Hello everyone, I'mNoOneSpecial is already back!

Surprised to read from me again so soon? Well… there's a… reason for it; the coronavirus. Not sure how it is with you guys since I don't know where you all are from but… right now here in my country it's a big issue… or rather, people make a big fuss about it. Seriously… classes got suspended for a week… our capital city is pretty much under lockdown… next week working days might be cancelled again for safety reasons… that's how it is here right now.

Due to this, well, since my work got cancelled this week… I got nothing to do, so plenty of time to laze around and write. Matter of fact: I finished half of the manuscript yesterday and finished encoding everything today!

Okay, now unto this chapter…

This is my story… so… I am free to write whatever I want in it… but… I think I maaay have gone a little too far in this chapter… you see… I think I broke the fifth wall… and the fourth one along the way as well…

See for yourself what I mean:

"What are you smiling about now, you wicked woman?!" snapped the young king of Hyrule irritably and suspiciously when he could no longer stand the fair Zelda's eerie smile.

The fair Zelda though, or rather her good mood, remained unaffected by the young king's rude attitude.

"Oh nothing in particular, your highness…" answered the sly, fair Zelda in sweet mock-innocence, "Although… it might be because I am soon to be reunited with my dear, old father and all my dear, old friends…"

"Well then hurry up and finish your food!" snapped the young king of Hyrule in high, ill temper, "The sooner you are done, the sooner you can prepare for your departure!"

"May I take a token with me?"

The young king of Hyrule frowned.

"A what?!"

"A token," repeated the sly, fair Zelda innocently, "A little trinket so that I will not forget you… to remind me of the lovely time we had together…"

"Bulbowash!"spat out the young king of Hyrule irritably, "The only lovely time I'll have will be the moment I throw you out of the castle! And have you lost your mind, you mad woman?! Do you honestly believe that everything you have done you deserve be given a farewell gift?!"

"…indeed, I may not…" admitted the sly, fair Zelda shyly, "But us women are very vain creatures… I may not have wanted to be your fiancée… but I still feel most flattered that Link Swiftblade the Victorious, kinghero of Hyrule, once desired to have me as his…"

"False flattery will get you nowhere this late!" snapped the young king of Hyrule in response, "And nothing as well! Especially not a piece of jewelry!"

"Oh, you need not worry then, your highness…" immediately responded the sly, fair Zelda, "You need not fear… For it is not some piece of jewelry I desire to take with me… it was not made from even the tiniest chip of gem, nor the littlest flake of gold."

The young king shrugged with his shoulders.

"It matters not to me if it is a piece of jewelry you desire or a fine piece of clothing… I will give you neither!"

At once the fair Zelda grew excited!

"Does that mean then, if what I desire to take with me is neither a piece of jewelry nor a fine piece of clothing I am allowed to take it with me?"

The young king of Hyrule opened his mouth to retort.

'Wait… it is neither a piece of jewelry nor a fine piece of clothing…? What else could a woman possibly want?! No matter!'

"No, you may not!" said the young king of Hyrule in a tone of finality.

"Oh, but please…" begged the pleading, fair Zelda and rushed to kneel at the young king's side, "Please allow me to have it…It has no value in rupees but it is most precious to me! It is so dear to me… I could not bear to part from it…"

"Well then…" began the young king of Hyrule, "You will just have to learn to live without it!"

"Oh please… please your highness… Please let me have it…" begged again the pleading, fair Zelda, "I cannot live without it… not anymore… and it is the only one of its kind… I won't find it or anything like it anywhere else…! Not here in Hyrule… not in the whole, wide world!"

The young king's eyebrow rose in question.

"The only one of its kind…? The only one in this world?!" he asked dubiously, "And yet it has no value?!"

"It does have value…" answered the fair Zelda truthfully, "But its value cannot be measured in rupees… and not just everybody sees value in it… and none as much as I do."

"What is it?" asked the young king of Hyrule, his curiosity now stirred.

"I am afraid I cannot tell…" responded the fair Zelda timidly.

"Why ever not?" asked the young king of Hyrule, his annoyance now added to.

"…I fear you will not let me keep it once you know what it is…"

"Indeed I will not!" said the young king of Hyrule at once, "More so now that you won't tell me! For there is no way in the Cursed Realm that I will agree to gift you something without knowing first what it is or is going to be… I have read of two men who agreed to do so… one was a king saved by a cursed knight… and later then this cursed knight was saved himself by a monsterslayer… and made him the same promise… and if my memory serves me right… both the king and the knight came to regret their promises once they came to know what they had lost!"

Now it was the fair Zelda who eyed the young king of Hyrule curiously.

"Did these happen here in Hyrule?"

The young king of Hyrule shook his head.

"Nay… the way I remember it… both events, nor any similar, never took place here in Hyrule… they took place in another world… or rather book, for both were merely parts of a story… nothing more than child of a writer's imagination…"

"How was the book entitled?" asked the curious, fair Zelda, genuinely to know, "I think I very much would like to read this book…"

The young king of Hyrule took a good long moment to try to remember.

"…nay… for some reason, I simply cannot remember the title of the book… and neither can I seem to remember the name of the law…"

A frown marred the fair Zelda's pretty face.

"What law do you speak of, your highness?"

"The custom I mentioned…" explained the young king of Hyrule, "The agreement between the one indebted and the one indebted to… that neither of them but destiny herself decide what reward the indebted one shall give the indebted to to repay him…"

With that the young king of Hyrule looked up in frustration.

"I do remember that it was called a law… But I cannot recall of what this law was law of! …was it the Law of the Unknown…? …no… no, it was not… The Law of the Unexpected…? No. …The Law of Suspense perhaps…? …no… that was not it either… but something like it…? I think…? No matter!" said the young king of Hyrule at last, "Whatever this law may be called… I will not fall victim to it! I will not agree to gift you something not knowing what it is!"

"Oh, please… please, your highness!" begged once again the pleading, fair Zelda, "Please allow me to keep it…"

"I will not!" snapped the young king of Hyrule thoroughedly annoyed.

"You will not miss it, your highness… no one will! I promise you… You will lose nothing by letting me keep this thing most precious to me… you will not even notice it gone! It is of no importance at all! …other than mine… it will not trouble you at all to let me keep it!"

This the fair Zelda said…

…with not a speck of truth in it!

'Nayru forgive me…' fervently prayed the worriful, fair Zelda, 'And please do not let the king execute me once he knows the truth!'

The young king of Hyrule, unaware of the untruthful, fair Zelda's thoughts and prayers, groaned most displeasedly… for he was at the end of his patience. T'was plain to see in his eyes.

For a moment it seemed as though the young king of Hyrule would refuse the fair Zelda once more…

But then he said,

"You say it is of no importance? You say I will not even know it gone?"

The hopeful, fair Zelda timidly nodded her head.

"Very well then…" sighed the young king of Hyrule tiredly, "…if that is the case… and if with this I will finally be rid of you, pestilence…"

"Oh thank you, your highness!" cried the fair Zelda happily and flung her arms around the young king of Hyrule.

"Thank you so much!" she cried again, as she showered one kiss after the other upon the young king's cheek.

"Get off me, shameless wench!"cried the young king of Hyrule and tore the fair Zelda off himself; a deep blush though now dusted his cheeks, "Do not celebrate yet! Tomorrow, the moment you have left your quarters I shall have my castlemaids search it from top to bottom! And if they find anything of importance or value missing, it is not to your old father you will go but to the Master Dungeonkeeper!"

The fair Zelda bowed acquiescently.

"I understand, your highness…"

"Good… Now get out of my sight already and pack your things!" snapped the young king of Hyrule impatiently.

The fair Zelda bowed once more obligingly.

"As you wish, your highness…"

And hurried off! With a sweet, sly smile upon her sweet lips.

…the young king of Hyrule liked it not!

Not the littlest bit!

"…well… mayhap a little bit…" admitted the young king of Hyrule to himself grudgingly, and decided to have more wine.

The fair Zelda however did not hurry back to her quarters…

Instead she hurried to seek out and speak to the-

"Lady Impa!"

Well…? What do you guys and gals think?

What could it be that be, our sly, fair Zelda wants to take with her?

What could it be, that is so precious to her that she cannot bear to part from it?

What could it be, that she wishes to take with her, yet cannot tell the young king what it is?

What could The Queen's Most Precious Treasure possibly be?

And on a side note:

Why did our sly, fair Zelda seek out the stern Lady Impa?

What could our sly, fair Zelda be up to this time?
