Guilt and frustration churned in Pete's stomach as he lay, naked above the soft pink blanket of Joy's bed. He had awoken, the rush of lust and desire now absent from his mind. Instead cynicism and pragmatism plagued him. He felt as if he had lost, the argument he had with Joy still fresh in his mind but how could he even feign anger towards her now? Pete slowly turned his head with pained anticipation. Next to him Joy lay, her large toned body laying bare above the sheets. She lay on her back, with her hands behind her head and a satisfied smile spread across her face. Even as she slept, the victory of last night for her was apparent. Despite his frustration Pete could not help but stare at her body longingly. His eyes fixated on her large breasts which lay compressed against her chest under their own enormous weight. The tight and toned muscles over her large thighs and wide hips, glistened and glimmered as the fine sheen of sweat that covered them caught the morning sun. Even as her body was relaxed, Joy's stomach was firm with her well defined abs. Pete looked down at his own body and while his lean figure had some definition to it, the fact that Joy's body was more toned than his made his frustration grow even more. While also making the twang of desire within him beat all the stronger. Even more so as Pete's eyes flicked down to the huge strap-on dildo, slick with lube laying by her feet. His face flushed and he looked away from it with a shameful smile.
"God dammit." He relented with a soft laugh as he sat up.
The light beating down on them through the window caught Pete's chest. Two scars, parallel to one another streaked diagonally down from shoulder to the bottom of his ribs. He ran a hand across them, feeling the grooves and ridges of the scar tissue. With a grunt, as his tender ass pained him, he got out of bed and began collecting his haphazardly scattered clothes. Pete couldn't help but smile to himself, amused as the assault of pink that was Nurse Joy's room bared down on him. The desk, carpets, bookshelves, walls, ceiling, everything was pink. With the occasional splash of white to break it up. He wondered, often, how a woman as fierce as Joy could love the colour as much as she did.
"Going so soon?" Joy asked, her eyes opening as she rolled over to face him.
Pete froze, midway through fastening the button of his black cargo pants. With an awkward chuckle he fastened it before standing up straight. He brushed his long auburn hair from his eyes, feeling trapped in Joy's inquisitive gaze.
"Uh, well you know how my father is he'll be expecting I bring Abby home." He responded starkly, letting a bit of his frustration slip out.
Joy raised an eye brow and rose up onto her elbow, her massive breasts heaving as she did. The satisfied smirk on her face faltered hearing Pete's tone.
"Darling, no one forced you to have sex with me last night. That anger, that's you not me." She spoke bluntly, her gaze shooting through Pete.
Pete grimaced as she managed to cut through to his core in a way only she could. He couldn't tell if that was a part of her that made him want her or something that he hated. His back stiffened as Joy forced him to confront that truth, something he didn't want to think about right now. Before he could speak and try to escape the situation, Joy continued.
"So, I won't have you getting angry and pissy with me because you can't decide whether or not you want me to fuck you." Joy's voice was stern, a legitimate anger apparent as she rose from the bed.
Pete was taken a back slightly as he saw Joy's own frustration bubble to the surface. The same twang of remorse he felt after Abby had stormed off returned. He took a deep, shaky breath as he nervously looked up at Joy as she approached him.
"I know, I'm sorry." He admitted, "but I can't do this right now, I've done something stupid that I need to fix." He hastily blurted out, gingerly side stepping around Joy and picking up his shirt.
Joy blinked at him stunned for a moment before smiling sympathetically and cupping his face in her hand.
"Go on then dear, when you've got everything sorted out in your head we can talk again." She whispered soothingly.
Pete smiled, feeling a warm rush shoot through his chest. They kissed, only for a moment but it was heavy and purposeful. Quickly, Pete slipped his shirt on and took a step back from her.
"Thanks Joy." He said lovingly before turning and hurrying out of the room.
Joy shook her head with a chuckle, collecting his boots and jacket left behind in his rush. She placed them neatly by the end of her bed. Her sly, satisfied smirk returned as she eyed the strap-on and picked it up. The thing was at least 10 inches and slick from base to tip in lube. With a laugh she tossed it to the side and began getting ready for the day.
Green felt amazing. After a long night's rest her body felt brand new, no longer sore or raw. Busily, she juggled preparing breakfast as well as going over her battle strategy in her head. The fear and anxiety she had felt before her battle with Brock was no where in her mind. The prospect of even losing felt alien to her. A smile stuck to her face like glue as the image of victory stuck in her mind. Although she didn't know any of Misty's pokémon that didn't bother her. She remembered Machoke, how powerful even as Machop he had been. She remember how he'd knocked out Onix with a single hit and how powerful he had been during Mt Moon. So strong he'd managed to grab the attention of a fighting master like Bruno. Green was giddy with excitement. With fresh toast clutched in her hand, Green made her way out of her room with Graveler quietly following her. He watched her with a nervous wonder, his eyes fixated on how her thigh high socks squeezed her thighs and left a sliver of bare flesh exposed beneath the legs of her tight shorts. Trying to be subtle about it he rolled up next to her and stared at her breasts, his height allowing for the perfect angle to see up her crop top. Only to peel back, feeling ashamed for doing so.
"Alright Graveler, we'll go get Machoke and get you two some food then it's straight to the gym." She declared, glancing back at him as she bit into her toast.
Startled at Green's acknowledgement of him, Graveler stammered and gave her a thumbs up.
"G-Graveler!" He agreed.
As she entered the lobby Green saw the same girl that had rushed past her the night before, hurry out of the Pokémon Centre and into the busy town square outside. Only taking a moment to consider her before shaking her head and approaching the front desk where Chansey sat with a broad, dumb smile.
"Hi Chansey." Green greeted her with a cheery voice, "can I have my Machoke please?" She asked, peering around Chansey's large egg-like body at the healing Machine.
Chansey turned her whole body around and looked too, chiming happily as she saw the ball.
"Chansey!" She peeped, hopping off the chair and waddling over to the machine.
With her stumpy pink arms she grabbed the pokéball, holding it with both arms out in front of her before waddling back. With another hop and a delighted smile she placed the ball in front of Green.
"Thank you Chansey and thank you for helping me last night." Green almost sung out, the raw rush of excitement surging through her.
Chansey blushed humbly and waved her away with a dismissive wave. Green giggled and snatched up Machoke's ball. Eagerly, she released him right away. With a bright flash of red light Machoke appeared beside her, looming over her with a vacant look on his face. Green hugged him before turning and excitedly making her way out of the Pokémon Centre.
"Come on you two, we can find some food for you in the markets!" She exclaimed.
Graveler hurried after her eagerly with a hungry look but Machoke stood still, gazing at her with a cold expression. He looked past her at the markets and sniffed, only then did he follow. The three of them drew a lot of attention among the stalls, vendors and store owners shouting and calling to them with promises of all kinds of products. Green got lost in the wonder of it all, her eyes darting from one store to the next. Machoke gruffly moved past her and approached a stall selling meat. With his long, powerful arm he reached over the terrified looking store owner's head and grabbed a leg of meat.
"You have to pay for that." The man tried to say, his voice little more than a whisper as he trembled.
Machoke looked down at him assertively as he took a huge bite of it, staring him in the eyes as he ate it. Other customers at the stall backed away from him, nervously glancing at each other.
"Machoke! Stop that!" Green called out, rushing over to his side and fumbling to pull her coin bag from the tiny tight pockets of her shorts.
Machoke ignored her and continued eating, sitting down on one of the stools lined up in front of the stall. Green finally wretched free her coin bag and approached the man who had turned from fearful to angry. He scowled down at her, glancing up at Machoke with hands on his hips.
"Control your pokémon girl!" He yelled, making Green recoil and feel tiny.
She opened her coin bag and pulled a few golden coins with the pokédollar symbol engraved on them, holding them out to the man.
"How much was it?" She asked softly, feeling ashamed.
The man smirked seeing her nervous face and folded his arms.
"More than that." He said slyly.
Green poured a few more out and the man's eyes flared with greed.
"More than that! Come on girl hurry it up you're beast is scaring the customers!" His voice shrill.
Green, feeling on the verge of tears with anxiety was about to pour out her whole bag onto the counter when a small but firm hand grasped her shoulder.
"Simon, a leg is three coins." A girl's voice spoke from behind Green, making her jump.
Green turned to see a girl in her early 20's with a side ponytail of bright orange ginger hair. The man crumpled his nose at her but didn't argue.
"Three coins, girl." He spat, snatching them from the pile in Green's cupped hands.
Green nodded quickly and faced away from him at the girl behind her. She was only a few inches taller than her, with a lean body and bright blue eyes. Her stern face quickly lit up and she beamed at Green.
"Sorry about him trainer he's a grump but please do try and control your pokémon if you're going to have them out of their balls." She instructed cheerfully, letting go of Green's shoulder and continuing on her way.
A small, yellow pokémon that came up to Green's knees waddled behind her. It's billed face turned up to Machoke and grimaced.
"Psyduck..." It murmured in a droning, nasally voice.
Machoke paid no attention to any of it as he hungrily stripped the meat from off the leg bone. Green blinked and shook her head, turning her attention away from the girl and to Machoke. Angrily, she tugged on his arm with both hands.
"What the hell has gotten into you? Come on let's go!" She hissed, tugging on his arm to no result.
Machoke grunted and shook her off easily, making her stumble back. Stunned and feeling helpless, Green looked around but there was no one to help her. People either passed by without a second glance, shot her sympathetic looks or snickered at her behind their hands.
"Please Machoke, you can eat that somewhere else just not here." She pleaded, tugging at his arm.
With an annoyed huff, Machoke shook her off again but this time he rose. He glared at her angrily, with a yell he slammed his fist down on the wooden counter. It collapsed, shattering into a heap of splinters. The tin roof above falling onto Simon, making him cry out in shock. Machoke chuckled but Green stared horrified. Angrily now, she took a step towards Machoke.
"Listen to me! We need to go now!" She yelled.
Machoke turned from her and went over to another stall with a terrified looking store keeper behind it. The people around her were staring at her and all the eyes made Green tighten with fear. Quickly, she held out Machoke's pokéball and hit him with the beam. He recalled, along with the leg of meat in his hand. Flustered, Green hurried off away from the market with Graveler trailing behind her. Although she couldn't hear them, whispers and laughs followed her and she was sure everyone had been laughing at her. In a blind panic Green found herself inside the lobby of Cerulean Gym. The smell of chlorine attacking her nose. It snapped her back to her senses and she looked down at Machoke's ball unsure.
"Here to challenge the gym?" An older man behind the counter asked, peering over it at her curiously.
Green turned with a hesitant look, glancing back down at Machoke's ball. Could it really be possible that was the same pokémon she had left Pallet with? Doubt crept down her spine but still the memories of Machoke's power filled her with confidence. Battling, was a dual effort after all. Surely her own training techniques had played a part in their victory. Perhaps all she needed to do was adapt to the new situation she found herself in.
"Yes, how long is the wait?" She asked, forcing a confident smile.
The man smiled back and began typing away at his computer.
"You're in luck girl, you're the first of the challengers today. Make your way inside, your battle starts in ten minutes." He announced enthusiastically.
Green wasn't as enthusiastic. She had hoped for a long wait, like in Pewter to sort out the issues between her and Machoke. However, she quickly buried her fear and forced herself to feel confident again. With a fearless stride she walked forward and pushed open the glass doors leading into the arena. The arena seemed at first to be nothing more than a large swimming pool but as Green stood on the wet, slippery tiles surrounding it the floating lane dividers, diving boards and sloped pool floor began to retract. Transforming from a laned swimming pool with a shallow and deep end to a uniform deep pool of water. Artificial islands, made of rock rose from the water along with wide metal platforms. The whirring of machines filled the air as they did, clunking to a halt as they came to rest. In the stands a few people sat, mostly official looking people in suits. They chattered to each other softly, occasionally pointing out an aspect of the arena and scribbling something down on their clip boards. In the commentator booths a tired looking man sipped on coffee, fidgeting with dials before calling out.
"Testing testing." In a monotone voice.
A man in the stands would speak into a radio and the commentator would go again. Technicians fiddled with cameras on the edges of the arena, chatting casually like friends. Not a single one of them paid any attention to her as she stood on the challenger's podium. A small screen on the podium flashed and a robotic voice spoke.
"Challenger, please scan your trainer card." It commanded, flashing a picture of what one looked like for her.
Green retrieved hers, tucked away in the back pocket of her shorts. The tight denim snapping against her as the space was quickly filled. Green scanned her card and the screen flashed with a green tick.
"Challenger, Green Isamu of Pallet Town. Accepted." The screen faded to black and left Green standing awkwardly waiting for the battle to begin.
"Hi there!" A voiced chimed, making Green jump.
She whipped around to see the girl from before standing behind her with an outstretched hand. Green shook it, unsure of who she was.
"Looks like we ran into each other again quicker than I thought. Well even if we have a brief history, I won't be taking it easy on you I'm afraid." Her kind voice was bubbly, a genuine passion clear in her tone.
Green's eyes flickered with recognition and she laughed, feeling stupid.
"Oh, you're Misty?" She asked, letting herself be distracted from the lingering doubt in the back of her mind for a bit.
It was then as she looked down at Misty from the podium that Green realised how attractive Misty was. Misty wore clothes simmilar to hers, a tiny yellow crop top clung to her chest and small denim jeans kept up by suspenders around her shoulders. Green couldn't help but glance at her bare, toned stomach and bite the inside of her mouth. She blushed and took shaky breaths as her heart pounded in her chest.
"That's me, world renowned water trainer extraordinaire!" She exclaimed with a cocky grin, which only made Green's heart flutter faster.
Misty released Green's hand and moved past the podium. Green noticed with dread as Misty subtly looked Green up and down before walking away towards the changing rooms.
"Great." Green muttered to herself, "now I'm nervous and horny." She clenched her eyes shut and tried to supress it like she did during Brock's battle but she couldn't.
The doubt weighed on her mind so heavy, it didn't allow her the strength to do so. Misty stayed in Green's mind and the more Green fantasised about her, the more she struggled to focus. In what had only seemed like a few minutes a siren rang across the arena. Barriers of yellow light with a hexagonal pattern flashed across both the spectators stands and before Green. Misty stepped out from a set of doors behind her podium in a tiny, light green bikini. She flashed a smirk at Green and stepped off the edge, dropping into the sliver of water allowed by the barrier.
"Will defending gym leader, Misty Williams from Cerulean City please present her first pokémon?" The announcer asked, his voice booming but still monotone.
Two pokéballs were clipped to the bottoms of Misty's bikini. She grabbed the first and released it. The yellow duck pokémon, Psyduck appeared on top of the metal platform above Misty. He looked around in a confused daze and began waddling back and forth in a panic before seeing Misty's cheery face. He snapped out of it and looked over at Green with narrowed eyes.
"Will challenger, Green Isamu from Pallet town please present her first pokémon?" The bored sounding voice of the announcer called out, echoing around the arena.
Green was snapped out of her horny gaze at Misty's petite body. She fumbled with Machoke's ball before releasing him. She inhaled sharply as she watched him, hoping he wouldn't just walk off the arena and refuse to fight. To her relief after a moment of confusion, with the leg of meat still in his mouth, Machoke saw Psyduck sizing him up and grinned widely. He tossed the leg of meat aside into the water and readied himself, smirking at the Psyduck eagerly. Green breathed a sigh of relief and loosened up, the doubt lightening in her mind. Seeing Machoke's powerful body, while making her a little bit more horny, filled her with confidence. There was nothing Misty could do to overpower him with her weak beginner rank pokémon she had to use in these challenges. Misty, however didn't seem fazed by Machoke and instead glared back at him with the same aggressive look.
"Are both trainers ready?" The commentator asked over the sound system.
Misty gave a thumbs up and Green, after a deep breath and a confident smirk, gave a thumbs up too.
"Are both pokémon ready?" He asked again.
Psyduck, clutching his head nodded once. Machoke slammed his powerful fists together and let out a ferocious cry. With that, a horn sounded and the battle began. As Green opened her mouth to shout a command to Machoke, he took off charging head first at the Psyduck. Green smiled and allowed him to take charge.
"Water gun Psyduck!" Misty shouted as Machoke barrelled down along the metal catwalk.
Psyduck shot a thin, powerful stream of water at Machoke. It hit him on the chest and while it sprayed violently, Machoke didn't flinch. He continued charging and before Misty could give another command he reared back his leg and punted Psyduck like a ball across the arena. The impact echoing and booming off the tiles around them. Psyduck flew through the air with an alarmed cry, slamming head first into the barrier on Misty's side. He fell to the ground, bounced and landed on his feet, clutching his head and wincing horribly with pain. Machoke grinned triumphantly and ran at him again, reaching out to grasp him. However, Psyduck cried out and his wide usually puzzled looking eyes were instead flaring with a pink energy. A pulse of pink energy shot out around Psyduck and sent Machoke flying back through the air. He crashed down back on the catwalk, nearly falling off into the water but managing to catch himself just in time. Psyduck looked at him with a puzzled look, like he didn't know where he was. He looked down and saw Misty, he nodded with recognition and turned to face Machoke again.
"Machoke listen! Psyduck can use psychic powers, don't kick him away! Keep him close so he can't use them!" Green called out.
Machoke stood still, staring at Psyduck as the little yellow pokemon ran at him with a determined look. Machoke could only laugh as he effortlessly kicked Psyduck off the platform and into the water, turning back at Green with a smug look. Misty dived down as Psyduck plunged into the water, giving him a signal with her hands. A blue pulse of light rippled through the water.
Green's face dropped and she groaned as she watched Psyduck shoot up surrounded by a veil of water and slam into the back of Machoke's head before dipping back into the water. Machoke cried out with frustration and stomped on the cat walk, making it bend under him. As Psyduck went for the same attack again, Machoke with a flicker of orange in his eyes grabbed him out of the air. His large powerful hand squeezed Psyduck before throwing him hard across the arena and into one of the artificial islands. Rocks and mud flew into the air as the small island exploded upon Psyduck's impact. To Machoke's shock however, Psyduck quickly poked up it's head over a boulder with intense glowing eyes of pink. A pink aura surrounded Machoke before he was violently thrown into the air, slamming against the roof. The aura disappeared and Machoke fell back down, crashing into the catwalk, bouncing and falling into the water. Green watched on helplessly as Machoke resurfaced and weakly grasped the catwalk, heaving himself back on to it.
"Please Machoke! Stop hitting him away! He can only do that after he hits his head!" Green cried out but it fell on deaf ears as Machoke leapt onto the island angrily.
Misty watched Green with a pained look, gritting her teeth as she listened to Green plead with Machoke as he once again kicked Psyduck into the barrier. Again Psyduck threw him around, even more violently than before. Machoke was thrown into boulders, slammed against the cat walk and hurled into Green's barrier. The few spectators in their orderly suits and their clipboards in hand were quietly laughing as they watched this tiny yellow pokémon treat Machoke like a toy. Green got down on her knees next to Machoke as he lay down against the barrier before her, sitting on the catwalk.
"I don't know what's wrong buddy but please, please just listen to me." She begged, pressing her hand against the barrier.
Machoke weakly glared at her before rising shakily to his feet. He took a step forward but only collapsed to his knees as he cried out in pain. Green hung her head with shame and pointed her pokéball at Machoke, returning him. The quiet chuckles of the spectators continuing, she could feel their mocking gazes beating down on her. A camera's lens tightened as it zoomed in on her. As Green fought back tears of frustration she made an X with her arms before turning away, waiting for the siren to sound so she could run through those doors. Desperately not wanting to cry in front of those men or the camera. People she didn't even know and the opinions of which had no effect on her but still she couldn't take the shame of crying in front of them. Graveler fumbled awkwardly, watching as Misty pulled herself from the pool and watched Green with a furrowed brow.
"The Challenger has forfeited. Misty Williams of Cerulean City wins." The announcer stated, sounding unsurprised.
The barriers fell and the doors before Green unlocked, quickly she rushed through them wiping tears from eyes with her forearm. A rush of snickering and amused chatter followed her, echoing from the arena as she rushed past a sympathetic looking man behind the counter. Green ran so fast, Graveler had to tuck into a ball and roll after her. She burst back into the Pokémon Centre, accidentally shoulder checking a bewildered looking Pete as he ran barefoot outside. He glanced back through the glass of the doors before rushing off in the direction of his house. Nurse Joy, in a hastily thrown on white nurse dress was tying the loops in her hair as she saw Green rush to the counter. With a worried look she let her hair fall back down her back and approached the counter.
"Dear girl what-" She began but was cut off by Green as she held out Machoke's ball stiffly.
"Heal him." She ordered bluntly, placing the pokéball on the counter roughly before quickly turning from Nurse Joy, determined not to cry in front of her.
Joy saw through that and watched Green with a concerned look as she hurried away towards the housing area. Joy took Machoke's ball and placed it on the machine before leaving her desk and following after Green. She saw as Green flung open her room's door and slammed the door behind her. With a sigh and a warm smile, Nurse Joy approached the door slowly and knocked on it. Before Green could tell her to go away, Joy opened the door anyway to find Green huddled up on her bed with her knees tucked to her chest. Graveler sat beside the bed awkwardly, shuffling his feet.
"What happened dear?" Joy asked gently, sitting on the end of her bed with pursed lips.
Green turned from her, dropping her gaze away and was about to tell her to go away again before Joy interrupted her.
"Did you try something with your pokémon and it went bad?" Joy asked gingerly, leaning forward with a concerned look.
Green snapped her head up with a shocked look.
"No!" She snapped, the question infuriating her for a reason she struggled to find.
The shocked look on Joy's face made Green wince with guilt, shamefully she recoiled. The anger in her words not feeling as justified in retrospect.
"No." She repeated more calmly, "He's changed Joy, my Machoke he used to be kind and sweet but now he's an asshole who won't listen to me." She admitted, kicking at her sheets before her.
Joy's face softened and she stood up, towering over Green. She reached out and gently grasped Green's arm.
"Come with me dear." She said and before Green could refuse, she found herself pulled to her feet and being dragged along down the hall by Joy.
Green, wanting to just be alone and sad right now wanted nothing less than this and tried to pull free from Joy but Joy's grasp was strong. Although she smiled at Green warmly her grip on her arm was like iron, no matter what Green did she couldn't escape and eventually she found herself seated behind the Pokémon Centre desk on Nurse Joy's chair. Joy reached up to the shelves above Green and pulled out a book, labelled.
"A Guide to Fighting Types"
Joy opened it, the thick book slamming against the desk.
"Dear, you're not the first trainer to experience this and long from the last." She said matter-of-factly, "Evolution, brings about dramatic physical changes for pokémon that much I'm sure you know. However what is commonly misunderstood is that evolution can and often does bring about dramatic change to a pokémon's personality." She explained, opening the book to the section on Machoke's.
Green glanced back at Machoke's ball, glowing golden in the healing machine.
"So he's like this because of his transformation?" Green asked, a dull dread rising in her.
Joy nodded and pointed to the book.
"Yes dear, see it says so here. Evolution boosts the physical might of the pokémon but also often causes them to become unruly, brash and headstrong." Green felt no better knowing this.
All it told her is that Machoke was different now and there was nothing she could do about it. Nothing could make him back into his older self. Joy noticed the frown and knelt down beside Green, pumping the chair's handle so Green rose to her eye level.
"I know you and Machop must have shared a special bond dear but this is part of training, adapting to the changes you face and reforging that bond through a new lens." She explained softly, clutching Green's hand comfortingly, "I'm sure Machoke still holds that bond deep within him, once he heals take this book and go out and try to reforge that bond." Joy instructed.
Green said nothing and nodded, taking the book and closing it. She rose from the chair and with the book tucked under her arm, slowly walked back to her room. A deep, sadness welled inside her. What Joy had described to her seemed hopeless, she could barely talk to people let alone create a bond that clearly only she had interest in. Her eyes met Gravelers as she pushed her door open, a small smile creeping across her face.
"At least you like me, right?" Green asked him.
Graveler beamed at her, much in the same way Machop had and nodded his round body at her.
"Graveler!" He exclaimed supportively.
Green giggled softly and rubbed his head before sitting down on her bed, curling up and lying there feeling sorry for herself.
