Chapter 2
"Ok, so do you, have it?" Shigaraki asked as he set Deku down on a table. There was a person who entered the room they were in along with Dabi. Deku looked worryingly at All Might who was on a table next to him. The person looked surprising calm and approached Deku. "So, what do you want me to do again?"
Shigaraki sighed "Did you hit yourself with your own quirk or something?" The man wore a white shirt with a black coat. His hair was short, dark brown with blue ends. His eyes were a stale green with a cold stare. He held his neck and slightly cracked it. "Nah, I hope not. From what I remember, you want me to replace his memories, right? Shouldn't be too hard." Shigaraki nodded and turned his back to them. Walking to then next room, he waved his hand.
"You know what to do, so do it." Shutting the door behind him, the tall man was left with Deku. He struggled but to no avail. Grunting in defeat, All Might spoke, "Wait! What are you even planning on doing?" The man shifted his gaze away from Deku and sighed.
"So annoying. I don't need to tell you anything." he said calmly "Now, you interrupted me. You shouldn't do that." Sweat ran down Deku's face. He was defenceless. Those ropes were thick enough to hold them tightly and electrifying enough to both cancel their quirks and put them in their place. Where had he felt that before? That feeling... The feeling of never succeeding no matter how hard you try. The man raised his hand and placed it upon Deku's forehead. A yellow light began to glow as he activated his quirk, "Memory Shift". Closing his eyes, he fell into his answer...
"Izuku? More like Deku! Even the endings fit as well as it fits you!" The voice seemed so similar yet, why did he start to forget? Why was the face blurring away?
"Don't apply to UA, ok?" why did he smell smoke and a small burn on his shoulder?
"Maybe you should take a swan dive off the school roof and hope you get a quirk in your next life!" At that moment it hit him. He flinched at the fading memories. But suddenly, they began to stick out the most. Stick out so much, it hurt him brain. It was him...
The one that cause him most suffering for so long...
