No such thing as too hygenic...

Miss Militia groaned as she walked into the "BBFO Pizza Parlor". She knew that this would be a headache, but she had for some reason been tasked with doing a health and safety check on the kitchen.
She studiously ignored the menu, instead being waved into the back by Ianthe.
"Good morning Miss Militia," Ianthe said. "We were told you have some questions on our food preparation?"
"Just need to ensure you meet or exceed the legal requirements," Miss Militia responded.
Ianthe brought Miss Militia to the food prep area where Raptaur was working. "As you can see, Raptaur makes a new utensil, in this case a knife, before switching between any two food items. The used utensils are dropped into that disposal bin before they are dismissed so that anything left on them doesn't fall to the work surface."
Bit excessive, in Miss Militia's eyes, but then again how many people could manifest knives and such out of nowhere?
"The same is done for the cutting boards before a new food item is placed on them, so that no single piece of contaminated food will contaminate all those that follow regardless of type. The EDM plates we cook the pizzas on are created just before use and are dismissed when no longer needed, ensuring that the oven surfaces don't contaminate across pizzas."
Well, that would also be a bit excessive, but again with the manifest out of nowhere trick...
"In addition, at the end of the day the entire kitchen area, including the oven, is dismissed and we clean up the floor. Raptaur re-creates everything in the kitchen in the morning, ensuring that no bits of food accidentally contaminate the oven from day to day."
That...was just plain ridiculous.
"Finally, as we are only open on weekends we take delivery of supplies on Friday. After close on Sunday we dispose of the rest of the contents of the freezer before cleaning it with a heavy application of temporary FOOF. Should any residue remain we wipe it up with freshly-created wet wipes. Though we can't close off the kitchen area nearly as well due to the design of the building so we have to go with more controlled applications there."
Did she just say they use FOOF as a cleaning agent?
"As for personal hygiene, we each take a dip in the temporary pools out back on our way in. In order to start for the day we need to have passed through the room temperature pre-rinse, then the superheated water, then the soapy superheated water, then the superheated water rinse, and finally the room temperature rinse. If we actually handle food without having put a temporary pair of gloves on for that particular food item then we repeat the process in the sinks in the corner."
Miss Militia left half an hour later. She marked on the form she was to fill out that she did not possess the needed background to adequately determine if the food preparation methods were safe. A proper inspector could deal with that.
