Chapter 19: The Letter
Dear Daphne,
When we were young, you were always smarter than I. Wiser than I. More sensible than I. Bolder than I. More courageous than I. More decisive, more blunt, more straight forward. Even to this day, you are all of these things. You are, and will always be, my better half.
So I plead with you.
You know how useless I am with matters of the heart. So I beg your forgiveness in asking you what I should do.
She received a letter. You can probably guess from who. It made her so happy, Daphne. Happier than I have seen her in a while. I don't want to take that happiness away (and I know that you would step in, that's just the kind of person you are) and I don't want to ruin whatever we have now.
As such I implore your assistance.
