Leona's POV

"HRA!" I swung my cleaver down with a heavy blow, the air whooshing around the blade "What are you staring at Oscar?"

"Just watching, that sword looks pretty heavy." He commented.

"That's because it is, they laughed when I made it, said it was too big and unwieldy, that I'd never be able to even lift the thing." I lifted it up with a grunt and leaned it on my shoulder with just my right arm "I think I showed them how strong I really am. I'd offer to let you hold it but you'd probably snap both your arms like twigs trying."

I looked down at the small boy.

"I feel like I should…apologize." I said looking down "You are not the one I'm angry at, and sometimes when I get angry…which is all the time really, I say things I don't mean."

"No it's fine I understand." He held his hands up defensively.

"Leona." Tarzana called out "We're getting ready to depart."

"Right." I tied my sword to my back "Listen Oscar as long as I'm around you'll be safe, I'll keep you alive."

I then looked back sharply "But understand something both of you, I'm working to keep Oscar alive cause he's being dragged in over his head got it, not you."

LATER

We were finally moving out to deal with the Relic at Haven, kinda. We had been called for a meeting with Leo, but it was one of those things that was so obviously a trap we were ready for it.

"Dusk…time runs short." Aria looked up and adjusted her bag "We'll have to make this quick."

"Just stay at the back then." I warned opening the door "Let's get busy."

Everyone else entered in front of me and I brought up the rear.

"Well hello." Leo greeted us from the top of his stairwell "There's more of you than last time."

"The more the merrier." Qrow shrugged.

"HELLO!" Aria waved.

"You brought your weapons too." He noticed.

"Only a fool wanders around unprotected." I made a show of adjusting the straps on my arm bow "Dangerous times these are you know."

"You're looking rather nervous Mr. Lionheart." Tarzana brushed her hair back "Is everything alright."

"Try not to wet your pants kay!" Aria giggled "Pretty skylight up there by the way."

"Ahem." Neo coughed and pointed.

"Got a bit of a vermin infestation." I saw a bird sitting in the rafters, I lifted my arm up and pointed my crossbow at it "Let me take care of that real quick."

The arrow shot off with a snap but the bird instantly took off to avoid it.

"Grr…" Yang let out a rather annoyed growl "Mom…"

The bird circled behind Leo before suddenly transforming into Yang's mother Raven, I had a brief run in with her before and she seemed even more powerful than the last time we spoke, or maybe this time I was just aware of how much weaker I was.

"You missed." She looked down.

"If I hit you as a bird there'd be no satisfaction in it." I smiled and licked my lips "I wouldn't get to taste you then."

"What are you doing here?" Qrow asked.

"I could ask you the same thing." She started walking down the stairs "Planning to attack your own sister, how cruel. At least Leo looked at all the options before him like a sane person."

"Cool so I can kill him now right." I growled.

"Where is the Spring Maiden?" Qrow asked "Why not just work together?"

"All that time spying, and you still have no clue what your dealing with, you cannot win." Raven stared him down.

"…you're wrong." Ruby spoke up "We've already done a lot of impossible things working together, being alone never helps. Working with us gives us all a better chance…please."

"You sound a lot like her…" Raven mumbled before waving her arm.

"GAH!"

"Ruby!" I looked over when a fireball hurled out and blasted her back.

"Hello everyone, it's been a while." Cinder stepped out of the portal with her usual entourage and another short haired girl I didn't recognize."

"It's Vernal!" Aria pointed.

"Hmm…" Neo gulped a bit.

"I take it they are our enemy." Tarzana crouched down "Very well…girl's we have multiple targets, dispatch them as you see fit."

"Right." I smiled.

"HMM!" Neo coughed "m-more!"

The door back inside opened and a single man walked in, he was by far the largest and biggest of the group, probably the oldest too.

"The White Fang is prepping for their demolition and securing the grounds, no one getting in or out." He looked back.

"Oh boy more fun!" Aria clapped "How exciting!"

"Can I start killing people yet." I grumbled.

"How long have you been working with them?" Qrow asked.

"She was a recent addition." Cinder said "We needed a…replacement."

"Hmm." Neo glared.

"The lion on the other hand…well entering the festival was quite easy I would say." Cinder smiled "All sorts of information for a very long time."

"You had the information on the hunters from this kingdom…and you just gave it to her." Qrow finally put the last piece together "the reason I couldn't find them…is cause you let her kill them!"

"It's not so bad, Hazel would have found them eventually anyway." Cinder shrugged.

"RAAAH!" I slammed my sword against the ground and sent out a shockwave "Enough talking already, just die!"

"HM!" she waved her arm and blocked me attack.

"You're really annoying you know that." I smiled "But so are we."

"Lady Neo!" Tarzana slide by my right side.

"Hmm!" Neo jumped over my back.

"Rally you think a bunch of savage thugs will be enough to gang up on me?" Cinder asked.

"AH!" Neo and Tar were both pulled away by Emerald's chains.

"HYA!" Tar quickly gathered herself and swung back at the dark-skinned girl "I also fight with two weapons…can you keep up with my blades?"

"Aria enough sitting around!" I roared.

"I was already ahead of you Lele!" she threw her bag off "HYA!"

Strapped around her side was a massive drum.

"Let's get started girls!" She cheered.

NO POV

"A drum?" Weiss stared on.

"Not just any drum of course?" Aria pulled out two large rounded sticks "This is my weapon silly Heartbeat! Listen loud and clear everyone, you know I always liked how they called fights beat downs…get it?! HAHAHA!"

Aria bent over and started slowly building up a rhythmic beat on her drum, as she pounded it the air itself seemed to warp around her, pulsing with the same tempo. As she played she began singing some kind of unintelligible song in a language no one could understand.

"HRA!" Leona roared loudly as she lifted her sword and slammed it down again, cracking the floor.

"Impossible." Cinder jumped back.

"The greatest War-Singer in all of the Amazon Tribe has arrived!" Aria smiled "The Unkillable Aria Solaris!"

"I can feel it all the way inside me." Ruby looked at her hands.

"As long as my beat can play your power won't dip, your heart will never waver, and your courage will be amplified, I am the support of all Amazons!" Aria smiled.

"HMPH!" Tarzana flicked her wrists at a frantic pace, making Emerald struggle to keep up.

Mercury attempted to flip up and blast Neo with one of his kicks but she used a defensive close combat maneuver to hold his leg down and stab at his neck, he rolled quickly in order to dodge and send her jumping back.

"Make yourselves as strong as you want it won't last!" Cinder waved her arm and arrows of fire formed behind her "once I kill her and that infernal racket stops you'll become as weak as before."

"YYAAA!" Leona took a wide horizontal swing as the spears flew around her.

"HMPH!" Aria hissed as they jammed into her body "BLEH!"

"Aria!"

"That's gonna leave a mark." She coughed as the pulsing in the air stopped.

"No…" Ruby stumbled back.

"Perfect timing." Mercury blasted Neo back with a kick.

"TSK!" Tarzana had her guard broken by Emerald and used her Cyclone to spin back "Really…I was thinking the same thing."

"I can't believe she just…killed her." Jaune said looking down at the girl.

"Aria!" Tarzana snapped "Quit playing around."

"It's cute you care." The blonde suddenly sat up "Boy that one's knew, never been stabbed with flaming arrows before, regular one's sure but not like that! HAHAHA!"

"Impossible she was just…" Qrow said.

"I wasn't lying you know, you mustn't have been working with Raven long if she didn't tell you this." Aria stood up with a smiled "They don't call me Unkillable for fun you know! I WON'T DIE! HAHAHAH!"

Aria kept laughing in an almost maniacal fashion as more arrows ripped into her.

"I am Aria Solaris, possessor of the greatest Semblance in the world! SOLAR POWERED!" She screamed "As long as the sun can touch my skin within 12 hours of death I'll just come back good as new! Fire, beheading, drowning, NOTHING KILLS ME!"

"Unfortunately, the more you revive in a short period of time the crazier you get." Leona grumbled "Man why couldn't that busted ass power go to someone with actual skills in fighting."

"Bring it on, keep killing me!" Aria bit her fingers till they bled "Maiden or not nothing can kill me because I AM GOD!"

"Just shut up already!" Cinder blasted her with another fireball.

"I guess even a Maiden can't stand up to God." Aria ran at her "Trying to kill a God though, you're an ignorant little bitch aren't you!"

A wave of fire burst out from Cinder and knocked Aria back.

"Fine!" she lifted up Heartbeat "Everyone I'm upping the tempo, you'd better keep up!"
