Glad everyone enjoyed the last chapter, sorry again for taking so long. But writing last chapter took forever.
NodokiaLover: Lillie becoming an ice type trainer, I'm not sure about it. I'm not saying it's a bad idea. It's more like I want to see Lillie become a Professor. But I can still have her catch more Ice Types.
Advance shipping: Yeah, I know you didn't get my files, after all the only file with future plans is for my Ash's Battles redone story. Overall I'm glad you and everyone else are enjoy the new chapter.
Elay grimm: The clothes for Ash's design are just a modify Kalos outfit, I added the Ultra Sun and Moon logos, then changes the color design.

Galaxydragon101: Ash getting Type: Null/Silvally, I think I can work that in. As for Aerodactyl Ash will get one I'm just deciding on when through.
Hero of Neutrality: I'm not sure about Lillie getting Lunala, mainly I want Ash and Solgaleo vs Gladion and Lunala at the league.
Thunderofdeath97: Don't worry I know my grammar sucks; I'll think about getting a beta. Any way yeah, I'll keep your suggestion in mind, after all it will be a long time till the story is completed.
Also I have been keeping up with the sun and moon anime, and even though Ash won the league, I'm not going to lie, I though league itself was disappointing. The matches weren't what I hoped they be, and I often found myself skimming through them. And although it pains mean to say this I found the Sun and Moon anime to be the 2nd worst for me, only ahead of the Black and White anime and even then it was close. Overall I'm Ash finally won, just wish his final battle with Gladion was truly memorable.
Now back to the story.
"Bounsweet, go for it"!
It was another bright day for the Alola Region, as Ash was watching Mallow training her Bounsweet. Bounsweet currently had stack of pancakes on its head, as it hopping back and forth. This was the first time Ash had really seen Mallow train, and couldn't help but wonder why. If he had to guess it was probably for some kind of race.
"Hey Mallow, what are you do…." Before Ash could finish, Mallow shushed him.
"Come Bounsweet, just a little more!"
"Boun, Boun!" Bounsweet grunted as it finished it last lap.
Once it stopped Mallow lifted the stack of pancakes from its head, praising Bounsweet for its hard work. Mallow's Chikorita had also joined as it was bouncing in happiness.
"That was your best time, if we keep training like this we're sure to win the race." Mallow stated.
"Did you say race?" Ash asked.
"Yeah, I guess being from Kanto you wouldn't have heard about Melemele's Pokémon Pancake race." Mallow answered.
"I've never heard of it?" Rotom then added.
"I know! Why don't you join in Ash, the rules are simple to follow, anyone can join, and I know you'll have lots of fun." Mallow encouraged.
"Sure, sounds like fun, can tell me the rules." Ash replied.
"Sure, the first part of the race, is for the trainers. They carry a stack of pancakes over several obstacles until they reach their partner. Next the trainer pulls their Pokémon partner in a wagon until they reached the 3rd checkpoint. Then it's up to the Pokémon to run to the finish line, Pokémon attacks are not allowed. First one to finish wins. And on top of all that the whole thing is like a giant festival."
Grinning Ash grinning, it has been a while since in something like this.
"Say Mallow do you want to train together?"
The question ended up catching Mallow off guard, she felt her cheeks heat up for a second. After all she wasn't expecting Ash to ask her that suddenly.
"Well I don't mind, but any reason you want to train together?" Mallow asked curiously.
"It'll be fun; after all we can racing again each other as practice for the event." Ash replied.
Smiling Mallow could help let out a small laugh, this truly did was something Ash would do. Still she really wouldn't mind, after all he was lots of fun, and there never seemed to dull moment with him. It also allowed her to learn more about Ash, and even hear about more of his adventures. While she had plenty about him, and heard about a few of his adventures she still wondered about other adventures he's been on.
"Sure Ash sound like fun." Mallow finally answered.
As the two shook hands on their agreement, suddenly growling could be heard. Ash nervously scratched the back of his, due to his stomach. While Mallow let out a cute giggle.
"Hey Ash, have you been to the Alola Pancake House?" She asked curiously.
"Alolan Pancake House?" Ash responded.
"Guess not. Come on, let go get something to eat there." Mallow replied, as she grabbed Ash's hand and dragged him along with their Pokémon and Rotom following behind.
As the two walk headed towards their destination, Mallow couldn't help but blush at the sight of their hand linked together. While the two walked together, they noticed the some adult around them were staring, and mutter a few words, while giggling. As they listen in closely, they heard things like, how cute the two looked together, or if they dating or going on a date. This caused the two to blush, as they avoided look at the other.
While Mallow never give it thought, but she actually wouldn't mind going on a date with Ash. She never really thought about getting a boyfriend, her mind was more focused on helping making her family's restaurant become the best in the Alola Region. But if she were to get a boyfriend, Ash wouldn't be a bad choice.
Once Mallow finished her thoughts she realized, that they had arrived at their destination. Just as she was about to reach for the door, Ash grabbed it and held it open for her. The action caught her off guard, and caused her to blush. Still she thanked him for the kind gestor. Once they were inside they were guided to their seat, they patiently waited for their order. It wouldn't take long, as a woman wearing a pink maid appear, hold a couple of menus.
"Alola." The woman greeted.
"Alola." Two greeted.
When Mallow looked at the woman she gasped, as she exclaimed, "Your Nina!"
Woman just smiled as she replied, "That's me."
"Nina?" Ash said confused on who the person was.
Seeing Ash confused Mallow cleared her throat as she introduced the person next to her.
"This is Nina she was winner of last year's pancake race along with her partner Raichu." Mallow explained before pointing at a poster, that had Nina on it along with a Raichu?
"That's a Raichu?" Ash question.
Realizing Ash wasn't from the Alola Region Nina called out, "Raichu come here."
Suddenly Pokémon having finish serving a costumer her drink, heard its trainer called a hovered over.
"Rai, Rai." The Pokémon cried out happily.
The Pokémon looked like a large mouse with blue eyes, dark brown fur, white paws and belly, large yellow ears, and yellow cheeks, and long brown tail, with the end in a shape of a large yellow thunderbolt. The Pokémon also was floating on tail. Now getting a better look at the Pokémon, Ash realized this must be the Alolan form of Raichu, and thoughts were confirmed by Rotom.
"Raichu, Alola Form. The Mouse Pokémon. An Electric and Psychic Type. Raichu manipulates electricity with its mind, and its psychic powers allow it use its tail as transportation."
"Wow, an Electric and Psychic, and the way you float is so cool Raichu." Ash stated causing Raichu to puff up his chest in pride.
"Rai Rai." Raichu said in a pride smirk.
Nina escorted the two to their seat, before taking their orders. A few minutes passed by before Nina and Raichu returned with two large stacks of pancakes.
"These stacks of pancakes are about the size that will be used for the race, if you want I can give you some pointers for racing." Nina offered.
"Wow, that be great, thank you." Mallow replied.
"No problem, but first you two should finish your date first." Nina said, before quietly laugh at Mallow's and Ash's redden faces.
Two looked away from each other for a bit, trying turn their attention back to pancakes laid out in front of them. Ash was the first to take a bite, his eyes widening at the delicious taste.
"Wow, this is good, here Pikachu." Ash stated, as he cut a piece and offered it to his partner.
Eagerly accepting it, Pikachu's eyes also widen in glee at the taste. Mallow's Pokémon followed suite as she offered them a piece. Two trainers soon forgotten about their embarrassment as the continue to eat, and occasional chat about their plans for the race. Once the two finish Nina took them to a spot where they could start practicing for the race. Raichu, Pikachu and Bounsweet were racing against each other with Raichu was in the lead due being a to hover while holding the pancakes. Pikachu battle experience, and training came in handy as he was able keep up Raichu, only behind do to struggling keeping the plate of pancakes balanced on his back. However, Bounsweet struggle the most due to her small size, and lack of endurance. Once the Pokémon reached their trainers, the trainer took off the pancake before praising them.
"Good job Raichu, I'm sure we'll win this year." Nina said.
"Rai Rai." Raichu replied while puffing up his chest in pride.
"Great work Pikachu." Ash complemented as he patted Pikachu's head.
"Pika Pika." Pikachu cheered, before panting slightly.
"Rai Rai." Raichu then said smugly causing Pikachu to glare at him.
"Pika Pika!" Pikachu replied angrily.
This Raichu to face Pikachu returning the with has, causing to two to growl at each other.
"Good job Bounsweet." Mallow completed her partner, as she took stack of pancakes off Bounsweet.
"Boun, Sweet." Bounsweet said softly still tired from training.
"Chika Chika." Mallow's Chikorita said, patting Bounsweet with the leaf on its head.
"That's it for training, keep at it, and I'm sure you'll do well in the race." Nina said praising the two trainers.
"Thank you, Nina." Both Mallow and Ash said together.
After Nina left the two decided to take a break allowing the partners to rest. The two trainers decided to take a break for a bit. Once their Pokémon were rested, they continued to practiced. Ash suggested to work on their stamina in since this would be a race, their Pokémon would have to run a long distance. After a couple more of training both Mallow and Ash felt confident the they could get through the race no problem. Once it got dark Ash offered to walk Mallow home, which she gladly accepted. Once they arrived they bid goodnight to each other, as Ash walked back home.
The next was the day of the race, as everything gathered at the starting line. Kiawe, Lana, and Sophocles were ready to race. Even Principal Oak was ready to join with the Komala who lived at the school. Lillie was also looking after both her egg and Ash's egg, and Professor Kukui decided to stay behind and keep Lillie company. Soon the announcer for the race showed up, explaining the rules. First trainers will be caring stacks of pancakes crossings over a series of obstacles till the reach their partners. Then the trainers will pass the pancakes over to their partners, before pulling them on a wagon. Once they reach the next stop, the Pokémon will race each other to the finish line. However, should a trainer there Pokémon dropped their pancakes they will be disqualified.
"Just so you know, I'm not planning to go easy on you guys." Ash stated.
"Bounsweet, and I aren't going down easily." Mallow replied.
"Togedemaru and I are always in sync." Sophocles commented.
"Turtonator and I have passion in our hearts that's hotter than fire." Kiawe said.
"Popplio, I be there very soon." Lana added.
"It's time for some fun the in the Sunflora, now let's make like a Charizard and fly." Principal Oak said.
The horn then blamed as everyone took off running, the first obstacle was balance beams. Thanks to his years travels Ash was able cross the beam with minimal difficulties, and was able to pull ahead. However, the rest of his class weren't too far behind, excepted for Sophocles who would be among the first group to fall. Thankfully the Muk of the Alola region were natural garbage collectors, as the consumed all of the fallen pancakes.
It wasn't long before those still completions made it to the 2nd part. As Ash pulled Pikachu, he looked back for a seconded to check on his partner. He then noticed Lana's Popplio cleverly it's water balloon to hold the pancakes, to its advantage. However, he let out a sweat drop when he noticed Kiawe struggling to pull Turtonator to his wagon. Shaking his head, Ash turned his attention back to his race as he noticed Nora was pulling ahead of him. Her Raichu was exchanging words with Pikachu caused to tell Ash to go faster. Nodding to his partner Ash increased his speed and quickly caught up to Nora.
Further in the back, Mallow pulled ahead of her friend Lana, as she to tried to keep pace. Her Bounsweet keep cheering her on, as she continued running at an even pace. She was grateful for both Nora's, and Ash's help, but was now trying to catch up to them. The two were both currently gunning to in the lead, all the while their partners kept cheering them on.
Several minutes passed before those in the lead made to the final part of the race. Pikachu took off as fast as he could, all the while balancing the pancakes on his back. Nora's Raichu caught up quickly as he floated on his tail. Mallow and Bounsweet soon caught up, and Bounsweet took off bouncing. Lana and Popplio arrived a few moments later, and Popplio began hopping as fast as she could.
The rest of the trainers soon arrived with partners, ready to continue the race.
Back where trainers grab their partner on the wagon, Togedemaru was looking around for Sophocles.
"Togedemaru!" Sophocles called getting his Pokémon's attention.
"I goofed we're disqualified." Sophocles apologies.
"Togedemaru." She squeaked sadly, wanting to participate.
"Yeah, let's go cheer everything on." Sophocles replied, picking up Togedemaru.
However, it seems Togedemaru wasn't done as she let out its spikes, and began bouncing on Sophocles.
Back to the Race
Pikachu was in first place as he carefully crossed the bridge trying not to drop the pancakes. In the back of the group, Bounsweet unfortunately couldn't keep up as crashed into Popplio was the two to drop their pancakes. Both Lana and Mallow let out a said sigh, before accepting the unfortunate event.
"Oh well, I sure we'll do better next year right Lana." Mallow said trying to lighten the mood.
"Right." Lana replied.
The race continued on as Pikachu and Raichu battled neck and neck for first place, with Professor Oak's partner Komala catching up. The finish line came into line, Pikachu and Raichu both pushed themselves to cross. The horns blared at the camera zoom in to see Pikachu barely coming first by a nose. The crowd cheers at three Pokémon crossed the finish line.
"Alright Pikachu!" Ash cheered as he ran to his partner.
Pikachu panted too tired too tired to reply, before he felt Ash picking up and giving him a hug. Raichu sighed while Nora walked up to cheer him up, while Principal Oak went to congratulate Komala for coming in 3rd.
The racing ended with Ash winning a certificate year of free pancakes. Ash's waved to everything thanking them for cheering him on. Raichu offered his paw to Pikachu took it, shaking their paws. The end of the Pancake Race, as the nightfall came.
Alright I hope you guys like this chapter, next of up the its time for Lillie's egg to hatch. By the way would you prefer me to keep the dub name Snowy or would you rather keep the name Shiron.
