Okay people, sorry this took so long to get out, I'm trying to get ideas out of my head and I'm job hunting at the moment… So I've not had much time to focus on actually writing what I do put out despite knowing I should.

Okay with that quick explanation out of the way.

Enjoy

After Ruby fished the key out of the toilet and washing her hands once again with the key, she gave the key a quick scan on her Dustboy Horror, revealing it to be the key to a room next to the basement door.

Ruby smiled and gave the washroom a quick search for money before leaving the room and, making use of her Semblance, zipped to the door her new key unlocked.

"When I clear this mansion, no more locks that aren't needed." Ruby muttered as she stepped into the Fortune-Tellers Room, if the velvet drapes and crystal ball weren't significant enough.

"A Fortune Teller room?" Ruby muttered then she remembered one of the ghosts E. Gadd had mentioned, "M-Madame Clairvoya?" Ruby called out as she looked around.

The light from her flashlight gleamed off the crystal ball in the room, which blinded her momentarily, but also focused her sight on the figure sitting in chair.

[Luigi's Mansion OST- Talking with Ghosts]

"Ah… The young Rose has reached me at last." The Ghost sitting in the chair said, she had a blue cowl on her head and a red eye patterned scarf over her mouth, wearing red robes, "Come, stand in front of me, please."

"O-okay." Ruby said slowly stepping in front of the Ghost, "You're M-Madame Clairvoya right?"

The ghost nodded, "Indeed I am. Now what do you seek of me?" Madame Clairvoya asked.

"I-I was hoping you c-could tell me where my fr-friends are." Ruby said nervously.

Clairvoya chuckled, "Calm down young one, I would love to help you find the three left locked in the mansion, but alas I cannot." The Ghost said.

'Three? She must not know Weiss has been rescued yet.' Ruby thought, "Why can't you help me?" Ruby asked.

"You might find this unusual but… My visions come from a rather… Unusual source." Clairvoya said, "Lost human possessions."

"Possession?" Ruby asked tilting her head, "What like weapons?"

"Weaponry, accessories, diaries, even simple clothing is effective enough for my powers." Clairvoya explained, "If you can bring them here, I can use my power to help you as best I can."

"As best you can?" Ruby asked.

Clairvoya shrugged, "The spirits that guide my power just show me what they want seen, nothing more, nothing less." The Ghost explained, "However, I can tell you there is a key in this room, one that does not require all the lights to turn on to attain."

Ruby looked around the room, "Where is it?" Ruby asked.

Clairvoya held her hand out to the adjoining room, "In there is a little something to help you find it." She said, "But be careful, the ghosts in there cannot be seen by the naked eye, but their own image betrays them."

[OST End]

Ruby nodded, "Um… Thank you." Ruby said standing up and walking to the door and opened it.

In the next room Ruby quickly understood why Clairvoya said the images of the ghosts would betray them.

One of the walls was completely covered by a mirror, "Why would anyone need a mirror this big?" Ruby muttered, then she stiffened when she heard a ghost appear in the room, and she saw one of the long 'hugger' ghosts gliding up to her, only this one was light blue.

Quickly turning to where the mirror showed the ghost, Ruby turned the flashlight on, stunning the spirit and making it visible, Ruby then used this window to suck up the ghost.

A second ghost showed up soon after, which Ruby dealt with in the exact same fashion, followed by a duo that showed up, which Ruby managed to catch at the same time.

When the duo was caught the lights in the room came on, along with a large red chest… However the metal thorns did not go away.

Raising an eyebrow, Ruby opened the red chest and found a red medallion sitting in the middle of it. The medallion had a symbol of fire on it, and was emitting a red flame like energy.

Ruby picked up the medallion and quickly made a call to Professor E. Gadd.

[Luigi's Mansion OST- Game Boy Horror]

"Ruby, did you find something?" E. Gadd asked.

"Yeah, take a look." Ruby said holding up the medallion she found, this caused E. Gadd's grin to nearly split his face.

"I knew they existed." E. Gadd said grinning, "Ruby, that right there is a Fire Element Medal. Because you have that… Well, let me just say you might like the Poltergust a bit more now."

"Why?" Ruby asked looking at the vacuum.

"When you have an Element Medal, you can see a very special type of ghost called an Elemental Ghost." E. Gadd said.

"Elemental G-ghost?" Ruby asked nervously.

"Don't worry, Elemental Ghost's are completely harmless." E. Gadd said, "Well, most are. That there will let you see Fire Elemental Ghosts, which can really only harm you if you decide to play with fire."

"O-okay." Ruby said looking at the medal.

"Now, I made a special feature to the Poltergust, remember it's blowing function?" E. Gadd asked.

"Yes." Ruby said looking at the Poltergust.

"Well, if the Poltergust were to suck up say, a Fire Elemental Ghost, then that blow function will blow fire out from the nozzle." E. Gadd said.

"You mean it turns into a flamethrower?" Ruby asked, "Wouldn't that burn down the house."

"No, the ghosts are protecting the house, otherwise all the bombs they've been hurling at me would have destroyed it long ago." E. Gadd said.

"Okay… So where can I find a Fire Elemental Ghost?" Ruby asked a bit calmer.

"What do you think my girl?" E. Gadd asked with a grin, "Look for fire."

Ruby nodded and hung up before looking around the room again.

[OST End]

However before Ruby could continue exploring the room, she noticed her Boo radar had started up.

"Better catch that Boo now." Ruby muttered as she began to follow it through the room. The first thing that she searched was the drawers, which immediately revealed the Boo.

"Feel the wrath of Kung Boo!" The Boo exclaimed.

"Uuuuugh!" Ruby groaned out as she began to suck up the Boo, barely managing to do so before it escaped the room.

"And stay in there." Ruby grumbled before she kicked one of the posts with a lit fires on top, this caused something to jump out and look around.

Ruby jumped in surprise at first before calming down and looking at the ghost. "That's… Kind of cute." Ruby said looking at the Fire Elemental Ghost, it was nothing more that a small ball of fire with a pair of glowing yellow eyes. "Sorry about this little guy." Ruby said as she aimed the Poltergust at the small spirit.

It gave no resistance as it was sucked into the Poltergust with a pop.

Looking at the Poltergust, then around the room and noticed two trios of candles and realized what she needed to do.

She aimed the Poltergust at the first set of candles and, switching the Poltergust to blow, pulled the trigger all the way. This resulted in a fireball being launched from the Poltergust, smashing into the candle, lighting them, but scaring Ruby from the sudden blast.

After the fireball came a steady stream of flames.

"That was a little more than I wanted." Ruby said letting go of the trigger, before turning to the next set of candles, this time slowly pulling the trigger, which let out a stream of flames that slowly grew the further she pulled the trigger back. "That's more like it." Ruby said smiling as she lit the candles, resulting in the metal vines vanishing.

Ruby returned to the Fortune Teller's and noticed the candles scattered around the room and smiled, knowing what to do. Running to the candelabra at each corner of the room, Ruby lit the candles, once all four were lit, a key appeared on one of the pillars in the room.

"Well done." Madame Clairvoya said with an approving tone in her voice, "The Fire Element Medal, King Boo brought it here along with two others. For what purpose I can't say."

"Don't worry." Ruby said grinning, "I'll take them away from the King and stop him. And save the other two."

"Three." Clairvoya reminded.

"I already saved Weiss." Ruby said, "Ergo, two more." With that, Ruby walked out of the room.

Clairvoya however chuckled, "That you know of young Rose." The ghost said, "But, this house has been here for quite some time."

"Okay so… Laundry Room." Ruby muttered looking at her Dustboy Horror, "But, with the medal I could light those candles that Butler Ghost is holding…"

Looking at the Dustboy Ruby made her decision, "Better clear out the Laundry Room and the room it's connected to first, just so it's out of the way."

With that in mind, Ruby rushed off to the Laundry Room.

Unlocking the door, Ruby found the Laundry room was rather small, with only a shelf for cleaning supplies, a basket of dirty laundry, and a Washer/Dryer in it.

Ruby was immediately attacked by a pink ghost, which caused Ruby to jump from the sudden appearance of said ghost, however Ruby quickly shook off her fear and blinded the ghost before sucking it into the Poltergust.

A moment after Ruby caught the Pink Ghost a red version of the Grabber Ghost's appeared behind Ruby. However Ruby was started to get used to ghost's popping up after one had been caught and quickly caught the Grabber.

Next came a pair of Ghost's, one Pink, and the other a White Grabber, Ruby managed to capture both at the same time, which resulted in the lights coming back on.

"How many ghosts are in this Mansion?" Ruby grumbled as she looked around the room and beginning to check the place the money hidden in the shelves.

However much to Ruby's surprise, when she opened the washer/dryer, something other than money popped out, a familiar ribbon of black cloth, oddly still tied in a bow.

"Blake's bow?" Ruby muttered picking up the ribbon, "Why… Did the ghosts want to get rid of Blake's cat fur from it?" Blinking at the object Ruby realized something, "Madame Clairvoya would want to see this."

Stuffing the bow into her (Thankfully emptied) ammo pouch, Ruby saw two doors, only one of which had a mat under it, "No mat is a fake door." Ruby muttered, then out of spite against her previous encounter with fake doors, shot a fireball at the fake door, which surprisingly set the false door ablaze before removing it from existence. "That's neat." Ruby said smirking before entering the remaining door.

Looking around the room, Ruby noticed quickly two things.

1: No Ghosts were attacking her.

2: The Dustboy wasn't working on the switch.

"This must be that Butler's room." Ruby muttered, "This is convenient."

Armed with this knowledge, Ruby rushed back to the hallway and kept an eye out for the floating candelabra, when she saw it coming her way she took aim with the Poltergust and shot a fireball at it, lighting the candles ablaze.

"Ahhhhh!" The Butler ghost, Shivers, shouted as he appeared to Ruby's eyes as he went into a panic, "Fire! Fire! Fire! Run away! Run awaaaaay!"

Ruby chuckled at the panic the ghost was in as it started to float down the hall, heading towards the basement, then quickly doubling back toward the laundry room.

"Yes, that was the Butler's room." Ruby said to herself before running in front of Shivers, careful not to blow out the candles.

Ruby reached the Butler's room first and waited for Shivers to arrive, which didn't take long as the ghost slowed down and took a seat at his stool, "Wait… Why did I panic?" The ghost muttered before sticking the candles into the stone ground, snuffing them out, "This place is fireproof and I'm already dead."

Ruby however, did not care at the moment, as she snuck up behind Shivers, "Boo." She said as she powered on her flashlight, followed quickly by the Poltergust.

"AAAAAAH!" Shivers shouted in panic as he made an attempt to escape the suction power of the Poltergust, however it was in vain as Ruby made quick work of the butler ghost.

When the ghost went into the Poltergust, the lights in the room came on, causing a blue chest to appear as well, Ruby smiled and opened the chest and pulled out the key inside, which according to her scan, lead into the room Ruby heard the piano playing from.

"Okay, I got the key, now I need the Boo." Ruby said as she pulled out the Dustboy Horror.

After a few moments of searching the room, Ruby found the Boo's hiding place, a pile of toilet paper rolls, however when she moved them what popped out wasn't a Boo, but a skull imprinted bomb.

"WHOA!" Ruby shouted leaping away from the bomb, which exploded in a surprisingly small explosion compared to the explosives size.

Her leap however knocked the Boo out of his hiding space.

"You found me!" The Boo cried out, "PeekaBoo!"

"That was a dirty trick!" Ruby shouted as she made the attempt to suck up the Boo, only for it to escape into the Laundry Room.

Ruby rushed into Laundry Room and made her second attempt, only for it to flee back into the Butler's Room.

"Ugh!" Ruby groaned out as she chased the boo back into the Butler's Room, where it was making an escape to the wall, however this time Ruby managed to catch the Boo. "If your name is Peekaboo then you stay in one place and hide, not go playing tag." Ruby muttered as she sat down.

But when she sat down she saw a glint in the corner of the room, "A glint from a mouse hole?" Ruby muttered crawling up to the hole.

As Ruby stared into the hole to try to find out what was in it, Ruby noticed something was sucking her toward the hole, "Huh?" Ruby muttered before the suction was made visible from the sheer force of the suction, and though nothing in the room moved, Ruby was sucked into the mouse hole.

Alright folks, that's the chapter.

Now before I go I have something I would like to talk about to my fellow Amity Arena players.

I think we are all well aware how Hangame can't seem to realize that pitting players against each other by proximity is a bad idea, I'm sure all of us have at least once been pit against players who far out match us in the game. I myself and currently Level 8 and I regularly fight level 10 or 11 players who have maxed their Commons and often their Rares.

As you can imagine, being a casual player whom doesn't buy themselves shit tons of Superior Crates, SPD, or Lien, this is torture for me. I mean yesterday I fought a guy who had the title Silver I, how in the heck was I supposed to win against someone like that? I wasn't.

But what pissed me off was the fact the guy kept trying to encourage me the entire fight while he was steamrolling me- I don't care if he was well intending, I don't think it's a good idea to encourage someone while giving them no mercy.

As such I've gotten into the habit of apologizing to players I far outlevel (On the impossible chance I can even encounter them) so I have a personal request people.

If you're still playing Amity Arena, please, if you encounter a player that is at least 2 levels lower than them, throw them a bone and go easy on them- I'm not asking you to throw the match, just don't break their spirits. And if you are a person to use emotes… Don't encourage players to keep going only to completely flatten them- It's a dick move.

Okay, sorry I just had to get that out of my system.

Oh, and shameless plug for my Mario Kart World Tour account.
