Emi Shiba is staring at everyone in the courtyard of the samurai headquarters, she just wished that Charlotte was here right.

"Emi, why aren't you practicing with us?"asked Kevin the blue samurai ranger.

"I'm only here with you rangers, it's was my mother dying wish stay with my cousins"snapped Emi heading inside the house.

"Kevin"exclaimed Mia.

"What"shouted Kevin.

"I think you were a little harsh on Emi, come on she doesn't have a mom anymore'answered Emily.

"Why is Emi staying with us instead of Charlotte then?"snapped Kevin angrily.

Emily looks over to where Jayden was staring at open thin air.

"Have to remember Charlotte doesn't want anything to do with the Shiba line, Emi is the next kin to it"answered Emily.

Emi was found looking at some cook books from the library.

Mia hops over to Emi. "What should we make for dinner?"answered Mia.

Emi peers up at Mia. "Sorry, I'm making lunch first"answered Emi.

"I could help make lunch"answered Mia.

Emi glares at Mia-the pink ranger. "I was warned about your cooking skills, so nope don't need your help"snapped Emi.

Mia shocked of the way that Emi is speaking to her. "Can't speak to me like that"exclaimed Mia.

Rest of the gang walked into the kitchen.

"Girls, what's going on?"asked Mike.

Mia looks at her team mates. "Which one of you told Emi about my cooking skills?"asked Mia.

"It wasn't us"answered Jayden.

"I was the one who told Emi about your bad cooking skills"answered a voice.

Everyone turns towards the voice standing there.

Jayden raced towards the person standing there.

"Charlotte, what are you doing here?"Kevin.

"I'm not allowed to visit my family members?"asked Charlotte.

"Charlotte, why don't you want to be the heir to the Shiba line?"asked Emily.

Charlotte looks down to the floor for a moment, turns towards Emi. "Gotten permission for you to come to the base"answered Charlotte.

Emi races towards the guest room she was currently using to get her things.

"Charlotte, you didn't answered Emily question"answered Mike.

Charlotte ignores the question being said to her.
