QUIRK: Teleporting Throw

TYPE: Emitter

DESCRIPTION: The user is able to teleport themselves by throwing objects. Using any object as an aim, once thrown, wherever that object touches the user is able to instantly teleport to.

DRAWBACKS: Range is limited by throwing range.
