Author's note: Hello everyone, sorry if it takes so long to update my fanfics. My life has taken a very new transition stage lately so I'm too heavily focus on it to write my story as often as I should have. But I will try my best to make an effort to at least update a few of them, like this one and many others. I know that it's been nearly four years, but we've finally come close to the ending, but hold your horses (no pun intended) because there will be one more chapter which is the epilogue after this one. So buckle up and be ready for the near end of this story.

After a harrowing battle as the blinding light of their combined attacks faded, the poinies and Riders found themselves back together as a group. With the ponies hovered back down to the floor and the Riders still remain in their Final Forms when suddenly the color on Gaim's Kiwami Lockseed became dull as the magic bestowed within it transferred back into Twilight's crown and Eddwards Hawkman's cane, reverting the samurai fruit Rider backed into the bulky armored Kachidoki Arms he previously worn.
"Hey, what gives?" Gaim said as he changed back to his previous heavy armored form as he notice his Kiwami Lockseed changed back into a dull bronze color it once was.
Twilight and Eddward too notice this "It seems that our magic only gave you a temporarily access to that Locks full potential." Eddward theorized as he stares right at the head of his Hawkmans cane.
"I guess now that we defeated Chrysalis, our magic probably doesn't need to enhance your powers anymore." Twilight backed up Eddwards claim.
"Ugh guys. It's not over just yet." Duncan said, getting everyone's attention as he points his hoof to where Chrysalis once was.
From where the hideous Super Kaijin Changeling hybrid once was, is now a small crater with cracks around it with the Changeling Queen who was now forced back to her original form. She began to rise back on her wobbly legs and gave all of them a dagger glared with malice in them.
"That's strange, when a Rider does a finishing attack and an explosion happens, that usually means the Kaijins gets destroyed." said the confused astronaut Rider as he scratched the back of his helmet.
"The Elements of Harmony and the artifacts don't destroy the enemies Gentaro. They're meant to bring forth the magic of friendship and to bring peace and harmony. And the disharmony in this case was Chrysalis's new Kaijin powers."
"Princess Twilight is right, the same can be said with my cane and the magic of Fellowship." Eddward stated the princesses point "My assumption is that when we put our finishing attacks on Chrysalis, the Kamen Rider powers along with our magic combined have destroyed the Kaijin powers that Chrysalis once possessed. While the Magic of Friendship and Fellowship have spared her life from being destroyed by your powers." the prince concluded.
"Unless of course you can just turn into a Kaijin at will." Twilight stated in concern.
In an attempt to prove these stupid Alicorns wrong, Chrysalis tried to tap into the part of herself that allowed her to change into a Kaijin. But much to her dismay, she could no longer feel it, the power, the changes that were made to her body were gone, she could clearly see the form of the Kaijin she wanted to assume, but her body would not comply with the transformation. Chrysalis kept trying, making straining noises as she tried to force her body into transforming, but it only made her waste more energy, causing her vision to blur as her head spun.
"I think it's safe to say that is not the case." Taro said with relief.
"But why though? I though Changelings could turn into any object and any creature it saw." Duncan pointed out.
"True. But I think the Kaijins from the Kamen Rider's world must have possessed some otherworldly powers that even Changelings cannot comprehend to mimic them, unless they undergo some sort of experimentation just like with Twilight friends and Chrysalis and some of her army had previously did. But now it is gone thanks to us." Eddward deduced as he pointed right back at Chrysalis.
The said Changeling Queen stares at her hooves in dismay "NO! NO! NOOOOOO! YOU TOOK MY POWER AWAY!" she said dramatically.
"Chrysalis, it's over! Just give it up already." Gaim said.
"He's right, surrender now and you will grant a trial!" Twilight said as she glanced back to the Changeling.
Chrysalis scoffed at the idea of being put on trial by these ponies, she wasn't in any way shape or form feel apologetic for what she did, either in the past or now. "I won't be put through the farce of a trial and left to rot in a cell! You'll enjoy that wouldn't you? Twilight Sparkle! Leaving me in some hole somewhere deep in the ground, like how I did to you back at Cadance's wedding!? What poetic justice that would be! Well forget it! I am the queen here! And I will not be imprisoned." said the Changeling Queen as she hisses back at the Alicorn Princess.
Twilight's mare friends all huddled up around her protectively while the Colt-de-sac gang pulls out random weapons they brought since Gaim's Kiwami Arms powers are now gone, meaning that the fruit themed weapon they all got have vanished along with it as they point their weapons defensively at the evil queen and Riders do the same with their own weapons.
"You know, there is another option you're not considering." said Wizard as he traces his finger on his Axcalibur blade.
"While the Elements and the magic of friendship and fellowship don't destroy monsters." said Fourze as he points his Barizun Sword.
"But our powers are uniquely suited for doing so." Double said with Philip's voice as they drew out the Prism Sword.
"It would be wise to take Princess Twilight's offer." OOO threaten as he held up his Medagabryu axe.
"You guys are speaking my language." Duncan said as he and the stallions pointed their weapons eagerly right at the bug queen "Just make sure that we have a fare share with her before you guys finish her off." he said as he and the other colt-de-sac stallions gave a wicked smirk as they began to approach Chrysalis.
"Usually I don't like to resort to violence, but I think I could make this one an exception." Prince Eddward said as he pulls out a metal baseball bat out of his beanie hat as he too joined along with his gang.
Chrysalis knew that these stallions and Riders weren't bluffing and after everything that she had done, she was certain that Twilight Sparkle and her friends would just sit back and let them finish her off. She couldn't die here, she had to live on and get her revenge on Twilight Sparkle somehow. If she was going to die, she would do so while taking the alicorn princess along with her. But the only thing sweeter than that would be her surviving while Twilight perishes. That's when it hit her, Chrysalis glanced over her shoulder, staring directly at the ship's reactor.
A maniacal smirk split her face as she turned back to face the heroes "There is a third option you all are not seeing here." Chrysalis said with a devious smile.
"Oh yeah? And what's that?" Rainbow dare to asked with a raised eyebrow.
"WE'LL ALL DIE HERE TOGETHER!" Chrysalis said as she charges up her magical energy from her horn.
Twilight quickly formed a barrier to protect her friends, but much to their surprised, Chrysalis turned around and fires her magic beam straight at the ship's reactor core instead. The emerald beam burned through the oscillating rings and hit the core dead center. The ball of energy began to radiate with the same energy that she shot it with, causing a chain reaction within the core that made it spew out emerald lightning bolts everywhere.
"CHRYSALIS! WHAT IN EQUESTRIA ARE YOU DOING!?" Eddward yelled in shocked as he tries to deflect all the lightning bolts that bounce around the whole room.
"Isn't it obvious? Since I've damaged the ship's main reactor core, that means the entire ship will explode into flames, killing every single one of you on board and anyone outside of the ship." Chrysalis stated coolly as if she couldn't care any less.
"ARE YOU INSANE YOU OVERGROWN BUG!?" Eddy exclaimed in rage.
"Perhaps I am, but if it means that all of you are perish as well, then losing my life is a small price to pay!" Chrysalis proclaims as one of the lightning bolts blasted towards them, cleaving the platform in half. The side Chrysalis was on snapped off and began to plummet downwards and the Changeling Queen laughed insanely as she fell down the metal chasm below, along with the burned half of the platform, her laughter still echoing loudly amongst the explosions that were going off around them.
The ponies and Riders simply looked to where the platform that fell of along with Chrysalis before her psychotic laughter finally faded "Pardon my language darlings, BUT THAT WITCH IS BUCKING INSANE!" Rarity exclaimed in
"Aye, the son of shepherd has to agree with the pale white mare with the glimmering purple mane of elegance." Rolf stated while unintentionally complimented Rarity's mane as the whole ship began to rocked around like a rattler.
"We need to get out of here, now!" OOO's said as the whole group turn towards the doorway until another emerald lightning bolt hit the door and made it explode, boring a hole right through it and sitting it on fire, effectively blocking their way out.
"Well that's not an option. Any ideas?" Pinkie asked concernedly.
"Guess we'll have to bust our way out!" Eddy said as he was about to deliver a powerful punch right at the metal wall until Double stops him.
"EDDY WAIT!" Double shouted with Philip's voice, stopping Eddy in his tracks "The entire ship is currently unstable right now because of the damaged reactor core, one wrong move and all of us will be blow into oblivion." the half and half Rider explained.
"He's right Eddy, we can't risk doing something irrational like that." Eddward agreed with Philip half of Double.
"Then what shall be the salvation in this situation we so called dire." Rolf said in worry as some parts of the roof on the ship began to collapse on them.
"I could try teleporting all of us, but after all of that fighting, I don't know if I have enough magic to get all of us away from here." said Twilight with worry.
"And even if we still have plenty of magic, I don't know what kind of effect it will have on all of us or how effective it will be" Eddward added along as well.
Then Wizard clears his throat, getting everyone's attention "Don't forget everyone, I am a mage of myself as well. All unicorn and Alicorn here could channel all of your magic into my Teleportation Ring, then we might have enough magic to get all of us out of ship safely as possible." the magician Rider said as he pulls out his teleport ring and placed it on his right fingers.
"But would that even work?" Applejack exclaimed, feeling not confident of the idea as another explosion went off from behind them.
"Better than being explode into an oblivion!" Double said with Shotaro's voice.
With that Wizard raises his right hand up high as Twilight, Eddward, Rarity and Eddy all pointed their horn as they began to glow before all four fire a stream of magic into Wizards Ring as the mage Rider flips the Hand Author on his belt to a different side for his right hand.
LUPACHI MAGIC TOUCH TO GO! LUPACHI MAGIC TOUCH TO GO!
Wizards Driver chants its jingle as it is ready to cast a magic spell once he place his hand on it. The green lightning bolts were becoming more frequent and more violent, some nearly hitting the Riders in their heads and almost blasting Rainbows and Taro's wings off, which forced them to keep their hooves on the floor.
"Let's hope this works." Wizard said as he then placed his right hand on his belt, activating the teleportation spell from his ring.
GRAND TELEPORT! PLEASE!
With that, a large magic circle appeared under them, it bore the glyph markings of Wizard, but instead of the Rider's normal red color. It is glowing vibrant with a whole ray of colors as the circle rose swiftly just when a huge lightning bolt snapped towards them. By the time the bolt struck, the circle disappeared along with the occupants on it.
Meanwhile, outside of the Exodus ship began to rumbled and shook for the past few minutes now, but that was probably to be expected due to their friends doing battle within the Exodus. Then a bigger quake occurred that almost threw all those who weren't flying to their rears. The rumblings just got bigger as the sound of an explosion echoed through the metal and to the outside. For a moment, they believed that this might mean something terrible happened to their friends, but that changed when they noticed that some of the surviving non-Kaijin Changelings began to feel pain.
"What's happening to them?" Baron asked curiously.
"I am not sure but sister...do you think?" Luna asked.
"Think what?" Meteor inquired.
"The Changelings are a Hive Mind. If they're feeling pain right now, then that might mean that Chrysalis was defeated!" Princess Celestia stated with a bit of relief in her voice.
"YES! THEY DID IT!" Spike exclaimed cheerfully, but his cheer was interrupted by the rumbling as it got more violent and another explosion caught their attention, but this one was louder and sounded closer.
"Um...I think it's too early to celebrate little dude." Eddy's brother said, feeling a bit worried now.
"That didn't sound good! You don't think whatever they did might've destroyed whatever it is that's making this thing stay in the air do you?" Beast the ancient mage Rider asked.
Birth shook his head in dismissal "No way! They wouldn't be careless enough to fight where the ship draws it's power from." stated the Cell Medal Rider. That was when several huge bolts of emerald lightning came blasting through the hull of the ship, incinerating some of the remains of the Changelings and Kaijin's.
"Just so everyone here knows! I'm blaming Hidari for this!" Accel said with a raised voice, almost as if he wants to give the fedora wearing detective a piece of his mind.
Then another rocking tremor shakes everyone on the ship "I think that's our cue to leave!" Meteor, the space Rider deduced.
"But what about Twilight and the others!?" Princess Cadance exclaimed in panic as she turns to where Twilight and the other heroes entered the ship.
"Yeah, we gotta find them!" Shining Armor agrees with his wife, but was interrupted by a nearby explosion that was way to close in proximity to them.
"No time for that! If they are strong then they'll get out of there by themselves!" Baron said as he looked over to Celestia who appeared to feel hesitant of leaving the ship without Twilight and the others with them, but she steels her nerves and decides to take everyone around her away from here.
"EVERYONE TO ME!" Princess Celestia shouted as the Riders, ponies and Spike gathered around her as she looked to her younger sister. "LUNA, CADANCE!"
"RIGHT!" Luna replies.
Cadance still felt uncomfortable to leave her sister-in-law behind, but knowing that Prince Eddward, his Colt-de-sac gang and the Riders are by her and her friends side, she's hoping that they will keep them safe before she complies with Celestia's orders "Of course." she replied as the three Alicorns horns began to glow with built up magic, the three alicorns feel a bit weak from their constant battle, but they had to do this or else they'd be goners. A bubble of gold, navy and pink magic encircled every single individual and with great effort, the bubble flashed and all ten of them were gone from the hull of the Exodus ship.
In the distance, they reappeared on the hull of the XVIII ship. Exhaustion began to take over the three Alicorns as Celestia, Luna and Cadance fell over, luckily Accel was there to helped the elder sister, Meteor helped the younger sister and Shining Armor was there for his wife. From their new vantage point, they watched as the Exodus exploded from the inside out, bolts of emerald lightning continued to ravage the ship, piercing the hull and causing one explosion after the other until, finally, the big one happened. The unstable energy finally broke down and unleashed its full fury as a giant ball of emerald light engulfed the entire ship in a huge explosion. Any Changeling Kaijin that were still left behind were instantly vaporized, along with the remnants of the ship itself.
"Twilight..." said the fearful Spike as he fell to his knees and began to shed tears, fearing for the worst.
"Bro you better not die on me here." Eddy's brother said, feeling desperate of his little brothers survival along with the rest of his friends.
"Twily..." Shining Armor said sadly as he and his wife Cadance held each other in a tight embrace while watching the blazing fire of the explode ship.
Meteor clenched his fist in rage, feeling that he should have been there to aid Gentaro while Accel did the same with his free hand, not knowing what he should tell to his wife of what happened to her close friends if it comes to be.
"Kazuraba, you dumbass." Baron cursed, despite being a nuisance to him. Kouta is still an ally to him and one of the few people who put up with his stubbornness.
Beast growled and stamped his foot "Dammit Haruto…" he said in frustration.
"Hino…" Birth lamented, feeling depressed for the vagabond.
Then the three princesses perked up, sensing a familiar magical energy and Shining Armor notices his wife's reaction "What is it Cadance?" he said as she lets go of her husband and stand beside Celestia and Luna. They looked up just in time to witness a magic circle open up and from it plopped down Twilight, Pinkie, Applejack, Rainbow, Rarity, Fluttershy, Eddward, Duncan, Taro, Rolf, Ed, Eddy, Double, OOO, Fourze, Wizard, and Gaim. All seventeen landed on the hull of the ship in one big pile, making them all groan from exhaustion and the pain of landing on top of each other.
"Ow…Wizard good sir, could you have possibly ensure our landing was softer?" Rarity asked in a frazzled tone.
"Sorry…I was trying to work fast and get us off that ship. Ow…just be grateful we didn't end up falling through the air." Wizard replied.
"I sure as sugar am…now, could some of y'all get offa me? Somethin's pokin' me on the side and I can't tell if it's a horn or somepony's armor." said Applejack as she tries to pull herself out of the pile.
""My wings are cramping up." said the irritated Taro as he struggles to pull his wing out.
"Hey so are we." Rainbow added as she and Fluttershy tries to get out of the huge pile of ponies and Kamen Riders.
Everyone gaped at the sight of their friends alive, Spike pushed past the Secondary Riders and cried tears of joy as a smile spread across his face "TWILIGHT! EVERYPONY!" When some of them were up, Spike dashed towards them and barreled into Twilight, burying his face in her chest fur. "You made it! You're alive!" he said as he gave the tightest squeeze he ever made on Twilight.
Spike, please don't be too rough, I'm still sore all over after all that fighting." said the fatigued Twilight.
"Sorry, sorry but I'm just really happy you guys are okay!" Spike bawled.
Twilight smiled and hugged him despite her soreness, her number one assistant and close friend must have been so worried when the ship exploded "We're okay, Spike." Twilight took a moment to look around at her friends, Eddward and his Stallion gang and the Kamen Riders who came to save their world "We're all okay." she whispered with pure happiness.
(Moments before the explosion)
One of the lightning bolts blasted towards them, cleaving the platform in half. The side the Chrysalis was on snapped off and began to plummet downwards, all while The Queen of the Changeling laughed insanely as she fell down the metal chasm below, along with the burned half of the platform, her laughter still echoing loudly amongst the explosions that were going off around them.
Chrysalis kept laughing, but somewhere in her mind, she knew, she knew that she couldn't die that easily. No, if her vengeance was to be complete, she needed to live, live to see Equestria's sorrow over the loss of their protectors, their princesses, and then their fear when they realized that Chrysalis was alive, and that all that awaited them was despair and fear.
One of the lightning bolts whizzed past Chrysalis and blasted a hole straight through the hull of the ship. With a devilish grin, Chrysalis readied herself to fly through the hole and live to fight another day. But the crackling of another lightning bolt caught her attention, she looked up and watched as another lightning bolt flashed towards her. Chrysalis hurriedly used what was left of her magic to form a barrier around herself. The emerald lightning bolt smashed against her shield, making Chrysalis' mind recoil with pain from the sheer power and force of the bolt itself.
The bolt pushed against her, but Chrysalis pushed back, causing the bolt to bend at a right angle and push her along with it. Chrysalis pinballed within the hull of the ship as the lightning bolt tried to strike her, fed by a near endless supply of power, it would only stop when it found something solid to strike against. Meanwhile, all Chrysalis could do was brace and pray that she could hold the barrier long enough to get away from the bolt. Cracks started to form on her shield, spreading with each passing second and making the Changeling Queen panic.
The reactor pulsed and the bolt received a power boost that doubled its size and punched a hole through the hull just as the reactor went critical and exploded. The bolt surged along Chrysalis' shield, seeping through cracks and zapping her, drawn to the one thing that was conducting energy like a lightning rod, her horn. Chrysalis cried out in pain as she felt the electrical energy course through her brain, but Chrysalis had to hold on, she couldn't let the barrier down or else she'd certainly die from the impact of wherever she landed, if she landed.
A green sphere, too small to see from a distance, flew further and further away. The sphere where Chrysalis continued to grunt and scream in pain eventually landed in a veritable wasteland, busting through several layers of a rock before finally stopping. A crater formed from her harsh impact, the barrier gone, and leaving Chrysalis lying prone on the ground. Her horn continued to spark and fizzle, but after a few more seconds it finally stopped.
It would be several minutes before Chrysalis finally awoke, her body hurt all over, her head hurt even more, and she felt very drained. "What…Where…Where am I?" Chrysalis, shakily, rose to her hooves and looked at her surroundings. "What happened to me…?" Chrysalis tried to remember, but every time she did, a pain like a sharp knife erupted in her head. "GAH! Why does my head hurt so much!" Chrysalis tried to remember again and again, but each time she did her head only hurt even more. The only thing she could grasp on, one memory that appeared very clearly, was the image of Shining Armor and Princess Cadance. The moment when they combined their magical powers and forced her Changelings and herself out of Canterlot.
"Damn it, it must've been those two…how long have I been out?!" Chrysalis shuffled about as if the area would give her answers. "Damn those ponies, that blast must've thrown me far from Canterlot. That amount of magical power would explain this stabbing pain in my head, ugh and the pain that I'm feeling throughout my body." she said irritated as she glanced about the area and that's when she saw an all to familiar structure just a dozen feet away from her, it was her Changeling hive! The hive was large as it ever, being a towering struct with holes and entrances that randomly opens and closes from time to time.
"WHAT!? I was being sent that far away from Canterlot!?" she exclaimed in shocked to see her hive and the distance she has taken from the blast caused by Shining Armor and Cadances love and magic. She was about to lose her temper until her head throbs painfully again, causing her to flinch and held her head painfully, it took sometime but her pain dimmed down a bit before she decides that there was no point of crying over spill milk as she tries to calm her nerves.
She took a deep breath and sigh "In any event…things will be different this time around." Chrysalis said as she tries to flap her insectoid wings, but her wings were a bit damaged to allow her to fly properly "So much for flying back, I'll just have to trot my way back there." she said with annoyance as she began to walk back to her hive "Mark my words Shining Armor and Princess Cadance, I will have my revenge on you! And Twilight Sparkle, I won't make the same mistake twice, you're the first one I'll come after, I won't allow you or your friends to mess up my plans again!" Chrysalis' vowed her state as she struggles to take a mile walk back to her hive where here remaining Changeling minions are still waiting for her return.
Unbeknownst to her, one of her Changeling subjects have saw her come back. He was hiding behind the bushes and he seems like any average Changeling, but he seemed a bit more gentle, timid and frightened of her returned rather than being joyful "Oh no, Chrysalis's back. I hope she isn't aware about me." said the somewhat gentled Changeling as he sneaks his way out of the area and got as far away from here as possible.
A couple of hours passed and the heroes of Equestria were treated to a little snack before their departure. And by "little" I mean it was a mini banquet, understandably, everyone was tired and hungry from the battles, so allowing a brief respite was warranted. Everyone was gathered around a large table in the ship's mess hall, the Kamen Riders, the ponies of Ponyville and the Arayan Kingdom, Spike and the four Princesses are all enjoying a snack as they took a moment to relax after a hard-fought battle.
Haruto was eating a powdered sugar donut "Hm, this is quite good." the magician thought as he chew the pastry, seeing that it is not too different from the ones he usually ate back home. The other partook as well, feeling that it was needed and of course Kosuke Nitoh, Kamen Rider Beast, pulled out a bottle of mayonnaise and slathered the donuts he ate with it, making those around him give a slight cringe from the weird food combo.
"I'm not sure if I would want that." Duncan uncomfortably commented.
But Pinkie seemed intrigued by it "Hey, can I try that?" the pink pony asked.
Which then followed by Big Ed "Can I have some too?" he asked along with his playful friend.
"Sure" said Nitoh as he poured some mayonnaise on two other donuts, "Here you go!" he said.
"Thanks!" Pinkie and Big Ed said in unison as they munched on the donut. They've known to have a strange appetite, iron stomachs and had made a few "out there" recipes, but this was something else. After scarfing down the condiment topped treat, The two smacked their lips. "Mmm, not bad! Can I have another one!" she said with a wide smile.
"Another!" Big Ed said with a huge smile.
Applejack, Duncan, Rainbow and Taro have revulsion on their faces at the idea of putting such a condiment on a sweet tasting confection like a donut, just thinking of the contrasting tastes made them shake their heads and Duncan tries to hold it in with Taro staring at him with a raised eyebrow 'Doesn't he ate weirder things during his time in that tv show?' he thought.
"Hey."
Haruto glanced to his left and saw Shining Armor approach the table where everyone was sitting. The magical Rider rolled his eyes, he was a little worried that the stallion was going to say something again about how despite the fact that they won the battle and saved the world that he didn't trust them or whatever. However Shining didn't do that, instead he bowed his head to Haruto and the rest of the Riders.
"I'm sorry." he said.
The Main Riders were slightly taken back at the action, believing the stallion was a bit too stubborn and prideful to apologize.
"You were right, I had a personal vendetta against Chrysalis for what she did to me, my wife and my little sister. On top of that, she got aid from monsters that kinda looked similar to you and have similar powers so I got more paranoid, but that's no excuse for my actions." said Shining Armor in guilt.
Twilight stood up and walked to her big brother's side "Shining Armor it's understandable, I mean yes you were kind of acting like a jerk towards them but we get it." she tried to reasoned with him.
"And besides, even though you were very careless to use a spell like that on Chrysalis. I know that you were just trying to protect Twilight from her. "Cadance said, knowing that Shining Armor felt remorseful of his mistakes despite of her previous outburst with him.
"But still, I've used a forbidden spell to try and take out Chrysalis, I didn't think of the consequences and only focusing on that bug…and denying help from those whom the Elements of Harmony themselves called upon to help save our world…" Shining Armor looked towards the two Alicorn sisters and said "Your majesties, I would like to formally abdicate all my duties and authority as a Royal Guard Captain and request to be imprisoned for the use of a forbidden spell." he declared.
"WHAT?!" Twilight and Cadance yelled at the same time.
"Shining Armor, I know I said that you were being careless to use a spell like that and how you treated the Riders. But is that kind of punishment really necessary?" Cadance stated in worry.
"Yeah, that's going a bit overboard don't you think?" Gentaro agreed with the Pink Alicorn.
"We really weren't that offended your majesties." said Kouta as he pleaded on behalf of Shining Armor.
"Yeah, we all had that one moment when we were caught up in something to the point of getting tunnel vision. Philip here does it almost every day." said Shotaro as he jab his thumb at Philip who raised an eyebrow at his partner, but nonetheless agreed with him.
"I understand the drive to defeating one's enemy with everything you've got, especially if it's one that has wronged you. It can be consuming." Kaito commented as he simply stare at a Banana Lockseed in his hand.
Ryusei a.k.a Kamen Rider Meteor stood up and bowed to the two Alicorn sisters. "I too know what it's like to be consumed with rage and vengeance; it can be overpowering. I don't know this…uh…pony that well, but I can tell that he is someone honorable if my buddy Gentaro has no hard feelings for him." the space Rider back up his fellow club member and the Royal Guard captain.
Celestia and Luna looked at each other, having a silent discussion between them. When it was over, the two sisters addressed the group "Shining Armor, we reject your resignation and you will not be imprisoned" Princess Celestia declared.
"B-But Princess Celestia I–!" Shining Armor insisted but was interrupted by Luna who raised her hoof.
"Made a mistake. You are a pony and everypony make mistakes. I've lived for thousands of years and even I am fallible, what matters is that you learn from your mistake, and do better in the future. Isn't that right, Sister?" Princess Luna said while looking back to her older sister.
Celestia smiled and winked at her little sister. "Yes, indeed it is." she agreed.
Shining Armor tried to say something contrary, but his objections died on his lips when he looked around and saw the faces of the Main Riders, despite his abrasiveness during this whole mess, they didn't hold anything against him. He really was worried that he had alienated these heroes to the point of them not caring anymore, but it seems that was an unwarranted fear. They understood why he felt that way and were willing to forgive him.
Shining Armor sighed and smiled at the gathered heroes and rulers. "I can't thank you enough and again, I'm sorry for the way I've acted." he apologies again.
Then Cadance just swung her hoof over her hubby's shoulder and gave him a slight hug "Shiny come on you're forgiven now. If not for yourself, then for me." she said as she gently rested her head on his neck.
"I agree with her captain." Eiji said, getting the stallion's attention "Sometimes you have to try to reach out to yourself in order to reach others as well." he said, knowing from experience that there are times that he's been too selfless for his own good and it git him injured in the process, which made his close friends very worried for him, especially Hina and her older brother.
"Besides, it takes a lot of guts to cast Star Swirls Glitter of Light spell like on that queen of a freak and and that's somepony I can appreciate." Eddy said with a wide smirk, which earned him an elbow to his rib cage "OW! What was that for?" he exclaimed to Eddward who simply shook his head in disapproval.
"Come now, Shining Armor." A flash of light went off above the unicorn stallion, revealing the Spirit of Chaos as he lounged in the air. "If they can forgive someone like me, then you really should accept it and move on." Discord said with a smirk which cause the Main Riders to stand up and prepare themselves except Philip.
"AAAGGHHH! FREAKY SNAKE LIZARD THING!" Gentaro shouted as he was about to put on his Fourze Driver.
Philip grabbed the pompadour hair man's wrist to stop him from transforming "Gentaro calm down! He's an ally, if it weren't for him then the plan to get Terui and the others here wouldn't have worked." he reassured the astronaut Rider. Making him and the Main Riders calmed down a bit as they lessen their tense.
The lord of chaos was a bit offended of Gentaro's comment, but decides to shrug it off "Oh come now, is that how you would call someone who helps to bring some of your friends here to this world?" Discord pointed out.
"Discord, I thought you were getting the portal ready?" Twilight asked as she walked toward him.
The Dragonequess wave his claw "Oh, that, it's been ready." he said as he simply checking out his eagle claw..
"What?! For how long?!" Rainbow asked.
Discord reached behind his back and pulled out a pocket watch from out of nowhere. "About two hours and…hmmm…thirty minutes." he read the pocket watch.
"Guess that means it's time for us to head back home." said Terui a.k.a Accel said
And with that, every being got up from the table and left the XVII ship to head to one of the rooms within Canterlot castle. Inside was a large magic circle was erected, very similar to the one that was used to summon the Secondary Riders. Discord snapped his lion paw and the circle came to life, creating a large portal for the Rider's to return to their world. The Main Riders and Secondary Riders each stood by the portal and looked back on the group of Equestrian denizens that had called them here to save their world.
"I am sorry you have to came to our world under such dire circumstances, but I am glad that you were willing to help us in our time of need." said Princess Celestia as she bowed her head down.
Gentaro beat his fist against his chest and held it out towards the ponies, Spike and Discord as he said "Never be sorry for making new friends. In good or bad times, friendships are the best thing to have!" said the enthusiastic
Haruto nodded "Gentaro's right, we're glad to bring hope to this world, maybe next time it won't be to stop an invasion." said the magical Rider.
"I hope you come back soon! I never even got the chance to know more about you all and throw a 'Welcome to Equestria' party!" Pinkie exclaimed with a sad smile as she began to tear up.
Then Big Ed began to tear up as well "Ed gonna miss ya all!" he said with Pinkie holding him in comfort.
Shintaro a.k.a Kamen Rider Birth raised his hand and gave them a thumbs up "Do not worry, because we might come back again someday and we'll be looking forward to it." he said.
Twilight stepped forward and reached out her hoof, Kouta then knelt before her and shook her hoof. "I'm glad the Elements of Harmony called upon you all and I wish all of you luck back at your home as well." she greeted.
"Indeed" Eddward agreed as he bowed down "The Elements of Harmony were wise to select you all." he back
"The same for you Twilight." Kouta replied.
Spike walked up to Eiji and said "I'm glad you finally found your catchphrase." he said with a wink and gave him two finger guns.
"Thanks to you little guy." Eiji replied.
Shotaro raised an eyebrow as he asked "What's this about a 'catchphrase'?" he said with a smirk.
The vagabond simply looked uncomfortable and darting his eyes around "Uh, nothing!" he replied with a sheepish smile.
Kaito walked up behind Kouta and tapped him on the shoulder which got his attention before he held his hand out "What?" Kouta asked in confusion.
"The Lockseed I just gave you. I need it back now." Kaito said with a cold tone in his voice.
"Really? Ugh fine." Kouta said as he reluctantly handed the bronze Lockseed back to his rival "That Lockseed was a lot of help though." he said which earned a cold stare from Kaito where Kouta eyes rolled in sarcasm.
Twilight though notice their exchange 'He wasn't kidding about this Kaito guy. They need to do something about their current relationship.' the Princess of Friendship thought.
"We can't thank you all enough for saving our world." Princess Luna said as she too bows to the Riders "Everypony in all of Equestria and beyond should know about your strength, courage and sacrifice for this world." she said with gratitude.
This however caused that Riders to slightly paused as they looked at each other, before Philip decides to break the ice "Princess Luna, with all due respect your highness. But I think it is best that we all should keep our existence a secret." said the effeminate half of Double.
"What?" said every Equestia inhabitant in the room.
"If there are new threats in you world heard of our existence, then some of them might either attempt to try to develop powers similar to ours to take over this land or they could find their way into our world and got help from our enemies to take over your land like with what Chrysalis just did." Philip explain his reason "We can't risk of repeating history." He told his claims.
"But we can't just take all the credit of stopping Chrysalis." Princess Cadance stated.
"Aye, for you heroic noble masked creatures of justice called Kamen Riders deserves much of the gratitude as all of us, since it is the Princesses and the magical elements of harmonious peace that had summoned all of you forth here." Rolf agrees with the Crystal Princess.
"Dudes, as much as I like to take a lot of credits. It doesn't sit right with me to just take the title of the savior of the entire world." Duncan added along as well.
"And that's coming from a stallion who got sent to dungeon in several occasions." Eddy whispered quietly.
The Riders understand where the ponies come from, they don't want to simply take all the credit and fame of stopping a threat as big as Chrysalis and Foundation X. But from an experience stand point, they knew that this is for the better. Kouta nodded "I guess we understand, but I also think Philip is right. Besides, we don't need the fame and attention." he said as all the Riders except Kaito nodded.
"True, we do not need those sort of thing. As long as the citizens we saved are protected and have a happy life, that is all we need in returned." said the detective as he readjust his fedora.
The Equestrian inhabitants were astounded by the Riders selfless nature, they were truly noble to the core as they do not desire to bask in the glory and fame. Rather it is the peace and joyfulness of the innocents and lives are that all they need in returned from their heroic acts.
"That's something Rainbow could have learned much sooner if ya ask me." Applejack taunted.
"Hey!" said the annoyed tomboyish pegasus.
"I hope that is not too much to ask from you guys." Haruto said with concern "Because we're trying to do what is best for all of us." he said.
Then all the other ponies and Spike in the room huddled up and whispered to one another, trying to make a final decision before they turned their attention back to the Riders.
Eddward cleared his throat "It is decided, we will keep your existence a secret from our entire world. But if any of you returned to our world, then we all will welcome you with open hooves." the prince said with nobility.
Eddy just shrugged "Yeah, we're pretty good with keeping secrets. So why not." he agrees with the beanie wearing prince.
The Riders all nodded (except Kaito who just impatiently waiting) "Of course, if you all need us again, then we Kamen Riders will always reach out and help those in need." Eiji said with pride.
"Still we're gonna missed you all." Fluttershy said.
"Yes darlings, we still can't thank you all enough." Rarity added.
"Yeah, all of you are considered bros here with us." Eddy's brother said as the Arayan colts all nodded along with Shining Armor.
And with that, the Riders walked towards the portal as their new Equestrian friends said their goodbyes.
"Goodbye y'all!"
"Safe travel Darlings!"
"Shall these noble soldiers of justice stay true to their code."
"Keep being awesome you guys!
"We'll hold down the fort here!"
"Be as cool as possible."
"Goodbye and be safe!"
"Farwell, Riders!"
The ten Riders waved their hands and smiled (except Kaito a.k.a Baron) as they stepped through the portal, returning to their world to do what they do best, be heroes. The Equestrian denizens watched as the portals shrunk until they fizzled out into nothing. Spike sidled next to Twilight and nudged to his close friend.
"Yes, Spike?" Twilight asked.
"Is there any way you could um...I don't know...make me one of those cool Driver belts?" Spike asked with a big cheeky smile.
Twilight rolled her eyes and chuckled "Spike, Eddy gave you an enchanted collar that could turn you into any animal you see and know. Why would you ever need a Driver?" she said, feeling that her question was rhetorical for some reason.
"Sure turning into different animals is cool. But it's nothing like turning into an armored superhero!" Spike said with a geek out face.
"Heh, can't argue with that." Eddy shrugged as his brother nodded as well after they saw what the Riders are capable of.
"Still, I doubt you would really need it. Besides, we all made a promise to keep their existence a secret from anypony outside of all of us here." The purple princess stated.
"Well, what about me Twi?!" Rainbow Dash asked as she hovered over Twilight "Don't you think I would look awesome with an outfit like the Riders? And I don't have to call myself a Kamen Rider, I'll give myself my own name title." she insisted.
Twilight placed her hoof against her forehead and shook her head. "No Rainbow Dash, no transforming belt for you either." she denied her friends' request.
Shining Armor stepped next to his little sister. "Twily, I was just thinking–"
"NO PONY IS GETTING A DRIVER!" Twilight shouted.
"Just hear us out Twilight!" Rainbow, Shining, and Spike said at the same time.
"NO!" Twilight proclaimed as she began running away from the trio.
"Well this is definitely not a dull moment." Eddward commented as he and everypony laughed, watching Twilight try to run away from the trio that were pitching ideas on what their Driver's would look like, as well as their armor and hero names, even Celestia, Luna and Cadance got in on the laughter. But Twilight was right about one thing, there is no need for Drivers, so long as they had the Magic of Friendship and Fellowship, they could stand up to any threat. But if there is a threat too great that arises, they knew that those great, brave masked heroes would come and defend the innocent against all evil, those brave warriors known as Kamen Riders.
Author's note: Well this seemed like a nice closing chapter to complete this story and yes Chrysalis has amnesia, so she will not remember anything about going into another dimension, meeting Foundation X and fighting Twilight, her friends, the Colt-de-sac gang and the Kamen Riders as a freakish Super Changeling Kaijin. That way she can return in later seasons in the main show without knowing all of that to rub it in on Twilight and her friends faces and Starlight and anyone outside of the Four Alicorn Royalty, their friends, the Colt-de-sac gang and Discord wouldn't have known the existence of the Kamen Riders until the sequels said otherwise.
But don't forget there will be one last chapter left that will act as an Epilogue to finally end this story. But that doesn't mean the Of Eds and Riders is over now, oh no I'm planning on writing a few sequels and future spin-offs to further expand the universe that Damnlastwords have created and the additions I added to it. Hopefully my life will be stable enough for me to get to work on the sequels and spin-offs in the future and unlike this story, the sequels and spin-offs will be purely my own ideas, so that I don't have to rely on KnightBrony and his friends ideas for them. So be on a look out for them.
