"What secret have you been keeping from us?!" Zoro roared in anger. Luffy was gone and that stubborn blond was trying to handle something alone again. Zoro was desperate to save Luffy and Sanji altogether, he was losing his composure.
"We are here not for nothing, Roronoa-ya. We have a mission, that's why we're here." Law explained to the beast, rushing to finish the conversation, so they could go like NOW to save his little chibi.
* HnO HnO HnO HnO HnO HnO HnO *
"We are looking an exact demon. That is our important mission!" Law gritted his teeth, explaining their condition while examining the situation around, from behind the wall.
"And who is this demon? Why are you looking for him?" Sabo demanded to know all.
"Let him continue, Sabo." Zoro stopped him and set his focus back to the lanky demon. Law made a little gesture, asking them to follow him to another secluded place.
"His name is Diamante. He was one of our officers before he decided to double-cross us!" the goatee demon hissed in rage. His dusty grey eyes sparked with deep hatred.
"He stole our precious Roci's heart and ran into Annen Verden." Ace continued, realizing Law was starting to lose his usual calm demeanor.
"Roci?" both Zoro and Sabo repeated in unison, puzzled.
"Yeah Roci, Rocinante. Well,to cut the story short, our emperor, the joker, has four officers who were usually got direct orders from the emperor himself. Roci is one of them," The freckled demon explained, "and Roci is his lover."
"And my benefactor." Law butted in, grunting.
"So basically, he died?" the Farlig asked.
"No, hasn't. That exactly our mission is."
"Diamante stole his heart, FYI, Roci-san is also a Farlig so he can't hold on forever, even though Doffy-san has already given him everything." added Ace.
"U-uh wait… I don't follow." Sabo blurted out, while Zoro was keeping his silent, absorbing all he could.
"About?" the freckle demon asked.
"You said that, we Farlig aren't compatible in Annen Verden. How can this Roci guy live there?"
"Oh, that's…"
"He got the emperor's heart. So basically, because that idiot Joker falls for him, that was when the contract begun. Roci got the emperor's heart while the emperor himself got his power." The usually sulking demon explained.
"You mean he has two hearts?"
"No, only one. Their heart united into one. Maybe that's the better explanation."
"I-isn't that dangerous for the emperor? The traitor got his heart!"
"That's why we can't fail! That bastard got two most important things!" Ace hissed dangerously. His usual cheerful happy-go-lucky demeanor changed into a bloodlust beast.
"And if my intuition was correct, Diamante already figured out how to kill Doffy." Law gritted his teeth angrily.
"He WHAT?!" Ace roared.
"I thought you understand why he kidnapped Chibi-ya?!" the lanky demon hissed back.
"U-uhh.. I don't…"
"Gosh! Chibi-ya has this nullifying power, right?!"
"Why he needs that nullifying power exactly?!" Zoro growled, he just couldn't stand it anymore.
"Demon can't be killed. We can't grow old, we won't die. So, for him to be king, he needs to somehow overthrown the now so call King, he needs to do something. All of this time, he seems to try his luck. Well, he was lucky to discover the only way to kill demon. Despite all, he found Chibi-ya and his tremendous power. Whether he was lucky, or that Joker's time was up, I can't tell but, I won't let that bastard does everything he pleased."
"Y-you mean.." The dusty blond head suddenly felt a bad feeling about this.
"Either he kills Chibi-ya or he makes Chibi-ya pleaded his love for him. I doubt he will try the second way so..." Law didn't continue his word.
"Why he needs to kill him?" The beast twitched in much rage, hearing the bad news.
"So he can take his heart out and eat it. Then he got Chibi-ya's power."
"ARE YOU JOKING?!" The green head raged.
"I WON'T LET HIM!" Sabo barked in frustration.
"I won't let it either. That's why I need your help!" replied the goatee desperate.
"And while we're chatting, our time is getting more and more limited." Ace hurried them and barged out into a wide hall, which only got two guards guarding a big wooden gate.
"INTRUDER! RING THE A-!"
"Oh no you won't! I won't let it!" Ace barked back with a shit-eating grin, shooting some fiery bullets straight onto them.
"FI-!"
"Shambles!" Before they could even scream in pain, they were gone and Law was there.
"H-Huh?" Ace frowned.
"The hell you fire idiot?! Are you trying to let all of them know we are here?! GEEZ!" Law sneered angrily to the fire demon.
"O-ooh yeah… I forget to shut them up." Ace grinned while scratching his black mane, getting sighs from the others.
"Hurry up! We are wasting too much time." Law continued to lead the way. He opened the wooden gate slowly, trying not to make any sound.
They ran in a dark long aisle. There were only some torches hanging on the brick wall. They did give the intruders some dim lit vision, but it made no different for them, they could see well in the dark.
"That's strange. Is the castle really this empty?" Sabo asked, letting out the nagging feeling inside himself.
"I don't know, but I know Diamante doesn't have the skill to charm the other demon, so maybe." The freckled demon answered, still following the other demon in front of him.
"Whatever it is, we still need to be caution." growled the leading demon.
"Yes sir~!" Ace chirped again.
Then suddenly, they arrived in a spacious dark room.
"W-where are we?" The dusty blond asked when he realized they were already in a different spot.
"Be careful. I sense something ahead." hissed the Falirgenete.
"Ace.." called Law.
"Yeah." Without any command, Ace understood what the other demon needed. Ace flicked his finger and summoned a fireball, lighting the spacious room. It looked like a hall.
They were standing at the hall's entrance, a big wide sulking grey archway. Both the right side and left side, there were stairs, the left one lead to the upper side, the other lead to the basement.
"So? Which one is which one?" Sabo frowned, both confused and hesitated.
"I had no idea." The fire demon sulked.
"I have a hunch." said Law still focused to the empty space in front of them, "You both take the right, go get Chibi-ya, I'll take care of that ass!" he continued running straight to the stairs on the left, beckoning Ace to follow him.
"He-hey!"
"No time to argue, Sabo. We have to hurry." Zoro quickly butt in and started run back to the aisle.
"Wa-wait! That's not the WAY!" Sabo roared, quickly catching the green head by his hair then dragged him to the stairs which led to the basement.

The duo took the stairs on the left, leading them to the second floor.
"I know that ass isn't a sweet talker, but are you sure the castle is this empty?" Ace asked while keeping his pace, following the other demon.
"Just be ready for everything. We are in the enemy territory after all."
"You don't have to tell me that."
They followed the railing along the way and reached another grand spacious empty hall. It was dark and cold with no sign of life at all.
"Ace.." and suddenly from behind Law there was a blazing fire, illuminating the room.
"Nobody here." The fire demon commented.
"Yeah, but he is somewhere in this hideout." Law hissed dangerously, gritting his teeth.
* HnO HnO HnO HnO HnO HnO HnO *
"I don't believe your direction dyslexia kicking in a time like this. I really want to trade your brain with something else." The Farlig spat while running and keeping track of his friend.
"Shut up. I'm trying to search for the short-"
"Don't argue with me when you are trying to get yourself lost!" Sabo groaned. Zoro replied with some incoherent mumble.
Running along the spiral stairs, the two of them keep their pace as fast as they could. Suddenly they heard some shouting, not too far from their place.
"LET ME GOO! I SWEAR I'LL KICK YOUR ASS!"
"That's.."
"It's Luffy! Hurry up!" Sabo jolted and quickly running past the green head towards the source of the voice.
"S-SABO! Wait!" the green head called for him, tailing him in hurry.
* HnO HnO HnO HnO HnO HnO HnO *
"So? shouldn't we check the other place?" the freckled demon asked, glancing around the spacious dim hall.
"First, we have to make sure about those two in the basement. Hurry now." Law answered feeling somewhat uneasy.
[What is this bad feeling that keeps gnawing inside me?]
"Hey, wait. I think I see something." Ace abruptly floated deeper into the hall to check on something he claimed to see it seconds ago
"O-oi Ace, don't be reckless."
"I know."
Law tailed the fire demon. Walking closer to him, Law kept his vision in high alert.
"Hey Law! Check this out!" Ace excited. The lanky demon arched his eyebrows in confusion and walked faster to reach his partner.
"What?" he asked, arms still crossing each other while hugging his favorite long sword, Kikoku.
"This… isn't this…"
"Th-this is…"
* HnO HnO HnO HnO HnO HnO HnO *
"LUUFFY!" Sabo shouted, banging the dark wooden door open. Dismay and worry written all over his face, though they were all gone when he saw his little raven brother was okay.
"Sabo! Zoro! Why are you here?!" the younger Farlig asked both in surprised and relieved.
"Saving you, of course. Do you have any idea that you've been kidnapped?" the Farligenete asked, following the dusty blond head.
"Aah! That's reminds me! Where is that ugly blond?! I have to kick his ass!"
"Ugly blond?" Sabo repeated what he heard.
"Yeah! He said his name was… was something like Dia… Dhian… Diarr.. Diarrhea?" Luffy was tilted his head, his face frowned from the thinking.
"… That's a very strange name." Zoro arched his eyebrow in confusion, while the other was moving closer to Luffy who had been chained to the chair.
"First we need to get you out from here. After that you are pleased to do whatever you want." Sabo said while tugging the chain on Luffy.
"Can you break this?" the noirette asked, pouting.
"I can try."
"Ooohhh~~~" sang both Luffy and Zoro.
Sabo growled in embarrassment at first, but he continued what he intended to do. He tensed up his whole body the suddenly the ground where he stood lighted up. A pair of horns grown on his dusty blond head. His ears were becoming pointy, while his teeth grown sharper. His muscles became bulkier, his claws sharper. On his back a pair of tattered wings unfolded gracefully.
"Dragoon Sabooo, I also want power to change!" Luffy exclaimed with his eyes turned into beaming stars.
"Yeah, you always say it every time I change myself."
"Well, Luffy is being Luffy." The green head commented.
Sabo shrugged and took the chain on Luffy, tugged for some times and with one powerful snapped, he broke the chain on Luffy's left hand.
"Your hands sure are scary." Zoro cringed.
"Said the beast." Growled Sabo with his heavy changed voice, while rolling his eyes.
"Sabo, Sabo, the other one." The noirette pouted, while tugging on his chain.
"yeah, yeah."
"Ckk! We have guests coming." hissed the beast on alert.
* HnO HnO HnO HnO HnO HnO HnO *
"This is Roci's hea-"
"AAARRRGGGHH!"
Law couldn't finish his sentence, when he heard Ace was screaming in excruciating pain. A blade, no, a white cloth which was now stained with black blood. Hard, sharp, going through Ace's chest, making a hole on his bare chest, oozing dark blood from the fiery demon.
"Y-you…" Ace hissed. His voice cracked because of the throbbing pain on his chest.
"DIAMANTE?!" Law roared in anger, readying himself to lunge onto his enemy.
"Uhahahaha~~! Yes it's me, the great Diamante. Are you surprised? You should be Uhahahaha!"
"H-How can… you.. kkh…" the fire demon stuttered, clenching his chest, while the stained cloth turned back into its original state, a piece of cloth.
"Ace!" Law quickly moved closer to his partner, who was now fumbling then dropped onto his one knee, while coughing blood. Trembling, Ace tried to pull the cloth out from his chest. He barely pulled it, but the pain was unbearable. He flinched when he felt the scrape of the clothes between his flesh.
"Stay put, idiot! Let me handle that, after I kill that bastard!" the goatee barked, grabbing Ace's hand, the one which was trying to pull the cloth out.
"Bu-… Kkh!"
"You are in no condition to fight. Stay here and don't get yourself kill!"
"H.. he got.. Cora-san's…. power- becare..full…" Ace warned him with heavy breath.
"I know. That's the only reason he could stab you like this." Law gritted his teeth, clenching his knuckle and readied his favorite Kikoku all in the same time, "and the more reason I need to kill him." He continued, voice laced with raging hatred.
"I know you fear me! Uhaahahah! Surrender yourself Law! Work under me! I'll give you chance!" the demon in red clad spoke with sheer ostentation.
"In your dream, jerk!" the demon spat back.

"Oh no you can't have him so easily." said the voice from behind Sabo who was still in his Farlig form. A big schyte was already an inch away from his neck.
"Yea, yea… Do you know how much trouble we have to face to kidnapped him? Kiyaaaa~!" added another high pitch voice from behind the green head, trying to grab Zoro by his neck. Too bad Zoro was quick to turn around and grabbed his wing - roughly.
"!Kyaaakkk! Wh-what the hell?! H-how can yo-"
"Are you trying to sneak on me, uh… strange creature…"
"Ahhh! the trio strange!" cried Luffy both excited and panic at the same time.
"W-what the hell?! H-how can you touch him?!" came the third voice, suddenly appearing in front of them. A flying ghost, milky white, hollow eyes and sharp teeth. Behind Sabo was a grim reaper with his big schtye, trying to rip the blond head's neck apart, but Zoro was quick to give them threat.
"Are you sure you want to do that? I can kill him you know."
"Kishishishi! Do I afraid of your empty threaten? We are demon. We can't die from a simple damage like-"
"KYAAAAKKK! N-no! No please stop! It's hurt!" the round shaped black bat shouted and thrashing around when he felt his wings was being crush by the Farligenete bare hand.
"Grim! stop it!" the ghost exclaimed, "Bu-but how?" it continued with a stuttered voice.
"How? How how?" Zoro asked back.
"Only the other demon can touch us! you are no demon!" the ghost yelled in confusion.
"Ah! Torao also asked about that before! Hey Zoro! maybe you also have the same power as me!" Luffy beamed with joy, though he was still bind onto the chair.
"I don't know. I don't care. Hurry and release him." The beast voice was deep and cold, commanded the other demon which was behind Sabo.
"Grim…" the ghost called his friend, pleading.
"bu-but…"
"Griimmm! he is breaking my wings!" the round bat cried again. The reaper clicked his tongue and moved his schyte away from the blond, but…
[What's this?] Thought the green head, averting his gaze to his leg. Near him there was a small pumpkin, with a face, the usual pumpkin lamp you'd see in halloween.
[What is this thing doing over here?] Zoro bent down, touching the lantern.
Suddenly…
"TRICK OR TREAT!" the lantern shouted using a very high pitch voice, stretching out its arms and legs, surprising the beast who wasn't aware about it.
"Th-the fuck!? Aaakhh!" the green head growled, feeling sharp teeth sunk into his neck. As quick as it happened, it was gone.
"Zoro!" both Luffy and Sabo shouted in panic.
"Kyaak kyaak! Thats what you have for hurting me!" the bat laughed, flapping it wings, flew higher. A doll sized Jack o lantern with a slim body, being held by its claws.
"khikhikhikhi! He fell for it, he fell for it!" A mocking laughed from the Jack, boiled Zoro's blood into rage somewhat mixed with ashamed. But then again, something else…
Sabo managed to maneuver his own body, attacking the enemy behind him, slashing it with his sharp claws.
"Kaaaaahhh! Wh-what with these creatures? Why all of them can touch us?!" the grim reaper roared both in pain and anger.
"Him too? What the hell with you guys?! Who the hell are you?!" the ghost asked with pure confusion.
"What are you guys talking actually?" the dragon Farlig asked back, "we just want to take Luffy back and you guys hindering us. We have no choice." he continued, while posed his stances, readied himself to go on offense mode.
"Nobody ever touched us… What are you?" the ghost continued with tone of desperation and caution.
"We are Farligs, but I don't think you guys know about it."
"Yes we know about that! But even those low Farligenete can't touch us! So why you… YOU who are lower than those Farligenete…" the ghost voice was heavy and deep, perplexed. His usual round hollow eyes were now frowned in anger – if Sabo's hunch was right, he wasn't an expert of reading demon's emotion after all.
"Sabo, Sabo… release me first!" pouted Luffy from behind, who was still trying to pull the chain that bound him.
"Ah yeah…"
Easily, Sabo tugged the chain and released Luffy from it.

"LAW! WATCH OUT!" Ace roared, noticing those sneaky yet deadly attacks from Law's behind. Hearing his partner words, Law quickly dodge to the side. Though the flying sharp leaf still grazed his cheek, it was still better then boring his head.
"So, what do you think about my new skill? Isn't it marvelous?" the demon in red clad laughed arrogantly. He was so proud of himself for making the famous duo have a hard time to face him.
"Your skill?! Don't make that unfunny joke. You are nothing but a moron." Law spat back, trying to control the urge to rip apart his heart out.
"The only thing you managed to make us like this is because Cora-san's power!" Ace barked from afar, successfully burnt the cloth which was stuck inside him before.
"Cora's power?! No! This is mine now! Uhahahaha! Don't you see I am the one who control this?!" Diamante barked back, still having his arrogant laugh though mixed a little tone of irritated.
"Well, you aren't wrong. Use it as much as you want now, because not long, that power will be back to the right owner." the demon with goatee hissed. He was now standing firm, his left hand stretched out, while it was glowing with blueish light.
"Room- " Law's voice resounding coldly in the air, "Kukanoha!" Blank air moving suddenly formed and slashing as quick as wind towards the red clad demon. Diamante realized the attack, quickly he casted his own defense mechanism.
"An Ei: Shakou." and Diamante's half body turned black. Law's attack was passing through the black body like nothing was there.
"UHAHAHAH! How I love this power -!"
"Really? Well, of course… a coward like you sure do love that power, right, eh Diamante?" Ace snickered behind him suddenly.
"Yo-!"
"En Ten: Shounetsu!" Ace voice roared loudly in the still room.
