Twilight wakes up at 6:45 with a yawn and a stretch as she rubs the fogginess out of her eyes. She figured Fluttershy must be downstairs and was going to get up and dressed, but her warm bed just felt so good what was the harm of sleeping in just a few minutes. She was awakened again by the sound of her door gently opening, "Morning sweetie, Fluttershy cheerfully greeted carrying in a tray of chocolate chip pancakes, sausages, eggs and a mug each of hot chocolate and black coffee, setting it on the nightstand ehhhh morning Fluttershy Twilight stretched letting out an adorable catlike yawn, smells great but you really didn't have to make breakfast what time is it anyway". "About 8:30 but— WHAT Twilight nearly shrieked jumping up quick as a flash, we're late, Twilight cried as she searched for some decent clothes to wear all while a highly amused Fluttershy tried to keep her giggles to herself. "Twilight honey calm down I appreciate that you're so diligent but you didn't let me finish, will you let me finish now", a throughly embarrassed Twilight turned beat red but nodded just the same. "Awww it's ok sweetie that happens to all of us once in awhile, Fluttershy cooed giving her a warm hug Cadence and I decided this morning that a day off would do you some good, Cadence also let me know that she would talk to principal Celestia about me coming in a little later today so I could make sure you were situated and could also introduce you to my girlfriend who would love to spend the day with you today if that's ok" Fluttershy asks with a warm smile. "Well if she's half as nice as you we're gonna have a great day but I'll sure miss you, Twilight adds with an adorable pout, awwww I'll miss you too princess and believe me I'd rather be here but Rosie has the day off anyway so I figured you two could use some bonding time". "Now comere let's eat our breakfast while it's still hot, she actually isn't gonna get here til nine so we could watch some tv while we eat if you want, that sounds great thanks I usually don't get to watch it because I'm at school but is it ok if we watch a pup named scooby doo on boomerang, sweetheart there's nothing else I'd rather scooby do", she joked getting a delightful giggle from Twilight as she carried the tray back to the living room and flipped on the tv right as the theme song started as Twilight sprinted into the room gently adorably humming the catchy tune. As the two girls ate while watching the most cooltastic show on television, the doorbell rang, "Oh that must be her now and just in time to, Fluttershy commented as she got up to open the leaving Twilight swaying to and humming the ending theme. "Morning my beautiful Rose, morning my ray of sunshine, they flirtily greet as they exchange a tender morning kiss as Twilight's trying her hardest not to squeal at the adorable exchange and sight, so where's Twilight I've got a lot of fun things to do today". "I'm here, the girl gently waves as she gives a shy smile, well hello there ms. Twilight sparkle and how are you feeling today I heard you had quite a rough night last night, it was tough but I definitely feel a lot better thanks to Fluttershy, aww well aren't you just as sweet as sugar Rosie gushes as she gives the girl a tender hug. "She certainly is, Fluttershy agrees well I've got to head out, you be good sweetheart, Fluttershy says as she gives Twilight a gentle hug, I will Twilight promises as she nuzzles in Fluttershy oh sorry sweetie you're always good I was actually talking to my troublemaker of a girlfriend over here" Fluttershy winks making the girl in her arms giggle as she plants a kiss on her forehead "have a good day babygirl I'll miss you she says walking out to her car and thanks again Rosie" she waves blowing kisses to both of them.
