The Wind Show was the grandest possible affair in Cloudy Court. People from all over the universe would be in attendance. It was an entire week of guaranteed fun for everyone, no matter who they were or what walk of life they were from.

The week was dedicated to a massive carnival. Kite-making, cloud-floating and windmill-jumping were all extremely popular activities. Aside from that, there were craft stalls, food stalls and games and prizes to be won.

Every year, the Lumas begged to attend. Every year, Rosalina let them.

They would spend the week in a windmill-hotel, leaving the Comet Observatory on a small planet reserved for parking large crafts. During the day, they would comb the galaxy, exploring anything and everything. At night, they would return to their hotel and have lovely meals prepared by the staff. All sorts of Cloudy delicacies would be made available to them.

The food was always Rosalina's second-favourite part. She looked forward to eating an entire bagful of puffy doughnuts by herself. She loved sipping on cloud cocktails as she watched the sunset. And it was a tradition to take the Lumas out for mist-cream on the last day.

Not to mention the almost infinite array of sweets and baked goods available at the stalls. It was the only time of year when she could eat them. She'd tried replicating the recipes herself, but they never turn out as good. There was something magical about eating the food at the Wind Show.

But of course, her favourite part about the whole occasion was the happiness it brought the Lumas.

Nothing in the whole entire universe could ever replace their smiles or their excited chirps. They were what made the Wind Show truly worth attending in the first place.

Sure, the food was amazing, but the memories were even better.
