A/N - Okay, as I'm sure you can tell, this is the final chapter of A Heat of Dangerous Proportions. As such, it's a much shorter chapter than what you're used to seeing from me. Still, I think it turned out rather well.

Now, I'm not going to say much else up here. So just read on and enjoy!

Epilogue

Naruto and Tsunade were breathing heavily after their enjoyable romp in the hospital. Tsunade couldn't move as she laid atop Naruto, her bountiful breasts squished between her and his broad chest. "Oh Kami, that...that was wonderful." she said, sounding genuinely pleased.

"That...was incredible, Tsunade-sama." Naruto said with a smile on his face. "I'm exhausted."

Tsunade looked him in the eyes and lightly flicked his nose. "None of that -sama business. Call me Tsunade-chan." she said before kissing him sweetly on the lips.

Wrapping his arms around his new lover, he held her close and grinned as he could feel himself hardening inside of her again. When she moaned out in appreciation of this fact, he kissed her again before saying, "You're amazing, Tsunade-chan. I never thought we'd be together like this, but I'm happy. I love you."

Blushing fiercely, she nuzzled her head in his neck and said, "I love you, my Naru-kun. Now come on, make your Tsunade-chan pregnant. I want to have your babies."

"Gladly." he said before he began giving her exactly what she craved yet again.

Three days later

Sakura vomited once again into her wastebasket. Groaning afterwards, she rubbed at her belly with a tiny smile on her face. "Yes...it took a while longer than I would have liked, but...but…oh Kami!" she said before vomiting again.

Naruto smiled awkwardly as he rubbed her back to try and soothe her. "I'm surprised it took this long for you to start showing the symptoms of pregnancy. Hina-chan and Ino-chan showed them pretty much exactly when you'd expect."

"I don't care about why it took this long. I'm just happy to be pregnant with your child. I can't wait to give birth to our beautiful baby girl."

Naruto blinked as he stared at her. "Isn't it too early to know if it's a boy or a girl?"

Sakura smirked at him and said, "A woman just knows, Naruto-kun. Don't question it."

The blonde chuckled a bit and nodded in understanding. "Of course, sweetheart. Now, would you like some breakfast? Do you think you can even eat anything right now?"

The pinkette giggled a bit and was about to say something before she had to turn and vomit again. Once she had finished, she groaned again before saying, "Just...give me some time, Naru-kun. I'm feeling ill right now…"

Chuckling softly, Naruto ran his fingers through her short pink hair and nodded in understanding again. "Alright sweetheart. Just get it all out of your system and we'll eat when you're able to, okay?"

"Thanks honey." Sakura said quietly as she relished in the knowledge that she was pregnant with Naruto's child. I'm so happy right now. I've wanted this for so long.

Three months later

"You know something, Shikamaru?" Naruto said as he looked himself over in the mirror of his dressing room. "I honestly didn't think they'd rush the wedding like this. It's much sooner than I expected, but…"

Shikamaru sighed and helped his friend adjust his outfit so it felt more comfortable. At the same time, he ensured that it still looked good and appropriate for him. "Women are troublesome creatures. You'd do well to remember that women will always get what they want, when they want it. Those three want you badly. Don't question it. Instead, think about your honeymoon and how much fun you'll have with the three of them."

Naruto quirked a brow as he looked into his best man's eyes. "Oh, I know we'll be having fun on this honeymoon of ours."

The Nara clan head sighed and facepalmed. "That's not the kind of fun I was talking about, but good for you. I meant for you to think about the sights you'll see, the places you'll go, stuff like that. But of course, if you four choose to do things like that, then good for you. Just...don't tell me about your fun little romps together, please. I don't need to be scarred by the images."

Naruto chuckled and patted his friend on the shoulder. "You mean like that time when you and Choji saw us in Ino's shop?"

Shikamaru held up a finger and walked over to a nearby wall where he began banging his head against it. "I. Don't. Need. Those. Images!" After taking a deep breath, he turned to Naruto and said, "Please, please don't remind me of that day. We really didn't need to see that."

Naruto chuckled and shook his head. "Sorry Shika. Hinata was practically in heat all the time after being injected with that drug. She wanted it everywhere at any time. Trying to keep up with her was…"

"Okay! Enough already! I get it! Just please stop talking about it. That's a sight that will never get out of my damn head!" Shikamaru exclaimed, clearly having enough of hearing about Naruto's sex life.

"Yeah, sorry. Won't happen again." Naruto said as he scratched the back of his head. "Anyways, you think my hair's okay like this? We couldn't get it to stay down, even with that gel stuff."

Shikamaru looked at Naruto's hair for a moment before shrugging. "Meh, we're all used to the spiky blonde hair by now. I don't see why it would be a problem if you couldn't smooth it out any."

"True. Ah well, let's get out there. Kami I'm nervous about this." Naruto said before he and Shikamaru left the dressing room and made their way down the aisle to where the two of them would be standing. Once there, Naruto looked at his groomsmen appraisingly. Choji looked quite handsome in his tux while Rock Lee looked...awkward in his tuxedo. Seeing him in something other than that green monstrosity he always wore was just strange.

Shrugging it off, Naruto looked at the bridesmaids with a smile. Temari, Shikamaru's wife, was there, along with Karui, Choji's wife. Then there was Kurenai, who looked quite beautiful in her dress. Finally was Shizune, whom Tsunade had chosen to be her bridesmaid. Thinking on it now, Naruto was honestly surprised when the girls had decided that they'd all marry him at the same time. Even more surprising to him was the fact that Tsunade wanted to marry him so soon into their relationship, especially considering they weren't romantically involved until that day in the hospital.

Shaking his head to free himself of such thoughts, he listened as music began to play before his four brides-to-be began coming down the aisle with the flower girl following behind them. He found himself blushing at how beautiful the four of them looked. When they reached him and took their places across from him, he offered them a smile and mouthed, 'I love you.' to them.

As the wedding got underway, Naruto could only think about the future and what it held in store for them. So far, Hinata's symptoms had yet to return, but at the same time, he had this sinking feeling in his gut that it just wasn't over yet. Sure, the cure seemed to have worked, and he knew he shouldn't be worried about it anymore, but he couldn't help but worry.

Refocusing on the wedding, he went through his vows when asked and waited for his brides to do the same, each of them going through their own vows to him. When he was finally told that he could kiss his brides, he kissed them in the order that he had been with them all in: Hinata, Ino, Sakura, and finally Tsunade. They understood why he did it in that order and weren't about to complain, so long as they each got to be with him.

Once the wedding had finished, they left to go and enjoy their honeymoon together, leaving their friends behind in the church. Shikamaru sighed and rubbed the back of his head as he thought over everything that had happened. When his wife came up to him, he looked at her and saw the look she had in her eyes. "You've got that feeling too, huh honey?"

Temari nodded and looked at the doors Naruto and his brides had left in. "Yeah. I've got a really bad feeling that the cure only made things worse instead of better…"

"The symptoms have gone away and things seem perfectly normal now. But…" Shikamaru sighed and shook his head. "So much is still unknown about that toxin. Without truly understanding it…"

Temari nodded and kissed her husband's cheek. "Everything will be alright, Shika-kun. They'll figure something out, I'm sure."

Two Months Later

"Hinata-chan! Sweetie! You're burning up!" Naruto said as he felt her forehead. She suddenly started feeling incredibly ill and looked like she was suffering horribly as she squirmed around on their bed. It was obvious to everyone that something was terribly wrong with her. Deciding it would be best to rush her to the hospital, they helped her into some clothes and quickly took off. What the hell's going on?!

As they hurried to the hospital, Sakura suddenly paused and wiped some sweat off of her forehead. Hugging herself, she noticed that she was shivering shortly before she collapsed on the ground, unable to hold herself up anymore.

Eyes widening in horror, Naruto quickly created a shadow clone to carry his pink-haired bride and they continued on their way. However, before they could step through the hospital doors, Tsunade and Ino both collapsed as well, sweating profusely, as if they were running terrible fevers.

Heading inside with shadow clones carrying his brides, he hurried to the reception desk and exclaimed, "Please help! They're burning up and something's terribly wrong with them! Is Shizune available?!"

The receptionist nodded and quickly ordered a couple of nurses to get the five of them a room while she paged Shizune, telling her to go to a specific room for an emergency.

A short while later, Shizune was in the hospital room, looking over each of her friends and loved ones. Just looking at them, she could tell something was seriously wrong with them. Examining them, she frowned as her scans showed that nothing was wrong. Looking at Naruto, she shook her head and said, "They appear to be suffering, but the scans show that nothing's physically wrong with them. Yes, they're running fevers, but otherwise they're perfectly healthy. I'm going to draw some blood from each of them and see what I can find out that way. Until then, stay with them and do what you can to make sure they're comfortable."

Once Shizune left the room, Naruto looked at his wives and frowned deeply. It's not over yet...is it?

Later that day

Shizune frowned as she looked over the test results. "This can't be right...can it?" she wondered to herself before she walked towards the room her loved ones were resting in. Stepping inside, she saw they were feeling better now and were actually sitting up, talking with Naruto and themselves as if everything was perfectly alright again.

Looking at each of them, Shizune shook her head and said, "Well, I've got good news and bad news. The good news is that you're all physically fine. The bad news is that the toxin's shown up in Hinata's bloodstream again, only it's stronger this time. And to make matters worse, it's spread to the three of you. Most likely it's spread through sexual contact…"

Naruto, understanding exactly what she was implying, looked horrified. "You mean...I've spread it to everyone else?!"

Shizune sadly nodded at him. "Yes, Naruto-kun. You weren't using protection when you made love with each of them, and it spread to them via contact when you, erm, became one with them. You're fine thanks to your genes and the Kyuubi. But they aren't that lucky."

Tsunade frowned at Shizune and said, "There's something you're not telling us. What is it?"

The black-haired medic frowned as she looked her mentor in the eyes. "This toxin is changing you...all of you. I don't know what it's doing exactly, but...it's transforming you into something else."

"That...doesn't sound good." Naruto said, eyes widening in horror.

"To make things worse...it's already begun changing your children into whatever it is that you four are turning into. I'm...I'm sorry. I wish I had better news…" Shizune said sadly.

Tsunade looked horrified at this as she rubbed her belly. "Are...are they alright? There won't be any complications with their birth...right? I can't lose my babies!"

Shizune offered her and the others a reassuring smile. "Actually, they're more healthy than ever before. Whatever's going on, it's having a positive effect on your unborn children. As for what you're turning into? I have no idea. We never quite figured out just what that toxin was capable of, or what its true purpose was. I honestly hoped the cure Sakura-chan came up with would have done the trick. I'm...I'm sorry that's not the case."

"I see…" Naruto said. He honestly had no idea what he could say, but he was happy that they would all be okay. "So...all we can do is wait for the changes to occur and see what happens then?"

Shizune nodded. "Yes, I'm afraid so. If it helps, your wives seem healthier than ever as well. The fevers they were running were a result of their bodies trying to adapt to their changing bodies. They'll be just fine, as will your children. The best thing you all can do now is just wait for the changes to occur and see what happens then. Just...try not to worry about it, okay?"

Sakura frowned at this and said, "It's kind of hard not to be worried about it. Will we still be human, at least?"

Shaking her head no, the raven-haired beauty said, "I can't answer that. If you do end up changing into something else, just know that we'll all still be here for you. Just try to believe that everything will be alright in the end. I have faith that everything will work out for the best."

"I certainly hope so." Naruto said quietly. "I really do…"

A/N - And that's the end of the chapter and the story! As you can see, some interesting things happened in this final chapter. The cure wasn't as effective as they had hoped. In fact, things have become quite interesting.

Now, as you can see, I left the fic open ended. I'm definitely thinking about continuing with a sequel to this story. Buuut, I'd like to know what you all think, so I'll create a new poll and see what you all want. I'm hoping you all like the idea of seeing a sequel to this story!

Anyways, now that I've finished up with this story, it's time to work on some other stuff! Yay! lol. Anywho, I hope you enjoyed this story. It was a lot of fun to write and I think it all turned out pretty well. Sorry if it wasn't to your liking, buuut...whatever. lol.
