Odile flipped through the pages of her notebook, smirking when she came upon the spell she was looking for. If Fred wanted to mess with her feelings, she would give him a taste of his own medicine. She took a deep breath before she whispered the incantation.

"Somnium Diligere"

################

Fred Weasley was under no illusion that this would be a delightful encounter. As long as he could make it out of there with all his limbs in the right place, he'd call it a win. Fred crept into the Astronomy tower, scanning the area as best he could through the Lumos. He didn't want to make the light too obvious, should it catch the attention of Filch. The last thing Fred wanted was another bloody detention. He double-checked the Marauder's Map, seeing her name placed next to him.

"Black Swan, where are you hiding?" He asked in a sing-song voice. He was met with silence, and he was beginning to feel uneasy. She had promised that this wasn't a trick… right?

"Odile? Where are you?" He hissed, jumping at a cough from behind him. He felt the hairs rise on his neck, bated breath as he prayed to Merlin that he wasn't about to get yet another detention.

"Behind you, darling." Fred whipped around to see Odile sitting on a ledge of the Astronomy tower. He grinned and raised his wand, only to swallow his tongue. Odile was there, but the sight in front of him made his mouth dry. She was dressed similarly to the time they'd met in the carriage, long legs peeking out of her hiked up skirt, the creamy flesh smooth and unflawed. She bent forward slightly, giving a full view of her ample cleavage. He felt the blood coursing in his ears, jaw hanging open. She smiled demurely, hopping off the ledge, meandering closer to him.

"I uh-" He stumbled backwards, a stuttering mess at the sight of her. He had always found Odile attractive in the short time he'd known her, but this was on another level. If she'd been a siren before, she was damned veela now. The blonde hair helped, he supposed, but now it put him at a disadvantage. She was just a little too gorgeous now, and it was very distracting.

"Freddie, I need your help." She murmured, doe-eyed as she approached him at a steady pace.

"With uh- with your hair, right?" He tried, freezing when his back met the stone wall. She hummed lightly, bringing up a hand to trace his collarbone. He gulped as her fingertips grazed his neck, trailing over his upper torso.

"Yes, but I need your help with something else as well." She whispered, voice low and sultry. She traced the planes of his face, thumbs stroking his cheeks, leaving him with shivers.

"Any- ehm", he cleared his throat as his voice came out high and squeaky, "Anything." He finally choked out, and he was pretty sure his heart stopped beating at the smile she gave him. She leant closer to him, lips brushing the shell of his ear, her palms pressed against his chest.

"Tell me you love me. Tell me you'd lose the bet for me. Tell George you owe him the galleons. For me?" He nodded dumbly, shaking as she pulled back with a pout. He didn't question any of it, how she knew anything about the bet, why she'd ask him to say that, anything. He simply did as he was told,

"I love you, Odile, I'd lose the bet for you, and I'll happily pay George 30 galleons if it makes you happy."

"Really?" She asked softly, biting her lip in embarrassment. He nodded quickly, and she smiled even wider.

"Repeat it? Even louder?"

"I love you, Odile, I'd lose the bet for you, and I'll happily pay George 30 galleons if it makes you happy!" He cried, enjoying the heat of her body against his, warming him from the inside out.

"I was hoping you'd say that," she murmured, leaning back to whisper in his ear once more, "Now wake up." His eyebrows furrowed, cocking his head to the side.

"Sorry?" He stuttered, reaching out as her body escaped his hands

"Wake up!"

Fred Weasley shot up in bed to see his collection of roommates staring at him and his brother grinning nastily down at him.

"Pay up then." Fred blinked drowsily, rubbing his eyes with his forefingers.

"What?" He muttered, yawning loudly. He felt like he'd been asleep for days, shaking his head to clear the lingering sleep trying to pull him back under.

"30 galleons, did you say? Well, the bet was only 10, but if you'll happilydo it, I'm not stopping you." Fred blanched, memories rushing back all at once. He sighed, putting his head in his hands.

"You heard all that?" He finally said, embarrassment drenching his voice. George chuckled, all their dormmates joining in.

"Oi, it's not that funny, you pricks!" Fred shouted, barely heard over the laughter of his "friends". He crossed his arms in annoyance as his brother wiped tears from his eyes.

"Alright, alright. We'll talk about it when you get back." George finally got out, holding onto Lee for support. Fred looked over to him in confusion, and George raised his eyebrows.

"Don't you have a meeting with Odile in 20 minutes? Better not be late mate, you don't want your lover to get any bad ideas." Fred glared at his brother's comment but quickly wriggled his trainers on. He had decided to leave his school clothes on before he'd nodded off, so it took him no time to exit the room. Fred glared at the kissy noises his dormmates were making, closing the door as loudly as he dared on the way out. Fred grabbed the Marauders map, creeping out as quietly as possible. He knew Filch would be prowling the hallways, and for the first time in his life, getting detention scared him.

"Odile?" He hissed once he had entered the entrance to the high tower. He saw her name on the map and was beginning to get a horrible sense of deja-vu.

"Over here, Fred." He whipped around to see the girl wearing what looked like a beaten up men's t-shirt in light blue with some sort of ram on it, a pair of sweatpants hanging off her hips. Nothing like what his mind had imagined, and he began to flush at that thought. He glanced sideways, missing the smirk on the girl's face.

"So- uh- what can I help you with?" He stuttered out, mentally smacking himself in the face. He knew what she wanted; why was he behaving so stupidly? It was just a dream...right?

"I told you, I want this colour out of my hair. Since you're the one who put it there, you're the one who's going to take it out." He backed up as she approached him, the memory of the dream still fresh in his mind.

"Uhm, su- sure. Just, uh, step back, and I will." Odile looked at him curiously for a second before obliging and taking a step back. He pulled out his wand, concentrating on her head.

"Colovaria ad removendum", He chanted and watched as the white blonde gave way to her natural brunette colour.

"There. All is well. No more punching needed." She rolled her eyes but looked at the strands of her hair and nodded, satisfied.

"How'd you do that, by the way? I thought I had tried every spell at Hogwarts to reverse it. I couldn't even get it to dye." She asked in curiosity, brushing through the strands, beyond happy to have her natural colour back.

"Spell lock. Little something George and I picked up from a scrap of parchment. Don't even ask." He joked at her eyebrow quirk. She hummed, scraping her hair into a ponytail, leaving a few strands that framed her face perfectly. He felt the heat on his face as she looked over at him, smiling softly.

"Thanks, Fred," she began, and he nodded before she narrowed her eyes, "even if this entire thing is your fault." He chuckled at that, scratching the back of his head.

"Yeah, I deserve that one. I uh, I am sorry that I hurt you, Odile. It was only meant as a joke. I didn't think it would upset you that much." She nodded slowly at that, eyeing him quizzically. She was looking at him like a puzzle that she was trying to figure out, and it made him shiver.

"Well, if that's all. I mean, unless there's something else I can do besides, you know." He gestured to her head, and her lips quirked up into a smirk.

"What's left to do?" She replied sarcastically, and then quick as a flash, she had him caged against the wall. He shivered as she leant up, lips brushing against his ear, that feeling of deja-vu returning once more.

"Did you have a nice dream, Mr Weasley?" She mumbled huskily, sending shivers down his spine before he processed what she had said.

"Wait, that was you? You put that dream in my head?" He sputtered, voice flying up an octave. She smirked at him, shrugging her shoulders before turning and walking back to the exit. Before she left, however, she turned her head over her shoulder and smiled.

"I hope you weren't too loud. Wouldn't want you to lose your bet, now would we?" His jaw hung open, realising the temptress in front of him had just lost him 30 galleons. She chuckled at his expression, shaking her head in amusement.

"Really, it's alright, Fred. You're not to be blamed; after all, I am irresistible. Good night Freddie." She joked, fluttering her fingers before closing the door. He stood against the wall, thoughts racing through his head before he landed on one in particular. Revenge.

It hadn't taken long to explain what had happened to his brother once he'd gotten back to the dorm. The only issue was that his brother could not seem to stop laughing throughout the explanation.

"It's not that funny, George." He sighed, rubbing the bridge of his nose. His brother tried to smother his chuckles, but it was proving to be an impossible task.

"I'm sorry, Fred," he said, once he'd finally been able to catch his breath and stop laughing. He wiped at his eyes and turned to look at his brother, "You just have to admit, it is hilarious. She beat you without you even realising." Fred sighed but nodded reluctantly.

"I just want to know how the hell she did it. I mean, what was that spell? How did she get into my mind like that?" He muttered, thoughts racing through his head like Nimbus.

"I don't know Fred; all I know is that you owe me 30 galleons. No exceptions!" George cut across him before Fred could protest. Fred grumbled but handed the money over, frowning like a petulant child. He was going to get payback, no matter how long it took.

It had been a few weeks since her revenge prank on Fred, and there still hadn't been any retaliation. Needless to say, Odile was nervous. She spent most of her days hiding, checking behind every door and every room before she walked into it. She rushed from class to class, ignoring every attempt that the Weasley's made to speak to her during classes. She just wanted peace and quiet. Now, had she ruined that for herself, perhaps. Perhaps revenge on the freckle-faced demon hadn't been the wisest decision, but he had it coming. The clock on the mantle struck 12, and she glanced around the common room to find it empty. As she settled down in an armchair, she realised that seemed to be her mantra as of late. Peace and quiet. That's all she needed, just peace and-

"Black Swan? What are you doing up so late?" She spun around to see Fred yawning, sleepily running his hand through his hair. He looked older somehow, with crows feet and smile lines that were almost becoming. She bit her lip as she gave him a good look up and down. He was bare-chested, and she could see his lean, muscular figure outlined by the light of the candle. He had stubble, the same vibrant orange that flopped down from his head. And though she tried, she couldn't help but notice the way his loose pyjama pants fell slightly below his V-line, just the way she liked it. She shook her head, trying to snap to attention.

"Fred, what are you doing in the Slytherin common room?" He quirked his head at her, eyes confused.

"Slytherin com- darling, are you feeling alright?" She blinked in confusion, looking around to see she was somewhere entirely else. It was a house, a little on the quaint side, but still lovely. She was lying on an armchair beside a roaring fire. She looked around the room to see aged wooden floors, a dark maroon painted on the walls. It was obviously a well-kept house, with picture frames and potted plants hung strategically. Some pictures were of her and Fred; some were a little girl with bright orange hair and a brunette boy with a dusting of freckles covering his nose.

"Come on, love, I've already put the kids to bed. Finish up your book and then come to bed. I want some husband and wife time if you know what I mean." He said with a glorious, sexy wink. In shock, she looked down at her finger to see both a diamond-encrusted engagement ring and a silver wedding band. When did she get married? She was pretty sure she'd have remembered that.

"Yeah, uh, just a minute." She ventured, still staring at her finger. She remembered something vaguely, white snow, pretty lights, and crying? Lots and lots of happy tears. Memories that weren't hers, not yet. Not yet?

"Well, don't make me way too long, gorgeous. I'm ravenous and not for food." He joked with another wink, his voice still gravelly from what she guessed was reading the kids to sleep. She loved when he did that, to give her voice a rest, as well as her feet. Wait, what? This wasn't right. Though Merlin, it felt good. Like all, the weight was lifted from her shoulders. Like she could ignore the fact her Mom was dead, and her Father ignored her for most of her life. Like she hadn't been invisible for most of her high school career. Odile could just forget that the only people who cared about her lived on a different continent. Everything was okay, as long as she had-

"Fred." She cried quietly, jerking up in bed, glancing around to see her roommates were still fast asleep in their shared room. She put her head in her hands and rubbed her eyes. God, they must have figured out a spell similar to the one she had used to implant that dream in Fred's head. Damn, and things were going so well too.

A/N: Hey guys, I hope you enjoyed it! So yes, this chapter was on the risqué side, I apologise, BUT OH MY GOD, FRODILE GIVES ME LIFE. I am such a fangirl... I need to stop.

Just to let you guys know, she will get her own back on George eventually. But, right now, she just wanted to humiliate Fred in the same way she felt he humiliated her. By turning his emotions and feelings into a joke. It doesn't sound like much of a punishment, but it's more of a mind game.

UPDATED A/N: So, I tried to keep with the original idea, but uh, that original scene did not fall within the rating I chose… yike.
