Episode 469: Power Rangers Angel Force: The Abomination of Desolation

"So when you see the abomination of desolation spoken of by the prophet Daniel, standing in the holy place (let the reader understand),then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains. Let the one who is on the housetop not go down to take what is in his house, and let the one who is in the field not turn back to take his cloak. And alas for women who are pregnant and for those who are nursing infants in those days! Pray that your flight may not be in winter or on a Sabbath" -Matthew 24:15-20

At the Delta Base, Rossi looks over the reports of people who were worshipping his image. All over the universe people were happily doing it, except for one region: Israel. He decided to give them some encouragement, and decided to take some influence from Pontius Pilate.

In the Third Temple, Rossi sits in a throne as people worship him. The priests stand by angrily, but won't harm him in the Temple. After people finish worshipping him, he brings a pig up to the Altar

"Now" said Rossi "I know you Jews have been resisting worshipping me and I have tolerated it up until now. But from now on, anyone, Jew or Gentile, who doesn't worship me, will suffer the same fate as this pig" and he sacrifices it on the Altar. The priests flee the Temple, knowing it had been desecrated and could never be used again.

Later in Jerusalem, a group of Jews led by Benjamin Netanyahu meet in secret and decide they can no longer remain and look for a new place to live in exile.

"The first angel went and poured out his bowl on the earth, and harmful and painful sores came upon the people who bore the mark of the beast and worshiped its image" -Revelation 16:2

In Gosei's Command Center, Gosei is meeting with the Angel Force

"Rangers" said Gosei "Metal Alice, with the help of the Armada, has rebuilt Vrak into a cyborg. You need to take him out once and for all"

"But Gosei" said Iliad "every time we take out a king, Rossi just replaces them with someone worse. I'd take Venjix and Malkor over Maligore and Dark Specter any day"

"I understand, Iliad" said Gosei "but keep in mind, we're fighting a war we can't win. All we can do is hold out until Zordon returns"

In Hawaii, Vrak and Metal Alice are watching as citizens receive the Mark, amused at the suffering of those who took it are undergoing. Loogies bring forth a person who refuses to take the Mark, and Vrak goes to kill him, when he is knocked back by the Gosei Lion Zord. Vrak turns to see the Angel Force

"IT'S MORPHIN TIME!" said Iliad and they open their Gosei Morphers as Power Cards materialize in their hands "GO GO ANGEL FORCE! FURY OF THE DRAGON, ANGEL FORCE RED!"

"BITE OF THE SHARK, ANGEL FORCE BLUE!" said Benyamin

"VENOM OF THE SNAKE, ANGEL FORCE BLACK!" said Yacov

"FLAMES OF THE PHOENIX, ANGEL FORCE PINK!" said Hadassah

"CLAW OF THE TIGER, ANGEL FORCE YELLOW!" said Rebekah

"ROBO KNIGHT, ACTIVATE!" said Robo Knight as the Robo Knight Power Card is inserted into the Robo Morpher as 535 is typed "DEFENDER OF THE EARTH, I AM ROBO KNIGHT!"

"POWER RANGERS ANGEL FORCE!" said the Angel Force as they take Power Cards out of their belts and insert them into their Morphers

"Summon Battle Gear" said the Morphers

"Dragon Sword!" said Iliad

"Snake Axe!" said Yacov

"Shark Bowgun!" said Benyamin

"Tiger Claw!" said Rebekah

"Phoenix Shot!" said Hadassah

"Robo Blade!" said Robo Knight and he fights Metal Alice while Iliad fights Vrak and the rest fight the Loogies. The Rangers quickly dispatch the Loogies and focus on Vrak, but can't beat him

"ANGEL FORCE ULTRA MODE, ACTIVATE!" said Iliad

"Ultra Mode Morph" said the Gosei Morpher

"STORM POWER, ULTRA ANGEL FORCE RED!" said Iliad

"WIND POWER, ULTRA ANGEL FORCE PINK!" said Hadassah

"ROCK POWER, ULTRA ANGEL FORCE BLACK!" said Yacov

"JUNGLE POWER, ULTRA ANGEL FORCE YELLOW!" said Rebekah

"RAIN POWER, ULTRA ANGEL FORCE BLUE!" said Benyamin

"ANGEL FORCE ULTRA MODE!" said the Angel Force

"Ultra Swords!" said Iliad and they continue to fight Vrak, but can't beat him. Robo Knight summons a Power Card and inserts it into his Robo Morpher as he types 818 into it

"Summon Battle Gear" said the Robo Morpher

"Robo Blaster!" said Robo Knight and he blasts back Metal Alice. The Rangers power up their weapons, ready to destroy Vrak and Metal Alice, when they are blasted.

"Allow me to fight them for you" said the new robot

"Who's this guy?" Iliad asked

"Tell them" said Metal Alice

"I am a small preview of what's to come" said the robot "I am the Messenger" and he attacks Iliad. Robo Knight resumes his battle with Metal Alice and the rest fight Vrak. The battle is fierce, but the Rangers do force the robots to retreat.

In Vrak's Underwater Base, Metal Alice makes repairs to Vrak while the Messenger contacts his superiors. Prince Vekar, Emperor Mavro, and Rossi appear on the screen

"I have the Rangers distracted" said the Messenger

"And we have our armies ready" said Vekar

"I have detected the rebellious Jews are getting ready to flee Jerusalem" said Mavro

"Then wipe them out" said Rossi "all of them"
