All countries but a single one had fallen.

Despite the never ending assault on their nation, the USA never gave ground on either than Canada or Mexican fronts. They were even able to use their air force and tactical missles to prevent even Mordred from gaining any ground, or giving her time to unleash her Noble Phantasm on them. No matter how many of their troups went down, even over the course of a full week, the USA's powerful military force never surrendered and only came back with twice as much viciousness and determination for each man lost.

Such was the power of the world's previous strongest military might, to be able to fight the combined military powers of the world to a standstill. The world's original nuke generator, and the one nation that no nation would pick a fight with unless they were sure that they had either home field advantage or close allies.

"Of course, with a weak leader it's only a matter of days until they fall. The once powerful USA military has been weakened so much."

Barack Obama.

Perhaps the man that Naruto could owe part of his victory too.

With the weapons that Naruto gained from Obama giving 150 billion dollars to terrorist groups in the middle east, which Naruto owned now, and the man cutting massive amounts of funding from the USA military, Naruto knew that it was his time that he could make the move. With Obama starting middle eastern wars, and scattering their army forces across the globe for no good reason, their home military was also weakened against external threats. If it were not for some of these facts, Naruto would not have acted against the USA nearly as quickly as he was able to.

All because of the 2011 Budget Control act.

"Only a foolish leader would weaken their military, you would never have seen this in my Japan." Oda stated as she crossed her arms in disgust. She was in charge of leading the Canada from, while Mordred pressed her advantage against the Mexican front. She had reinforcements arrive daily by plane and ship from Area 7 across the seas. "Of course, with you here in person... it is only a matter of time. Should you not be in school Master?" Oda asked as she looked at Naruto.

Naruto looked at the battlefield.

"Summer vacation, anyway, Canada... Area 17 is the closest place to the capital of the USA. Once news that the King of the Uzu Kingdom has arrived to the battlefield, that foolish leader will make an attempt to buy us off. Prepare for a temporary ceasefire at any moment." Naruto stated, and Oda grinned and summoned 3000 rifles into the air. They soared across the battlefield and each gun landed in the arms of another soilder.

"Take these guns men! Shoot down their tanks, their planes, and their men with no me-" Oda stopped when Naruto glared at her. "-only mercy for those who surrender thier weapons and join our side!" Oda corrected herself.

Naruto nodded.

"No... and I repeat, no unneeded deaths. Those who surrender and join us will be treated as citizens of the Uzu Kingdom. Of course-" Naruto raised his hand up and caught a missle that was fired at him from the sky. The missle exploded with enough force to destroy the throne he had just sat down on, and slightly burn Naruto's hand. He sighed as the plane that shot the missle was destroyed quickly by two well placed shots from his men. "-with you supplying the men with weapons, this battle will be a simple matter." Naruto would gladly join the battlefield.

Were it not for the fact he needed to sit down on a throne as a power move.

He needed to display his utter dominance and confidence to the enemy, to show that nothing they could ever do could remove him as a threat.

"You seem angry."

"I am angry, this great nation that only took a mere 200 years to become the world's strongest superpower, the only truly free nation in the world. A nation of the people who don't serve their government, but has the government serve them. I admired the freedoms of their nation, but to watch as a corrupt leader sells their nation out constantly, weakens it, and pushes it into poverty... how can I not be angry. What could have been my greatest challenge to world conquest... the nation who inspired me... to be reduced to this." Naruto grit his teeth as he was flooded by aggression and fury. He couldn't stand the fact that the one nation above all others that he looked forward to challenging, the nation he had expected to take months of constant fighting to go down.

The one nation that he had originally refused to mess with, was the nation that had a leader that was destroying it's own greatness.

"I understand... if my Great Japan had-"

"Area 1."

"If my Great Area 1 had ever weakened itself, I would kill the people who did it... in fact, I have done that before. I understand completely your anger... YOU HEAR THAT MEN! Your King is angered, feel your King's fury and let it fuel you! Be given the strength of 100 men each, and use that willpower to take down any enemy before you!" Oda commanded loudly in Naruto's place.

Naruto raised a hand when a US troup with a white flag came over, and the men who would have shot, did not.

"... A child?"

"You-"

"Your leader wishes to have a peace talk, correct, at a neutral location? Until then, he wants our forces to stop attacking?" Naruto asked with a growing smirk on his face. He could see the look of surprise in the man's eyes.

"Yes sir."

"No, I rule all countries in this world except the USA as it stands. I have no reason to agree to anything, and I am the one who decides the new rules of war. Your president has 3 hours to meet me at this location to speak of how he wishes to surrender this nation to me. Until then..." Naruto snapped his fingers. "... I have my assassin targetting all your members of Congress. Just to ensure that the President will have the authority to surrender. In three hours all members of Congress who don't surrender their vote to me, die." Naruto stated as he dictated the rules of battle.

The arrogance was not on him this time.

Naruto ruled nearly the entire world, any person who believed that they could dictate the terms of a meeting with him was foolish. It was a power play of foolish levels, trying to assert your dominance over the man who was holding back his own military in order to not cause any civilian deaths.

Naruto watched the man leave with his message.

-3 Hours Later-

"He's late Master..."

"He is... he's 5 minutes late." Naruto stated as he looked at his phone. Naruto took up his sword, Excalibur, and walked off of his throne. "Men... your King has decided to join the battle. With this sword, the sword of promised victory itself, we will win." Naruto stated, not shouted or chanted, but just stated.

One man quickly spread the message around and told those nearby, and the message Naruto spoke had no need to be shouted as his army felt their morale raise by tenfold what it had been before.

"Men, clear the way!" Oda shouted as Naruto placed both of his hands on his sword.

Naruto could see a bombing plane in the sky.

"I see... he planned on launching a nuke." Naruto saw as a warhead was dropped from the plane. Oda nodded her head and jumped into the air, with a rifle floating underneath her feet.

Oda flew into the air on her rifle and met with the nuke. Raising her arms up, she grabbed onto the nuke without it going off. She summoned a second rifle under her other foot so she could move faster, and started to ski in the air on rifles. She lowered herself quickly back towards the ground, and she gently placed the nuke on the ground.

"HAH! I have a person issue with these weapons, that inflicted so much death onto the Great... Area 1 of the past." Oda corrected herself without needing Naruto to do it this time. She leaned back against the nuke and flipped off the plane as it turned around.

Kill the leader.

"Instead of put his own life at risk in order to make peace, like he said he wanted, he tried to bomb me... good tactic in a war, but a horrible idea if you want peace. The thing he doesn't seem to realize, is that now he has tried to nuke his own men as well." Naruto stated to himself as he looked at the US soldiers who seemed confused and frightened by the fact that a nuke had nearly been dropped on them as well. Naruto took his other hand off of Excalibur and offered it to the men. "Honorable soldiers of the world's second greatest nation, put down your arms and join me. Your families and home cities will be spared, and you will be offered true freedom once more from the corrupt government you now serve. The government that just ordered your deaths so they could kill one man." Naruto called out.

There was silence.

"Men, remove the fallen from the battlefield and treat their bodies with the utmost respect to our new allies!" Oda barked out her orders.

Why?

Because within moments, Naruto's offer of having their home cities and families protected and free, after ALL of them nearly dying, was far too appealing. Within minutes, the US soldiers abandoned their side and started to rally behind Naruto's army.

"Master, we have made progress, and are halfway through Texas."

"Mordred, kill nobody else... my cameramen have gotten video evidence of this nations' leader attempting to nuke his own army. The video will be sent to your side, play it on a massive TV screen as you go into battle from now on... and gracefully accept and protect all opponents who join our side." Naruto stated with a vicious grin.

This is the mistake he had been waiting for.

The second a leader tries to bomb his own people, was all it would take. Naruto had what he wanted to be able to make the progress that he needed. With how fast news could spread, it was only a matter of hours before the proud nation would fall to the Uzu Kingdom. The reason Naruto appeared on the battlefield was for this, among some other reasons.

"Yes Master!"

"New Army Soldiers of the Uzu Kingdom, you are exhausted and spent, get rested and fed before joining the battle! You are the greatest men I have had the honor of going to war against, I don't want any of your deaths if it can be avoided! I will personally lead the charge into battle now, FOLLOW ME!" Naruto raced onto the battlefield front lines.

In 2 hours, half of the USA had been conquered.

In 3 hours, 75% of the USA had been conquered.

In 5 hours, the USA surrendered.

Earth belonged to Naruto.

For those who don't like the politics in this chapter, suck it up, you won't have to deal with them much more once Naruto rules over Earth considering Naruto will make ALL the rules.
This is the WAR arc of the story, and you can NOT go into a war arc without going into politics, and you can't go into war politics without mentioning how bad the President at the time when DxD timeline takes place was.
