A/N: Hey there, AntiHero here! Sure has been a while huh? Sorry about that; it's just that ever since I started school again I've had less time to think about my fanfic so now I'm trying to squeeze whatever ideas I can come up with in an attempt to get over this writer's block. Anyway, you all should know that I'm still working on my stories and I haven't stopped yet, just might a lot of time to come up with new chapters. But enough of that, it's time to get back to Black Fairy!

Chapter 5 – Fairies in the Wind
Riana couldn't believe her eyes as she stared at the brown haired woman in armor. "Is that really you Lady Friesia?"She inquired.
The woman in question raised her eyebrow at the Rune Knights before replying "It's been a long time hasn't it, Riana, Julia? I wasn't expecting to run into you two."
"Nor us you," Julia replied. "What are you doing here?"
"Isn't it obvious? Anyone who seeks to interfere with Master Drakken's plans must be taken care of, no matter who they are." The female dark mage then brought her whip and slammed it on the ground for intimidation. Julia glanced over to her partner who clenched her fists and started releasing cold air from them.
"Say Friesia, how do you know those girl knights?" Baku asked.
"They're Julia Moors and Riana Slate also known as Novastar and Chillwalker of the Custody Enforcement Unit." Friesia explained. "I knew them very well during my time serving the Magic Council."
"Oh so these are the girls you used to tell us all about." Maria said. "How sweet, your little mages are all grown up!"
"Didn't you personally train one of them?" Baku questioned.
Friesia nodded. "Yes, Riana was my special little squire." She before looking at Riana and asking "Riana dear, how have you been?"
Chillwalker gave no response as she started to glare at her former mentor. The Fairies looked at each other in confusion. "Um am I the only one who's lost here?" Emily asked.
"No, I'm a little confused here too." Gray said.
"It seems that the Rune Knights know the mages before us." Erza said before addressing Novastar. "Ms. Julia, who are these people?"
"They're members of Eisenwald, they're the guild's top mages." Julia answered. "The one known as Lady Friesia was an enforcer of the council…and Riana's mentor."
"What's the matter Riana? Not going to say hi or anything? Aren't you glad to see me after all this time?" Friesia asked.
"I only have one thing to ask you, were you really a member of Eisenwald from the start?" Riana inquired.
At first Friesia gave no response before nodding. "Yes, even before I met you I was always a dark mage."
Riana let out a deep sigh and said. "I see. Then as a Rune Knight, it's my duty to apprehend you for your crimes!" Chillwalker started channeling blue aura causing the air around everyone to grow cold. She inhaled deeply before opening her mouth wide "Ice Dragon Roar!" releasing a powerful blizzard; when she stopped large spikes of ice stood where the dark mages had been. The Fairies stared in astonishment at Chillwalker's display of magic, only Julia was not surprised.
"Whoa, an ice breathe attack." Happy said.
"Another Dragon Slayer?" Lucy asked.
"Not just any Dragon Slayer, one who uses ice." Gray stated.
"I never knew the magic council had its own Dragon Slayer." Erza said.
Riana let out a sigh releasing a breathe of cold air. "Y-You're a Dragon Slayer?!" Natsu and Emily asked her at the same time and received a nod.
"Hmm, another user of that lost magic." Black thought. "She seems different than Salamander though and her attack wasn't just magic,"
"Did she get them? Gwen asked.
The giant chunk of ice suddenly started to crack before exploding into tiny shards to reveal Baku holding up a flaming hand while Diego had two gigantic hands that were concealing Friesia and Maria. "You didn't think it'd be that easy did you?" Baku asked.
"Of course not," Julia said.
"Your roar right off the bat huh? Guess you don't intend on holding back against your old teacher." Friesia said. "Though, didn't I teach you not to use your best moves at the start of the fight?"
Riana let out another cold sigh before replying "Who said that was my best move?" Her right hand was suddenly encased in ice and shifted into a sharp claw.
"Oh? Well, this could get interesting." Friesia said as she lashed out her whip. "The rest of you should deal with the others; my squire and I have some catching up to do." She said to her guildmates; Riana then rushed at her former mentor and threw her ice fist at her but Friesia summoned a shield shaped bug to block the attack; her comrades complied with her wishes and ran past the mentor and student to fight against the other mages.
"Here they come, brace yourselves!" Erza instructed. Gray and Lucy prepared themselves for a fight, Black stood there with his arms crossed while the Pendleton sisters attempted to get the still sickened Natsu up.
Julia suddenly stepped in front of the Fairy Tail mages with her hands spread out. "No! All of you need to get out of here now!" she said.
"Hey, don't underestimate us! We can handle these jerks!" Gray replied.
"That's not what I mean." Julia said. "It's clear that these four do not possess the Lullaby flute which they're only her to slow us down. We can't afford to give Eisenwald the time to us that death song to kill innocents; Riana and I will hold them off while the rest of you take out their guild!"
"Are you sure the two of you can handle them?" Lucy asked. "They seem pretty strong."
"So are me and my partner." Julia assured.
"I don't think they're just gonna let us go." Gwen said.
"I'll cover you, just be prepared to go when you see the opening." Julia instructed.
"She's right! Everyone let's go!" Erza ordered as she ran back to the magic mobile as did Happy and Lucy.
"You sure are putting a lot of in us despite knowing our guild's destructive reputation." Gray said.
"It's because of your destructive habit that I'm trusting you." Novastar explained. "That dark guild needs to be taken down for good, so I'm sure you there won't be much left of it; don't disappoint Fairy Tail."
"You got it!" Gray said before going to the vehicle.
Neb and the Pendleton sisters were about to follow with Natsu when Goku Black stopped. "The four of us are staying," he told them.
"Huh?" they asked.
"The girl knights are going to need assistance and you two will provide it." The Kai explained.
"W-We will?" Gwen asked.
Black nodded. "This will be the first step in your training,"
"Alright! We'll use our magic to beat these creeps!" Emily cheered.
"What about him?" Neb asked while pointing to Natsu.
The Kai answered by grabbing the Fire Dragon Slayer and shouting "Blue Flying Cat!" Happy flew out as Black tossed the Son of Igneel over to him; he caught his friend and placed him inside the magic mobile.
"If you're leaving now's the time!" Julia yelled as the enemies got closer.
"We're ready!" Erza said as she strapped the SC plug to her wrist.
"Okay!" Julia then started a fiery red aura; the air around her started to heat up as the ground beneath her turned red ruby hot. "Here it comes! Magma Dragon Buster Whirl!" She crossed her arms, causing a pillar of magma to burst out of the ground which made the dark mages recoil from the powerful heatwave. The Fairies stared at Novastar with their mouths hanging open.
"Another one?" Black thought.
"You're a Dragon Slayer too?!" the guild mages asked.
"Talk later! Go now!" Julia cried.
"Right, good luck!" Erza wished them before starting the vehicle and driving right past the three dark mages. The magma pillar dissipated and the members of Eisenwald turned around to see the Fairy Tail Wizards fleeing; before they could attack they were struck in the back by red orange energy blasts from Julia. Before long, Erza and her companions had completely left the battlefield.
"They escaped!" Baku stated.
"Forget them for now." Friesia ordered. "Focus on the ones still here, I'm sure Master Drakken and Erigor will have finished them by the time we catch up."
"Don't underestimate the Fairy Tail guild! We're going to stop your guild as soon as we beat you guys!" Emily promised.
"Big talk girl, let's see you back it up!" Baku said.
"Now let's see here, I already know the Rune Knights are Dragon Slayers but what about the rest of you… Discriminate!" Maria said as she closed. "Interesting, the older sister is also a Dragon Slayer, the Galaxy Dragon Slayer. The younger sister is a take-over mage of the Angel soul and the Cat can use aero magic to fly."
"H-How'd you know that?" Gwen asked.
"My magic gives me insight on the magical abilities of my enemies as well as their weaknesses, that's how I know that despite your powerful magic neither of you can control it very well." Maria answered. "Now let's see about Mr. Tall, black and handsome." She looked Black's way and closed her eyes again, only to open them in confusion. "He's got no magic!"
"What do mean Mary? He's gotta have some form of magic!" Baku argued.
"Well whatever it is I can't discriminate it." Maria said.
"Please, as if a god would ever need such tricks to deal with such lowly mortals." Black scoffed.
"What you say?!" Baku asked.
"Looks like we got you by surprise! Oni-Chan is our secret weapon!" Emily said.
"It doesn't matter; you're all still going to die." Baku assured. "No more talk, let's do this!"
"Alright! So Black, what's the first step to using our magic?" Emily asked.
"Figure it out girl." Black before levitating over the ground with his legs crossed.
"Huh?" the Pendleton sisters asked. The three dark mages suddenly advanced towards the sisters who were unprepared but did not have to worry as Julia fired three Ki blasts to keep them back. "Oni-Chan this isn't the time for jokes, now tell us what to do!" Emily said.
"Do you presume a good to be joking mortal? The first step of your training is to figure out how to activate your magic powers before you're killed in battle." Black explained.
"WHAT?!" Emily yelled. "You can't be serious!"
"As serious as god is ever." Black replied. "You've both used your magic before, now you must figure out how to do it again at will. "I believe you mortals call it 'learning on the job,'."
"But Oni-Chan we don't know how to use our magic, that's why we asked you to teach us!" Gwen said.
"How do you expect me to teach you to do something I do not know how to do?" Black inquired to which they could not answer. "This is your test, I can train to be stronger mages but you must be able to bring out your magic on your own."
"But Black, if they mess this up they could die!" Neb argued.
"If they die, then they were never worthy to be trained by a god." Black replied. "And don't expect me to save you either; if you fail the test, you're of no use to me and I will just have to return your corpses to your mother."
"What the hell kind of teacher are you?!" Julia questioned.
"One of a kind," Black replied.
The girls couldn't say anymore as Diego's hands grew much larger before he slammed them onto the ground, causing a shockwave that sent the girls flying; Neb quickly reacted by grabbing the Pendleton sisters while Julia caught herself in the air. "Seriously Black, what are we suppose to do?" Emily asked as she looked up only to see the Supreme Kai meditating; her attention was brought back to the Machias who grew into a giant with Maria and Baku on his shoulders. "Definitely should've gone with Erza and the others."
With the other fairies, Erza swerved through the streets trying to as fast as she could, barely missing the people standing by. "Stop Erza! You're going way too fast; you're gonna overload the SC plug!" Gray warned her.
"There's no telling how many innocent people could die if Lullaby's song is played! I can't slow down; we have to stop Eisenwald before it's too late!" Erza said urgently.
"But at this rate you're gonna use up your magic before we start fighting!" Gray warned her.
"Then I'll just have to rely on hand to hand combat! Besides, I've got you and Natsu as backup!" Erza replied confidently.
Inside the mobile, Natsu was attempting to fall out while Lucy kept him from doing so and Happy was trying to remember something her forgot that involved Lucy. "Hey guys, do you think Emily and Gwen will be alright?" the celestial mage asked. "I mean they just joined the guild and they're going up against dark mages."
"Well they've got Neb with them and he's a cat like me," Happy reminded her.
"That's reassuring," Lucy said sarcastically.
"I'm sure they'll be fine." Natsu groaned. "They've got those Dragon Slayers with them."
"Yeah and Black's there too." Happy added.
"I wouldn't put too much faith in Black if I were you," Gray said.
"I agree. There's something about Black that makes my stomach turn," Erza said.
"Aw come on guys, give him a chance." Happy said. "He's not that bad, Mira and the others seem to like him."
"I'm not really all that comfortable around him either." Lucy said.
"I know he seems mean and scary but he's just a hard shell with a soft inside, like me." Happy assured.
"Better not let him hear you say that." Lucy warned.
"Besides, he can't really be any scarier than Erza," Happy added.
"And what's that suppose to mean?!" Erza asked.
"NOTHING!" the exceed and celestial mage quickly answered.
Back with Black, the Supreme Kai continued to meditate as Julia and the Pendleton sisters flew around to evade the giant hands of the Diego. "Magma Dragon Roar!" Novastar exclaimed as she fired a spinning beam of magma at the giant's face; the giant let out no cry pain as the magma incinerated his face skin, revealing the metal face underneath. "He's a Machias; my attacks may not affect him much." She thought.
"Brawl Gatling Gun!" Diego shouted as he unleashed a flurry of his massive fists onto the female mages. For Novastar it was easy for her to dodge the fists but for Neb it was a little harder due to the few passengers he was carrying. "Keep flying Neb!" Emily cried.
"Easier said than done!" the Exceed replied. "You girls are a lot heavier now that you've grown up."
"They're in trouble!" Julia thought before looking at Black and yelling "Are you really just gonna float there and wait for your comrades to be killed?!"
"I warned them that my training would be difficult, they knew what they were getting into," the Kai replied. "If I were you I'd be more worried about myself."
Novastar's attention was then brought to Diego stretching out his giant arm, Maria ran along it and jumped of the hand to get over Julia; she dropped an axe kick down on the Rune Knight who was struck and sent plummeting to the ground. Julia groaned as she stood up to see Maria standing over her and gesturing to come at her. "Magma Dragon Burning Fist!" she exclaimed, coating her right fist in her element before engaging Maria in close quarters combat where the dark mage would dodge the burning fist and all her other blows.
"You're mine spiky!" Baku yelled as he jumped of the Machias to attack the Saiyan imposter; the Kai didn't break his position as he released an energy wave that blew the dark mage back towards Diego. Baku growled before trying only to get the same result as the first attempt. "What the hell are you doing?! Are you really not gonna fight at all?!" Black gave no response to the angered mage. "At least answer me! Or look at me! Or do you think you're too good for that?!" Baku roared but still got nothing from the deity; he then looked over to see the Pendleton sisters still avoiding hands and smirked. "Let's see how cocky you are after I kill your girlfriends!" Still getting no response the Lion Beastman charged to attack the girls with fiery paws.
"Look out Neb!" Gwen cried. The exceed managed to evade the attack but just barely.
"We're in serious trouble here! We've got to do something fast!" Emily said.
"Should we ask Black again?" Neb questioned.
"I'm afraid the only help we'll receive will have to be from ourselves." Gwen replied.
"We've got figure out how to use our magic!" Emily said.
"How big sis?" Gwen asked.
"There has to be something we're missing, something that happened with Blue Skull that brought out our magic!" "I just can't remember what!"
"Well you'd better figure it out quick, my wings won't last forever!" Neb warned them while dodging Diego and Baku's attacks.
With Riana, the Ice Dragon was throwing multiple ice punches and kicks at her old mentor who was blocking and deflecting all of her strikes. "Just like old times huh Ri?" Friesia asked. "All of our training sessions started out with you trying to land a hit and me telling you why you couldn't."
"Don't mock me! If you truly are a dark mage, then it's only fitting that I use what you taught me to take you down!" Riana said as she threw kick; Friesia ducked it and then used her whip to bind Chillwalker's left arm and keep her in place. She then jabbed her in the gut a few times before kicking to the ground.
"You should've known your fighting style wouldn't work against me cause I taught you how to fight," Friesia said. "Your moves are easy for me to predict."
"How about this?!" Riana asked as she created an ice blade. "Ice Dragon Sword Slash!" she swung her blade, slashing the dark mage across the chest causing her breastplate to freeze and then shatter which made her smirk.
Friesia looked down at her scratched leotard before saying "You've adapted your fighting style and you've gotten stronger."
"Much stronger teach." Riana corrected.
"Too bad you're with that pathetic council of magic, you'd fit in real well with the Eisenwald guild." Friesia said while extending her hand. "We could be a real team, like you wanted."
"Thanks but I'll pass." Riana said with a glare.
"Shame but I guess that means I'll have to kill you." Friesia said.
"Go ahead and try!" Chillwalker dared her.
"Swarm Rondo!" the dark mage exclaimed as she swung her whip like an orchestra conductor; she summons a large swarm of insects and directed at her former student. The bugs surround Riana in vortex, she then releases a wave of cold air that freezes the pests solid. The Ice Dragon then shattered them and tried to punch the dark mage with an ice fist. "Do you really think you can defeat me Riana dear?" Friesia inquired as she evaded the first few blows and blocked the third with her beetle shield.
"You may have been one of the best knights years ago but you're a relic now." Riana said. "My skills are more than enough to put you in your place."
"Oh there's no denying that you've become more than a match for me Chillwalker; but that's not what I was referring to," Friesia stated before glancing over to the Pendleton sisters still avoiding her guildmates.
"Guys, how's that figuring out how to use your magic coming along?" Neb asked.
"Working on it!" Emily replied.
"Black please! We can't do this; you've got to help us!" Gwen pleaded but still got nothing from the false Saiyan. "Big sis, what'll we do?"
"Come on magic, come out! Work! Do something!" Emily cried in desperation but got no results. "I got nothing!"
"Neb watch out!" Gwen warned.
"Devastator Kick!" Diego yelled as he swung his large foot to sidekick the trio; they're immediately sent flying, becoming dazed as soon as they stopped.
"Is that all you got? We barely felt that one!" Neb said mockingly.
"Incoming!" Baku yelled as he leaped at the fairies with a cyclone surrounding his fist; he struck the trio, sending them plummeting to the earth. When they hit ground, the sisters were a little bruised but were okay; their flying feline however, was now unconscious.
"Neb's knockout!" Gwen stated as she held the exceed. "What now sis?!"
"I don't know little sister! If only our mentor would help us!" Emily yelled while looking at the still meditating Black.
Baku landed on the ground and slowly walked towards with a devious smile; he glanced at the Supreme Kai before looking back at his prey. "Well, this was boring. If spiky's not going to play then I guess it's game over for you ladies." He said as he held up his flaming right hand. "Goodbye flies!" he hurled a large fireball at the girls who looked on in horror before closing their eyes. The inferno exploded on impact; when the smoke cleared those watching were surprised to see that the Ice Dragon Slayer had managed to jump in front of the fairies and shielded them from the attack with her back, her sleeves, and the clothe covering her torso were burned away as a result.
" ?" they said in shock.
"You girls okay?" she asked them before she suddenly felt a sharp pain in her back and turned to find her old teacher standing behind her sword out and blood dripping from it.
"Of all the lessons I taught you the one you never truly learned was to not sacrifice your chance of victory, no matter what." Friesia said with disappointment.
The Pendleton sisters watched horrified as Chillwalker slowly fell to the ground in pain. " !" they screamed.
Julia looks over to see the sisters in trouble was about to rush to their aid but she was kicked in the gut by Maria. "Don't bother, they're done for and soon you'll be as well." She said she continued her assault.
Friesia looked down at the fairies who had blank expressions on their face. "These two can't use their magic for some reason, it was foolish for them to partake in a fight like this; they'll never survive this harsh world." She thought. She the swings her whip at Gwen to ensnare her neck when suddenly Emily grabs the whip and starts channeling a light gold aura with sparkles; she then palm strikes Friesia in the gut, sending her reeling backwards. "Ugh, how'd she do that?" she asked while touching her stomach.
Gwen is then enveloped in a dark light, and when it fades she's now dressed in a low cut black and white french maid outfit complete with the matching headband. Her eyes are amethyst color, long black hair and in her hand dual serrated edged broadsword. "Angel Soul: Elvira!" she declared.
"What is this?" Baku asked.
"What's happened to them?" Maria questioned.
"Warning! Two magic powers are starting to surge!" Diego alerted.
Black opens his eyes when he sensed the girls' energies increase. "Now we shall see what they can do," he muttered.
The two Pendleton sisters stand together channeling immense magical power while glaring at the Eisenwald members. Emily then takes a deep breath and yells "Galaxy Dragon Roar!" and then unleashed her blue blazing magic blast at the dark mages; the explosion from the breath attack blows Friesia and Baku backwards before the Galaxy Dragon Slayer jumps at the anthropomorphic lion mage and started punching at him rapidly. "Galaxy Dragon Thunder!" she yells while palm striking Baku in the chest and zapping with lightning. Baku staggered back a bit before growling at the elder sister. "High Speed!" Baku exclaimed and in an instant started moving at extreme speed; he knocks her backwards before kicking her in the gut. Emily tries to hit it back but the dark mage evades her blows and hits her back.
"Sorry sweetheart, you may have gotten the jump on me with that sudden burst of magic but I'm a trained killer; you won't surprise me like that again." Baku said. Emily then starts to fire multiple Ki blasts at the dark mage; Baku dodges the blasts and runs around the Galaxy Dragon as she continues to fire more blasts.
Gwen then materializes a bow and arrow of black magic energy and aims it at the mage attacking Julia. "Get away from her! Arrow of Impurity!" she fires her arrow at Maria; the dark mage jumps back, having the arrow just miss her abdomen. The Take-Over mage flips two of her fingers and the black arrow turns around and flies at Maria again. The dark mage evades the arrow again only for it to be directed to come after by Gwen again. "Neat little trick, but an easy one to overcome." She thought as she ran off with the dark arrow on her tail; she stops right behind Gwen's elder sister just as the arrow closes in on her. Maria waits at first but then jumps out of the way at the last second, leaving Emily in its path. Maria smirks as the arrow is about to pierce Emily's head but to her surprise, the Galaxy Dragon Slayer moved her head to the side evading the arrow before suddenly grabbing the projectile out of the air. "No way!" Maria said in disbelief.
Emily then aims the arrow at Baku and hurls it at the dark mage like a javelin; the arrow pierces Baku's gut and knocks him onto his back. Maria gets over her shock and rushes to attack Gwen; the younger sister materializes a black staff and takes a Bōjutsu stance. Maria throws multiple kicks at the Angel soul but were easily blocked by her staff. Gwen then used her weapon to hoist herself over Maria before knocking her of her feet and then jabbing her in the back. Maria glares at the younger sister who twirled her staff and pointed it at her. "Surrender!" she ordered. "Never!" Maria replied as she jumped to attack the Take-Over mage but she just held up her hand and releases a kiai that blows the dark mage.
Baku groans in pain as he gets up and charges at the older sister with fiery hands. Emily rears her right hand back and channeled her magic into it. "Galaxy Dragon Supernova Fist!" she roared as she struck the dark mage in the gut; after a few seconds a gold light erupted from her fist and exploded, sending Baku flying backwards. Diego finally decides to act and attempts to grab the fairy with his gigantic hands; Emily dodged by jumping up to the Machias' chest and takes a deep breath. "Super Galaxy Dragon Roar!" she let out a large gold beam from her mouth that drills right through Diego's chest, leaving a large hole in the machine before it fell over and collapsed. Emily lands on the ground where she's joined by her little sister who left Maria lying on the ground; the two take deep sighs as they're magic dissipates and they fall to their knees.
"Wow! That was…quite a rush huh?" Emily gasped.
"D-Did we really do all of that?" Gwen asked.
"We did it; we managed to use our magic!" Emily cheered. The two sisters smiled at each other as Julia stares at them in astonishment. Black watches the Pendleton girls while still in the air. "The Dragon Girl's power has increased from her first awakening; and I thought the Miss Angel only had one form," the Kai thought. "Their powers are still at minimum level but their potentials are exponentially grand." Black then spots Baku crawling over to the girls with fiery hands; he then pounces towards them baring his fangs at the scared sisters. Suddenly Baku's face of anger turns to one of shock and pain; he looks down to see a blue Ki blade impaling his chest and the Supreme Kai standing before him wearing his sinister grin. "Ah, another despicable mortal wiped from existence."
"W-Why did you do that? You weren't suppose to get involved." Baku groaned as blood dripped from his mouth.
"Don't presume that I follow your morals scum," Black said. "I am a god who will sentence all I deem unfit to death,"
"Damn you." Baku let out before he took his last breath. Black drops the deceased mage and swings his blade to wipe the blood off.
"Black," the sisters said with surprise, getting the attention of the Saiyan imposter. "You…you saved us?"
"Don't look so surprised maidens," Black replied. "I never said I wouldn't unless you failed my test."
"Wait, we passed?" Emily asked.
"Yes, you used your magic didn't you?" Black asked. "I told you that what you needed to do to prove that training you would not be a waste of time."
"But didn't you want us to win?" Gwen asked.
"I wanted you to fight: to show me your powers, to take the first step in your training and to discover your hidden potentials." Black explained. "Now that you've experienced what triggers your abilities your training to master them can truly begin."
"So now you're going to train us for real?" Emily asked.
"Yes," Black said.
"B-But what if we can't handle it? What if this was just luck? What if we try this again and we fail?" Gwen questioned.
"Do not doubt the words of a god. I told you I know what Dragons and Angels are capable of, so I knew it was possible for you to survive." Black said. "While your mortal emotions hinder your magic, I had an insight that you would use them when the situation required."
The sisters soon smile at the Supreme Kai which confuses him. "Sooooo, you're saying you had faith in us?" Emily asked.
"What?! Don't be absurd girl! A god has faith in no one but himself!" Black says before the Pendleton girls embrace him, much to his annoyance. "Must you insult me with you displays of affection?"
"Excuse me?" Friesia calls as she and Maria stood back up. "If you sweethearts are done with your moment, we'd like to kill you now." The dark mages release their magic aura and bring out their weapons.
Black steps away from the sisters and cracked his knuckles while smirking. "To be honest, I was bored watching you mortals play around; I could use some fun crushing some humans."
"No!" Julia speaks up as she appears before the Kai. "I will handle this!"
"You barely managed to keep up with me; do you really think you can us both alone?" Maria asked.
"Hey!" Riana said as she forced herself to her feet. "Don't forget about me!" she rips a piece of her cape and ties it to cover up her wound.
"Are you fit to fight in your condition?" Julia inquired.
"Heck yeah! It's just a scratch, gonna take more than that to bring me down." Riana assured. "Now everybody stand back, we'll handle this!"
"Hmmm I haven't seen their full powers yet; perhaps I can stand to spectated a little longer." Black thought.
"Do you really still want to fight little dear?" Friesia asked. "You may have learned a few new tricks but what you've got isn't enough to take down your teacher!"
Riana shakes her head which confuses Friesia. "Do you think I came at you with everything? I was restraining myself for old time's sake teach," she admitted. "I let you get the jump on me before but now, playtime's over!"
"So now you're serious? Well then, bring it on." Friesia dared.
"You ready to do this?" Julia asked her partner.
"Let's kick it into overdrive!" Riana answered. She then started emitting a blue aura while releasing a chill through the air and she turns light blue. "Polar Drive!"
Julia emits a red aura along with a strong wave of heat as her skin turns red hot. "Solar Drive!" The two then put their hands together to combine their magical energies. "Frozen Magma Wasteland!" they then created a ball of magic in between their palms and slammed it into the ground; the area around the dark mages and the rune knights turned freezing blue before releasing streams of magma from the earth. "Was that a Unison Raid?" Maria questioned.
"What is this? I'm feeling both heat and chill at the same time!" Friesia stated. "How is this possible?"
"I see, this technique creates a sort of dimension space that causes the temperature to fluctuate between freezing cold and raging hot." Black thought.
The two Dragon Slayers glance at each other and nod before dashing straight towards their adversaries. Riana rushed towards her old teacher while encasing her hands and feet in ice. "Ice Dragon Savage Claw!" Chillwalker threw multiple ice punches at Friesia who held up her arms in defense. "Such strength, it's like I'm being pelted by a massive hail storm!" Friesia thought.
Julia faced Maria who to attack first by throwing a punch that hits her forearm; only for her fist to start smoking and she recoils while holding her burned hand. "Heat Armor! A Magma Dragon's greatest defense…" Julia said as she engulfed her hands in magma. "And Offense! Magma Dragon's Inferno Knuckle Beatdown!" she then started rapidly punching the dark mage who was powerless to defend.
"What force! I feel like I'm in the center of meteor shower!" Maria thought.
Riana finished her assault by uppercutting Friesia in the chin; her old mentor staggered a bit before glaring at the Rune Knight who had put her hands together before raising them above her head and forming an enormous ball of ice and snow with a light blue energy sphere in the center. "Get ready! Dragon Slayer Secret Art: Subzero Icicle Bomb!" she exclaimed as she hurled her attack at the Insect mage; Friesia puts up bug shield as the ice bomb reaches her and encases her in giant iceberg. Riana then holds out her hand and makes a fist, causing the blue Ki to expand til the iceberg explodes and reveals an injured Friesia who sneers before collapsing and passing out.
After many fiery punches, Maria could barely stand as Julia moved in for the finishing blow. "Magma Dragon Blazing Axe!" she shouted as she used a powerful spinning kick imbued with magma to hit the dark mage in the face, knocking her out. Julia then sighs and walks over to her partner who was staring down at her unconscious mentor. "So, you used a secret art huh," she stated.
"Yeah, wanted to show her what I've learned; my final respect to her for making me the knight I am today." Riana replied.
Julia nods in understanding before glancing over to the damaged Machias. "That machine's too dangerous to leave around; we should destroy it." She said.
"Then how about we use the wave?" Chillwalker suggested. "That ought to do it."
"Agreed." Julia said and the two Dragon Slayers took the same stance and cupped their hands.
"Polar…"
"Solar…"
Riana and Julia respectively start gathering blue and red Ki in between their palms; Black's eyes widen as he recognizes their stances and detects their power increase and their energies take the shape of stars. "That stance…it can't possibly…"
"Kamehameha!" the two Rune Knights each fired a powerful and long-stretching energy blast; their beams combine into one red and blue twisting turtle shockwave that hits the Machias causing it to erupt in a massive explosion. When it passed, there was nothing left of Diego but pieces of scrap metal. The Rune Knights sighed before powering down from boost drives and then going over to apprehend the members of Eisenwald.
The Supreme Kai continues to stare at the Dragon Slayers with wander while the sisters looked on with amazement. "There's no doubt about it that was the Kamehameha wave. But how did these mages learn to use Ki?" he thought.
Emily then tapped Black and asked "Hey teach, after I finish your training, will I be as strong as them?"
"No," Black replies which disappoints her. "You'll be even stronger." His second response made her eyes light up with excitement.
Riana and Julia finish handcuffing Friesia and Maria before they approached the Fairies. "You two did well for beginners," Julia commended.
"Yeah! You girls were awesome! If being guild mages doesn't work out, we can help you join the Rune Knights." Riana offered.
"Thanks, but my sister will always be Fairy Tail mages." Gwen answered.
"You heard Gwenny, we're with Fairy Tail." Emily added.
"Understood." Novastar said. She then glances towards Black Goku with a questionable look.
"What?" Black asked.
"Nothing," Julia replied. "We should get these to the council prison and then we'll aid the others against Eisenwald."
"You are going to put away two away. We are going to meet up with the other Fairies." Black corrected.
"And how are you going get to them? Your cat is still napping," Riana pointed out.
"That is none of your concern. Worry about doing your job." Black said.
Riana was about to say something back when Julia held out her hand to silence her."Very well," she replied before going over and hoisting Maria onto her shoulder; Riana followed her partner's lead and placed Friesia on her shoulder. The Rune Knights ascended to heavens before Novastar said "Good luck, Fairies. I hope we'll get to see more of your potential in the future."
"Later girls!" Riana bid the sisters who waved at them; the two then flared up and flew off.
"So Black, how we gonna catch up to the others?" Emily inquired as she held Neb. "You gonna use one of your 'godly powers' or something?"
"Or something. Just placed you hands on my shoulders and standby." Black instructed them only for them to hug his arms. "What are you doing? I said my shoulders!"
"Yeah, but this is much better." Emily said. The Kai just rolls his eyes before placing two fingers against his forehead; after a few seconds the four of them disappeared from the battlefield.
As the Rune Knights flew through the air Riana noticed her fellow Dragon Slayer pondering about something. "Hey Jules, what's wrong?" she asked.
"That Black, he rubs me the wrong way; something about him just seems dark." Julia replied. "Do you really think he would've let those girls be killed?"
"I don't know." Chillwalker answered.
"I think it would be best to keep an eye on him; the council will want to know about him being with Fairy Tail." Novastar said. "He could be dangerous."
"You got it! And if he does prove to be a bad guy, he'll have to deal with Ice Dragon Riana and Magma Dragon Jules!" Riana assured.
"Must you keep referring to me with that silly nickname?" Julia inquired.
"C'mon, you know you love it!" Riana said before speeding ahead of her partner.
Julia rolled her eyes but gave a small smile. "And Ms. Chill is back." She thought before flying to catch up with the Ice Dragon.
At Clover Canyon, Drakken Joe and Erigor were trekking along the train track waiting for the wind mage to regain his strength when the Master of Eisenwald suddenly stopped and looked back. "What's the matter Master?" Erigor asked.
"Friesia and Maria's magic power have dropped dramatically, and I can't detect Baku or Diego's magic energy." Drakken said. "Have they been defeated?"
"No way sir; they're our guild's best assassins. A bunch of guild pests could never beat them." Erigor argued.
"Maybe, but I'm also sensing that many of our comrades have fallen, even Kageyama. These guild mages maybe more trouble than we thought." Drakken replies. "In any case, we can't waste anymore time."
"Don't worry Master, we're already close to Clover; plus the magic energy I used to create the barrier is fully recharged." Erigor says.
"Then it's time." Drakken says. The Reaper unleashed his magic and begins to levitate above the tracks with his Master. "You fools not only took our work but you robbed us of our rights!"
"Now you're going to pay! The Reaper's cleansing is nigh!" Erigor shouted as he dashed towards Clover.
At Oshibana station, the Fairy Tail mages had defeated most of the Eisenwald guild members but were trapped by Erigor's wind barrier. "What?! Erigor wants to use Lullaby on the guild masters?" Lucy asked.
"We have to stop him!" Natsu said.
"That's easier said than done. Erigor cut off our only means of reaching Clover and is headed there by air." Erza explained.
"I'm pretty sure we can catch up to him on the magic mobile, but we can't do anything until we figure out how to get on the other side of this barrier." Gray said.
"How are we gonna do that?" Lucy asked.
Natsu roars as he rushes at the barrier with a fiery fist and strikes it; he's immediately repelled from it. "That's what happens when you try to bust your way through." Gray said.
"Kage, wake up. You're our only chance right now!" Erza urged the dark mage who didn't respond.
"I'VE GOTTA TRY TO BREAK THROUGH! WE'VE GOT TO SAVE MAKAROV!" Natsu yelled as he attacked the barrier. The Dragon Slayer punched and kicked the barrier multiple but was still blown away without causing any damage.
"Natsu!" Lucy cried.
"Cut it out you idiot! Obviously brute force isn't gonna do you any good." Gray told him.
"Isn't there anything you can do? If you freeze it maybe Natsu can melt it!" Lucy suggested.
"If could I would've done that." Gray replied. Not backing down, the Son of Igneel charged at the barrier again to force his way through. "Natsu!"
"Would you stop trying to be the hero; you're gonna get yourself torn to shreds!" Lucy warned.
"Dammit! I don't know what to do!" Erza said in despair.
"I said stop!" Lucy said as she grabbed the fire wizard and held him back.
"Crap!" Natsu growled. Just then, Black materialized with Emily, Gwen and Neb. "What the?"
"Hey guys, what's happening?" Emily asked.
"I hope we're not interrupting," Gwen says.
"You guys! Were you able to beat those dark mages?" Lucy asked.
"Yep! Little sis and I totally kicked their butts!" Emily said while giving a thumbs up.
"You mean Black did right?" Natsu asked.
"Nope! We did, with some help from the Gal Knights," Emily said.
"Really? Nice job!" Gray commended them.
"So, what's going on?" Gwen asked.
"Erigor and Drakken are on their way to Clover to use Lullaby to kill the guild masters! And we caught go after them cause we're stuck in Erigor's barrier!" Lucy explained.
"Oh no, this sounds bad!" Emily said.
"What do we do then?" Gwen asked.
"Excuse me for asking but how exactly did you four get here?" Erza inquired.
"Oh yeah! How did we get here Black?" Emily asked. "One second we're at Kunugi station then next thing we know we're here at Oshibana."
"It's called Instant Transmission." Black answered. "I can teleport to any location as long as I can lock on to an energy signal."
"Huh?" Natsu asked.
"Like some kind of transportation spell?" Lucy asked.
"Something like that," Black said.
"Then you can transport us out of here?" Gray asked.
"Perhaps, if there was anyone outside this barrier," Black explained. "But since there isn't, I have no energy to teleport to."
"What about Erigor? Or his ugly master?" Happy asked. "Can't you take us to them?"
"That would be possible cat, if I had met them before now and became familiar with their Ki," Black explained.
"Does that mean we're stuck here?" Emily asked.
"Why'd you teleport inside this barrier in the first place?" Natsu questioned.
"Was I suppose to know that you mortals would mess this up and get us all stuck here?" Black inquired.
"What?!" Natsu yelled.
"Enough, we need to figure out how to escape and stop those two!" Erza said. "There has to be something we can do!"
"So only this Erigor and his master are left to stop?" Black asked.
"Yes." Erza replied.
"Are they the strongest in their guild?" Black inquired.
"Probably," Gray said.
The Supreme Kai gave a wicked smirk and said "Very well, then I will find them and handle them myself."
"Huh? But how? I thought you said you couldn't sense their energy." Lucy said.
"I said I was unfamiliar with their Ki; that just means I'll have to search for them in order to teleport to them." Black explained.
"Can you really do that Oni-Chan?" Gwen asked.
"I'll just scout out for any strong Ki signatures heading from this place and one similar to this barrier." Black said before he closed his eyes and started channeling his Ki.
"What's he doing?" Natsu whispered to Gray.
"I think he's looking for Erigor," the ice mage said.
"Can he really find him and take us to him?" Lucy questioned.
"Let's hope so, he's our only chance of escaping right now." Erza said.
Black Goku continued to scan for the dark mages when his aura faded and he opened his eyes. "Found em," he stated.
"Great! So how do we…" Lucy was about to ask when the Kai suddenly vanished, leaving them behind. "Uh, what just happened?"
"I think he ditched us," Gray answered.
"His is coming back for us right?" Erza asked. "Right?!"
"I think we'd better find another way out of here; Oni-Chan seems to play by his own rules." Emily said.
"Oh, we've noticed." The other Fairies said.
Along the train track, the two dark mages were getting closer to their destination when suddenly Black appeared directly in their path causing them to come to an abrupt halt. "What the hell?" Drakken said.
"Sorry mortals, but this is as far as you go." The Kai told them.
"And just who the hell are you?" Erigor asked.
"They call me Black," the Kai answered. "And I'm here to exterminate you both in the name of justice!"
"Is he one of those Fairy Tail flies?" Drakken asked.
"I don't remember seeing him at the station but Kageyama did mention a few of their members were missing, and one of them wore black clothing." Erigor said. "He fits the description, so he must be with those guild bugs."
"I can assure you I am not with that insufferable group of wizards and I could care less about what happens to those guild masters or what you plan to do with that flute." Black said. "I'm only here because as a god it is my mission to cleanse this world of the filth that is humanity." The dark mages looked at each other before they started laughing which irked Black. "You dare to mock the words of a god? Do you take me for a joke?" The False Saiyan then powered up, creating a strong gale force that made the mages shield their faces. "Now who wishes to die first?"
"Guess he's not all talk huh?" Drakken said.
"Don't master, I can handle this fly. You should head to Clover with the Lullaby." The Reaper suggested.
"No, you go on to Clover; I'll take care of this guy." Drakken said.
"Master," Erigor muttered.
"This Black might be even stronger than the mages we left at the station; we'll have a better chance of achieving our dream if you fly to Clover solo." Drakken explained. "I entrusted the flute you, now I will entrust all our hope to you; please don't let us down."
Erigor grasped the demon flute and nodded. "I won't master," he promised.
"Have you mortals finished with your goodbyes yet?" Black asked.
"When I give the signal, get going." Drakken whispered.
"Yes sir." Erigor replied.
Drakken then places his hand on the track, creating a magic circle that grew til it reached under Black's feet; the Kai raised an eyebrow at this as Drakken yelled "Ignition Floor!" the part of the circle underneath Black then lit up and exploded. As the smoke covered where Zamasu was, the False Saiyan then flew over it unharmed. Drakken quickly claps his hands and shouts "Bullet Squall!" Another magic circle appears in the sky over Black's head; soon a torrential of hail bullets began to rain down on the Saiyan imposter who summoned his Ki blade to deflect them. "Go!" the master yelled, Erigor before quickly flying past the Supreme Kai. Black fired an energy blast at the magic circle, destroying it and ending the rain before aiming a finger gun at the fleeing Reaper; his finger glowed with energy and just as he was about to fire, he relented and canceled his attack. "Why'd you let him go?" asked a confused Drakken.
"Now that I've sensed his energy once there's nowhere he could that I can't find him; I could always kill him later once you're dead." Black said.
"Our dream of revenge will have been completed by then," Drakken reasoned. "Aren't you trying to prevent that?"
"Like I said I do not care what becomes of those guild masters; besides…" Black says just as a blue and pink blur zooms past them after Erigor. "I don't believe your comrade will get very far."
"What was that?" Drakken asked.
"Salamander and his flying cat, but don't concern yourself with that; focus on what's in front of you." Black says. "It'll be the last thing you'll ever see!"
"I was just about to the same thing," Drakken replied as he rolled up his sleeves. "There's no way I can use my magic to the fullest on this train track; I need to move him to the cliffslide." He thought.
"What are you waiting for human?" Black asked. "Better make your move before this game comes to a quick end."
"If you insist," Drakken said. He then placed his palms on the track, creating a large magic circle on it; the circle then expands underneath Black's feet. The Kai raises an eyebrow as the circle begins to light up and Drakken shouts "Ignite!" The train track immediately combusted surrounding the two in a smoke dome. Black flew out of the smoke and Drakken jumped after him. "Heavy Metal!" The Eisenwald master formed a circle on his chest and his entire body was coated in metal; he threw a punch at the False Saiyan who blocked it with his arms and was knocked onto the cliff. Black landed on his feet as did Drakken who immediately charged at him; the assassin mage threw multiple punches at Black which he easily evaded before grabbing Drakken's right wrist.
"A metal skin armor? Not bad; however, there is no metal substance…that I cannot shatter!" Black declares as he palm strikes the mage in the gut; Drakken is blown backwards by a tremendous force as his armor shatters to pieces.
"Err, what strength; even through my armor I felt that blow!" Drakken thought.
"I hope that wasn't the best you can do, otherwise you'll be dead in seconds." Black said.
"Don't worry, I'm just getting started!" Drakken assured. "Bullet Squall!" the mage clapped his together; a magic circle appears over the Supreme Kai before releasing torrential rain of hail bullets. Black just smirks as he raises his hand and fires an energy blast that incinerates the hail bullets and destroys the magic circle. Drakken glares at the Kai before moving on to his next attack. After performing some hand signs and a creating magic circle, Drakken slammed his fist against the ground; he converted it to sand then raised his hand, commanding a wave of sand to consume the Saiyan imposter.
"Child's play," Black said. The Kai held up his hand and fired an energy blast that super heated the sand wave into giant glass before releasing a kiwi that shattered it. "Anymore tricks you have in store mortal scum?"
"Just a few!" Drakken replied. He stomped his foot on the ground creating another magic circle that appeared under Black. "Glia Tar Wave!" A massive black swamp manifested underneath the deity and he started to sink deep into it. "What are you going to do now? How will you get out of this one?"
"Watch and learn human." Black said just as he sank to his armpits. The Kai placed two fingers against his forehead and smirked before vanishing from the Tar pits; The dark mage barely had time to notice before he was knocked back by a headbutt from the false Saiyan.
"How?" Drakken muttered.
"I'm growing bored with your performance human, if this is the best you have to offer then I'll have to pleasure myself by breaking your bones." Black said as threw a fist at the guild master. Drakken quickly dodged him and held up his forearm. "Diamond Shield!" he shouted as a crystal wall sprung from the dirt in front of him. Black surprised him by simply kicking it to pieces, Drakken tried a few more times creating multiple shields to defend himself but Black easily smashed through all of them. "Dammit! It's not strong enough! If only I had a stronger material to use I could win this!" Drakken said.
Black heard him and stopped attacking. "Try this," he materialized a small black cube in his palm before tossing it to the dark mage.
"What is this?" Drakken inquired as he inspected the cube.
"Klangite," Black answered. "It's the hardest known material in the universe."
"Why are you giving me this?" Drakken asked.
"Before I Kill you I would at least like to receive an actual challenge from this fight." Black explained. "I desire to regain my lost strength and restore my godhood; I can only do that by fighting you lower beings to increase my current power, I will stop at nothing to get my power back in order to complete my mission!"
Drakken smirked at the Kai. "You might regret that decision," he warned.
"I'll take my chances." Black replied.
The dark mage clenched the klangite as it soon start erode across his arm; it spread over his whole body, coating him in a slick new armor."Nice, very nice." he commented. "It's a strong kind of metal indeed. Let's see how well it does," he then dashed towards the False Saiyan and struck him in the gut; Black doubled over as he spat out some blood."Not bad," the dark mage then grabbed the Kai by his shirt and tossed him away. Black caught himself and bounced back to his feet. Drakken didn't give him much time as he came at him again to knee him in the stomach; he then clamped his hands together and slammed them on the Supreme Kai. "Come on, I couldn't have beaten you already! That was just a warm up!" the Dark mage commented. To his surprise, the Kai started chuckling as he slowly stood up. "What's so funny?"
"I'm just feeling esctatic mortal," Black answered. "I didn't expect you to get like this from the klangite; you will make an excellent appetizer."
"Then get ready, cause I'm about to serve it to you real hard." Drakken said. The guild master shifted his right hand into a mace and his left into a hammer. Black smirked and conjured his Ki blade. The two clash weapons where Drakken slammed his hammer into Black's chest; the Kai staggered before evading the mace attack from the dark mage. Black then swings his blade and sliced Drakken's mace hand clean off. The mage cries out in pain while the false Saiyan laughs. "What's the matter mortal, do you require a hand?" he said mockingly. Drakken glares at Black and swings at his face with the hammer but Black blocked the strike, grabbed the weapon and crushed it to pieces with his bare hands. Drakken back away and poured his magic into his severed limbs and his hands immediately grew back."So you've regenerated your hands, to bad it won't be enough to save you."
"We'll see about that!" Drakken yelled as he made a sword and shield out of his right and left hands respectively. He charged at the Kai and he swung madly at him; Black blocked his slashes effortlessly before knocking the mage off his feet and pinned him to the ground by impaling his shoulder.
"Foolish mortal, did you truly believe you could defeat a god of my power?" Black questioned."I have battled many strong foes and other deities, what chance could you possibly have to oppose me?"
"You're not a god!" Drakken shot back. "And I'm not finished yet!"
"Oh, still want to fight?" Black asked as he pushed the Ki blade deeper into his shoulder, making the mage cry out in pain again. "Well then, what are you waiting for? You'd better unleash your trump card before I'm finished with you."
"V-Very well, play time is over!" Drakken declared. "Prepare to face my Overdrive!" Immediately, the dark mage's body began to change; his body expanded to twice it's size, crystalline features of Ethernano started to appear and spread across his body. His eyes glowed blue as he grinned wickedly at the Pseudo Saiyan. "Now you will feel the power of the Eisenwald Guild Master!"
"Impressive, your power has tripled, this could be more fun than I expected." Black said as he held up his energy blade and grabbed it with his other hand, pulled on it bringing out his scythe. "Any last words mortal?"
"Yes, while I would enjoy pounding a god into the ground, I'm afraid that now that I'm in my Overdrive form, this'll be over in an instant!" Drakken replied as he took a stance. Black smirked as he readied his weapon of divine justice; the two stared each other down before rushing at each other and swinging their blades quickly.
Drakken was shocked when he felt sharp jolts of pain. He glanced down to see Black's Ki scythe was lowered and blood dripped from it; he then saw the gash across his chest and then looked at his severed hand before coughing up blood.
"You were right mortal, it was over in an instant." Black said.
"You bastard!" Drakken yelled as he tried to strike Black with his shield, the Kai just deflected the blow and palm struck the mage in the chest, knocking him on his back on the ground. "D-Damn you," he muttered as he attempted to get back up, only for Zamasu to pin him to the ground by impaling his shoulder with the bottom of his scythe which made Drakken scream in agony.
"Stay down human," Black ordered.
"Never! This isn't over yet!" Drakken shot back which earned him more pain in his shoulder.
"I'll never understand the mortal desire fight even when they can't win!" Black said. "Why do you insist on continuing when you'll only die in the end. It's vanity!" However before the dark mage could respond Black pushed the scythe deeper into the mage's shoulder getting him to scream again. "On second thought, don't bother. I doubt even I'd be able to comprehend your explanation; besides, why would I, a god care to understand the primitive and trivial desires that drive your lesser species?"
"Would you spare me the monologue? If you're going to kill me then get on with it!" Drakken said and Black answered by giving him more pain. "Bastard!"
"How dare you, a lowly mortal interrupt me while I am passing judgement!" Black snarled. "You annoy me almost as much as those Saiyans! They've ruined everything I worked to achieve; the perfect world void of despicable mortals, my everlasting divinity as the one true supreme deity and worst of all, the unlimited power I had gained when merged with my invincible counterpart! It infuriates me to no end how you lower life forms can be such pests to even the gods!"
"What nonsense are you going on about?!" Drakken questioned. "I don't understand what's your problem here!"
Black then glanced at the dark mage as if he just remembered who he was currently facing. "That's right, you don't understand! You mortals could never understand my pain, my wish, my motives...and my rage! Just know this, Your kind took everything away from me!" The False Saiyan the aimed his hand at the Eisenwald Guild Master and fired his yellow and black energy blast at him to vaporize him. "And I swear, that I will make you all pay as I take it all back!" When the smoke cleared, there appeared to be nothing left of Drakken. Black sighed and said "That was hardly a decent challenge, but it was satisfying. Still, it might take longer for me to regain my lost strength if all mortals are this weak."
As the Kai turns and walks away, he feels a shockwave from behind; he looks back and sees a pillar of black energy shooting to the heavens. A gargantuan dark-skinned figure with white ether markings all over it's body, with white crystalline hair and a reptilian tail soon stepped out and stood before the false Saiyan. The new creature glanced at his hands as he slowly began to stand up. "What happened to me?" Drakken inquired.
"You mortals are so stubborn!" Black said as he threw a fist at the dark mage. Drakken did nothing as he was struck and gave no reaction to the assault. Black tried again a few more times but got the same result.
"I feel different, like my body's changed into something new," Drakken said. "This surge of power, it's unlike anything I've ever felt before." The dark mage then noticed Black attempting to strike him with an energy punch; on reflex, he caught the Kai's fist and withstood the force that was released from the impact. The two both seemed surprised by Drakken's new strength, the mage then decided to strike back by punching Black in the face which sent him flying back a few feet. "Incredible, my whole body is flowing with this new energy and it's feels overwhelming." The mage then raises his right hand, creating a magic circle under Black's feet; the false Saiyan burst jumped into the air to evade the explosion but was instead hit with a pillar of flames that burst out of the ground. He flew out of the fire and landed on the ground before glaring at the master of Eisenwald.
"How did you survive my blast? And how did you acquire such power?" Black inquired.
"Hmmm, my overdrive must've reacted to your energy blast and absorbed the particles as you were trying to incinerate me; your energy has now been infused into my body and magnified, making me more powerful than when we started this fight." Drakken then revs up his new power creating a shockwave that the Saiyan imposter managed to withstand. "Incredible, my power has ascended to greater levels than I thought possible! Every part of my body feels like it's being super charged! I feel like I could anything with this new power!"
"Enjoy it while you can mortal, cause you won't be alive to use it for much longer!" Black assured him while powering up as well. "While it infuriates me to see you obtain such power, part of is excited that you'll actually be a real challenge for my power."
"Oh I think you'll find that I'm more than a match for you!" Drakken promised as he and Black stared each other down and then rushed at each other for the second round of their fight.

I'm so sorry it took this long to finish this chapter but work and school together doesn't leave me with much time for my own things; but I'm learning how to managed my time and spare some for my fanfics.
