Chapter 30

Alesia ran and ran, never did she stop for a moment. She heard her daughter called again and again. This time, she will meet her daughter.

"Mother?" Said Angel. "Is that you?"

"Is me Darling!" Alesia sprinted quicker. "Mother's coming!"

"Mother?!?"

Perhaps she was in the afterlife. Perhaps she was in hell. Heaven was not dark. But Alesia did not care; she wanted to meet the daughter she failed to save. And even for once, it was enough. Her eyes started to redden but she ran out of tears. Alesia missed Angel dearly, her only daughter that was killed by the Vault Hunters of Pandora. She saw a grey wall with a shadowy body behind it. It was certainly Angel, Alesia could not be mistaken.

"Angel!" Alesia put her palm on the grey wall. "It's me, Mother!"

"Mother?" Angel asked.

"She can't hear me." Alesia breathed. "Don't worry, I'll be with you Darling!"

Alesia started to punch the wall, kicking it and even bashing with her shoulder. Her body may be small and frail but her heart was big. She consistently bashed the grey wall. No sign of giving up.

"I'll get through this." Alesia bashed the wall with her shoulder but failed to push through. "I'll get through this!"
