Next chapter is up because hey, I have the time! I will try my best to put more chapters up, I haven't finished writing it but I now know how it will end! Doing things a little differently and posting a bunch of Frank and Joe's POV. Hope you enjoy!

FRANK

I didn't think I would sleep much but when I looked at my clock, it read 9:45am. I was surprised but I guess my body was recovering from the past few days. I tried to jump out of bed but with only one abled arm, it was a task. I got dressed slowly and headed downstairs to see both my parents sitting at the kitchen table.

"Good morning Frank" My mom got me to sit down and handed me a plate with eggs, bacon and two pancakes on it.

"Mom, this looks delicious but I don't think I can eat".

"Just eat as much as you can". I stared at my food for a minute. I didn't have an appetite.

"When are your friends coming over?" My dad asked.

"I was going to text them to come over after breakfast," I answered.

"I'm going to the police station to check in with the guys there. See if they've heard anything."

"Wouldn't they have called you?" I wondered out loud.

"Yes, you're right, but I'd feel better doing something rather than sitting around"

"I'm sorry Dad" I apologized for my snarky reply.

"Don't worry about it son. We're all on edge." We were left in silence, not talking about the elephant in the room.

"Bringggg, bringg" My phone buzzed. I pulled out my phone and hit the answer button.

"Hello"

"Hey Frank, how are you?" Callie's voice was heard over the phone.

"I'm doing okay Cal. What's up?"

"I'm just wondering when the gang and I can come over"

"Anytime really"

"We'll be over soon!" We said our goodbyes and she hung up the phone.

"The gang will be over" I told my parents.

"Frank, honey. You need to eat something" My mom looked at me concerned.

"I'll try" I took a couple of bites, I just moved my food around, my stomach was off and I didn't think I could eat any more.

"How's your shoulder doing?" My dad asked.

"It's alright" That wasn't a lie but it wasn't feeling the greatest today.

"Frank, be honest." My mom urged.

"I'm fine, Mom. Promise"

"Here, take two tylenol. You look like you're in pain." She passed me a bottle of pills and I took two like she asked. She always could see right through me.

Knock, knock. I could hear the door being opened and footprints.

"In the kitchen!" I yelled. Chet, Callie, Biff and Vanessa came into the kitchen, "Hey guys" I greeted my friends and girlfriend with a smile.

"Hey Frank, Laura, Fenton." Biff said hello.

"I'm off, I'll be back later. I will call if I have any news." My dad got up and left the kitchen.

"Let's go in the living room" I motioned the group and they all followed behind. I closed the door in between the two rooms. Callie sat next to me and the three others went to the couch.

"Is there any news Frank?" Vanessa asked softly.

"Nothing" I mumbled.

"Okay, we need a plan. Where do we think he's keeping Joe?" Biff piped up, after a moment of awkward silence.

"Well, we think he's still in Bayport. Probably in an abandoned house, not near anyone" Chet added. We named a few places, Callie jotted them down on a piece of paper.

"There's too many options" I said in defeat, running my uninjured hand through my hair.

"Can we narrow it now?" Biff asked.

"I don't know, we don't want to rule out a potential place" Chet argued.

"What do you think he's doing to Joe?" Vanessa asked quietly.

"You can't think like that." I looked at Van sadly.

"Can I say something?" Biff wondered. We all nodded, "Well what was Tom's angle the first time he kidnapped Joe? He wanted to be a part of a family and have friends. He basically wanted Joe's life right?"

"Where are you going with this?" Callie said quietly.

"Just hear me out. Maurice had Joe the first time and Tom got what he wanted. This time, there's no Maurice. So maybe Tom is going at a different angle. Maybe he is trying to make Joe his family. He hasn't had a family at all and I mean, Joe is his twin."

"So? Is Tom playing mind games with Joe? Acting like his best friend?" Vanessa spoke up.

"Joe would see right through that though" Chet added.

"Tom is the only person that Joe has had contact with the last three days. He might be buttering him up, treating him relatively nicely. I don't know, it's just a theory." There was silence for a second.

"I don't know if that makes me better or much worse" I muttered quietly, "Maybe he's not torturing him physically but he sure is mentally."

"Joe is strong, he will be okay." Callie said reassuringly.

"Biff, you didn't make me feel any better" Van whispered, tears forming in her eyes.

"I'm really sorry. I didn't mean to upset you Van" Biff grabbed her hand.

"This has gotten us nowhere guys" Chet mumbled, "We are still no closer to finding your brother."

"Maybe Dad found something?" My voice was unconvincing.

JOE

I opened my eyes to see my twin staring at me. He was sitting in a chair right next to the bed. I gasped inwardly. It sent a wave of pain through my ribs.

"Hey, you're okay" Tom reached for my restrained hand.

"S..stay away from me" I tried to keep my voice even and gave my evil twin a hard look.

"I'm sorry little brother.." He spoke softly, looking me in the eyes.

"You..you hurt me Tom" I whispered.

"I didn't mean to, I just got so angry little brother."

"It was just a game. I..it wasn't my fault."

"I. I understand that. I can just get so angry sometimes and I can't help myself" Tom explained. He was still playing mind games with me. One minute, he was acting like a best friend. The next minute, he was beating me up over a game, "Can you forgive me?" Tom grabbed my hand.

"Yes" I mumbed. I thought this was the best course of action.

"What? I didn't hear you."

"Yes, big brother, I.. I forgive you"

"You're so great, little brother' He patted my head.

"Umm, big brother, can I go to the bathroom?" I asked slowly. Tom contemplated the question for a second.

"Yes, it will be my way of saying sorry" Tom smiled, undoing the restraints on my arms and my leg. I pulled myself up and grunted in pain. My ribs were aching. I rose from the bed slowly. Tom helped me to the bathroom, "I'll close the door and give you ten minutes."

"Thanks big brother" I smiled softly and closed the bathroom door. I grabbed the towel hanging and tried to wipe the dried blood of my face. There were bruises all over my face and one of my eyes was almost closed shut. I needed to get out of here, now! No more waiting around to maybe get rescued or get killed when Tom started to lose another board game.

I took a big sigh and tried to contemplate my options.

Option 1: Stay with Tom and hopefully Frank or someone comes to my rescue

Option 2: Lock myself in the bathroom

Option 3: Get out and go to Chet's house

Well the first two options were no good, so I decided to go with three, hopefully three. I took a painful step toward the toilet and inspected it. I wiggled the top and it came off with a thud! "Huh" I muttered under my breath, I really could get out.

"Little brother, I'm coming in." Tom's voice was heard through the bathroom door. I quickly and painfully turned around so I was facing the door, the big piece of the toilet in my hands. My twin opened the door with a smile and in one motion, I threw the piece at his head with all the energy I could. It hit Tom square in the head and he fell to the ground in a heap.

"Joe!" He said angrily, his head a little bloody. Tom tried to get up, but I picked up the piece again. I threw it at his head a couple more times. Tom was out cold.

"Yes!" I had a quick victory. I found the keys in Tom's pocket and painfully made my way out of my prison. I locked the door behind me, hoping it would buy me a little more time. He would have to get out of a locked door.

Now, I needed to get out of this house. It was going to be a hard task, with my leg in a cast, my ribs hurting and the fact that I hadn't really walked in probably a week. I gave myself a little speech to suck it up. Don't think about the pain now, because that would just slow me down. I began my journey to the outdoors, trying to move fairly fast. Every step, my leg throbbed more and more. But, I couldn't stop. If I hurt my leg badly, it was going to be worth it to get out of this place.

FRANK

I sent my friends home around supper time. We had spent the day together, discussing different places that Joe could be. Tony and Biff volunteered to check them out. I told them they could do it if they wanted. I really doubted they'd find Joe anywhere we thought. I was feeling defeated and very down. My belief of ever finding my brother was low, my belief of finding Joe alive was even lower. I had never felt so hopeless before and I really didn't like it.

I walked upstairs slowly and went into my brother's room. It was a mess, like always. I smiled, knowing that at least this thing hadn't changed. I grabbed my favorite picture of the two of us and hugged it close with my one good arm. I brought it over to his bed and layed down.

"Where are you Joe?" I wondered out loud, "Please hold on a little longer."

"Frank, honey." Callie's voice was heard from the doorway, "Are you alright?" I thought she had gone home.

"How are we gonna find me Cal? It's been too long already and we don't have any leads. What if we don't find him in time?" I asked in a quiet voice. These questions were driving me crazy.

"Frank, we will find him, okay. Your dad and you will find a lead. You just have to believe" She came close and sat down on the bed right next to me.

"How?" My voice broke.
