After Senku decided it would be better on the keeping in contact with the person signaling them back with their smoke signal over keeping their location hidden from Tsukasa. That when the three of them all looked for anything in their general area that could keep the fire alive. Being at natural hot springs there was not much that they could really burn though. They only really had gunpowder that was going to run out quickly. With that, her and Taiju run off to get some wood to help keep the smoke signal going

'They might even help deal with Tsukasa' Yuzuriha thought for a moment as she was collecting various sticks nearby a tree in the forest.

Who was to say that the four of them were the only ones that were depetrified after all. If the process that when about undoing the petrification happened to Senku and Tajiu because of natural causes then why not others as well.

'Civilization might have even already recovered to a degree' she thought

There was a chance that Senku and Taiju while being luck get free through natural causes. The two of them were not in the area of the world or even Japan that had recovered. It had been well over three thousand and five hundred years after all. Though what kind of people would they be though as it unlike they were able to create a means to undo the petrification themselves. So rather have brought others back like how she and Tsukasa were with a formula. It would have had to have been chance like with Taiju.

Thoughts such as this lead back to the people they were what kind of people could they possibly be as she was hoping they were not like Tsukasa. That guy seems like a nice guy at first given he was helping Taiju and Senkuu but then shown his true colors. Of course, she did not know that kinder side of him as the first time she met him as a person he was already revealing his plan to kill everyone that was not young.

As these thought buzzing around in her head something else literally buzz pass her neck. It was a spear that completely caught her off guard slicing through the scarf she was wearing around her neck.

"You will take me to where Senku is located" Tsukasa demand out of her

There was no room for arguing here as she no time to react after that sneak attack as her arm was grabbed causing her to drop all the stick has had gathered. At first, she thought about not doing as he said but given how he approached her with such an action. That could merely lead to her own death and then her friends as a result. Having no choice if she wanted them all to live through this moment, taking him to Senku was something she just had to do. At this point it was just matter of hoping they get out this mess or those they were signaling would help.

Grabbing her by the arm and holding his weapon to her neck, she was forced to lead him directly back to where she came from. Where Senku was sitting in front of the fire that was creating their smoke signal.

As Senku predicted Tsukasa was aware of what they were trying to do and that why he tracked them back without caring for how or why he stopped Senku only that he stopped him. Tsukasa fears the creation of weapons through science and seeming to a degree just science in general.

'He is against science but wants the depetrification formula that requires it' Yuzurhia thought.

She quickly dropped these thoughts from her head as she had to maintain her focus as the two of them were actually talking it out at least for the moment. She was sure Senku was trying to come with something to help her or at the very least buy some time hoping someone else could come thus be useful in turning the tables.

To show that he was serious Tsukasa moved his blade closer to Yuzurhia's neck. Edging closer to the point where it was almost about to break the skin. Senku than took a gamble and tried playing as if he did not care about her to buy more time and banking on that Tsukasa was only serious about killing him.

'Remain clam….Remain clam….Remain…..' the young Ogawa thought as neither one of them could panic in this gamble.

This course of action was based on what he knew about Tsukasa and was quickly made obvious that it was not right. For in an instant Yuzuriha felt a draft around her neck. Her long hair was slashed, leaving her short hair now. She then realized just how dangerous Tsukasa was fully. He seemed to be as smart as he was strong (at the very least smart than average).

Yuzuriha then wonders what he was thinking when he saw her as a statue. What sort of things would he have done to her if this turn of events had indeed happened while she was still petrified. Would she have been destroyed just like the statue she saw drop that day.

"It useless to try and bargain like that, Senku. After all, you did not bury Yuzurhia" her catcher said

Explaining how the she has never been revived in the first place but kept bury deep underground and far away to not be used like this. Having not only called Senku's buff but even revealed why he never stood a chance. He claimed things about liking the young but if he did not care about a single person in this world. How could he possibly care out his goal as the moment he realizes that the young can be as messed up as adults and teenagers like themselves. Would he attempt to kill everyone but himself and those that blindly follow his orders without question?

Yuzurhia could not stay quiet anymore as that was not an option. They were running out of time and she had to make her own play now.

'I can do this' she thought quickly

She was no longer being held by Tsukasa but was not out of danger yet. Running was not an option nor was fighting in this case. So she took a page for Senku's book but with her own twist to it.

"*Laughing* That's actually a huge relief as washing your hair in this such a hassle. Short hair is certainly the way to go" she said.

If there was anyone in this world that should not have the petrification revival formula it would most certainly be Tsukasa. A person that cares for no one but himself and willingly get rid of anyone that got in the way of his goal.

Grabbing the spear herself Yuzurhia point to her own neck and even press it forward herself. Proclaiming that Senku must live through this as the world could not afford to lose him. Trying to convince him not to give in and reveal the formula to Tsukasa. After all, he could not make it himself if he did not know it's exact make up after all.

Though just like before when Senku tried this something similar, her gamble failed as well as Senku revealed what the formula was to him. Thus making so that he was no longer needed as Yuzuriha felt herself being pushed to the side after this.

Tsukasa began approaching Senku with the intent to kill yet stopped when he provided a deal more like a demand which he claim would be a 'promise' about not advancing humanity's scientific civilization(claiming that science would never lie). Even though that was the very thing that allow but herself and Tsukasa to even be standing here right now. That if they were going to continue to live here then scientific advancement would be needed as there was so much that could go wrong just turned a blind eye to all the good science could do.

Both of them driven into a corner at the moment, Yuzuriha did the only thing that came to mind at the moment and called for Taiju. She did not know the other people that they were trying to signal so he was only one that she could call on.

Yuzuriha could only watch after being pushed away. Though it seem like they were on equal footing with Senkuu at first. That appeared not to be the case as lying there with legs on the ground by her arms keeping her up. She could tell part between them where one would have to jump down or something to get him. In way, the area they were currently at was similar to set of giant novelty size steps almost.

Tsukasa stood thereafter giving his one sided deal to Senku. Where he would gain everything but Senku would gain nothing. After all, Yuzuriha might not have known him as long as Taiju but she did know that to him science was not something he could just give up. As he just stood there not answering she wondered what he was thinking about as this was not going to end well as she could tell. She could only hope that Taiju somehow makes it back in time. They might not be as strong as Tsukasa but if they were all together then maybe they could think of something…possibly stall for time. As whoever sent up that signal could also be on their way and there was a chance they could help as well.

Of course, Yuzuriha thought that what Senku might be trying to do by not answering right away yet he then gave what was an obvious no to the deal. Tsukasa was aware and also reveal their was really no point in this deal as he was always going to kill Senku regardless of his answers…if not today then one day for sure. So caught up in the harm the science could cause Tsukasa was completely forgetting the good. That eventually they would need it as living with nature alone could only take them so far.

That…That….That was it as Tsukasa despite how smart he seems had apparently either forgotten or was overlooking this fact. Science to him was seemingly the root of all their problems 3,700 years ago when it was not. It was just one of them that could be managed and hopefully not allow to get out of control like before. Even his plan had flaws as just how not everyone would be thankful and agree not to start conflict or make claims and/or demand. Not everyone in his plan would do the same as some might even try to kill him as he would not remain the strongest forever after all. Time was flowing again for them all as once had before that fateful day.

Just when Yuzuriha had a plan of her own to try work things out it all went out the window with what Senku said next. Telling Tsukasa to take him out in one blow as if trying to reason with him at this point was pointless. Sure he admit he might killed him someday regardless of his answer today but someday might never come.

Neither of them were thinking this talking about how if they had met before the world became like this then they might have become friends. Thus Yuzuriha tried rushing towards Senku just as Tsukasa had cruel heartless sound echoed through the air around them.
