"I see... Rias truly has a Rook of... strange character, to think that even Sirzechs would ask me to come out here and try to convince him."

Sairaorg Bael.

Cousin to Rias Gremory, and looking absolutely nothing like her at all.

Very tall, even taller than her brother was, with jet black hair and tanned skin unlike her fair skin. A body covered in tons of well trained and nearly bulging muscles, a handsome devil of a man... fitting for a devil like himself. He was ready for a fight, so he brought his combat uniform and was wearing it even as he approached the Phenex castle while riding on top of a golden lion.

*BOOM*

Sairaog blinked when lighting struck from the sky, green in color as he watched Ravel Phenex herself flying away from the lightning when a second strike hit nearby her. He didn't make a move to help, since he didn't understand what was going on and she didn't seem too distressed at the moment.

"Yeah, just ignore that, that's my Servant just testing Ravel's ability to dodge danger. She's going a bit overboard, but nothing a strong girl like Ravel can't handle."

'This is him.' Sairaorg saw Naruto and recognized him instantly from the description that he had been given. He eyed Naruto carefully, and he looked to see if he could see anything special with the boy other than the name Uzumaki that he carried with him.

Yes.

His aura was far different than those of others he had met, overpowering and massive in size, to the point that only those who could truly call themselves strong would be able to understand. It was a strength that went far deeper than just mere power. It was the strength to call oneself a king and know that the words held truth.

'Yes... I understand why Grayfia wasn't able to control him with her aura. This boy, man... this man won't willingly bow his head to those who he holds no respect for...'

*BOOM*

"Now THAT is a greeting!" Naruto grinned when he caught Sairaorg's fist, having witnessed the surprise attacking coming just as it was launched. The attack came with no warning at all, and the collision between fist and palm put a crater in the ground beneath them, cracking the area around the crater. "I like you a lot, you don't waste time, what's your name violent stranger?" Naruto asked the man as he gripped his fist tightly.

Nice grip strength, Sairaorg would not be able to escape it without using another attack to get Naruto to loosen his grip.

"Lets talk about what I came to talk about later, I can see nothing I say to you will mean anything unless I prove my strength first. Isn't that right, you already know who I am?" Sairaorg stated his question, since Naruto didn't seem surprised by him in the slightest. He had alerted the Phenex to the fact he would be arriving, and that he might fight Naruto if things went south.

It was a fight at the request of Sirzechs Lucifer, so they didn't have much of a choice.

Naruto grinned.

"I know you were coming to see me Sairaorg Bael, and I like that aura you have. That's the aura of a weakling who became strong through blood, sweat, and tears... you are different than the others. Whatever it is you have to say, lets fight to our heart's content first." Naruto didn't care what Sairaorg needed to tell him.

He wanted to fight this man.

Sairaorg did not have the aura of a King or even the aura of a Knight, if Naruto were to say anything about the man it was that he had the Aura of a Beast. A powerful beast that had been born weak, and used sheer determination to become strong and take out the other beasts that challenged it.

"Yes, I would be happy to fight you until I've shown you my strength in full... King of Kings." Sairaorg stated as Naruto released his fist.

Naruto just grinned at the title.

It would seem that Tiamat had been doing some talking.

"Very well, show me what you can do, Beast of Beasts. Lets see what is stronger then." Naruto raised his fists up.

-3 Hours Later-

"OKAY, I GIVE UP AND FAIL!" Ravel screamed when a lightning strike nearly completely obliterated her. She was more than happy to accept another fail, since she already knew that Berserker had no chance of ever passing her. She went into this test knowing it, she just wanted to impress Naruto by lasting as long in the test as she could.

Berserker smiled happily and nodded her head.

She was happy to fail Ravel.

They were both blasted away by an extremely strong gust of wind that came from the other side of the castle. For the first time, Ravel noticed a large barrier that had been placed, the same barrier that Naruto used to train with so that he didn't damage his surroundings. She noticed the barrier was cracked and had a massive hole in it, before the barrier itself died off and she felt another massive blast of wind rip through the castle grounds.

"What the hell!? I feel a massive amount of danger over there?" Ravel looked at Berserker.

Berserker was already running with her weapon ready, towards the danger where she could sense her Master was fighting some powerful enemy. Ravel reached down and grabbed Berserker from the ground, and using her wings she flew through the air at a faster speed than she had been running.

"Ugh?"

"Listen, we can hate each other later, Naruto is over there and there is a fight. We should put aside our differences and go help!" Ravel flew OVER the castle since that would be the quickest way. Berserker looked at her for a moment, before turning her head and nodding.

She accepted that.

The gusts of wind stopped when they halfway crossed the castle.

-With Naruto-

"Surrender, and you will get to keep your head on your shoulders!" Naruto said through grit teeth as he pushed Excalibur up against Sairaorg's exposed neck.

They had been fighting for over a full day inside of the Sealed Zone, but the barrier had broken when it could no longer contain their fighting. Naruto had been having so much fun, that he had completely lost track of how long the fight had been going on.

Sairaorg was on his knees with Naruto's foot against his chest and Excalibur at his neck.

His golden armor was broken, and he had many injuried that were still freshly bleeding. He was in visible pain, but he looked ready to fight still. Naruto was in a similar condition, having visible bruises swelling up on his body, and his left arm completely dislocated. Naruto used his right arm and grabbed his left one, before jerking it back into place.

Both were tired.

Sairaorg wanted to fight, and he was ready to fight... but he was out of stamina. No matter how much he wanted to, and how ready he was, his legs no longer had the strength in them to stand. He energy had been completely depleted as well by how much he had been fighting, and how good his opponent was at not ever giving him any true openings to deal any finishing blows.

He even had to resort to using his Balance Breaker.

The second he started to use his Balance Breaker though, this surprisingly motherfucker pulled out a complete Excalibur and started to use it against him. The battle had remained surprisingly even the entire time, but the longer the battle went on, the more he realized that his opponent's stamina didn't seem like it was going to run out.

"I can keep fighting, how about you?" Sairaorg stated to Naruto, and he grinned at Naruto.

Naruto didn't grin back.

"You're lying, you ran out of stamina an hour ago, you've been fighting on fumes this entire time. You are far better of a man than any Devil I have ever met, but this is enough, the fight is over... I win." Naruto stated to the man as he pushed the Holy sword up against his throat closer. One more deep cut and the man would be dead, each time that Naruto cut him, the Holy element would rip his energy from his body and inflict a lot of damage to him.

The man's armor had protected him from a lot of that damage, but eventually even the armor couldn't take it when Naruto unleashed a big attack that broke the barrier.

"I refuse to lose."

"You lose, I win... but here, you've earned this." Naruto pulled his sword back and extended his hand to the man. "Of course, we can keep fighting and I will kill you. You've earned my respect, I like people like you regardless of species. I will listen to what you have to say, but just know my respect doesn't mean I will do whatever you ask." Naruto told the powerful man.

Naruto winced slightly when he moved his arm.

He wasn't in much of a condition to keep fighting either, he had many broken bones that would need to be healed. He had even resorted to using Excalibur, but of course this was an opponent that had proven himself worthy of the weapon. This man had completed the conditions that Naruto had laid out for his opponents to be able to make him take the sword out.

Like Tiamat, he had the aura worthy to be called a King, even if his aura matched more of the aura of a Beast than a King.
Like Tiamat, he had a level of power worthy of the sword to be used.
Like Tiamat, this was an opponent whose blood would not sully the reputation of the sword by taking their life.

"I'm Sairaorg Bael, heir to the Bael clan. I am the cousin of Rias Gremory, and I have come to speak with you on behalf of Sirzechs Lucifer, her brother. I will accept my loss this time, but next time we fight I will use my full power from the beginning." Sairaorg stated as he took Naruto's hand and was helped to his feet. Naruto pointed Excalibur at him, and the Holy energy inside of his body was extracted from him and sucked by into the sword.

Sairaorg felt a small amount of his stamina return to him, and Naruto transformed his weapon back into a yo-yo.

Sairaorg turned his armor back into a golden lion.

"I am Naruto Uzumaki, descended from the Uzumaki, it's last survivor, and I have deemed you to be worthy of facing my ultimate weapon in battle. You are a man worthy of being called my equal and rival. Of course, if you wish to speak with me about helping Rias in her Rating Game, the answer will be no."

Sairaorg smiled and nodded his head.

"... After battling you, I know talking is pointless. With your fists, I understand why you don't help her. The reasons you have in your heart, the true reasons you can't help her, I think that they hold value... Rias hasn't yet earned your strength, nor is she worthy of your recognition. You might serve Rias in name, but you have not accepted her... and helping her do something you don't agree with..." Sairaorg paused when he felt a wave of dizziness hit him.

He had lost a lot of blood.

"I have a lot of reasons actually. The first, Rias says she loves her servants, but she has never solved any of their problems... but she expects them to help her solve her problems? If Rias treats her peerage like a family, and not like servants... then she should not make them do something she doesn't plan to do for them." Naruto stated his first and biggest reason. The most damning thing against Rias.

"Yes, she has had the Nekoshou and Fallen Half-Breed for awhile, and despite what people say praising her, she hasn't helped either of them with their issues."

"Second, this was an arranged marraige that was done to benefit the devil species as a whole. As a member of a royal family, one of the 72 Pillars, Rias has a duty to do this. She's selfish and cruel to make others fight her battle for her, to help her escape from a marraige that benefits everyone but her." Naruto stated his second reason.

Sairaorg was a little surprised at how thought out that was.

"Okay, I can accept that-"

"Third reason, no lives will be lost if I don't help her. She has not earned my strength. I am her servant in name only until she has earned my respect. She is my punishment, not my salvation like she is with the others. Having a Master who is not worthy of me is a massive hit to my pride. Since there is no negatives to me not helping her, I should let her use this a chance to prove herself to me."

"You're testing her then?" Sairaorg was a little surprised at that.

"Fourth... I don't like her." Naruto deadpanned the fourth reason that he wasn't going to help Rias in her fight.

He just didn't like her, and didn't want to help her. He understood that what he was doing, at least this reason, was very petty of him. He was still extremely angry with her for holding Asia's life over his head like she did, and even more than that, he was angry with her for allowing Issei to get attacked before he even knew that he was a devil. Issei had been killed by Raynare, and then attacked by a male Fallen Angel... ALL before he ever discovered what happened to him. Rias had been far too lax with Issei's safety even when she knew he was in a delicate situation with Fallen after him.

"Petty much?"

"Well, Fifth and Six reasons are better... I swore not to interfere, so long as Riser never plans to lay a hand on her peerage outside of the Rating Game, I will not interfere. Again, nobody is hurt by this marraige other than Rias." Naruto stated as he tapped his reasons off on his fingers.

"Sixth?" Sairaorg was actually amused by this.

Naruto actually had the guts to admit that one of his reasons for not helping her was that he just didn't like her, which was surprising since most people really liked her.

"I can't trust her, I just do not trust her. I've never seen Rias in battle, and I've never seen how she thinks in a fight. How can I trust somebody to have my back, when they have never even offered to fight me? She's a woman who tried to sleep her way out of her problems, who can trust that?" Naruto asked Sairaorg, who raised an eyebrow.

Naruto pulled out his phone, and he showed him a text that he had gotten from Issei several nights previously.

Dude, Buchou just teleported into my house and tried to sleep with me, before some super hot maid lady interrupted us!

"Rias tried to fuck Issei to get out of her contract. If her first plan of action is to fuck somebody in order to get her way, I can't trust her to be a good leader. Rias will need to earn my support in the future, or innocent lives will need to be in danger. Though, if Rias was worthy of me, then I guess she wouldn't be much of a punishment." Naruto relented on that he was being a little too harsh on her, at least slightly.

Which was why point 4 was so important as well, if he actually liked her than maybe he would be more leniant on the other problems he had with her. Sadly, he didn't like her and it made him far more critical of her than the others who loved her so much.

Sairaorg nodded.

"Then nothing will be achieved if we talk on this any further, thank you for the-"

"Naruto! What happened to... Lord Sairaorg!? I'm so sorry, what happened betwee-"

"Ah, don't worry about it Ravel, we just had some quality dude time together is all. We had some fun, and talked a little. Nothing too bad happened, anyway, I see that you and Beserker are getting along, I take it you passed her test?" Naruto asked Ravel as he changed the subject to something else. The conversation between him and the beast needed to remain between them, at least he didn't plan on speaking of it.

Ravel sighed in disappointment.

"Actually... I failed." Ravel admitted as she looked at Naruto.

He nodded his head.

"Well, I figured she would fail you without giving you a fair test. Still, even knowing you were going to fail I'm really impressed that you tried so hard. You did a good job, I wish I could have watched you longer." Naruto rubbed the top of Ravel's head.

She beamed in pride.

"So... what test am I taking next?"

"Tomorrow, you will be tested by Lancer."

For some reason, Ravel gulped when she felt a sort of primal fear coming from that title, and she didn't even know why.

What could be worse than Saber and Berserker?
