Naruto's plan to take over the world will take awhile, remember that Naruto plans to build up both Japan and Egypt's military might before it takes out China and Russia. It takes awhile to gather resources and power.
Story Start!

"Okay everyone, for the last 10 days you have ALL been working very hard and done me very proud! Some of you have made a lot of progress with magic, and your special skills, and some of you..." Rias looked towards Issei, who only aquired very basic combat skills over the 10 days. Asia had improved her magical skills, but Issei had only learned 1 attack that had a very large charge time and learned the most basic of basic martial arts. "... did your absolute best, and will still be a great part of the team." Rias helped Issei's confidence with her words.

"I developed my own secret technique with Asia... Asia, you promise not to tell Naruto... right?" Issei whispered to Asia.

She had offered to help him when she noticed him stripping potatoes with magic, and she had used up a lot of clothes to help him perfect his technique. He was not sure how Naruto would react to the training that she offered to help him with, since she was such a pure and sweet hearted girl he actually did feel bad about her helping him. At the same time, he wasn't sure if Naruto would approve of the fact it was for training, of if he would be jealous and kick his ass just because he saw Asia naked.

"Why, the move you made is very useful?" Asia didn't see the problem with his new move.

Issei shivered, since that meant that he might be getting an ass kicking in the future. It was still going to be very much worth his sore ass though.

"Today is the day of the Rating Game, and no matter the outcome I'll be proud of all of you-"

"There won't be a Rating Game, Riser cancelled the arranged marraige."

Naruto passed behind Rias as she was speaking while yawning, and delivered the news to her while everyone looked at him in shock. There was no need for him to let her get through her entire speech that she had planned to add morale to her peerage when it didn't need to happen.

...

"Naruto!?"

"Sup, Naruto here." Naruto stated as he raised his hand. Naruto tossed Rias a sealed envelope, and it landed directly in her cleavage where he had been aiming. She looked down at it shocked for a moment, before she took it out of her boobs and opened it up. "It's got the Phenex stamp on it, in case you're wondering." Naruto stated to Rias as she looked at the letter. He was tired after not sleeping, and he felt an uncomfortable pressure in his stomach.

The last few days he had been feeling that pressure, but it hadn't been anything too annoying until after he started to summon more than 1 servant at a time. Right now his limit was two servants, and the pressure had started after his fight against Sairaorg and his overuse of Excalibur. For sure though, there was a good chance he could have lost that fight if it weren't for his use of Excalibur and it's Holy element being strong against Devils. Then again, Sairaorg had used a longinus level Sacred Gear against him.

There were very few people Naruto would allow himself to use Excalibur against, and it was only those people who fit his own conditions for the sword's use. Just being strong wasn't enough for him to use it against a person.

"Naruto?" Rias asked Naruto with both of her eyesbrows past her hairline.

What the hell did he do!?

"I'm Naruto, so anyway, marraige cancelled. Riser is going to make an effort to become a man worthy of marrying you, and he wants to make you fall in love with him naturally. So... anyone want to show me the results of your training?" Naruto asked as he raised his fists up. He wanted to see what 10 days could do for these people, and see if the 10 days they trained gave them the same results as his 10 days of training.

Well, he said 10 days, but it was honestly closer to 2 months worth of training with the Sealed Zone and Clone Fighting that he had been doing. Still, he was sure that some of them had made real progress in their training.

"I'll show you my training Uzumaki-kun." Kiba stated as he stepped forward, but Koneko stopped him and shook her head. "Koneko."

"... What did you put yourself through, you're not well?" Koneko asked Naruto as she looked at his body. She could see that he had broken bones, and she could sense his lifeforce was telling her that he was in horrible condition at the moment. Not to mention there was a massive magical energy swelling up inside of his body.

It was like a water balloon that was getting ready to pop.

"I'm fine, after Rias sent her cousin after me and I beat him-"

"What? I didn't send anyone after you?" Rias was confused over that. She finished reading the letter anyway though, and she sent Naruto a look of absolute surprise. "You got Riser to give up on the engagement?" Rias asked Naruto.

He raised an eyebrow.

'Ah... the maid Grayfia told Sirzechs about me refusing to help, and they took action on their own without telling Rias. Seems her family is protecting her more than she realizes.' Naruto scratched the back of his head. He would, internally, admit that he was wrong about his opinion of Rias in this situation if her genuine confusion was anything to go by.

Asia rushed towards Naruto.

"You helped after all!?" Asia was shocked, she was sure he would have refused to help until the very end.

Kiba clapped Naruto on the back.

"I had the wrong opinion of you from the very beginning, instead of violence, you planned on using diplomacy." Kiba gave Naruto his own version of a thanks. Naruto refused to fight for Rias, but in the end he didn't refuse to help her.

Naruto stared him down.

"Eh? Oh, I didn't try to convince Riser at all. I spent the entire 10 days away from here training at Phenex castle and testing Ravel Phenex. While Ravel was working hard to become my wife by taking my servant's tests, Riser was watching and he just felt pathetic seeing everyone around him being better than him. Anyway, can I get a healing?" Naruto asked Asia with deadpan eyes. He was honestly in a lot of pain, and he would really like to get healed. He didn't ask for Phenex tears before now from Ravel, because he didn't want to rely on her too much either.

Sairaorg had broken a lot of his bones, and while he had done the same thing to the man, he was sure that the man had already been healed by magic. Naruto hadn't told anyone about his broken bones, and he had been pretending to be okay the entire time. He had just pushed through the pain and kept on training so that he could grow stronger, and his bones were half healed now anyway.

"What?" Koneko and Asia asked Naruto

Wife!?

"WIFE!?" Koneko shouted out in shock when she realized that word, and remembered exactly what that would mean for her and her goals. She already had the ultimate competition in Asia, who already had his love. She didn't need competition in Ravel, a high born and rich smart girl who had amazing combat power. Not to mention if the girl had tested with his servants, then she would have shown amazing determination.

"You-"

"Ravel failed the tests, it was just going to be a political marraige anyway. Though, I doubt she plans to give up. A couple of my servants were very unfair to her, but I was really impressed with how much of an honest hard worker she is." Naruto stopped Asia from feeling too bad. He could see that she was worried about something. Anyway, in the end he wasn't going to be getting into an arranged marraige so it was moot point. "By the way, I'm realizing that none of my servants have any healing powers." Naruto realized a big weakness in his servant group.

Not a one of them had the ability to heal him if he got injured, it was a pretty big flaw to not have a healer in the group. Even Nitocris, his caster, had NO healing magic, she only practiced Egyptian curses and combat magic.

"Oh!" Asia put her hands on his chest and started to heal him.

Akeno stepped forward.

"So, you accept us to accept that you had nothing to do with this? You just so happened to be able to do something Rias could do in years, and you did it without even trying?" Akeno asked Naruto wirh a glare.

She was happy for Rias.

She was angry that this guy was able to do what Rias couldn't do in years, in less than 10 days time and without even trying.

"Akeno, stop it. Naruto, even if you didn't help directly, I still want to thank you for being a contributing factor. Still, are you sure that you're fine with this? You were the one who agreed with the marraige?" Rias wanted to hear his opinion on this. She didn't want to make him hate her even more, because it seemed like she was getting out of it scott free.

Naruto glanced at her from over Asia's head.

"I do not hate you, I just don't approve of the things you do. Anyway, the way I see it this will either end up with you marrying Riser because you love him, or you finding somebody stronger and better to marry out of love. Either way, you'll be doing your duty to your people... but now you just have the choice on how you will fullfill that duty." Naruto stated to her. She nodded her head and extended her hand towards him to shake.

Naruto didn't shake her hand.

"Still won't shake my hand though?"

"You've got a long way to go Rias." Naruto stated to her as he turned his head. She nodded her head with a smile. She gripped her hand into a fist, before she blinked. Something Naruto had said earlier, something that he let slip, wasn't clicking with her for some reason. "By the way, Issei... what did Asia help you with, that you don't want me knowing about?" Naruto turned to Issei and asked.

Issei froze.

Truth or lie?

Issei jumped onto the ground and touched his forehead to the dirt.

"I'm SO SORRY! During my training, Asia helped me to create a new move! I invented a move called the Dress Break and it strips women naked of their armor, weapons, and clothes! I saw her naked!" Issei shouted out the truth.

Truth meant getting hurt.

Lie meant getting hurt a LOT more.

"... So? That move sounds useful, taking away a person's armor and weapons is a useful skill. Honestly, I would have thought you would have had her do something stupid like helping you learn X-Ray vision." Naruto sighed in annoyance. Split between annoyance, anger, and pride that Issei had actually come up with a very useful battle tech. The fact that Asia helped him perfect it was a little annoying, as was the fact that he saw her naked.

Everyone looked at Naruto, shocked.

He wasn't hurting Issei.

"You're not hurting him? He saw her naked?" Koneko asked as she pointed at Issei.

"So? I trust Issei won't do anything actually bad to Asia, they are friends. He's a pervert, but he isn't a bad guy. Asia has a very kind heart, so of course she would be willing to help him, even with that kind of thing." Naruto stated with annoyance still clear on his face. He was just annoyed that Issei saw Asia naked and stripped her, but he knew better than others that Issei would never go further than that with Asia. "Did Issei even touch you once while naked?" Naruto asked Asia.

She shook her head.

"He just looks at my boobs a lot."

"See, Issei doesn't have the guts to do more than stare. Anyway, if this had been to create something stupid like talking to boobs or just something to let him perv on women, I would kick his ass for using Asia for that. But because it was to develop a legit technique, I'm just going to have him buy Asia all new clothes to make up for what he destroyed." Naruto stated very clearly as he looked down at Issei.

Issei gulped.

That had been his other idea, the ability to talk to boobs and x-ray vision. He had picked between the three ideas, and thought stripping girls was the most useful. He was happy Naruto wasn't killing him, but he had went through nearly 15 of Asia's outfits during their training. That was going to drain all of his allowance completely dry buying her new clothes.

"... Okay..." Issei submitted that was a decent price to pay.

For some reason, he was sure that Naruto also had something worse planned for him.
