It had been a few hours since Naruto and Sasuke had arrived at the outskirts of town. The drive back home was quiet. Sasuke hadn't spoken a word to him since they had left. Forgiveness was easy for Sasuke especially with Naruto but there was just that uncertainty still unsettling in his brain. Naruto's actions were still pretty damn reckless and for this to work, at least for Sasuke, that had to change. He didn't know how to act around the blonde and he didn't want to come across as controlling or high maintenance when it came to their relationship because technically they've only just got together. The last thing he wanted was to scare him away but he couldn't live with the uncertainty that Naruto was going to get into serious trouble again and he was going to be left behind and alone.
