Okay, now it's time we get back to Arnold and see just how far deep into the rabbit hole he's in...

It had been at least... an hour, he believed?... since he was sent up to his room. The boy looked around as he noted all the cool things in his room that he probably didn't want to risk accessing, if only due to not invoking his grandparents's wrath any further...

And on top of that, Phil found out everything. He held his head in frustration and groaned. "Why can't this family just leave things alone?"

His frustration was then replaced back to worry as he looked up at the sky light. He bit his lip, knowing that any moment now, the police would be coming over and picking Arnold up. On his right shoulder, Arnold's devil was pacing around his shoulder, trying to think up a plan. "Okay, kid, okay, don't panic. We're going to get through this just fine! All right, all right, if we can easily lie... ugh, no, no, lying is what got US into this situation in the first place! Maybe we can tell them it's the stress of the city... ugh, no, we lived in the city all our dang lives! I don't know!"

The devil Arnold then turned towards the left shoulder where Arnold's angel was slumped down, the horns had grown and his face hidden from view. "Yo, prissy, you usually have these answers, what do we do?"

The angel Arnold said nothing as he slumped down even more. The devil Arnold looked concerned, before holding his head in frustration. "Ugh, you're no help! Oh, we're stuck, man, we're really stuck here! Why did we come in here... why didn't we just spend more time with Lulu..."

"Lulu..." The angel muttered, causing Arnold's head to swivel to his left shoulder, and his devil to look in confusion.

"Hm?" Arnold's devil cocked his head.

Arnold's angel lifted his head as he revealed his face. It was the face of Arnold, only more demented, crazy, and looking hungry for something desirable. He licked his lips as he said, "Lulu... Lulu always had the answers... she's our destined one, isn't she?"

Arnold's devil blinked in surprise, before giving a grin. "So, you finally saw the light, huh?"

"I... I know there's something wrong with that Lulu girl, but nothing I can think of is... rational enough to make sense. Was I in the wrong? Maybe I don't deserve to be your angel, Arnold, if these immoral acts are what you desire now..." Arnold's angel continued as his clothes shifted to that of red clothing. "But you're happy... you're happy with Lulu..."

"Whoa... deep, man." Arnold's devil said, before giving a small grin. "Well, you joined us at the right time. Come, come, sit down and relax."

"Yes... yes, relax... that's what I should do." Arnold's former 'angel' sighed as he flew over to Arnold's ear and whispered inside it, "We're deeply in love with Lulu, she's always been there for us. I was a fool to not see that..."

Arnold's devil gave a nod as he went to Arnold's other ear and whispered, "Oh yeah, she's the only person in our lives that always gives us what we truly want. Our grandparents, our friends... what do they know? All we desire, all we want... is Lulu..."

"Y-yeah..." Arnold said to himself, looking up at the windows and taking a deep breath. He knew that both his former good side and his devilish side was right. Ever since he met Lulu, she had been nothing but kind to him, and always taking him on the best rides he ever had enjoyed in his life. He wanted nothing more than to live with Lulu, treat her right, give her whatever she desired... he gave a grin... a devilish grin. It was on that night he had made up his mind. There was nothing there for him in Hillwood City. He was going to run away... run into the arms of his sweetheart. He noticed the phone in his room not a couple inches away.

He took a deep breath as he grabbed the phone. As he dialed the number, he knew he would already be in trouble for using the phone when he was supposed to be grounded... but he no longer cared...

All the while, on the way back home, Lulu was humming to herself as she felt more... happier than she usually was. She couldn't help but give a satisfying grin as all her thoughts were filled with the boy she was currently desiring... Arnold. She had to admit, he was pretty attractive, and at first, she was desiring him, but the more he rode her and made her feel like a woman, the more her heart started beating for him. She gave a sigh, knowing there was no doubt in her mind. She had actually fallen in love with Arnold... and it wasn't just for the sex, either.

"You're just too good to be a worker for the farm, my prince..." Lulu said to herself as she looked up in the sky, now wondering what to do. "Mommy always said that I needed at least one REAL man in my life to be my loyally faithful husband..."

Lulu's eyes widened in surprise as she gave a small grin, before walking inside Lila's home and shutting the door closely before sneaking over to the phone and dialing a number. She waited... and waited... and waited, until she heard somebody pick up. "Hello, Mother? Everything went into plan earlier than expected. I think we're both ready to go home. Train would probably be best. I can't wait to introduce you to him, mother. I think... he may be the one for me. What? Yes, I'm sure. Well, you'll see soon enough. Yes, good-bye, mother. Call the house back quickly."

Lulu quickly hung up the phone as she gave a small innocent hum to herself as she walked over, settling down on the couch. Fortunately, though her dad and her twin sister were home, neither were aware that Lulu made a quick phone call, but just as Lulu sat down, the phone rang. Mr. Sawyer immediately ran out as they picked it up. "Hello? Oh, hey Serena. How's everything? Oh, Lila's all right, Lulu's doing great. Yeah, always wonderful. What's that? An emergency came up and you need Lulu back here right away? What's the problem? Oh. Ohhhhh. Oh yeah, that would be a solid reason. Well, I don't want to cut her vacation short... what's that? Oh, yeah, well, I guess that would be serious. Okay, good-bye, Serena. I'll tell her right away." The father hung up the phone as he turned towards the little girl that was on the couch. "Uh, Lulu?"

"Yes?" Lulu asked, raising an eyebrow.

"Sorry, honey, but an emergency came up back at your place. Your mother's friend, from what she told me, needed a kidney transplant, and yours was a match for her friend." Mr. Sawyer said as he looked his daughter in the eye.

Lulu gave a loud gasp. "Oh no, really? That would mean I have to leave the family, and just when we were getting closer together!"

"I know, it's sad for us too, but this is just as important." Mr. Sawyer sighed. "I'm going to take you to the train station in about an hour. You might want to pack up everything now."

"Will do." Lulu said as she was about to get up.

All of a sudden, the phone rang as Mr. Sawyer blinked. "Just a minute."

He ran over and picked up the phone. "Hello? Oh, hello Arnold. Hm? Oh, yeah, she's here, but I'm taking her over to the train station any moment. You want to speak with her? Okay, but don't take too long."

Mr. Sawyer then handed the phone over to Lulu. "Here you go, Lulu."

Lulu squealed in delight as she ran over and picked up the phone. "Hello, Arnold?"

"Lulu, hey." Arnold blushed heavily as he frowned in determination. "My grandparents know I bought you the necklace... well, they don't know about YOU, but they know I took the money. I can't live without you in my life, Lulu. That's why, wherever you go, I want to be with you."

Lulu gave a small smile. "Why, Arnold, I'm... I'm touched. I don't know what to say."

"There's nothing for me here. I'm not going to stay with people that don't even understand me. You're the one who does." Arnold sighed. "I'm going with you, Lulu. I want to go back to your home, live happily ever after with you... I can't stand the thought of being with you any moment longer!"

"Awww... that's so sweet. Well, tell you what. Meet me over at the train station, and we can say our good-byes..." Lulu looked over towards her father, noting he was in the other room, getting a drink. And she noticed Lila entering the room, so she leaned towards the phone and made an inaudible whisper so that only Arnold could hear. "...to this city. You'll love it in my home. And we'll be able to play with each other all day long..."

She quickly gave a smile as she looked down at her stomach and grinned, hearing Arnold's voice, "Well, you're my life now, Lulu."

Lulu giggled as she inaudibly whispered some more, "When you get there, ravage me how you like, sweetheart. I'll be wearing green with blue stripes underneath this skirt..."

"Oh my..." Arnold chuckled as she could tell he was lowering his eyes in amusement at the idea.

"Well, I guess this is it then. Hope to meet you again. Good-bye, Arnold, I'll meet you at the train station." Lulu said out loud as she hung up the phone. As she turned to Mr. Sawyer, who had went into the kitchen to get a glass of juice, he looked over and gave a nod.

"Seems you have a new sweetheart." Mr. Sawyer said in amusement.

"Well, yes, I did. It is a shame to leave him so soon, though." Lulu said in disappointment as Lila looked over towards her twin sister in frustration. "But hey, I'm sure things will be fine. Lila, my dear sister, come with me, we need to do something important."

"Oh, we're doing something big, all right." Lila muttered to herself as she followed Lulu into her room to pack everything up. Mr. Sawyer couldn't help but give a small smile at his two innocent girls as he looked up.

"Well, Serena... I guess you really have changed for the better..." Mr. Sawyer smiled.

Lila was sitting down on the tip of her bed as Lulu hummed a little, packing up her backpack and suitcase... before pausing as she took her clothes and started to head to the restroom. "I better put on some traveling clothes. You never know when you need them..."

"Hmph... I suppose so..." Lila said as Lulu went behind a changing wall and started removing all her clothes, then put on her panties as she noted Lila's glum attitude.

"You sound glum. How was your day?" Lulu asked.

"Er... great." Lila said, feeling a bit awkward. "Uh, Lulu, you don't have any... personal secrets you're keeping from me, are you?"

Lulu's eyes widened at the sudden question as she turned to Lila. "What are you-"

"Because I saw THIS in your diary!" Lila angrily said as she picked up the diary and flipped it over to the page to reveal Arnie's picture and a picture with her and Arnie standing next to each other. "This is Arnold's cousin, isn't it?"

Lulu stiffened up a little as she looked to the side. "Uh..."

"You lied to us, didn't you? You DID know Arnold's cousin... and he's your... he's your boyfriend?!" Lila said in shock.

"Well, I..." Lulu started to say, before sighing. "Okay, you caught me red-handed. I did know Arnie, but we broke up some time ago."

"When?" Lila narrowed her eyes.

"Well... I haven't yet physically, but..." Lulu started as Lila bared her teeth.

"You mean to tell me I've been helping you cheat on your boyfriend by getting you together with his cousin? What is wrong with you?" Lila asked in hurt confusion. "I can't believe you would use me like that..."

The twin sister groaned as she looked out. "Look, Lila, it's not a big deal, really! I was going to break up with him AFTER I came home."

"After you came home? AFTER you came home? So you went out with Arnold, even though you WERE dating someone else?" Lila said, tears coming out.

"Well, Arnold's just a better boyfriend. And he's nicer and sweeter. I mean, Arnie's okay, but there was something about Arnold that just... spoke to me." Lulu gave a sigh. "The times we had together were the most wonderful times I've experienced."

Lila growled as she turned to Lulu. "I-I can't believe you. I'm calling Arnold and telling him the truth."

"About what? What he doesn't know won't kill him." Lulu rolled her eyes as she grabbed her skirt. "And besides, he already left anyway. To meet up with me at the train station. So, there's no harm."

"Well, then you can tell him about Arnie!" Lila bared her teeth.

"Yeah, that's not going to happen." Lulu said as she turned around. "Besides, that country cousin of his doesn't compare... he's mine!"

Now, Lila had lived her life thinking that she and her twin sister would share many similarities and not a lot of major differences. Well, the moment Lila's fist contacted with Lulu's face, knocking the poor girl out, she had just found her first difference.

Lila looked over at the unconscious girl and yelped. "Uh-oh..."

"Is everything okay in there? I heard a loud smack." Mr. Sawyer's voice called out.

Lila looked worried as she looked back. "Uh, y-yes, everything's fine, daddy. Something just... fell."

"Okay." Mr. Sawyer said as silence came from the room.

Lila's face immediately struck with panic as she looked over at the unconscious Lulu, then back towards the clothes. She then noticed her mirror as she looked over at Lulu, then at herself. Her face immediately had an idea as she licked her finger and pulled out a few strands of her hair, making it look like Lulu's.

She didn't care whether it was identity changing or not, she HAD to tell Arnold the truth!

And we'll end this chapter for now! Next time, Gerald and Phoebe reunite as they try to talk to Helga, only to find out... she's now beginning to hate the name Arnold. What'll happen in that scenario? You'll have to wait and see!
