"Her Blood"

Sakura clasped her hands together tightly, feeling nervous about this. She did not know what to expect at this point in time. The man was currently in the kitchen, getting her something to drink, supposedly.

She wanted to talk and find out what he really wanted, but at the same time, she wanted to get out of here. She had already learned her lesson from that though. She had to play smart to escape from this.

"Here," the man said, handing her a glass of water.

She took it cautiously, bringing it to her lips. She drank a little of it first, making sure it did not taste like anything had been slipped in it. When she realized it taste normal, she gulped more of it down, feeling like she had not had water in ages.

"You're dehydrated," he stated the obvious.

Once she finished the water, she looked at him, wanting to curse his existence for doing this to her.

She placed the glass of water down on the floor beside her feet. "I guess I have you to thank for that," she said instead calmly.

He did not say anything, making her take a deep breath before letting it out. "So...what are the plans?" she asked eerily.

"Well, I want to be out of here before dawn tomorrow. I'm sure they already know we're in contact with each other now," he said, the last part sounding thoughtfully spoken.

Her brows scrunched together in confusion at that statement. "Who?" she asked quietly.

"Let me explain to you how...our world works," he said.

"Your world?" she questioned, starting to feel the anxiety rise in her chest at the unknowing right now.

"I don't think there's any other way to tell you this...but... I'm not necessarily...human," he said quietly.

She stood from the couch, backing away from him slowly at that.

"Don't," he demanded sternly, making her freeze in that spot.

"W-what are you saying?" she stuttered.

"Like Nakata Yosuki was born hundreds of years ago...so was I," he said, moving towards her.

"What is that supposed to mean?" she asked quietly.

"I'm a monster," he said.

You have me held hostage, of course you are.

"The only way I can survive is by feeding off blood..." he said.

She swallowed, not believing a word that was coming out of his mouth. "You're trying to say you're a vampire?" she asked testily.

"That's exactly what I'm saying," he said.

She shook her head unbelievingly. "This is crazy. What are you trying to get at? What is your purpose?"

"Don't believe me?" he asked darkly.

"Of course not. This is absurd! What do you want from me? Is it money? I have a very wealthy auntie—"

"I don't want any money."

"Prove that you're a vampire then, please. This is a waste of time. I don't know what game you're trying to play here, but I have family who are probably worried sick about me right now," she said, feeling annoyed with this whole charade now.

He had locked her up for four days just to tell her he is a vampire who is after her blood?

Absurd, difficult man!

"You want proof?" he asked.

"I do—"

Within a split second, he was at her side, picking her up bridal style.

Her humanly instincts kicked in immediately as she struggled to get down from his hold. "W-what are you doing?" she asked, hitting on his chest.

"Proving my point..." he said.

Before she could even respond or comprehend anything that was going on, she saw everything pass as if she were in a race car ride. The next thing she knew, she was standing outside over a high cliff.

Her heart nearly dropped, beating so fast in fear as to what had just happened. "W-what just happened?" she asked, looking over to the strange man.

"Super speed is one of a vampires abilities..." he said. "If you're unaware, there's only a few things that could kill a vampire...so when I do this, there should be no doubts about vampires existing anymore."

She swallowed nervously, not sure how to take all of this. Everything was happening so fast that it was hard to keep up with it all.

He turned to the cliff, moving towards it as he looked down at the trees beneath them.

Her eyes widened, realizing what he was trying to do right now. "W-what are you trying to do?" she asked; legs moving on their own to stop the man from jumping.

He shrugged her off, moving closer to the cliff. "Just watch," he said.

Before she could even respond, he was already jumping from the cliff.

"Wait!" she exclaimed, a little too late as she reached her hand out to stop him.

Her eyes widened, feeling the horror drop down on her like a bucket of ice, cold water as she realized she witnessed an insane man commit suicide right before her eyes with ease.

She ran over to the cliff, dropping down on her knees so she could look down for any signs of the man's body.

When she could not see anything but trees, her body began to tremble uncontrollably. "Oh my gosh," she whispered under her breath. "Oh my gosh, oh my gosh, oh my gosh..."

Tears welled in her eyes for some reason, heart feeling like she had just lost one of the most important people to her.

"Believe me now?" she heard a deep voice say behind her.

She gasped, surprised to hear the familiar voice. She turned to the direction, seeing the crazy man stand there with branches on his clothes and in his disheveled hair.

"Not the brightest idea to jump in a forest—"

"Idiot!" she interrupted, standing from the ground so she push him roughly in frustration.

Her hands were met with his chest as she used as much force as she could to hurt him. He did not budge one bit though. "What the hell were you thinking, you asshole!" she exclaimed loudly, hitting his chest this time.

She was surprised when her hand met with ice, it seemed. He had felt this cold earlier too when she struggled in his arms.

"Proving my point," he said shortly.

"Proving your point? You can't just jump off a cliff like that in front of people and not think they're going to be heavily affected by it! You're insane! You're mad—"

"I'm alive, aren't I? Aren't you wondering how I'm alive?" he interrupted.

Her rambling stopped, taking in that question. He is still alive...

Her heart began to slow down in its beating a little. She had not meant to get so worked up like that, but it had really felt like she had lost someone important to her again as weird as it sounded. She had never even met the man before this, yet it felt like she had known him all her life.

But more importantly, the man was still alive right now after jumping off a cliff. That was not even possible.

"So...say you are...some kind of mythical creature, why are you interested in my blood?" she asked cautiously

"Calm down," he said, moving closer to her again.

She wanted to make a run for it, not knowing where all of this was going. She knew one thing for sure though; the man was not human.

"Your reaction is normal...you feel like you just lost the most important person to you right now, right?" he asked.

How could he know that?

She looked him dead in the eyes with a serious look in her eyes. "No. I feel horrified that a crazy man just jumped off a cliff before my eyes," she lied.

"You can deny it all you want, but the truth is still there—"

"So what do you want with my blood?" she asked, not wanting to hear any more about that.

There was already enough things to freak out about right now.

"It's like a prophecy being fulfilled..." he started slowly after being quiet for a while.

"Prophecy?"

"Yes...about how our kind will continue to live on," he said.

"What does—"

"The man who has your parents have your parents held hostage for your blood."

"What's wrong with my blood?" she asked, starting to get annoyed that he would not give her the answers to this all.

"I...can't tell you that. It's not in my doing or place to do so. But, if you could just trust me on this, things would fall into place and you would be with your family again," he said.

"Trust you?" she asked incredulously.

The nerve of the man to say such a thing!

"I know it sounds bad on my part, considering...I...kidnapped you, but what other reason do you think I have to know your parents and want you to come with me? If I wanted you dead, I could've done that already. If I wanted to use you for any other perversion reason, I could have already..." he said.

She thought about it for a moment, not able to not help but agree with him. He could have done all those things, yet he did not.

She would not be a fool to fully trust him though.

"So...my parents are in Brazil...?" she asked slowly.

"Yes," he answered.

"Why there?" she asked.

"Shh," he said suddenly, making her stand taut.

They were quiet for a while, making her wonder what the man was referring to.

"They're here. They know you're here and we're together. We have to get out of here—"

"So, it really is true that you guys are falling through with the fake prophecy," a deep voice said behind them.

Sakura whipped around in a heartbeat, only to see a black-haired, tall man standing a few feet from them with his arms crossed over his masculine chest. Like the creature beside her, the dark haired man was also very pale and slightly buff, while still radiating off beauty.

"Wouldn't you say you showed up a little too late?"

"Li, listen to me. You don't have to do this. Our kind will be fine. Following through with Nakata's plan will do no good for anyone. It'll just be—"

"What's your business here?" Syaoran said, moving in front of Sakura to cover her from the man seeing her.

She frowned, not sure what this was all about.

"Hand over the girl," the man said. "I promise you that you won't get far with her."

"She's mine—"

"Excuse me," Sakura said, stepping from behind the man so she could look at the newcomer. Now people were fighting over her?

"What is going on? I'm really getting freaked out right now by you people," she said calmly, trying not let them know how psyched out she really felt about all of this.

"Lady Kinomoto—"

"Don't you dare speak to her," Syaoran said defensively.

More people suddenly appeared, making Sakura wonder where they had even come from.

"Where are the families?" One of the men behind the black haired man asked.

"You're going to hate me for this..." she heard Syaoran murmur.

Before she could even respond, he grabbed her wrist, pulling her towards the edge of the cliff with him.

"Don't—"

A gentle shove caused her to stumble back before she could hear the rest of the man's sentence.

The next thing she knew, everything in her body stopped as she fell from the cliff, staring at the night sky full of stars; her hands clamoring wildly for some type of handle to stop herself from falling.

"Lady Kinomoto!" she heard someone yell, making her eyes snap open in a heartbeat.

She looked ahead, seeing five different men jumping down after her as they all fell.

Her body began to flail as she tried to get a grip on her body to land in a safer position, though it would be impossible to survive the impact.

She closed her eyes tightly, hoping this would all be over now. This was it. It was the end of everything she had worked up to this point.

She just wished she had gone out better than being pushed off a cliff by a monster.

Maybe she could finally see her parents and Touya again...

"I'm sorry about that," she heard a voice say before she felt strong arms wrap around her body tightly.

She clutched onto the man when they began falling through leaves and branches before a hard impact made her jolt into the man's arms.

She opened her eyes slowly when she felt them still. Everything was dark before her eyes adjusted and she could see trees and grass, but it was still really dark.

"Li, you don't have to go through with this..." she heard a deep voice in the dark.

She looked in the direction of the voice, but could only see black. She could not see anything.

She dug her nails into his shirt tighter, afraid of everything going on right now.

Syaoran placed her down on her feet, but she held on to him tighter, too afraid to be here on her own.

"Release me," he commanded.

She shook her head vigorously. "What the hell is going on?" she asked, holding on to him as tight as she could.

"That monster there is trying to help destroy the world," that same voice said, suddenly sounding closer.

"I would advise you all to stay where you are unless you want to lose your lives," Syaoran threatened in a dark tone.

That tone sent unnerving chills down Sakura's body, hearing the seriousness to that statement.

"No one has to get hurt here. We don't want anyone harmed, especially Lady Kinomoto. Just...hand her over to us and this could all be over," the voice in the dark said again.

"Never," And he hauled them up onto a branch in a large tree.

Sakura held on to him tighter so she could not fall. "What are you doing?" she hissed.

"Let me go so I can get us out of here quicker without any of us getting hurt," he whispered.

She released him slowly, looking at him with a frightened look in her eyes, she was sure.

He sat her down so she could stand on the branch, stooping down to catch her balance. He turned around, stooping down in front of her with his back turned to her. "Get on," he said.

For a moment, she thought to jump down and go with the men, but realized how absurd that sounded. She had only known this man for a few days, and he had not done anything to cause harm to her, so she would be a fool to go with men who were after them.

She climbed onto his back, wrapping her arms around his cold neck and her legs around his waist tightly.

"Close your eyes and just trust me," he said.

Before she could even respond, he had already taken off, jumping from tree to tree, holding on to her thighs tightly.

She had never seen anything like this. From the speed to the freezing ice skin to the man jumping from tree to tree with so much speed that it was unimaginable. She had to be in a dream right now.

"Li!" she heard that same voice from below them yell. "Stop this nonsense!"

She could hear movement coming from too many different directions that she was starting to freak out. Her adrenaline was rushing like it never had before. The beating of her heart has never been so loud before that she was sure that it might explode.

"We're almost there," she heard the man murmur to her.

"A-almost where?" she managed to get out.

Sooner than she thought, she saw the exit of the forest, only to be met with a field of land.

The man ran with a speed she could not keep up with before a huge impact smacked right into them, causing her to lose her grip on his body, and slide across the field into the grass.

She groaned, landing on her stomach. She slowly sat up, holding on to her bruised arms.

When she heard growling, her head turned in the direction, only to see Syaoran on top of one of the men, grabbing him by the neck.

Her eyes widened, seeing him get ready to crack the man's neck before something dark covered the image.

She looked up slowly, only to have her eyes meet with a shadowy face with pure red eyes that stared down into hers with so much darkness in his.

"You're bleeding..." the man said, staring down at her with a hungry look in his eyes.

Her eyes widened as she began to back away slowly, holding on to her bleeding arm as she felt herself becoming mesmerized by the man.

"I-I..." she started, not sure what to say to the man towering over her.

Nothing had been more horrifying than this moment, watching a man tower over her, looking ready to feast on her existence.

When he started to approach her slowly, her heart and breathing sped up as she scrambled away as fast as she could.

"W-wait," she said weakly, seeing his mouth open, revealing the sharp teeth she had seen from another certain someone she had been with for the last four days.

Before she could even comprehend everything going on, the man was launching towards her on the ground.

She held her arms up, trying to block him from getting to her, but ended up falling back on to the ground with the man on top of her. She began to squirm under him uncontrollably, breaths coming uneven as she fought to get free from him. "Please! Li-kun!" she yelled without thinking, trying to fight against the man on top of her.

"Just hold still and it won't be so bad," the man said, grabbing her wrist tightly, leaning his head down to her neck with his fangs ready to clamp into her skin.

She froze under the man, shocked in place at everything happening right now. She closed her eyes tightly, trying to prepare herself for the pain.

"Don't you fucking touch her!" she heard Syaoran yell before the man was hauled off her immediately.

Her eyes widened, looking in the direction of the man, seeing Syaoran straddle the man before he snapped the man's neck before ripping it off before her eyes.

She lay frozen on the ground, not believing what she had just witnessed.

The moment she saw Syaoran walking towards her with a dark look in his eyes, she began to scurry away from the monster.

"W-wait, please don't come near me," she said, getting ready to stand and run, but he was at her side in mere seconds, grabbing her arm gently.

"Calm down," he said, making her look up at him.

Instantly, she became mesmerized by his eyes, feeling herself grow weak at them again. She thought she had gotten past this.

"We have no time to wait here because there's more of them coming, so I need you to get on my back so I can get us out of here," he said, looking at her seriously.

At hearing there being more, she nodded absentmindedly before snapping herself out of it. "You have a lot of explaining to do," she said before climbing on his back again.

"I know...close your eyes," he said.

And he took off before she could even respond.

"Where the hell are we?" Sakura whispered, looking around the dark place, unable to see anything in the place.

They had gotten here so fast that she had lost track of how long it took them to get here. Nothing looked familiar at this place, nor did the surroundings from the little that she could see.

Her thighs tightened around his waist unconsciously as her arms around his neck tightened a little too.

He let out a sigh, letting his cold hands move down to her thighs to squeeze them gently. "We should be safe here for the night..." he said in a cold tone, contradicting the soft strokes on her thighs.

She could feel her cheeks warm before she shook it off, releasing him so she could get down from his back. "I...think I believe you now..." she said quietly behind him.

He was quiet for a moment, making the tension of anticipation rise in her chest at what he would do next.

Everything was happening so fast that it was nearly impossible to keep up with it. First, she gets kidnapped by some strange man she met at a costume party after he nearly violated her without her consent to vampires after her now.

This had been the most action she had ever had in her entire life within the last few days.

"I didn't mean to...introduce you into this world like that, but...I feel that it was necessary that those things happened tonight," he said.

"Why did those people know who I am? And why are they after me now?" she asked, hearing her own voice tremble in fear a bit.

"They know the significance that your blood holds in all of this..."

"In all of what?" she asked.

He turned towards her abruptly, making her breath hitch in her throat. He took a deep inhale of breath before closing his eyes tightly. "You're...bleeding really bad," he said in a stiff tone, moving towards her slowly.

Instantly, she moved back from him, afraid that he might try and take a chunk out of her like the last creature opted to.

"Don't," he said tightly, making her freeze in that spot.

She wished this was all a dream that she would wake up from very soon, but something told her that this was not the case here.

She saw his shadow in the dark move slightly before she felt his hands on her wrist. But this time, it was warm oddly. She wanted to question the change in temperature but was side tracked when he lifted her arm to his face.

She attempted to pull her arm back, but he held her wrist tightly, stopping her.

"I need you to stay as still as possible for me," he said, barely as a whisper, sending chills down her body. "I need to get rid of this blood or they'll find us easily. The more you struggle, the more you'll bleed."

She took a deep, trembling breath before shaking her head slowly. "And...how are you... planning to do that?" she asked slowly, feeling that familiar emotion rise in her body the closer he moved towards her.

He was doing it again; making her succumb to his nonverbal command.

"You said that you wouldn't do this anymore," she said tightly, trying her best not to give in so easy to the man. Somehow her eyes had locked with his crimson ones in the dark.

"I have no choice but to right now or we'll both be dead. There's god-knows how many of them and two of us, which one of us are at a disadvantage. You'll fight if I try and clean your wound and that will only make things worst here," he said.

Without her even noticing the movement, he had her pinned against a hard surface with his body dangerously close to hers. That made things no better for her. She wanted to fight the feeling of submission, but it was darn near impossible right now with him so close to her like this.

She felt mesmerized by his evil eyes, which disgusted her to no end right now. He was a monster.

"I can stop this, and you cooperate or...I can do it this way," he said in a strained tone.

It sounded like he was having a hard time with something she could not place her finger on right now.

With all her willpower, she closed her eyes, breaking the trance he had her trapped in seconds ago. "Just hurry," she said weakly, hating herself for giving in to the man, but proud at the same time because it was at her own dispense and demand.

She knew she had to though. She had nearly been killed by that monster back there. If they had found them here by sniffing out her blood, she was not sure what the outcome would be if it was so many of them against Syaoran alone.

She just needed to focus on anything else other than a man—a monster— getting ready to drink her blood.

In all her days, she had never heard or seen such a thing!

He lifted her arm higher, bringing it closer to his face until she felt his hot breath directly against her skin. Her breath hitched in her throat the moment she felt his scorching hot tongue lick up the trail of blood she could feel sliding down to her elbow.

An indescribable feeling glided down her entire body when she felt his tongue finally meet with the wound directly. Her body felt beyond hot, almost similar to that night, but far hotter this time. His tongue was making her feel things she had no business feeling for him. For some reason, she wanted him to do much more than clean her wound. She was not sure what exactly, but she knew it was something he was bound to do eventually.

Her breath hitched in her throat when she felt his lips wrap around her forearm as he sucked on her skin tightly. She felt his body press into hers tightly before he had her wrist pinned against the wall beside her head with his mouth still attached to her arm tightly, drinking her damn near dry.

It took her a minute to realize what he was doing; too distracted by her hormones roaring at her body, but it made so much more sense now.

The tighter his lips sucked, and tongue lapped, the more her body unconsciously pushed into his for some reason she could not fathom. Feeling the blood flow from her body into his mouth made her crave things she never thought she would with a stranger.

She wanted him to drink her blood.

He began grinding his body against hers as his hand tightened on her wrist unbearably painfully, knocking her out of the trance at the pain.

"I—" she began to try and move her wrist to get his attention to loosen up his grip, but it only tightened as his body pressed harder into hers and his mouth drank hungrily at her arm.

The tighter his lips sucked, the faster she could feel her blood leaving her body. She suddenly felt fatigue, but that only made her struggle against him wildly when she noticed she was beginning to lose too much blood.

"L-Li—!" she exclaimed, using her other hand to pull at his hair roughly, pulling some of the strands out, but he did not budge one bit. She began to claw at his neck with her nails tightly, but he never stopped.

She could feel her body becoming weaker and weaker as her protests began to slow down before she felt the realm of darkness consume her.

A/N: Whew! I know it's been a minute since I've updated this story, but I felt the sudden urge to write about vampires and adventures this week! But firstly, thank you guys so much for the reviews, follows, and favorites! They really mean a lot to me! :D

Syaoran's finally had a taste of her blood again and have damn near killed her in the process! Imagine what he'll be like if he actually bites into her...

Other vampires are involved now, so more than one vampire is after her...

This story will be a little different, as Syaoran and his team will be the bad guys against the good guys. I've never wrote a story where the main character guy is apart of the "bad crew", but I think I might be able to pull it off in the best way possible. After all, they are all vampires and vampires are evil creatures, so we all know what we are getting ourselves into reading/writing a story about creatures with less human emotions lol.

Anyway, I do have big ideas planned for this story and have already started on the next chapter(it will be from Syaoran's perspective so we can see how he's taking all of this...).

Don't forget to leave a review to let me know your thoughts on it!

Oh! Forgot to add, I will 9/10 bump the rating of this story up because vampires are far too sexy to keep them under control, but I'll leave it at T for right now, as they haven't gone too far yet :P.

Ja ne!
