Rocky Goes Home

Disclaimer: Sorry to the lack of activity for this fic and I make no promises where that's concerned. Had this come to me while watching '3 Ninjas' clips and I'm honestly surprised there's not more stuff like this between the two fandoms. The graduation episode for this happens a month after the team goes Turbo.

Summary: After his injury and the team's first successful outing as the Turbo Rangers, Rocky returns home.

Rocky sighed in relief as he pulled up at the family home in Agoura Hills, California for the first time in a year. Though in a lot of ways, it felt like it had been several years instead of just one considering all that had happened to him since leaving to stay with an Aunt of his out in Stone Canyon. One who had needed some help around the house but in reality, the move had been done so that he could deal with the heart break caused on him by Jennifer and essentially have her out of sight, out of mind. Meeting Aisha and Adam had been pure luck and to find out they had a similar passion for Ninjitsu had been icing on the cake for him. Allowing the trio to become fast friends in a short amount of time and eventually getting to become Power Rangers. Gingerly, Rocky rubbed on his back once he climbed out of his ride. Maybe I should've taken Adam up on his offer to bring me home after all.

One of his reasons for coming home for the weekend was due to his back injury that had kept him out of the tournament. The other, being that he wanted to deal with the niggling guilt in him over having basically allowed Justin to go ahead with becoming the new Blue Ranger. Something the Big Brother in him was none too happy about. I hope I don't end up messing him up for life.

"ROCKY!" Called out a familiar voice.

One that belonged to his youngest brother, Tum Tum.

"MOM! COLT! ROCKY'S HERE!" He called out before rushing towards his older brother.

Practically leaping off of the front porch in his haste to get to him and before Rocky can do or say anything, being hugged by the not so little brother anymore. "Augh! Easy, Tum Tum! Easy!"

Tum Tum pulled away with a look of fear on his face as his mom and his and Rocky's brother Colt made their way out of the house to the two. Seeing the look on his little brother's face, Rocky quickly explained himself. "Is that actually code for you got hurt as a freaking Power Ranger of all things!?" Colt asked him.

Making Rocky freeze up momentarily. "What? What are you talking about?" He asked, hoping he hadn't heard his brother right after sharing a hug with their mother.

"OW!" Yelled out the oldest of the brothers thanks to his mom slapping him upside the head.

"Don't even try that, Rocky DeSantos Douglas! We know you are a Power Ranger!"

Grimacing, the oldest of the brothers looked around quickly to ensure no one could hear the conversation. Knowing he had no way to get out of this conversation and wondering if he had somehow screwed up where Zordon's Three Rules were concerned. "In case you were wondering, we all recognized your fighting style on the TV." Informed Tum Tum helpfully.

For a moment, Rocky stared at his youngest brother and then groaned aloud, making Colt smirk as their mother scowled. "You have some explaining to do, young man."

As Momma Douglas wanted to know why none of them could ever speak to Rocky about his little Red and later Blue spandex life, damnit! Another groan escaped Rocky as he knew this was not going to be a conversation he was going to enjoy! I think I shoulda stayed back in Angel Grove!

May the Power somehow get him out of this!

Author's Notes: Heh, poor Rocky.
