nagging in the doctor's gut. And he, much like heroes, had learned to trust his instincts above all else.
"Well, you're growing quite the collection of cookies and it's only your first day! It's almost concerning that you'll have them following you or tagging along when you have more… it could be detrimental to your health as well if you grow your collection too quickly and your body can't keep up." The doctor said with a serious face. "I doubt they will want to hide in a bag or if they will even fit in one eventually. What to you think about that?" He looked to Izuku for his input; curious on what the intelligent boy had to say.
Izuku furrowed his brow and put his hand on his chin. The cookies seemed to contemplate this as well, as even Cherry looked thoughtful. Izuku began to wring his hands in thought; clasping them and un-clasping them over and over until he was almost making an odd, soundless clapping motion. His brow furrowed more and more as he sunk into an intense concentration.
"Izuku, sweetie. What are you doing?" Inko asked in concern while side eying the cookies. While he had been spaced out for around five minutes, the sweet friends were climbing on top of one another to try and create a delicious chain to get to the top of the table.
Seeing that the sugar tower wasn't going to work, Ninja took the initiative and jumped up onto the table to look at Izuku. He positioned himself to be aligned with the boy's hands. Once he worked out the timing of the rhythmic motions, he took a step back and made the leap. With one, two, three jumps he bounded through the air and into the child's hands. The only hitch in the plan was that Ninja landed face down onto Izuku's palm. Before he could sit up, the downward-bound hand slapped Ninja on the back. When the hand released, the cookie was gone.
Izuku startled at the disappearance of his friend and looked around the room to see its occupants all looking at him similarly flabbergasted. His eyes were swiftly blown wide in shock as he stared at his hands in horror.
"NINJA!" Izuku cried out. A hot trail of salty tears began to flow down his cheeks as he held his hands up close to his face. The closer the appendages got to his ocular facilities, the harder they began to shake. Disbelief filled him to his core as he refused to believe that he'd destroyed his new companion. "W-What have I done?! Help! Where is he?! Dr. Mintd! Momma! What do I do?" He cried out in desperation. He lunged for his mother to wrap around her like a koala; begging for her comfort.
Dr. Mintd looked thoughtful as he picked up his chart from the floor where he had dropped it in the initial surprise. "What were you thinking?" He quietly asked the child.
"I don't know! I-I'm sorry!" He blubbered out. "All I wanted was somewhere to store them when I can't carry them around! I didn't mean to hurt anyone! T-to-to-! Waaaah!" The child stammered out through a stream of tears.
The cookies were fairing no better. GingerBright had her face buried in the crook of Herb's neck while he himself was beginning to shed an animated tear of that looked like wet icing. Strawberry had pulled the strings of her hoodie tight to hide her face as she attempted to hide from the truth. GingerBrave was faring no better than his sister as he stared in shock at his creator's hands. Even Cherry looked distraught at the departure of her tormentee.
The doctor came around the counter and rested on one knee before the child in his mother's arms. He reached out and gently took Izuku's hands in his own; turning them over repeatedly to examine them for… something. He frowned before looking up to meet Izuku's gaze. "I don't see any trace of him on your hands." Izuku choked back a sob at that, causing the doctor to wince at his brazen choice of words. "I mean that I don't see residue from destroying him… You were thinking of a place to house them, correct?" He asked the child, seeing him flinch at the thought of destroying the cookie.
"Y-yah. I just wanted the cookies to be comfy when I can't have them with me!" He told the doctor; willing the man to believe him and validate the fact that he didn't mean to send Ninja away.
"That's good." The man encouraged. "Did you feel any energy return to you when he disappeared?"
Izuku shook his head. "I felt a little tingle in my fingers, but I didn't feel like I do after I eat a jelly from Strawberry…" he said as he wiggled his little fingers.
"Ok Izuku-kun, here's what I want you to do. I want you to focus on that feeling that you had when he… disappeared and try to recreate it, but in reverse." The doctor prompted.
"I-in reverse?" The greenette asked as he sat up a little straighter.
"Yes, instead of thinking of housing them somewhere, imagine him traveling back here." The man clarified. He took his hands and made a similar motion to the one Izuku was making moments ago to get his point across.
Izuku looked back to his hands and hesitated. He was no doubt wallowing in his insecurities; terrified of failure, but incapable of inaction when someone could be- no… had to be saved. He set his brow into a determined line and came to the decision to put his all into bringing Ninja back to his family. After all, he was going to be a hero, just like All Might! With grim determination (for a six year old), Izuku squished up his face in concentration and slammed his hands together hard!
Only to reveal that nothing had happened. He looked positively dejected at the revelation; deluded by hope into believing it was going to be as simple as repeating the process in the exact way as before.
'Wait!' Izuku thought. 'Dr. Mintd told me to think the reverse of what I did before, but what if I have to do the motions opposite too!'
With renewed determination brought about by this epiphany, Izuku positioned his hands together and once again focused on his rescue mission. His brow furrowed and he felt a pulling sensation from within his gut. Taking this as a good sign, he continued his concentration until his hand felt a familiar weight forming in the center of his palm. When he felt it was time, he pulled his hands apart and a small puff of smoke followed them as they parted.
The room waited in tense silence while waiting for the last of the lingering murky clouds to dissipate. The moment of wait didn't last long; for seconds later, a familiarly cut out shape greeted the room's occupants. There stood Ninja, looking no worse for wear after his brief disappearance.
"Ninja!" Izuku and the cookies who hadn't been sent off cried out in relief.
"W-wait! Where'd it go? The fountain? The forest? The castle?!" He whipped around; eyes seemingly unseeing.
"C-castle?" Izuku asked in confusion. "Ninja, are you ok?"
Appearing to finally realize where he was, he began scanning the room and its occupants. The cookie looked at the child holding him and tilted his head inquisitively. "What happened?" He asked.
"You disappeared!" Izuku said, stressing the 'disappearance' part of his highly detailed explanation.
A click of a pen grabbed the attention of the reunited duo. "I think what Izuku is trying to say, is that he found a way to store you all when he can't carry you." Came the analysis from Dr. Mintd. "But I am curious, what was this about a forest and a castle?" He gazed at Izuku and Ninja with that same inquisitive light in his eyes from earlier. He was posed hunched over his notepad; twirling a pen expectantly while sporting a tired grin.
"W-well… when I arrived, I was in the middle of a forest. There were trees for miles! I had to walk through them for what felt like forever before I saw a large structure in the distance. When I got closer, it looked like a huge run down castle! Once I got to the gates of the walls surrounding it, I saw a fountain that was spewing out sparkling water and lots of things. I couldn't get a good look at what exactly it was producing, since that's when Izuku called me back out." Ninja explained.
Dr. Mintd looked delightfully thoughtful as he began to document this development within his manila folder that contained Izuku's chart. His grin grew as his scribbling became faster and faster. His excitement was palpable as he mumbled. Words like 'Spacial Warping', 'Omniverse', 'Pocket Dimension' and 'Cookie Compartment' were casually thrown about in his quiet tangent while he furiously scratched his pen across the paper.
Meanwhile, Izuku reunited the cookies on the top of the counter; setting Ninja down before bending down to pick up the rest of his batch from the floor. GingerBright promptly glomped poor Ninja as Strawberry proceeded to hug the daylights out of him as well. The rest added themselves to the growing cookie pile and began to chat about what he found. Upon asking for details, they received the same description once more (much to their disappointment).
"Alright everyone, I believe we have some more testing to do! Strawberry, if you wouldn't mind, create Izuku some jellies to snack on. Once you do, we will proceed to figure out if this really is a pocket dimension for cookies and how it works!" The physician chirped excitedly.
———\(θεθ)/———
"Incredible…" Dr Mintd whispered as he sat back from the completed chart. "Just… absolutely remarkable."
The testing took around forty-five minutes, but the results were phenomenal:
A run down kingdom awaited the cookies in the pocket dimension; everything made out of masterfully made sugar creations. There were destroyed buildings dotted around the castle; ranging from a ruined blacksmithing shop to an abandoned sugar mine. An old library at the base of a wizard's tower held a large collection of wafer paper scrolls; all elegantly filled with an abundance of (what looked like) valuable information. Unfortunately, none of the cookies could read the ancient text, but the 'pretty pictures' (in GingerBright's words) convinced them it was important.
Around fifteen minutes in, GingerBrave had stumbled upon a clearing with a few tiny huts. He crouched down to the nearest one and cleaned off the window, only to jump back and squeak when something smacked the isomalt glass and scared him.
With an 'oof' he had fallen back on his sweet sugary buns and stared perplexed at the little yellow creature that exited the hut. The strange being wore a hot pink jumpsuit with red boots. To accessorize, it wore what looked like a large red and pink party/Santa hat. It had black eyes, a large red nose and a huuuge pink icing mustache!
It narrowed its beady eyes to the cookie and palmed the large wooden mallet it was holding quite threateningly. Soon, a bunch more emerged from their homes and proceeded to surround GingerBrave, giving him no room to run. Luckily, the others had heard his distress and had come to his rescue.
It took a few minutes, but the cookies managed to make peace with the creatures. It turns out that they were called Sugar Gnomes, and were apparently excellent builders. They had shown the group around the ruins, and seemed sad that the surrounding town had been destroyed (by what, they didn't say).
Once this information got back to Izuku, he had told the cookies to promise the gnomes that they would help them rebuild the town to be even better than it was before! (Whenever that was…) The Sugar Gnomes seemed very pleased with this, and offered to build the cookies each their own house free of charge. When passing through the ruined industrial district, the builders said that they would also give them the means to support themselves (much to the cookies' confusion).
This led to the current moment with everyone back in the testing room. Now that Dr. Mintd was satisfied with Izuku's progress to summon and transport his cookies, he deemed the appointment done for the day. After opening the door, he showed the Midoriyas to the front office to get them signed out and give the prescriptions to nurse Joey, who shot him a dirty look (she was still annoyed over the stolen Lucky Charms marshmallows). However, she soon returned to smiling when Izuku tried to reach for a lollipop from the bowl beside the checkout sheet and gave him two (much to GingerBright's annoyance).
With lollipops and leftover decorations in hand, the significantly larger family made their way out to the car and drove home in the warm glow of the sweet citrus colored sunset.

IZUKU MIDORIYA'S QUIRK CHART
Name: Izuku Midoriya
Date of Birth: July 15, XXXX
Gender: Male
Quirk Name: Cookie Creation
Quirk Class: Emitter
Quirk Sub-Class: Accumulation
Quirk Description:
Izuku can create sentient cookies with various quirk-like abilities that display an easy forming loyalty towards him and his family. He retains partial control over a restricted pocket dimension to which he may send his cookies to by clasping them between both hands with the intent to warp them. He then may return summon them back via an inverted clasp and the required intent. The cookies describe the pocket dimension as a sort of 'Cookie Kingdom.'
Creation requires varying levels of glucose and they will continue to siphon a minuscule amount chronically for sustainable animation. The cookies absorb varying amounts of energy to use their abilities. Caution is advised for continuous use. Cookies seemingly require less energy from within the dimensional pocket and remain aware of outside events so long as glucose levels are sufficient for their sustenance.
Oddly enough the animated cookies are liquid-proof.
Quirk Overuse and Special Circumstances:
Quirk overuse results in energy depletion via blood sugar. He should keep something high in sugar on his person at all times to prevent bottoming out in extreme cases.
Izuku will require a diet with high sugar levels to offset the passive energy depletion that the animated cookies require. Having more cookies will require a larger sugar intake, foreseeably scaling upwards over the course of his life.
Quirk Byproduct Mutations (if any):
Izuku's body has developed an immunity to blood sugar/blood glucose related diseases due to an energy containment mutation in relation to his quirk.
Additional Notes:
Cookies as of today (June 30, XXXX):
GingerBrave - No special abilities, but is the bravest cookie in the world
GingerBright - Can take the candy part off of her lollipop staff and give it to someone to eat for a mild boost in happiness/mental state. Wears off in 20 minutes. The candy will grow back in seconds. Candies can be stored for later use without effecting the growth of the staff or dilution of serotonin production properties. (Candies provide half of the sugar needed to creat them, which isn't much despite their size)
Strawberry- can produce very sweet strawberry gummies (jellies, as the cookies call them) that provide an instant energy boost to anyone who eats them. She may only have three in existence at one time.
Ninja - can jump on air (solidified wind?) multiple times (8 before drawing more energy), dash forward and throw a seemingly endless supply of shurikens (consuming energy as a power source)
Cherry - produces a seemingly endless supply of explosive cherries (cherry bombs as she insists) that vary in size and intensity. Surprisingly, the smoke from her exploded bombs smells sweet and can relieve one of stress. (Quite ironic!)
Herb - soaks up water and when he has absorbed enough, he can clear the weather if it is overcast or raining/storming. (I hypothesize that the more severe the weather and the larger the effected area, the more energy he will require, but I have no concrete evidence of this.)
All cookies display the ability to 'double jump' (jump once and then jump mid air once more) with Ninja being a special circumstance.
Cookies seem to be immune to mental effects; like my quirk Calming Crystals.
Φ I have recommended him to keep his favorite flavored jelly packs on him at all times and to make sure that his friends and teachers know to squirt one in his mouth should he be incapacitated from low glucose levels. I have also prescribed him some high level glucose tabs and sent him home some samples to get him through until his prescription is ready.
Φ He has been given a Glucometer to track his blood sugar until he learns his limits and knows his body's warning signs.
Φ When glucose reserves are empty, I hypothesize that the cookies will cease their animation and return to regular, non-sentient cookies to protect Izuku's health and prevent death due to hypoglycemia.

First arc done!!! Let me know what you think of the "storage" solution! I'll be adding the medical chart to the end of some chapters to show progression and keep track of the cookies. It may get to the point where I have to make it it's own chapter but we'll see. Now onto the responses! Thank you all so much! There are so many of you it's amazing!
adislt: I'm not sure! I only have one that I designed but I know a lot of people with some really goo ones! I've asked everyone in the first AN what they thought and I'm excited to hear the general opinion. Would you like to see some original characters in here?
Ben Turner1: IKR? I was like "is this too much" and then I decided it probably was, and went with it XD )Your review made my day when I got it btw)
Grimneth: Thank you! I'm trying to make something that can be read with or without knowledge of the games and I'm so glad I'm succeeding!
Sgtwist: I'm sorry if you don't like it. But thank you for the compliment on my 3 am delirious musing haha!
TheHuntBegins18: So glad to hear that! It's super fun imo (I prefer it over Kingdoms and all of the other spinoffs tbh and even the predecessor LINE Cookie Run). Feel free to friend me if you'd like!
Draegoon: Thank you! The cinnamon roll will become op I promise and remain totally encased in fluff :3
DhanaRagnarok: And you certainly will! The cookies will foil all of the bad apples' plans! Speaking of apples… Eri will definitely love them, especially a certain apple cookie… (hint hint) OMG you just gave me an idea for an arc. Roguefort with Gentle and La Brava! I'm dying to write it already !
AnimeFan3579: I'm still a little on the fence for how Katsuki will react but I'm sure it'll be a happy medium between his superiority complex demanding him to feel better and a respect for Izuku's power due to his potential. In regards to the cookie idea, that could apply to a few of the cookies (like muscle cookie) so I will definitely keep that in mind when the time comes for a tank. Thank you!
Turtle: Thank you! I was pretty happy with how his quirk came out. Technically he wasn't supposed to meet anyone from 1A until Sato but the two so far practically wrote themselves and expected me to just go with the flow! XD I was thinking that if I do pets (which I believe I am) then maybe Kōda could be his inspiration for that! . Lunch Rush did just start at UA where Recovery Girl works… I'm sure she'll hear about the miracle gummies from our resident chef! And you know certain heroes will get terrorized! The flaming garbage will get what's coming to him, for sure!
BNHAgamer: I love Strawberry so much, she's a gem. It'll be chaotic for sure when those two meet! Perhaps a rivalry too? The poor teachers and students XD (Oh no poor Aizawa in the future) I have quite a few ideas and I'm so excited that you're here for the ride!
Guest: He'll need to wait until UA for a few, but some of the Legendaries and Ancients will just be baked for a high cost (probably, he may need a better oven though). Also, if you'd like, please leave a name so next time I can thank you properly 3
Edinmabasi: I can't believe you're here! I legit jumped up and down in my seat when your review came through (for those who don't know, they write an amazing story called The One Punch Hero Deku and it's flipping awesome! Be sure to check it out if you haven't). Thank you so much! Herb is just the beginning… The plans I have for these little cookies will be huge. I'm still figuring out the Bakugo part tbh, because they may be powerful but at the end of the day they are "just cookies" and how would he see that? We'll see how it goes in the moment and see lol
Erlifania: (My iPad has learned to auto fill your name since you comment so consistently and it makes me so happy! Thank you 3) I did know! I'm trying to decide how to introduce more relations between cookies and I figure it'll just be a surprise lol! She will be in the fic for sure! We need a bomb squad to diffuse the firecracker that Izuku created! XD
