"Phew, this is much harder than I thought it would be."

Complete military domination was not easy, but thankfully it was very much so when you have magic and ancient might on your side.

"Queen Nitocris! The troups are ready to squash the rebellion in the east!"

"Good!" Nitocris touched her hand against the waterfall that she was using as the base for her magic. The waterfall split down the middle, and a massive portal opened up in the middle of the water. The most important magic that she had in her arsenal at the moment, according to Naruto, which was why she was being taken off the front lines at the moment.

The ability to transport armies across great distances in small amounts of time.

It was her job to Teleport Armies and Squash Rebellions, which would sprout up here and there in the parts of the world that had yet to personally witness the vast devastation that Mordred and Artoria had inflicted on nations. Countries that knew that to resist meant destruction had surrendered so that the people of their nations would be spared, but powerful countries seemed to be sowing the seeds of rebellion in their countries.

Jack came through a portal that she opened up, and she was holding the served heads of 5 people in her arms, that she dropped to the ground.

"Got the rebel leaders in the north." Jack had been part of the elimination unit for this very reason. Combining Assassin and Caster powers together made for a very formidable combination, and when Nitocris able to teleport her anywhere in the world where there was rebellion forming would mean that she could do her job to the best of her ability. "We left 1 alive to send a message to others, that rebellion is useless." Jack spoke as she jumped on top of the small shack that was serving as Nitocris' base of operations.

She grinned.

While Naruto was in flight back to Japan, he had summoned the two of them with the instructions that they were to do their best to sense any rebellions. With Nitocris using undead spirits to spy on the living, and stalk the shadows, she could know exactly when and where any new rebellions were about to pop up.

Except in Rome for some reason.

For some reason, the undead spirits in Rome refused to tell her anything about any rebellions in that area.

-In Rome (Umu)-

"Umu, this is really a startling situation."

Saber.

Saber, Nero Claudius.

"This is not a great situation, but not to worry my fine rebels! We, the people of Rome, will eventually conquer this world for ourselves! We just have to stoke the flames of rebellion against the current King!" She declared with a wide smile. She had saved the lives of over 300 fine soldiers who were now on her side.

Her Master had died upon summoning her, meaning that she had been summoned to the best suited area for her to gather magical energy to exist. That area had been the entire country of Rome, where her legend was strongest. It was easy for her to rally the troups, and even easier for her as a Servant to take down whatever armed forces would attack her men and women. She had gathered all those that could fight, and hid them inside the Roman Colosseum for the time being.

"Emperor Nero-"

"Please, just call me... actually, yes Emperor Nero is the appropriate thing to call me." Nero stated with a great smile.

"We recieved radio communication from the Northern Base... the Assassin attacked, but the survivor has no memory of any of her skills and abilities, or even anything other than her being female."

"I see... so Presence Concealment, or Information Erasure... seems we are against... Jack the Ripper as the enemy assassin." Nero stated with a frown. That was bad for them, since most assassins in history would only be summoned with one of those abilities. She could guess Jack, because Jack was one of the extreme few Assassins who had actually managed to never have their true identity discovered, and where never caught in the act.

They were against perhaps one of the most perfect silent killers, and Nitocris had not hidden her identity as she conquered Egypt. Nero was aware of the fact that armies were being moved across the world at unreal speeds simply because Nitocris had access to using the Egyptian Underworld as her portal for teleporting armies. There was no way that she could be unaware of what was going on, or how bad of a situation.

"Emperor Nero?"

"... We're going to cease raids, and blend in with the crowds. Think we can get our hands on some of these super weapons of mass destruction?" Nero always wanted to see a nuke go off in person. She had knowledge of them because she was brought into this world with an update on what had happened historically, but she had never seen one in person.

"Every nuke has proved useless so far, and every time one has been launched the enemy makes sure the world gets to see just how useless they are. Our enemy is excellent at the act of demoralizing our side."

"I see... keep the enemies morale down so they have no hope to challenge you. That is a strategy that I myself used against my enemies, our enemy commander is such a wonderful opponent." Nero summarized with a nod of approval. "Listen men! The world might have been conquered, but I RULE Rome, because I am Rome, and Rome is everything! So rest assured, no matter how much we struggle, we will emerge from this as the victors!" Nero shouted as she jumped to stand on top of the throne of the audience.

The enemy had contact with spirits.

Sad for her, the ancient spirits of Rome would never betray her. The loyalty to their leader was second to none, and the only way they would remain hidden as they gathered their forces. Nero was gathering information on her enemeis from what she had seen.

Saber: Mordred
Assassin: Jack the Ripper
Archer: Oda Nobunaga
Caster: Nitocris
Lancer: Unknown to her

"Emperor Nero, the reborn ruler! We will follow you untilt the Uzu-Kingdom is crushed!"

"Yes, praise and admire me more Umu!" Nero adored the attention she was getting. There was nothing like the praise that she recieved from her people. She was going to enjoy this second life so much. She had no intentions of following the dying wishes of-

"Oh my, what is this Big Sister suppose to do... it seems like there is a rebel base here."

"Oh, Rider! Que-"

"Is this Big Sister going to have to crush another rebellion against Naruto?" Quetzalcoatl spoke as she looked down, and she prepared for a fight with Nero. Summoned by the same Master, but with a different goal than what she herself wished for.

Naruto was unaware of the fact that she had been helping him.

Since Naruto earned her respect with a good lucha fight, she decided to show that respect by taking his side. She had been crushing any and all rebellions that she could find, including all rebels who were found him Mexico and South America as a whole. She wanted to see the kind of world that a warrior king would create, the kind of man that earned her respect by facing her in honorable, one on one combat, despite her being stronger than him. He showed his strength and valor by accepting her duel, with her conditions, and fighting her in what she was great at.

His charisma and skill had charmed her.

"-that would be bad though. Might I offer a different idea?" Nero asked with a bow. She was speaking to a fellow servant that had been summoned by the same Master. Though clearly neither of them held any loyalty to the wishes of the man. The woman before her was not to be trifled with, but she would fight her if she were to be forced to. "... Instead of destroying our rebellion, why not just ignore us."

The enemy tilted her head.

"Interesting, but that goes counterproductive to my wishes you see. This Big Sister wishes to see the world created by a true warrior king." Quetzalcoatl spoke as she landed and knocked out 5 soldiers where they stood. She looked at Nero as every enemy trained their guns on her, but she just ignored them as she stabbed her blade into the ground. "Still, that is a bold idea. You, who plan to conquer this world... would also fit the title of a warrior king-"

"Emperor, and instead of just a warrior, I am one to appreciates all things with beauty. Truly, I myself respect the military might of my enemy, but Rome is mine, Rome is the world, and I am Rome! This nation is mine, and all beautiful things belong to me, so I must take them back to remake this world to be much more beautiful!" Nero even used this as a chance to increase the morale of her troops.

Her enemy leaned forward.

"Heh... oh hahahaha... you are a fiesty one! Yes, I will ignore your rebellion! Despite the rough way he does things, Naruto cares not for beauty. His goal is to make a world where everyone has the freedom to pave their own path, but it seems that goes directly against what you wish."

"I wish for a world, where all things are beautiful." Nero stated with a proud smile.

Quetzalcoatl nodded her head, since despite her strange words, her desire was quite true to herself. The way Nero spoke was interesting, and it would be good for Naruto to face off against this woman.

The way a King grew was simple.

Face those with ideals that are different than their own, and learn from their enemies. Naruto was a man that she favored as king of the world, but he was far from perfect. She wanted to watch him grow and become an even more perfect King. Where he was a perfect military king who could crush his enemies morale and force mass armies to surrender through use of strategic brute force and intelligent assassination. He even knew just the way to force any government who wanted to keep their people save to surrender, as his goal was to keep deaths as low as possible.

Nero was the same as him, but as well as the exact opposite of him.

This would be a great challenger for him.

"Well, I look forward to watching the Beautiful Warrior Emperor fight off against the Perfect Warrior King. So, I will ignore your rebellion... now if you excuse me." She spoke, before she jumped in the air and landed on her ride.

This is why she loved humanity.

Okay, some idiots really need to remember that Naruto has not just access to ALL of the world's armies, but ALSO supernatural army destroyers and supernatural means of transporting his armies.
With China and Russia, Naruto literally pulled a Hiroshima and Nagasaki using Artoria, so they either have the choice to surrender, or have their entire country wiped out.
Even the most hard core, nationalist nation (like Japan for example) would surrender if you showed you could destroy them at any moment you want.
Also, any idiot that thinks that if America was losing, they would NUKE themselves is a flat out moron with no knowledge on American nuclear code and policy or the procedure it takes to launch nukes.

The only reason Naruto didn't have Nitocris teleport then armies into the middle of these nations, and instead at the borders, is to give his enemies time to surrender to keep civilian deaths as low as he could.
