Chapter 6 - Confronted/Return of the Queen
Over at the Travelodge near Tower Bridge
The bus had arrived at the hotel and the students and staff of Echo Creek had gotten off and went inside. Luckily and sneaky enough, Star and the rest of her gang snuck in with the rest of the students like they were always there from the first hour forwards. Upon getting inside the hotel, Principal Skeeves got the keys to the students' rooms whilst they were all hanging out in groups. "Right then, everyone gather round." He said, calling everyone towards the reception desk before speaking.
"Now, I know this has been a really long journey for us all, but thank you for enduring the stress that you've had to go through. And now I believe you're probably tired, so I'll give you your room keys and you and your group can head upstairs to bed." Skeeves then said gratefully before preparing to hand out the key cards which had the student groups' names on them. One of those key cards happened to be Star's group. But when he looked towards them, he saw that they were all messy and looked stressed. As Marco went to collect the card, he was stopped by Skeeves.
"Would you mind telling me where you kids have been?" He then asked in suspicion, mainly because he noticed that the gang wasn't on the flight the whole time. "Something went wrong and…I'll spare you the details." Marco said, unable to explain what had happened. "Oh…alright, you can head on up to bed in that case." Skeeves then said, unable to argue with Marco as he gave the karate kid the key to the gang's room.
Star and the others said good night to Ferguson, Alfonzo, Ingrid, Toby and Justin before heading up, with everyone looking at them briefly. "Um…what was all that about?" Sensei Brantly asked in confusion. ''Maibe...They got lost een zum dimeshé-on tryéng to find zeir wai to zis 'otel?'' Andante then suggested presumingly, making Miss Skullnik facepalm herself in annoyance. Meanwhile, Faye, along with Pegapup, looked pale at the thought of Star ignoring the warnings she had given her. "Ok…I told you this wouldn't work, Faye." Pegapup then yelped in panic
All the while upstairs, the gang could barely walk to the top floor. Star kept looking at the broken crystal on her wand, Marco and Kelly were helping to keep Tad afloat with him carrying the luggage, Janna and Jackie had to help each other out after all that stress and Tom was forced to carry Pony after he fainted from exhaustion. But overall, today had been an absolute nightmare for them.
"Right, so a little kitten shows up in my room saying I can't go back to Earth…" Star began before letting Jackie continue. "Our tickets to the plane suddenly go missing without any warning…" She continued a little before Marco added his bit. "My dimensional scissors didn't work properly…" He then said, looking at his dimensional scissors. "Ludo and his goons are after us…" Kelly then said with concern. "…and we almost got killed by a giant plant." Tom concluded, carrying Pony on his own shoulder as the gang reached the top floor.
"I think it's a bit obvious, someone doesn't want me back on Earth." Star said, coming to the worst conclusions. Marco and Kelly tried reassuring Star, but the young girl couldn't help but worry. By the time they reached their room door, Tom tried opening the door, only to find that he couldn't. "Aw come on! I never understand how stuff works on Earth!" He growled, trying to open the door by force. Marco then groaned and showed him how to open the door, by inserting the key card into the slot and taking it out again.
Tom, with satisfaction, opened the door and went inside to go to bed…only to freeze in the middle of the room with fear. "Um…Marco, you remember that Heinous woman you told me to watch out for?" He asked nervously, standing there like a deer in headlights before Marco came into the room in annoyance. "Obviously, why'd you ask?" Marco then asked in confusion before looking to where Tom was looking. "Ohh…" He then said, seeing Miss Heinous herself, sitting on the bed with her guards and Gemini standing all around the room.
"Hello, Princess Marco. You thought you could steal Princess Star from me and get away with it, didn't you?" Miss Heinous said with an evil grin, getting off the bed and walked towards Star, who had been standing behind Marco after seeing what was going on. "Ohh no…" Pony yelped in panic, hiding behind Star while peeking out behind her back. "Oh no, indeed." Gemini said firmly with a frown on his face. "Take a good look at this world, Star. Because by the time I'm through with you, you won't ever want to come back here again." Miss Heinous then said evilly, sneering towards the young princess.
Marco got Kelly to get Star to safety, unfortunately for her, Rasticore was standing in the doorway, holding onto Jackie and Janna and ready to hurt anyone. "You're all in trouble. Now move." Miss Heinous then ordered firmly before forcing the gang out of their own room, even ordering them to march. "What? Why?!" Tom asked before one of the guards shoved him forwards. "There's someone who'd like a little chat with you all." Miss Heinous then said firmly, guiding the gang towards somewhere troubling.
In an ancient and not so deserted castle in London...
"You lot, and that disgusting vehicle, had drawn a lot of attention, in the air, on Mewni, back in that hometown of yours and now here in London! Using magic for your own pleasures and that of those others. And if that's not bad enough, then I had reports of you escaping Mewni illegally and going back to Earth!" Baby said, showing everything that Star and Marco had done wherever they went for an adventure and so on, even revealing the day when Star escaped from Mewni with every mewman looking at the van in shock and confusion.
Whilst Queen Moon and King River were busy making their own version of the castle undetectable to humans, Miss Heinous had dragged Star and her gang to the tallest tower of the castle, where they were all mortified when they saw Baby, looking more sinister and vicious than ever. It was when the gang saw that she had sided with Miss Heinous, did they begin freaking out. The fairy godmother then shoved the crystal ball aside, causing it to smash before her face was revealed to have an angry expression while she floated to the gang's height.
"Do any of you have any idea, and I mean ANY idea, on what you've done?! You've actually embarrassed the entire kingdom and their rulers, even exposed most of our precious magic on Earth!" Baby growled, making the gang, apart from Kelly, who frowned, by fright. "And not to mention that you almost destroyed a rare and exotic towering snapdragon which had existed longer than any of you were born!" Baby then went on, mentioning the plant that Jackie's sister's van had crashed onto. "No disrespect, but that plant was the one who nearly destroyed us." Kelly then said, shocked that Baby cared more about the planet.
"She's got a point, we nearly died to that thing." Marco added in Kelly's defence with a firm look on his face. "SILENCE!" Baby then screamed, scaring most of the gang with the same face that creeped Marco out when she began evaluating Star's magic. "You've made your parents look like fools in front of the whole kingdom, Star Butterfly. So by the time I'm through with you and your friends, you'll be back to the way that you're supposed to be for us, along with your little pony friend too." Miss Heinous spoke firmly, making Star and Pony panic.
The two girls were suddenly grabbed by the guards of St Olgas. "Star!" Marco and Tom yelled in fright. "Take your hands off her, you wicked old witch!" Tom growled, lighting up with fire as he, Kelly and Marco attempted to take on the guards. However, Marco and Tom were quickly subdued and Kelly was the only one left to take on the guards. Jackie, Janna and Tad tried to stop the guards, but the three were suddenly shoved into a corner along with Marco, Kelly and Tom before being at the mercy of Rasticore's chainsaw.
"Ok, this is seriously messed up." Jackie said, trying to keep herself from screaming as the chainsaw was merely meters away from her. "You're telling me?!" Marco yelped, whimpering like a little girl as Rasticore laughed viciously at the gang. "Hehehe. At long last, I finally get to deal with you once and for all, Princess Marco. I'm gonna make a nice sushi roll out of your friends and then you'll be next." Rasticore said, gloating over his soon-to-be victory. "Marco, what does he mean by-?" Jackie began before being cut off by a freaked out Marco. "Don't ask. I honestly don't like talking about it." He said in a panic.
He wasn't panicking about his ex discovering the events of St Olga's a while back, he was panicking because Rasticore was back, fully regenerated after his defeat at Quest Buy. He no longer had his robotic arm on him but he stood as a vicious beast that was ready to attack his prey. Star and Pony meanwhile, were both strapped into a chair while trying to resist, but it was no use, and Miss Heinous was preparing to brainwash the two girls and make them into perfect princesses. "NOOO! PLEASE STOP! I JUST WANT TO BE MYSELF!" Star screamed, trying her best to get free.
"YEAH! ME TOO! I DON'T WANNA BE LIKE A MINDLESS ZOMBIE!" Pony yelped, also struggling to escape as well. "As I told you before, Princess…that's not my problem." Baby said with a cruel smirk after flying over towards Star. Miss Heinous then prepared her brainwashing machine and aimed it at the two girls. "Now then…look into the camera, Princesses." She spoke before firing up the machine at the two girls. "STAR, NO!" Marco yelled, trying to get to Star along with Tom, but were both suddenly stopped by Rasticore's chainsaw, barely a meter in front of them.
The princess brainwashing machine had only started affecting Star and Pony after mere moments, until… "Miss Heinous!" A sudden voice spoke in absolute horror, causing Miss Heinous, Rasticore, Gemini, Baby and the guards to turn towards the owner of the voice, Queen Moon herself. Moon had finished up the last of the castle and went to see Miss Heinous, however, what she saw was appalling to her. Miss Heinous had to shut off the machine and hide it behind her back along with Rasticore's chainsaw in order to not show her vicious side.
"What in the name of Mewni are you doing?!" The queen of Mewni asked, having seen what she was doing to her own daughter, who immediately snapped out of her trance alongside Pony as well. "I-It's um…it's not what it looks like!" Miss Heinous said in a panicky voice, trying to sound innocent, but it was too late to fool Moon. "It didn't seem like nothing!" Moon said with an angered expression forming across her face as she entered the room along with River, King Ponyhead and the High Commission.
With the villains panicking, Marco rushed over to Star and Pony along with Kelly and Tom, who then helped him unstrap Star and Pony. "What were you doing to my daughter and King Ponyhead's daughter?! And why is there a septarian with a chainsaw in here?! And how come my daughter's friends look scared?" Queen Moon asked, demanding to know one question after the other. "Well, you see…your daughter had crashed a van onto a rare and-" Baby began, only to be cut off by Jackie, who finally lost her courage.
"That crazy lady was trying to kill us! Also she was trying to turn Star into a perfect mindless princess." She yelled before taking deep breaths. Queen Moon then looked at Miss Heinous and Baby, who were both very nervous at the thought of Jackie exposing them. "She's lying, they were actually-" Miss Heinous began before being stopped by Jackie. "Oh cut it out! You were trying to hurt my friend and you and that bad kitty had that huge lizard guy over there kill us." Jackie then yelled, calling out the duo before Queen Moon glared at the two women.
"Well, I never!" Queen Moon growled as she and Rhombulous prepared to advance towards the villains in the room. "It's not true! I wasn't. I was…actually trying to cut down this tree over here." Rasticore lied, suddenly beginning to cut away at a convenient small tree in a flowerpot before jumping out the window out of panic. "This is how you made all of your students into perfect princesses, even my own daughter?! This is unacceptable!" King Ponyhead bellowed in anger. "Y-You don't understand! Perfection is the only way in St Olga's!" Miss Heinous pleaded to KIng Ponyhead.
Hearing this, River glared at the old woman in anger. "What?! You would try and perfect my own daughter, when she is just perfect the way she is?!" He said, getting out his large battering ram club, like he was preparing to actually hit the woman with it. He even demonstrated the uses of the club when he smashed the brainwashing machine with it. "My king, how could you smash that?! You should be-" Baby began angrily, only to be swatted away by River. "Away with you, pest!" He yelled, constantly swinging his club and taking Baby by surprise.
"Miss Heinous…I think we should go. We're clearly not welcome here anymore." Gemini said nervously, backing away along the guards of st olga's. "I'd listen to her, you heinous woman! Don't bother coming anywhere near our kingdom ever again!" River growled with Hekapoo and Omnitraxus siding with him firmly. "M-My Queen…?" Miss Heinous then asked, looking to the queen of Mewni, only to see the disappointed glare upon her face which told her that there was no help from her.
"I'm so glad I never sent my daughter to your school. Now I'd advise that you all leave. And you go too Baby!" Queen Moon then spoke harshly but firmly, crossing both her arms. "What? You would banish me after everything I've done for you?!" Baby exclaimed in betrayal. "It's clear to me that you were in on this, and I heard you were harsh when evaluating my own daughter, so yes. I would banish you. Now leave and never come back!" Moon said, pointing towards the fairy godmother.
Miss Heinous then growled and looked towards Jackie, her being the one to rat the two women's intentions out to Queen Moon. "Curse you, Princess Jackie! You've ruined everything! My reputation is ruined. Mark my words, one day I'll get you back!" Miss Heinous screeched before leaping out the window along with her fellow minions. Baby briefly looked back at Star with a glare. "This is NOT over, princess." Baby muttered coldly before turning into a black mist and flying out the window.
"Um, do you guys think that was a bit too harsh?" Rhombulous asked with concern. "Oh leave those fiends. They all deserved that after what they did to Star and her friends." King River said firmly, putting his club away. "I honestly never liked that woman anyway. Though…she strangely seems familiar…" Hekapoo said, sensing something about Miss Heinous. Eventually, Queen Moon walked over to see if Star was ok after being assaulted by the villains.
"Are you hurt? Did she do anything harmful? Oh what am I saying?!" Moon asked frantically, seeing if there were bruises on Star's body. "Mom, I'm fine. I'm just a bit shaken up." Star said, shaking off her own mother's hand in embarrassment. "Oh good…now, if you don't mind me asking, why were you flying in that van all the way to London?" Moon then asked with a firm look on her face. "Oh for the love of-look, we've had a really long day and we just want to get some sleep now." Tom then groaned in annoyance.
"To be fair my Queen, he's got a point. We just want to go to bed." Marco said sheepishly, and from the looks on the gang's faces, Moon figured that was the case. "I know…it's just that I saw you in the van, attacked by Ludo and you nearly fell to your deaths." Moon pointed out, trying not to go into panic mode and questioning herself whether or not she made the right decision to let Star go back to Earth. "Actually, I managed to help them back into the van before that happened." Kelly pointed out honestly. "And I thank you for that, Kelly, was it?" Moon then said gratefully despite not knowing if Kelly's name was the right one.
"There must be something we could do for the young Woolett, but I wonder what?" King River then said, wondering what to reward Kelly with. "Not so fast, River. I still have a bone to pick with the rest of you all." Moon then said, turning towards the other guys, not including Kelly or Star. "Flying to London? Is this what you call keeping my daughter safe?" Moon asked the gang harshly as they backed up a little.
"It was Marco's idea." Janna pointed out with a snicker. "Hey, that's not true. I only wanted to get us-" Marco began, only to be cut off when Hekapoo came close to him with fury. "Flying in that van…was your idea?" The scissors enforcer asked in disbelief. "I-It was all I could think of. We lost our plane tickets and-" Marco began but was immediately cut off by Hekapoo. "Ohhh you reckless young boy. I knew this was too good to be true!" Hekapoo growled in frustration at the young boy.
"I never knew what was going to happen today, you don't even know what-" Marco began, trying to call out Hekapoo with the help of the gang, but it wasn't even strong enough. "Did you though? And not just being reckless with today. I'm talking about you being reckless with other times." Hekapoo said before Moon stepped in to speak. "Miss Heinous told me that you broke into St Olga's School and ruined her reputation in a single day." She spoke harshly, calling out Marco, Star and Pony for ruining St Olga's reputation. "You also left Earth to go have fun when I told you NOT to leave Earth." She continued angrily.
"Despite the fact that you managed to live to tell the tale and-oh, not helping?" River then said before earning a glare from his wife. "But even with all that said…I guess I couldn't blame you for ruining Miss Heinous after what she tried to do to you." Moon said, first being harsh before her voice became soft with sympathy, giving Star a hug with relief. Before long however, she noticed the cracks on Star's wand before gasping along with the high commission once they saw the cracks. "S-Star, what's happened to your wand?!" She asked, looking at her daughter's cracked wand.
"I…I tried to stop the van from crashing into a huge plant, but I accidentally cracked it. I swear, I didn't me-" Star began in a panic before being stopped by her mother. "Star, Star, it's ok. It's nothing to get worried over, the crystal will heal eventually. But until then, I'd advise that you don't use magic before then." Moon said reassuringly. "Are you sure about that?" Rhombulous asked in confusion. "Of course she is. Star isn't the only one you know." Omnitraxus pointed out in annoyance.
"You! This is all your fault! As if nearly killing her wasn't bad enough. Now you've cracked her wand and left her defenseless!" Hekapoo then growled, rearing into Marco's face. "Hey, what gives? He didn't-" Jackie said, trying to defend Marco before getting cut off. "Shut it!" Hekapoo yelled, pointing straight at Jackie before turning back to Marco. "Marco, I thought better of you. But after learning that you caused an argument that caused us to lose half of Star's wand and going on a date caused Star to lose the book of spells, I don't know what to think about you anymore…" Hekapoo said in disappointment.
"Hekapoo, I-" Marco began, only to be cut off by Hekapoo. "I don't want to hear it. You know what, you're too reckless, and I'm going to need your scissors back." She said, holding out her hands to claim Marco's scissors. "Wait, for how long?" Marco asked in confusion. "Forever." She said, causing Marco to go into panic mode. "No no no no, please…" Marco pleaded as he tried to keep his scissors from Hekapoo. "C'mon, just hand 'em over, Diaz." Hekapoo said firmly, trying to grab the scissors by force.
"These are all we've got to get around, without them we can't go anywhere." Marco pleaded, making Hekapoo frown even further. "If you can't go anywhere, then you don't deserve them, alright?" She said firmly before snatching the scissors off him. "Ugh, I hate being like this." She then groaned, getting a headache from being serious. "Please…I just want to get back to the hotel, we all do." Marco then said with a disappointed look on his face. "Ok, but no more favours after this." Hekapoo said, opening up a portal to the gang's hotel room.
"Just…fix those things, will you? They didn't work at all when I tried using them in the airport today." Marco then said glumly before looking away from Hekapoo, not wanting to talk to her after all that before going through the portal. Hekapoo looked confused at first before she noticed Tom looking at her with a nervous smile. "Well…I think it's time to call it a day." Kelly sighed without any energy as she and the gang began going through the portal.
Tom did a quick wave at Hekapoo, who cocked her head to one side in confusion. With the rest of the gang through the portal, Star wanted to enter, but was suddenly called by her own mother. "Oh, Star…?" Moon said gently, gaining her daughter's attention. She wanted to say about sending her back to Mewni, but decided to take her chances and let Star stay on Earth. "It's good to see you again." She said with a simple smile. "You too." Star responded before walking through the portal to her hotel room.
When the gang had left, Hekapoo then grinned a little. "Well, that couldn't have gone any better." She said with a giggle. "Wait, what?" Moon asked in sudden surprise. "He literally fell for all that harsh talk." Hekapoo revealed before falling onto the floor and laughing. "Wait, you lied to Marco?!" River asked in shock as he looked at Rhombulus, who shrugged in confusion at his king. "Yep. I know those weren't his fault. I just want to see how he copes without his scissors before I do return them afterwards." Hekapoo said, wanting to give Marco a bit of a test.
"Hekapoo, that was honestly selfish of you. Why I oughta-" Moon began, only to be cut off by a sudden voice from the doorway. "Um, Queen Moon, did I come at a bad time?" Manfred then said, only just appearing in the doorway. "Oh, not at all, Manfred. Go ahead." Moon then said, allowing her servant to speak as he pulled out a letter from his pocket. "It's your father, m'lady. It appears that he's coming to the festival after all." Hearing this from Manfred, Moon gasped in surprise. "My goodness, this is good news. Tell me everything." Moon said, sounding excited and surprising River too as he listened to the news.
Having gotten back to their hotel room…
Star and the gang were getting ready for bed after choosing their beds. Pony had decided to sleep on one of the smaller beds alongside Tad, who lay beside her, in fact both of them were lying across Tom, much to his annoyance. Jackie and Janna ended up having to sleep together in a similar small bed. Then Star, Marco and Kelly ended up sleeping in the big bed, well, mainly Star had thoughts about sleeping with Pony, but that option was out of the question, so Marco decided to let her sleep in the big bed. "Thanks for letting me sleep in this bed, Marco." Star said sweetly, snuggling into her new bed gradually. "Eh, it's no problem. Really." Marco said with a sheepish smile.
"Also…I'm sorry that you got chewed on by Hekapoo. That was really uncool of her." Star then said, feeling bad for Marco losing his scissors. "Don't worry about it. I'll find a way to make it up to Hekapoo and show her that I'm not reckless." Marco then said confidently as he turned to face the ceiling after turning the lights off. "Heck of a day, right?" Marco asked with a chuckle. "Yeah…but we've had better days before, even when I got back from Menwi, right?" Star asked with a little smirk. "Yeah, tell me about it. Anyway, what're you thinking of doing in London tomorrow or the day after?" Marco then asked after a sigh.
"No idea. This place is new to me, so I'll guess as I go along." Star said with a bit of a giggle. "Are you two gonna go to sleep or am I gonna have to knock you both out?" Kelly then grumbled, revealing that she was still awake from the late conversation that Star and Marco were both having. "Sorry Kelly, just got a bit excited." Star said sheepishly. "It's fine…still, having saved you from falling to your death seems like something Marco could've pulled off." Kelly said, not wrong about what she was saying, mainly because anyone could've helped save Star.
"True, but I think my mom knows the difference between good and evil, well a little. But seriously, the way you used one of your own swords to pull us up was pretty amazing." Star said, making Kelly smile with the confidence she was just given. After a while the trio decided to get some shuteye, not wanting to tire themselves out before the next day. "Thanks for saving us by the way, Kelly." Star said, also grateful that Kelly had saved her and Marco from falling earlier on. "No problem." Kelly finally said before going to sleep herself. After a few moments however, Star began to strangely shake in her sleep with a little tear following afterwards.
Elsewhere...
In a park
"She can't banish me that easily! Who does that ungrateful snobby queen think she is?!" Miss Heinous growled in anger over being banished by the Queen of Mewni herself, even smashing up a few portraits of Moon. "To think she would have been grateful for our actions." Gemini then said with a stressed tone in his voice. "Yeah…evidently so." Miss Heinous said sarcastically as she slumped over a park bench she was currently sat on. "And not to mention we were so close too." Rasticore growled in fury despite the glares coming from his fellow villains.
"Well…I suppose this is a good way of dealing with anger. Plus, it's better that you take your anger out on these portraits instead of the real Queen Moon, right?" Gemini then said sheepishly. That sudden idea suddenly gained the attention of Miss Heinous after a sharp gasp. "You're a genius. I will get rid of Queen Moon." Miss Heinous said with a firm smirk before laughing loudly. "Um, the real Queen Moon?" Rasticore asked in confusion much to Heinous' annoyance.
"Of course the real Queen Moon. Don't you all see? It's absolutely perfect. With her and the King out of the way, and nobody to look after their daughter, I will take over Mewni and make Princess Star into a perfect princess." Miss Heinous explained, thinking of a great plan to gain her revenge. "But how does that work with us being banished and all?" Gemini then asked in a bit of confusion.
"That's not my concern for the moment. Besides, there are two sides in life: winners and losers. If you want to be the winner, then sometimes it's required that you play dirty." Miss Heinous then said firmly, deciding not to play by the rules anymore. "Well, if that's your choice…then I think I may know someone who's after the same thing as you." Baby said devilishly, thinking of another villain who was after the same thing as she was.
In the Crystal Dimension
After coming through a portal, Ludo and his minions got off their train and saw that there were many crystals within this dimension, all of which were filled with many monsters, evil beings, villains even even outlaws of Mewni and other dimensions, all of which were frozen inside, presumingly the doing of Rhombulus himself. "Woah…would you check out all these bad guys, Carrot." Three-Eyed Potato Baby said in amazement. "I know right? I'd do anything to meet those guys if they ever got free." Carrot replied an amazement.
"This is amazing! Hey Gill, Al, Mushy, there's all our famous monstrous outlaws here." SmashHog said as he gained the attention of his fellow monsters. "Woah…they're all here. The Vicious Viper sisters, Horrorsnare the constricting tree and…no way! They've even got Astrobell in here!" Mushy Mush exclaimed, accidentally ejecting a few of his spores in the process. "I know right? Hey Crocurtloat, what'd you think about this?" Gill hen asked his fellow monster, the goat hybrid monster. "Grr! I told you it's Goturtlodile!" The monster, called Goturtlodile responded irritably.
"Oh, sorry about that, Turtoatile, it's just th-" Al Gator began, only to be angrily interrupted by Goaturtlodile. "Grr! Why do you guys always get my name wrong?! It's Go-turtlo-dile! Got it?!" Goturtlodile roared, on the verge of attacking his own fellow monsters. "Ok ok. Jeez…goatadile." SmashHog then muttered to himself. Unfortunately for him, Goaturtlodile heard what he said and pounced on him, lunging towards his allies and fought them for a few moments before someone broke up the fight.
"HEY! Enough, all of you!" A familiar ice blue skinned demon said firmly, freezing the monsters into a giant block of ice before walking towards them. "We're here to retrieve something very important to Toffee, not to mess about!" Glacia growled before breaking the ice containing her allies. "B-But those other guys got my name wrong. You can blame them because-" Goturtlodile began, only to be cut off by the possessed Ludo. "She's right. Stop messing around and help me." Toffee said firmly before the other monsters obeyed him.
"So…who do we release here?" Spikeballs asked, looking at all the trapped villains. "None of them for now…but there is one I've been meaning to collect here for a while. And she's right up there." Toffee said, climbing up an icy pathway along with his minions before they reached the crystal that he was looking for. "Nice. I'll bet that-wait, did you just say…she?" Bearnicorn then asked in surprise before he and his fellow monster minions saw who was trapped within the crystal they were in front of.
Trapped within the crystal was a mewman, a female mewman with poofy teal hair, mauve eyes with black mascara, purple eye shadow and maroon colored lipstick, wore a long, dark purple gothic dress with a brown ring around her waist, a large black sun hat with grey and white feathers and even a thorny branch, a white cravat with a blue crescent moon, long mauve gloves and black flats with pale purple socks.
However, those weren't the exact details that Ludo's goons had noticed on the lady, the real things that they were all attracted to was the wedding ring on her right hand's middle finger and the fact that she had cheek marks. Raspberry red spade-shaped cheek marks. Even Ludo noticed this himself. "My goodness…Toffee, is this…" Ludo began but was cut off once Toffee took over his body once again. "Yes…you thought right. We are all in the presence of Queen Eclipsa, the Queen of Darkness." Toffee finished with a smirk, causing the rest of his minions to gasp in horror.
"The Queen who tried to destroy Mewni…" Glacia said in shock, trembling a little. "So, what are your plans for this one, Toffee?" Spikeballs then asked in confusion. "Simple…when the time is right, we gain our help from the Queen of Darkness. She's extremely powerful, and since I've known what she's capable of for 300 years, Mewni will be ours for the taking." Toffee said, explaining what the plans for their future would be. "How though? We'd need the power of Rhombulus in order to free her." Toffee pointed out after summoning The Devil's Trident. "Oh. Clever in a way." Emmitt said sheepishly.
Toffee then gave the order to carry Eclipsa's prison onto the train, along with a few other monsters in the crystal dimension before they all set course for London. Upon reaching their destination, which was some kind of underground abandoned warehouse under the city of London, the monsters began to unload off the train. Toffee had a lot of crates, all of which came from the dark dimension itself. "Is there a reason we need all this stuff, boss?" Big Chicken asked in confusion. "I'd ask the same thing. Must be really important if there's a huge reason." Man Arm said, carefully carrying a lot of boxes at the same time.
"Hey, no questions. Just get back to work!" Glacia then ordered firmly, scaring her minions with her own cold voice. "Calm yourself, Glacianna. They may be fools, but they're strong enough to fight." Toffee said calmly through Ludo before the bird regained control of his body. "Was there a particular reason why you brought this girl along? She's very mean." Ludo then asked Toffee with concerns. "I'm right here, you know." Glacia pointed out in annoyance. "She's skillful, and even has a rivalry with her own brother. Furthermore, I made a deal with her uncle." Toffee explained with a smirk.
"Wow...her uncle sure must have a lot." Ludo said in disbelief, seeing all the crates being carried in. Al Gator and Carrot meanwhile, had unfortunately both told to keep an eye on Eclipsa's crystal prison much to their own annoyance. "Ugh, Al can you keep an eye on the creepy lady? Al can you hold my Devil's Trident? I swear, if it wasn't for Ludo's desire for revenge, I would've quit months ago." Al muttered to himself in annoyance. "Yeah, you're telling me. I don't see what's so important about this creepy lady anyway." Carrot mentioned, getting creeped out by Eclipsa by the way she creepily smiled.
"Hey Al, Carrot, can you two give us a hand out here? We need a few extra arms." Spikeballs then called to his buddy, sounding like he was straining a little bit. "Well, that's our cue. Can you bring the trident out by the way?" Carrot then said in relief as he walked out of the car. "Yeah, yeah, whatever." Al said in annoyance before walking over to get the Devil's Trident. Suddenly, his tail accidentally hit the trident and caused it to fall onto Eclipsa's prison, thus putting a huge crack in it in the process before it fell onto the floor.
"Ugh. Well, if that stupid trident wasn't placed there then that wouldn't have happened." He then groaned in annoyance before picking up the trident and wanting to exit the train car. However, before he could finish walking outside, he heard a loud crack coming from behind him, causing him to turn around to see that the crack on Eclipsa's prison had begun to spread all around the crystal. Panicking, Al desperately tried to stop the crystal from breaking, but it was no use. The crystal suddenly exploded with a huge ear splitting smash, sending him flying back into the wall.
Al wanted to get up, but he suddenly saw a shadow within the mist on the train. It almost looked like Eclipsa, apart from…no, it was Eclipsa. Al Gator froze in horror as Eclipsa slowly walked towards him, revealing to have a cross look upon her face, much to the fright of the monster. She then turned her attention to Al, causing him to go pale when she knelt to his height. "Now then…this may sound very complicated, but I need to ask a very big favour from you." Eclipsa then said as he frown literally turned upside down which was then followed by a small giggle. Al Gator screamed, his very voice echoing throughout the sewers of London and even barely being heard from a manhole during the night.
