"This explains why I'm addicted to your cooking Yuzu!" Sui Feng said with a lighthearted chuckle.

Later that night Yuzu Kurosaki and Kirio Hikifune walk into the Shiba estate hand in hand, sitting off to the side Sui Feng chuckled, "This explains your cooking!"

Yuzu was about to give her sister in-law a dirty look when Sui Feng said, "Your cooking was good before, but its mouthwatering now!"

Turning crimson Yuzu said, "Shiba's are known for having more Reiatsu then we know what to do with and well, I never was that much of a fighter!"

Kirio spoke up saying, "All those nights making that formula we would cook for each other!"

Yuzu said, "She said she would teach me, we bonded over love of cooking!"

Giving her girlfriend a wink Kirio said, "I know potential when I see it!"

Yuzu turns a deep shade of crimson.

Moments later from just behind her Yuzu heard the gruff voice of her father Isshin Kurosaki ask, "Does she make you happy Sweetheart?"

As Isshin and Rangiku Matsumoto walk around to face her Yuzu nods saying, "Yea… she does dad!"

Digging into his Kimono Isshin took out a small deep blue box saying, "I gave your brother her engagement ring, this was her wedding band."

The moment was not lost on Rangiku or Lynn, as they both smiled.

Turning crimson Yuzu said, "Grandfather already gave us his blessing… he said something that confused me!"

"He said, the heart wants, what the heart wants!"

Surprisingly it was Lynn who answered the comment saying, "He means, you can't control who you fall in love with!"

"When I first met your brother all I wanted to do was kill him" Lynn said causing Yuzu to frown, as Lynn, stated, "Back then all I saw was this brash kid that invaded my home, after he saved Rukia I did some digging and I found out why, and I had to admire the nobility behind his actions!"

"Sweetheart why were you at the palace!" Isshin asked softly.

"My Zanpakutō, is rather unique!" Yuzu said as everyone heard Clink…FFFFTTTTTT

As she released her Shikai Her Zanpakutō was dual bladed, one was predominantly white, from scabbard to hilt with a black diamond pattern the other was predominantly black with a white diamond pattern.

"The black takes life, the white gives life!" Yuzu said softly.

"You mean it can heal people!" her father asked

"More than that dad!" Yuzu left it at that, the fewer people know its capabilities the better.

The look on Isshin's face asked, what more is there, then a thought crossed his mind, raze the dead.

All Yuzu did was nod, "No!" as all she said to her father.

"How good was Retsu Unohana at healing people?" Yuzu asked.

"She was a Master of Healing arts why?" Isshin asked his daughter.

"Captain Tenjirō Kirinji said very soon I will exceed her abilities!" Yuzu said offhandedly Isshin, Lynn and Rangiku slowly turn to look at Yuzu in stunned silence.

"Captain Hyōsube, said I was so good at Kaidō that had I not joined the 4rth I could have been in the in the Kaidō corps Possibly Grand Kaidō Chief."

"I wonder…"

"I'm not sure I want to go up against Auntie Kūkaku, dad!" Yuzu said concerned

30 minutes later Yuzu and her now fiancé Kirio immerge from the kitchen with Sui Feng's favorite dish.

Kirio was about to address Sui Feng when she said, "Kirio, my friends call me Lynn!"

"Lynn, I hope you enjoy it as much as we did making it." Kirio and Yuzu said as they took their seats.

Looking at the dish Lynn said, "Panang Curry with Chicken… how did you know."

"Grandfather told me it was one of his, and your favorite dishes, I wont be offended if you think his was better, he was your husband!"
