Uh oh there's more. And to anyone who is curious why I always make Donovan so OOC in everything I write…I have no idea. Just been doing it since I started DOA fics, lol.

Scenario 1: I take my studies seriously (contains WLW themes based on what NiCo says about Diego and Tamaki after finishing some of their quests, lol)

in the MIST lab, NiCo is watching a screen on her computer

NiCo: "Hmmm, so this is the newest fighter? Interesting."

Christie: "You know; you've spent a lot of time researching this…'Diego'."

NiCo: "It is purely for research purposes, do not get any ideas."

Christie: "Then why does it say 'visit New York' in your memo a few weeks from now?"

NiCo: "Research."

Christie: "And why is there a picture of Diego in your your"-

NiCo: "Research. My journal is personal."

Christie: "Say 'research' if you have a huge crush on Diego."

NiCo says nothing.

Christie: "Pfft, fine."

The next day, Christie enters work, before heading to the lab, Donovan is sitting on a chair, a coffee-cup in one hand and his phone in the other,

Donovan, his brain taken over by Twitter itself: "Morning boo! I saw your insta selfie! You ATE that hairstyle!"

Christie: (groans), "Morning, Donovan."

Christie enters the lab and sees NiCo on her computer.

Christie: "Do you live here or something?"

NiCo: "Research. Lots of it."

Christie slowly walks up to the computer

Christie: "So…you admit to finally liking"-

NiCo opens a large picture of Tamaki, the newest fighter, and slowly turns around to Christie. She clearly hasn't slept.

Christie: "You need a coffee, or ten. Then we'll try and get Donovan back to normal, if we can."

Scenario 2: I'm trying my best

Bayman notices Helena crying at her desk

Bayman: "Uh…"

Helena: "What is it, Bayman?"

Bayman: "Your dog isn't eating the food we brought and *murmur*."

Helena: "What…what was that last part?"

Bayman: "…"

Helena: "Were you asking if I'm okay?"

Bayman: "Yes."

Helena: "Well, I could be better…a glass of wine could help *chuckles*"

Bayman: "Roger. I'll head to the kitchen now since your little pet is asleep."

Helena: "Bayman I was just jo- (sigh)."

Bayman: "Here."

Helena: "Hehe. I guess one won't hurt."

Bayman: "Just one, though."

Helena: "Haha, okay, Mom!"

Scenario 3: Eden Beach

Momiji and Hayate are relaxing on sun lounges

Momiji: "Gol-ly! This is the best thing since the Venus festival!"

Hayate: "The…what-now?"

Momiji: "Oh, right. That was just Zack Island. But Tamaki buying this island was the best thing ever!"

Hayate: "I don't know…she kind of creeps me out."

Momiji: "That's true. But isn't it worth it seeing all these girls in bikinis?"

Hayate: "Speaking to you is enough, Momiji."

Momiji: "Wait, what?"

Hayate: "Nothing, ignore me."

Momiji: "Oh, okay…hehe."

Scenario 4: Uh-oh…

Eliot: "I'm glad you're coming with me to see Master Gen Fu, Brad. I'm glad you're making friends, too! Mei-Lin's going to love your friend's wings!"

Nyotengu: "Hehe, I've never met this 'Master Gen Fu'…did you know I'm older than him?"

Eliot: "Cool! I guess those wings have something to do with it!"

Nyotengu: "God, you're so cute…but Brad is more my type…~"

Brad: "Why not have the both of us, eh?"

Nyotengu: "Ooh…"

Eliot: "Not in a million years."

Brad and Nyotengu burst into laughter.

The three arrive at the retirement home

Brad Wong: "There's the old man!"

Gen Fu: "Ah, there's the drunk and my apprentice, and – what is that woman doing with my granddaughter…"

Nyotengu: "I can sense my father, Bankotsubo's spirit in this child…she must be a special girl…"

Mei-Lin: "Grandpa Gen Fu! There's a bird lady holding me!"

Gen Fu: "Wait…Bankotsubo? Well isn't this awkward…"

Nyotengu: "Hm?"

Gen Fu: "Never you mind about that, let's all have some tea."

Nyotengu: "Something seems off…oh well!"

Yes, I know there's nothing canon about Nyotengu being Bankotsubo's daughter, but I like to think he and a human woman had a (consensual, we don't need another Raidou) relationship and had Nyotengu, hence why she looks the way she does.
