Chapter One

.

A Whole New World

After that memory, Hermione couldn't pulled up what else that happened. Her brain just zoomed out and she was getting rather frustrated that. Snape…Professor Snape…He was a Death Eater…but looking at Dumbledore, he would have known if he was one. Maybe she misheard.

A small voice. The same one back at the incident.

"Like how he didn't know of your supposedly accident?"

As time seemed to pass the feeling of grim and sadness left Hermione and in it's place returned a feeling that symbolizing anger. She would no longer speak to her parents. To see them each and every day during the summer or write them anymore letters about her time at Hogwarts.

.Then an idea entered her head like lightening. What if she find a way to change those events that happened?

Days turned into months and months turned into one full year since the faithful incident. During those months Hermione slowly beginning to turn much more paranoid.

She started to distrust Dumbledore. Why didn't he predict their demise? Why did he let it happen? During classes she couldn't look Snape in the eye, and she didn't give him a passing glance. She lost her parents. That was a very hard blow for her to hold.

Whenever she closed her eyes, she could easily remember their screams and pleas. Harry tried to talk to her many times. He also tried to comfort her, knowing how losing both parents felt. Ron on the other hand seemed to be clueless and he often questioned why she was still grieving.

This year was when the infamous Dolores Umbridge made her appearance.

Hermione didn't even have a good feeling about the new professor and besides she wore too much pink.

The Defense Against the Dark Arts classroom was dimly lit when Hermione and her friends entered. They all took a seat in the middle. Harry and Ron excited for the first day lesson even though they are having this class with the Slytherins this year.

Students started to take out their wand and not too much time passed when the door of the classroom opened once more revealing their teacher Professor Umbridge in pink.

"There is no need for any wands ladies and gentlemen this year we will be learning theory." She announced and with a flicker of her own wand the words on the chalk board in the front of the class read "54".

"Please take out your textbooks and turned to the page 54 and start to read. At the end of the chapter answer the review questions. Test will be held next week." Umbridge said with a chip tone aggravating Harry.

"What" Harry muttered confused. This cannot be right. They must learn how to defend themselves! Death Eaters and Voldemort are out there plotting.

Umbridge turned to Harry, "Problem, Mr. Potter?" She asked with a very sweet sickly smile.

"No, professor." Harry replied sulking.

Hermione took out her own textbook and turned to the end of the chapter. She already read the chapter months ago. This will be along two hours.

The lesson ended uneventful and Hermione bid her two best friends farewell.

Harry looked at her concerned-

"You're sure Mione?" He asked and Hermione nodded her head and gave him a fake smile trying to reassure him that she was fine.

"Yes, I just got some reading I have to catch up on. I meet up with you both later." She said,

"Come on Harry!" Ron called out to Harry; he had already walked down the hall away from them.

"Okay, see you Mione." Harry said catching up with Ron and together they both disappeared around the corner leaving Hermione alone. The fake smile she wore fell in place to a frown.

"Well, Well look what we have here. The Potter's mudblood. This is truly a gift." Nott said with a slimly smile as he came upon her. Hermione gave him a disapproving look and started to walk pass him.

"Good day, Nott." And that was all she remembered before she felt a sharp stabbing pain running down her body and her vision blackened.

Tyrion Lannister was called plenty of things during his lifetime and all of them was very colorful, but one thing for sure he hates the north. It's not because of the people or the journey to get there it was just the simple fact it was snowing, and he never really liked the snow.

It was too cold…to cruel. He stared up at the night sky that showed bright glimmer of stars. It looked so peaceful and for that moment he forgot about how fuck up his life is.

How he was the devil's spawn that killed his mother. How he was never good at anything unlike his older brother Jaime.

Jaime was the golden child even through his father caught him and his sister that one time. He was still his boy, the one that couldn't make any mistakes.

He wishes for a moment something would go right. That maybe someday that someone would accept him for him again and no one would interfere. Like his father had done before. He was living behind Jaime's shadow and still he was being treated like scum.

He differed from Jaime in personality, as Jaime like to learn the way of the sword, Tyrion rather spend time expanding his mind to the greater of things.

He heard a loud crashing noise and he jumped up. Fear gripped him, more than curiosity and he was beginning to head back to the camp to his brother when a nagging feeling deep within him stopped him.

He paused and turned his head toward the noise. Oh what the hell. His life was basically nothing anyway. Tyrion then started to walk toward the noise. He walked and move around trees and soon he saw a blinding green light. He closed his eyes in reflex and in another moment, he started to walk once more. There was nothing here. The light faded into nothing. No animals…Nothing to cause that huge noise or light and then he saw a small figure laying on the ground.

The figure shaped like a woman and he took a few more steps toward her. He kneels beside her. The woman seemed to be in a deep slumber. He took note of the way she was dressed. So different than the women he knew.

Tyrion eyes almost shifted away, when he saw the woman's naked legs. It was shameful for her and him.

Tyrion reached his hand and touched her golden-brown locks of hair. It was so soft between his cold hard fingertips. There was no trace of any injury, yet the woman's breath was labored.

That was then in his observation that the woman's eyes fluttered open. In shock and dazed and with those amber eyes that sought his that he felt his heart caught up within his chest.

He couldn't deny that this woman was very pretty.
