Chapter 22
Class 1A had a mixture of surprise and confusion as to what their homeroom told them.
"Bakugo quit?" Kirishima asked as he was the first one to break the silence.
"That's what I said. Bakugo is no longer associated with U.A. and its hero course," Aizawa told them.
"Mr. Aizawa, do you know why he wanted to quit U.A." Iida asked with his hand raised.
"I don't. If you want to know why Bakugo quit, then ask-"
"Me," a voice said from behind the class as they turned to see Broly. "I was there and so was All Might."
"Wait, Mr. Broly, you know why Bakugo quit? Then please, tell us," Uraraka begged the Saiyan.
"Very well then. When Me and All Might were heading to Bakugo's house. We were accompanied by two Saiyans…" Broly told the class as he mentioned to tell them about who those Saiyans were and the fight between Bakugo and Vegeta. He mentioned Vegeta won the fight and told Bakugo that he was not a hero but a warrior who loves to fight. "Then this is what happened afterward."
"Wait," Bakugo told Vegeta as the Saiyan prince didn't move and turned his head. "I came to a decision. I'm not going back to U.A."
This surprised All Might, as he spat up some blood. "Young Bakugo, what are you saying?"
"Shut up All Might, I made up my mind," Bakugo screamed at the former Number One Hero. "Going to U.A. will only be a waste of my time and everyone who gets in my way! If I go back there now, I'll only just be weighted down. That jackass is right, I'm not a hero, I'm a warrior and that's why I want him to train me."
"Me? Train you? Ha! Don't make me laugh boy, why would I train you," Vegeta told the blonde.
"Cause you're the only one that understands me more than anyone in this God-forsaken world! And who better than you," Bakugo said to the Prince of All Saiyans.
"He sure is determined, Vegeta. Maybe this is a good thing, he can be your protégé." Goku told the Saiyan Prince.
"As if I would teach a human brat the ways of the Saiyans," Vegeta scoffed. "Why don't you teach him instead Kakarot?"
"Because he's asking you to train him," Goku remarked. "Even I trained Gohan and Goten a little, and you trained Trunks, plus I'm not even the teacher type, but I did what I could."
"Yes, and look how you turned out," Vegeta scoffed at Goku. "Maybe I will take him under my wing, just to prove to you that I'm a better teacher, Kakarot," the Prince of All Saiyan smirked as he decided that maybe this was one thing, he can one-up his rival by showing him how much better he is. Not to mention it was good to have a punching bag in case he needed to let out some steam. "Alright boy! I decided that I will train you, but don't think I'm going to go easy on you. You're going to be in so much pain that you wish to be back home!"
"Bring it, Old man! I'll take whatever you throw at me," Bakugo said as he showed his menacing grin.
"Wait, he abandoned us so he can go train with some other Saiyan? Wow, what a jerk," Mina said with her arms held up high.
"Then again, it does make sense, he wasn't much of the hero type," Jiro said to everyone in class 1A who murmured in agreement.
"Wait, what did his folks say?" Toru asked the 9-foot tall Saiyan.
Broly slightly looked away as he was reminded of what happened when they got back to Bakugo's house.
"What do you mean you're not going back to U.A! Have you any idea how much we had to pay to get you into that school!?" Mitsuki shouted at her son.
"Shut up you old hag! I made my decision!" Bakugo shouted back at his mother.
"Well, it's a terrible decision! You're going to be a delinquent when all your other friends are going to graduate!" Mitsuki shouted back.
"Will the both of you calm down," Masaru tried to speak up only to fail yet again.
"Shut up!" They both said in unison.
"Don't you talk to your father like that!"
"I'll talk however I feel!"
"Well, if you're going that way, don't be crying to us about going back to U.A. cause we'll just send you to a second-rate school instead."
"Go ahead bitch, being a hero is for weaklings anyway!"
"That's the last straw!" Mitsuki said as she started to throw dishes at her son.
Luckily Broly, All Might, Goku, and Vegeta were outside the house as they heard all the ruckuses. "I think we should leave," All Might said to the three Saiyans as they all nodded. "That settles it, we just need to go to one more house."
"You two go on, I have to talk to my wife," Vegeta said as he was getting prepared for what was about to come.
"I'll come too, I have to tell Chi-Chi something," Goku said as he approached his friend and turned to Broly, and All Might. "See you, whenever we can," he said before holding onto Vegeta's shoulder before using Instant Transmission to vanish.
"After that, Bakugo was picked up by Vegeta, we went to tell Principal Nezu about Bakugo quitting, and now here we are." Broly finished
"So that's it. No more Bakugo. I mean I didn't care for the guy but let him be him I guess," Kaminari said with his hands behind his head.
"I still can't believe Kacchan just quit," Deku muttered to himself.
"Still as a class, we should respect his decision for not wanting to come back to U.A. Even though he doesn't want to be a hero anymore doesn't mean we should be sad about it," Iida told his classmates as he chopped the air with his right arm.
"Well, I'm glad he's not coming back, he was always a jerk to everyone," Mineta said out loud to which Tsyu slapped him in the back of his head with her tongue. "Oh, come on! Some of us were thinking about it! Don't tell me once you guys thought he was more of a villain than a hero!" Pointing to his classmates who didn't say anything.
"If we are done talking about Bakugo. Then I suggest that I should explain to all of you about your new dorm style. Your stuff is in your assigned rooms, so you have all day to unpack until classes tomorrow," Aizawa said, trying to get things over with and leading his class inside the building.
The 9-foot tall Saiyan sighed in relief seeing that 1A didn't decide to go after Bakugo again, seeing that it was his own free will. "Time for me to go out on patrol. I'm sure Nemuri and Cheelai are catching some villains right now."
"Stop you, thief," Cheelai ordered as she was chasing a robber who was barefoot and slipping and slipping the streets with a bag load of gems. "I said stop," she ordered again before aiming her blaster at the robber while trying to keep her car steady.
"You will never catch me! For I am the slipperiest jewel thief in the city, and soon to be the world," the thief laughed as he continued to slip and slip all over the streets and dodging incoming traffic.
"Well, you never met me before bud," Cheelai countered as she got on his tail and aimed with her blaster. "Steady…steady…" she told herself as she was aiming. "Now!" She fired as the beam hit the handle of the bag, making the thief let go and dropping it.
"No," the thief screamed as he turned back to grab it, only for Cheelai, to jump out of her car and tackle the jewel thief to the ground as she chuffed him. "You are under arrest for stealing over 7 major jewelry stores and using a quirk for illegal needs. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say will be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to an attorney. If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be provided for you. Do you understand the rights I have just read you? With these rights in mind, do you wish to speak to me?" She asked as she read to him the Maranda rights as she shoved him in the back of the police car. To which the thief stayed silent.
"Doing good officer Cheelai!"
"You are a real face to law enforcement officer Cheelai!"
"We love you officer Cheelai!"
"Just doing my job folks. Just making sure the streets are clean and crime is at an all-time low thanks to our heroes and law," she told everyone on the streets before taking the jewels in the trunk of the car. 'Hmm, maybe no one will notice if one is missing, right? No Cheelai! Remember, you are not a thief or a member of the Frieza Force. You promised Broly you wouldn't get into any trouble.' She mentally slapped herself as she closed the trunk, got in her car, and drove off to the nearest Precinct. 'This guy should be getting me a big pay or a step close to promotion,' she thought to herself as she grinned.
"Come on! Who wants to fight me!" A villain yelled as he tossed a car into a building with his four arms. "Where is the World's Savior, where is Broly?!"
"Too busy to handle a moron like you," A woman's voice said. The four-armed villain looked around to find who said that until in the middle of the road was Midnight.
"Look who it is, the stripper hero," the villain laughed. "And what are you going to do? Rip off your clothing to let out your fragrance?"
"No. I'm just going to send you to jail, even if it means making you scream for mercy," Midnight said as she licked her lips.
"You send me to jail? Ha! Am I facing the R-Rated Hero Midnight, or am I facing the Joke Hero, Ms. Jokes," the villain laughed as he started to crack his knuckles. "Normally I wouldn't hit a lady, but I'll make this an acceptance," he said as he threw a powerful punch at the heroine.
However, Midnight dodged the attack with ease as she ducked down. 'Too easy,' she thought to herself as she sent an upward kick at the villain's jaw as it sent him up and falling onto a damaged car.
The four-armed villain was in a daze as his head was spinning from the kick he received. He started to see double as his brain was rattled seeing two Midnights coming his way. "I'm not going to prison, Hero! You can't make me!"
"Then you should stop being a bad boy," Midnight commented as she had a seductive smile on her face as she held out the palm of her hand towards the villain as a pink ball of Ki surrounded it. "Say night, night. Somnamblast," she shouted as the pink ball was fired from her palm and hit the four-armed villain as he was covered in pink smoke.
"What is this," the four-armed villain asked as he was coughing. "I don't know what you did but… I'm… gonna… kick… your…" he was getting sleepy as he later collapsed onto the ground, snoozing heavily.
"That was easier than I thought it should be," Midnight said to herself as many civilians were cheering for her victory.
"That was awesome!"
"We love you Midnight, will you marry me?"
"Thank you so much!"
"You're all welcome, and I'm sorry I'm seeing Broly," Midnight waved at the crowd as some took pictures with their cameras or phones as the R-rated hero kept guard of the villain till police arrived. 'I wonder how Broly is doing?'
The current Number One Hero and World Savior were in a warehouse, as he completed his twelfth hero deed in the day, as many villains and drug dealers were piled on top of one another with the police arresting many more.
"Great job Broly, we have been looking for these creeps for quite some time now," Tsukauchi said as he looked all around the warehouse at the vials of drugs around. "To think that they had all these drugs hidden in this warehouse."
"Just keeping the peace that All Might has built up," Broly told the detective as he walked to one of the villains and picked him up. "I heard that you know something about the League Of Villains whereabouts, where are they?"
"I-I have no idea man, we were just here to make and deliver the drugs," the squid face villain told the Saiyan.
"I'm afraid he's telling the truth. He has no idea where the league is," Tsukauchi said as he used his quirk on the man.
"Then who hired you to make the drugs, was it Shigaraki and his group? Or was it someone from the League," Broly asked.
"I-it was some guy who looked like a snake, that's all I know, I swear," the guy said, scared as he looked into the eyes of Broly.
Broly sighed as he calmed himself and dropped the guy as police cuffed him. "I'll leave the rest to you Tsukauchi," he said as he walked out of the building.
"Broly, I know you want to catch the League Of Villains, but don't you think you're overworking yourself trying to find them," the detective asked the Saiyan as he walked right beside him.
"Maybe I am, but I also can't stop my search knowing they are still out there," Broly countered. "I'm aware that All Might, and I defeated All For One and killed Bromu. But the league may have made more of those abominations being preserved." Gripping his hand into a fist so tight that his knuckles turned white.
"I would say not to worry too much, but you do make a solid point. That Bromu thing was equally strong as you until you powered up to break your limit. I would hate to see more of those things," the detective said, just imagining an army of Nomus with Broly's DNA. "Then again, it might have taken months to make just that one. Look, all I'm saying is we will find them one way or the other and we will stop them."
This lightens Broly's mood up more. Even if they are hiding somewhere, they have to show up one way or the other. Hopefully, Tsukauchi was right and that it would take a while to produce another Bromu. "I'm going to patrol the streets some more," Broly said as he flew into the air.
After many heroic duties, Broly was sitting at his bedside while getting a shoulder massage from Midnight. You did really well out there Hun. Saving many people's lives as well as taking out so many villains," Midnight complimented while still rubbing his shoulders.
"But still, no signs from the League of Villains," said Broly.
"I want to catch the league as much as you do but saving civilians and helping the students is more important than looking for a small band of criminals," Midnight said as she continued to message the Saiyan shoulders. "And when they do show up, we'll be ready."
"Yeah," Broly smiled as he turned around and kissed her.
The R-rated hero kissed back as she took this advantage and got on top of the Saiyan. "You may be the top hero of the country, but I'm always the top hero in the bedroom," Midnight said, kissing the large Saiyan once again more passionately as they were swapping saliva with one another. "How about we try and break our record tonight," she smirked as she started to loosen her dress as Broly did the same.
Meanwhile, in Universe 7
Goku was scarfing down Chichi's home-cooked meal that he, Goten, and Gohan who was visiting, ate.
"You outdid yourself this time Chichi, this meal is delicious," Goku said with half a mouthful of food of rice.
"Thank you, dear," Chichi said, smiling until her face turned dark and scary. "But don't talk with your mouth full of food, it's very rude."
Goku then swallowed a large amount of food as he straight right at his wife's glare. "Yes, Chichi!"
Gohan and Goten stared at their father's frightened face as they both know how scary their mother can be. "So, dad, you found that Saiyan you were looking for the past few months," Gohan asked before eating a chopstick full of rice.
"I sure did thanks to Bulma and her new machine," Goku told his oldest son. "Turns out he's doing very well for himself. I thought for sure Frieza would hunt him down, turns out he did and killed him," he said as he took some dinosaur meat steak and bit down half of it.
Gohan knew that Frieza was no laughing matter, as he returned to earth stronger than ever to take his revenge on his dad, Vegeta, and Future Trunks who now lives in an alternate timeline. "Wait, dad. Isn't Lord Beerus going to be mad that Bulma made another time machine?"
"Actually, this time it's different. He did say it was like an alternate dimension of our universe or something. I don't know. I couldn't keep track of it," Goku answered before finishing the dinosaur meat.
"So, what is that other world like dad," Goten asked.
"Well let's see… there were a lot of people there and they looked a bit less advanced than us," Goku said as he put his hand under his chin as he remembered seeing some vehicles that didn't have the hovering device right under them. "But I guess it makes up for it since a majority of that earth has these unique abilities called quirks."
"Quirks," Chichi asked as she and her two boys titled their heads in confession.
"Everyone has a different type of ability, from what I have seen," the orange Gi wearing Saiyan said to his family. "And some use those abilities to help others calling themselves heroes."
"Wait, dad, are you serious," Gohan asked his father as he stood up at the table and leaned forward. "Are you saying that world has superheroes?"
"Ugh, yeah…" Goku said as he saw some excitement on his eldest son's face.
"That's awesome. A world full of superheroes. Do any of them fly or shoot lasers out of their eyes or turn big," Goten asked his dad as he seemed more excited than his older brother.
"I'm not too sure son, I did see a talking rodent, bear, dog humanoid. Oh, and Broly's fiancé can make people go to sleep," Goku told Goten who got less excited than usual.
"Doesn't sound that exciting, I mean we've seen animal humanoids before. Putting others to sleep is kinda cool I guess," Goten said as he grabbed a bowl of noodles and began to slurp them down.
"Yeah, it would have been a lot easier if she was around when Lord Beerus first appeared," Goku laughed as he scratched the back of his head.
"Wait, you said fiancé. So, he's getting married," Chichi asked her husband as she sat down at the table with a plate full of rice, curry, and dinosaur meat.
"Yep. And we're and everyone we know is invited." Goku told his wife before eating his 5th plate of dinner.
"And when is this wedding Goku," Chichi asked her husband with a stern look.
"There's no exact date yet if that's what you're asking, but it is going to be a few months from now," Goku told his wife as she seems to be calmer than before.
"In that case, I'll be prepared and go shopping for a dress ahead of time. That goes for all of you. Especially you Goku, We were lucky the suit you wore to Gohan's wedding lasted till the end of the day."
"I'm glad it lasted for the photos," Gohan sighed remembering. "But I'll go with you the next time you decide to go to that world."
"Sure Gohan, I might go there soon since Vegeta is busy training his new pupil," Goku said to which everyone in the Son family stared at him in shock. "What?"
Gohan was the first to speak up. "Wait. Vegeta has a pupil."
"Yeah, weird isn't it. Especially since his pupil is human from that other Earth," Goku told his family to which Gohan and Goten dropped their food on the table as to how shocked they were. Even Chichi was in shock as she almost fell out of her chair.
"Are you serious Dad?"
"Are you sure that was Vegeta and not some imposter lookalike?"
"Does that kid even know what he's doing,"
"I'm pretty sure he does. I mean he does act like Vegeta, even screams like him," Goku answered them. "I bet he's teaching him all sorts of stuff right now."
"What in hell are you wearing," Vegeta shouted at Bakugo who was in his hero costume while they stood in the Gravity Chambers.
"It's my hero costume, old man," Bakugo shouted back at the Saiyan Prince.
"Get rid of it, you look like a damn clown in that outfit," Vegeta ordered the ash-blond boy. "Destroy it entirely!"
"I have nothing else to train with you bastard! So shut up and let's get to training already!" Bakugo screamed angrily.
"Take off that outfit!"
"Make me!"
Vegeta gut-punched the boy in the face so hard it sent him crashing into the wall. The Saiyan Prince didn't give him much room as he used a low-level Ki blast at him point-blank. Bakugo couldn't dodge it as the attack hit him.
Bakugo was covered in scuff marks and ash that tattered his outfit. "Ugh…" he grunted as he got up to see his outfit torn. "What the hell! You bastard!" He shouted trying to punch the prince, but Vegeta managed to dodge the oncoming attack and punch one of Bakugo's gauntlets, shattering it. "What the- my gauntlet. You're dead meat now," getting angrier than usual as he used his other hand to pull the pin. "Now Die!" He shouted only for the gauntlet to blow up. Bakugo screamed in agony as he held onto his arm. "What the hell happened!?" Hissing in pain.
"You should be more aware of your toys opening," Vegeta said as he tossed a small bit of shrapnel in his hands. "If you were fast enough, you would have seen that I flung this into the barrel of your so-called toy. And since it ruined the rest of your clothes, I suggest you incinerate it immediately and change into these."
"Into what exactly," Bakugo asked the Saiyan Prince. He soon got his answer as Vegeta took out a blue striped capsule in his hand. The Saiyan Prince pressed the button on top and threw it a few feet before it exploded into a cloud of smoke and showed a large white storage container. The ash-blonde looked at the box then back at the Saiyan Prince. Giving a frustrated sigh, Bakugo approached the container and decided to open it. "What the hell is this?"
"If you want to train with me, then it's better that you wear those," Vegeta said with his arms crossed as Bakugo pulled out an outfit and armor that was similar to Vegeta's outfit. "The armor and outfit are much more durable than your pathetic clown suit. Not to mention, it's stretchable."
"Why the hell should I dress like you now," Bakugo commented as he glared at the Saiyan.
"Because it's either wear that armor, wear a Gi, or wear my old pink shirt," Vegeta told him, smirking as to see how much the boy handles his pride. His theory was starting to go his way as Bakugo grunted as he threw away his torn hero outfit in place of the Saiyan outfit.
"There, I did it. Can you train me now," Bakugo said with a hint of annoyance in his tone.
"Yes, we can, and I promise you, boy, this will hurt a lot," Vegeta said as he powered up the machine. "I'll make things a little easier on you as we will be training with 50 times earth's gravity!"
"Fifty? Is that all? I can do a hundr-" but the ash-blond cut himself off as he felt the pressure increasing as he was on his knees. "What the hell is going on! It feels like my body is getting crushed."
"This chamber makes everything heavier up to 500 times Earth's normal gravity. So, your first exercise is to get up and try to walk." Vegeta laughed as he walked to Bakugo like it was nothing.
"You bastard," Bakugo growled as he tried to get up, only to get pushed down. But he was inching his way up every time he got on his knees. 'I'll show them, I'll show them who's the strongest human. I may have quit being a hero, but I will surpass them! I'll even show that nerd how powerful I have become!' he thought to himself as he slowly got up for the twelfth time. He got his hands on his knees as he stood up, panting. "There, I did it, I'm standing!"
"Congratulations, but it took you a long time to finish, that training is done for today," Vegeta said as he walked over to turn off the Machine. "Since you were able to stand up, it shouldn't be too hard to walk." The Saiyan prince laughed as he saw Bakugo still on the floor. Sighing in frustration, the Saiyan threw a can of seltzer at the boy. "Here, you did a good job kid, just be sure not to overwork yourself."
Bakugo looked at the can and popped the lid and drank it. When he was finished, he made the can explode to ashes. "Thanks…for everything, I guess."
The Saiyan Prince just grunted before saying. "Don't mention it, I just want to see how far a mere human is willing to go with my training. Now get something to eat or whatever, my wife insisted that you also get a proper education, so you will have Trunks tutors be yours. Just don't kill them."
"Like I'm gonna do that, you bastard!" Bakugo shouted at the Saiyan. "And why is your wife's whole family named after some kind of underwear!?"
"You're asking the wrong person for that question," Vegeta told Bakugo. "Now get out of here, I have to do my own training!"
Back to the MHA world
A day passed and Classes were Normal than usual. More than normal as it was a lot quieter.
"Sure, is a lot quieter without Bakugo around," Kaminari said as he was to Jiro who was sitting on his desk. "You think we will be getting a new classmate? I hope it's a chick."
"You always want a girl," Jiro sighed as she stuck her earphone jacks into the lightning users' ears.
"What about that guy from the general studies course? His quirk was kinda evilest, but it would help," Sato said.
"I hope he is not in our class," Ojiro said coldly. "I still can't forgive him for what he did to me at the Sports festival."
"I doubt that we will even get a new student," Tokoyami voiced his opinion.
"That's all up to Mr. Aizawa and Principle Nezu. We have no say in the matter," Shoji said to the class.
"What are your thoughts on it Deku," Ochako asked the green-haired boy.
"I still can't believe Kachan quit being a hero," Izuku mumbled as he buried his head into his desk.
'Wow, who knew he would miss him that much,' everyone in the class thought to themselves.
"Look man, I'm bummed about it too, but Bakugo chose this," Kirishima told Midoriya as he put his hand on his shoulder.
"Kirishima is right Midoriya, it's not wise to be looking so down, the main thing is he is well and okay," Iida told his friend as he straightens his glasses. "And if I'm being honest, Bakugo wouldn't make it far as a hero." This was a little bit of a shocker from the class rep telling the others his opinion on Bakugo. "I know we all have our own views and idea of why we wanted to become heroes, but after all the trials and errors, some of us adapted and evolved since we first entered U.A. Would we say the same to Bakugo?" This made some of class 1A think about what Iida was telling them as he points to Izuku. "Midoriya. You were close to Bakugo in the past why did you both want to become heroes?"
"Uh… well… we both looked up to All Might," Izuku told the blue-haired, glasses-wearing male as he continued. "I look up to him because he pretty much does everything with a smile on his face."
"Would you say the same for Bakugo? Or is it different?"
Izuku thought back to when he and Bakugo were kids. He remembered something when they were kids. "All Might's the greatest. No one can beat him!" Izuku realized something as it came back to him. "Wait. He looks up to him because he always wins."
"I'm afraid that's the only reason," Iida answered the green-haired boy as he straightened his glasses. "If he got his hero license. He wouldn't be that well-liked, people would fear him. All He cares about is fighting and nothing more."
"I hate to admit it, but you're right Iida," Izuku said as he remembered that after the Sports Festival, a lot of people didn't like him or his attitude. So maybe, it was good that he went to see that Saiyan Mr. Broly was talking about.
Soon the door slid open, and everyone took their seats as Mr. Aizawa stepped into class. "Good morning Mr. Aizawa!"
"Morning, and I hope all of you unpacked all of your stuff yesterday, cause now it's time we got serious," Aizawa told his entire class. "As I told you this summer, your main focus is to obtain provisional hero licenses."
"Yes sir."
"Do not take this lightly. A hero's license means you're responsible for human lives. You can imagine the exam to receive is difficult. Only 50% of students pass the test required for these permits each year." Aizawa told them.
"It's that hard to pass? Wasn't Mr. Broly able to pass in flying colors and quickly rose in the ranks?" Mineta asked.
"That's right. So that's why you're going to be creating something new." Aizawa said as Broly, Midnight, Cementoss, and Ectoplasm entered the classroom. "Two Ultimate Moves. Whether they are Quirk based or Ki based."
"Two Ultimate moves," Kaminari and Sero said in unison. "This is going to be awesome!"
"When we say Ultimate, we mean a move that will ensure you will win against your opponent," Ectoplasm told the students.
"An action so unique to your identity that no other person can copy it," Cementoss said.
"Your moves represent who you are. These days most pro heroes have an Ultimate move or two. Those who don't are fools." Midnight said.
"Make sure you practice with your move and mold it. Because once you do, it will help you in life or save yours and others." Broly told them. "Because you're not just going to learn new moves."
"We are?" Izuku asked. "What else are we going to learn, Mr. Broly?"
"I'm glad you asked," Broly smiled as he stepped forward. "Before you take your exams while making your Ultimate Moves, you're going to learn how to fly."
