However, Cobra, Imitatia, and Midnight are more powerful than even their fallen comrades, but they're up against some of Fairy Tail's strongest mages, Erza, Wendy, Natsu, Elfman, and Gajeel! Meanwhile, Jenny Realight the beautiful maiden of Blue Pegasus faces off against the Jackpot Mark II operated by Klodoa…today!

Chapter26 – The Impending Terror
At Fairy Tail, Levy, Freed and the Archaeologists were still doing research on the Infinity Clock while Master Makarov protected the guild from the Real Nightmare; they had already discovered how to stop the dark spell and were hoping to find any more of Zentopia's secrets to rely to their comrades from among the piles of books they were going through. Eventually, Jean Luc came across something that made him express great worry. "E-gad! I've actually discovered something terribly important!" he announced.
"Does it have to do with the Infinity Castle?" Makarov inquired.
"Yes! It turns out that those tomes my associates stumbled upon actually possess a grave warning!" Jean Luc stated. "The Demon King Doryu who was sealed into clock before the pieces were scattered will be freed!"
"The Demon King Doryu?" Macao asked.
"A powerful entity that actually tried to destroy Zentopia on their founding festival a long time ago; he was actually defeated by the first Legion Platoon of that time!" Jean Luc explained. "They seal him within the clock along with his powerful spell, the Real Nightmare!"
So he's the one who's responsible for that spell being used to cause Chaos?" Levy asked.
"Correct! And with his defeat the spell was nullified; the Legion split the clock into its pieces and scattered them until the time came to find them and keep them safe from the outside world!" Jean Luc said.
"But what does that mean now that the clock has been reassembled and the Real Nightmare spell is being cast?" Freed asked.
"It means that Doryu is going to return!" Jean Luc replied. "The spell is the first sign of his return; once he does, it will be in an astral form!"
"You mean like a ghost?" Wakaba asked. "Don't see how he can be a threat like that."
"Doryu swore that upon his return that he actually will possess a powerful vessel, becoming even more powerful than when he faced the first Legion Platoon!" Jean Luc explained. "When he does that, the vessel will be lost to the darkness and Doryu will ensure that the inevitable chaos will come to pass!"
"But the others are defeating the Neo Oracion Seis!" Levy stated. "Won't that stop his return?"
"Yes. However, if all are not defeated before the Celestial mage is absorbed by the clock, Doryu will emerge, free from his prison!" Jean Luc said. "Since a Celestial mage actually aided the Legion in his defeat, Doryu plans to use the soul of one to release him from the clock! The longer Miss Lucy is held captive, the closer Doryu gets to his liberation!"
"This is bad!" Makarov said. "Who knows how powerful this Demon King will be once it returns!"
"What about who he'll take over if he's freed?!" Macao asked. "We have so many powerful wizards fighting over there; not to mention the Indian Knight Trio or the Saiyans! If any of them are possessed, all of Earthland is doomed!"
"We must warn our friends of this upcoming threat immediately!" Freed said.
"I really hope they can save Lucy and stop the clock, for all our sakes." Levy said.
Inside Lucy's psyche, the Celestial mage was floating aimlessly through blue space as her consciousness sunk deeper and deeper into the void. "What is this? What's happening to me? Where am I?" she thought. Suddenly, a black spot with piercing red eyes appeared and gazed at Lucy; the Fairy Tail mage blinked in confusion as the eyes continued to stare. "What…what is that? Is there someone else here?" she asked.
"So, you finally noticed me, the clock must be real close to absorbing your entire mind," the creature said. "Which means it's only a matter of time before I am freed from this prison."
"What? What are you talking about?" Lucy questioned. "Who are you?"
"I am Doryu, the Demon King!" the creature introduced itself. "For centuries, I have been imprisoned in this void of endless time, constantly waiting for someone to activate the clock and release me; now, that time has finally come."
"What? What do you mean?" Lucy asked.
"In a few moments, my soul will be set free and I will claim a new vessel, then I will finish what I started years ago; I will unleash Real Nightmare on all of Earthland!" Doryu said. "Starting with the Legion Platoon, Fairy Tail, and the Neo Oracion Seis!"
"No…you can't! Coco, Natsu, Michelle! All of my friends! I have to warn everyone! They have to hurry and stop the clock!" Lucy said, she tried to call out to her friends but found that she couldn't. "What's wrong? Why can't they hear me? Why can't I scream to them?!"
"Don't bother," Doryu said as his face grew a malevolent smile. "It's too late to warn them. All they can do now is delay the inevitable, but once your soul is completely consumed by the Infinity Clock, I will emerge!" Lucy's face expressed shock and horror as the Demon King's spirit began to corrupt the abyss around her. "After 400 years of staying in this wretched prison within the clock of the Potamelians, I will be finally free; and you will take my place, child of the stars..." Doryu began laughing maniacally while Lucy grew more terrified.
Back in the real world, "Hey Lucy, listen up! I know that you can hear me right now!" Natsu shouted to the celestial mage still being bound by the clock. "Just hang on! I promise, I will save you!"
"Don't make promises you can't keep Salamander," Imitatia advised.
"We'll see about that!" Natsu said as he ignited himself.
"Hey Natsu, you see that form she's taking?" Elfman asked. "What do you think that is?"
"Who cares?! I don't care what she looks like, she's going down!" Natsu declared. "Besides, if she's going full plant now, that'll make her easier to burn to a crisp!"
"Alright then, let's do this!" Elfman shouted. Both Fairies' bodies started emitting the gold outline again which caught the Mistress of Deception's attention.
"The Ki is reacting to their magic again," she thought. "It doesn't matter, they have no idea the power I'm about to unleash on them." She then raised her sword and slammed it on the ground, making a wave of magic energy and sending it at her foes; Natsu and Elfman easily evaded the strike but were still surprised by it.
"Okay, that's new." Elfman said. "But you're gonna have to do better than that! Beast Soul: Iron Bull!" the Take-Over mage changed into a large armored beast of metal and charged at the Oracion.
"Fire Dragon Sword Horn!" Natsu exclaimed as he flew towards Imitatia head first while on fire. Imitatia just holds upper her weapons for defense, using her shield to block Natsu's attack and her sword to block Elfman's. "How'd she?" Natsu asked before he and his guildmate were kicked away by the Oracion. Imitatia then swipes her hand, creating a series of spiky vines and sends them at her enemies; Natsu and Elfman take the attacks, receiving a few bruises but were still on their feet. "Heh, what's the matter? That all you got?" Natsu asked.
"Not even close," Michelle replied as her eye patch started glowing. She pulls two petals from it and throws it at the men; the petals land on Natsu and Elfman's chest before glowing themselves as well. "Nature Demon Rose Bomb!" she muttered.
"What'd you say?" Elfman inquired just when the rose petal on his and Natsu's chest exploded.
"Guys no!" Coco cried.
When the smoke cleared, both Fairies were on the ground in pain from the explosions. "Is this the same Fairy Tail that defeated the Oracion Seis 7 seven years ago?" Imitatia asked. "Pathetic, I don't know how you stopped them back then but it's obvious to me that it was nothing more than a miracle; you and your guild are just a bunch of Fairy wannabes!"
"Shut yer mouth!" Natsu growled as he struggled to get up.
"Your time is up, say goodbye to Lucy cause you'll never see her again!" the Oracion said as she stomped on the ground, the two Fairies were suddenly consumed ground beneath, burying them several feet below, alive. "Nature Demon Soil Coffin! Now rest in peace."
"No, it can't be," Coco said sadly.
"They're still alive, but they'll eventually suffocate to their deaths." Imitatia explained before looking at Lucy. "Big sister, I'm sorry you had to watch your friends die; just know, I tried to make it as painless as I could." Lucy though unable to speak, shed a single tear in response. Imitatia's eyes suddenly widened when she felt a surge of energy. "What am I sensing, what is this power?" she thought. She looked back to where she buried her enemies and saw that Natsu's coffin was emitting light while letting out steam. "Impossible, he shouldn't be able to do anything from down there! What is this?!" Cracks started to appear in both tombs just before they burst open, unleashing phenomenal magic power. The two Fairies were soon out of the ground and standing on the surface, each looking different than before. Natsu had red scales on his face, and his arms; Elfman stood as a large muscular werebear with prominent sharp claws and fangs.
Natsu glared at Imitatia, baring his fangs before rushing at her. The Oracion instinctively swung her sword to counter by the Dragon Slayer blocked it with his right arm; Imitatia watched in awe at her rose blade's steel started to liquefy against Natsu's skin. "What's going on? My sword's melting! And this heat!" she thought. "What are these gold flames?!"
"Even though you've been hanging around most of us, you never did get the spirit of Fairy Tail did you?" Natsu asked getting her attention. "Well pay attention, cause you're about to get it the hard way!" He then sucker punched her right in the gut, sending her flying backwards.
When she stopped, she grasped her stomach in pain. "That hurt," she thought before looking down to see a black spot on her abdomen that was still smoking. "That burns, what is this power?" Elfman suddenly appeared behind her and shoulder charged her in the back; she staggered, allowing the Beast mage to grab her face with his claw and smash her into the ground, making a deep web-like crater. Imitatia immediately kicked Elfman away and got back to her feet; Elfman tried to slash her with his claws but she jumped into the air to avoid him. "You can't touch me from up here!" she said.
"But I can! Fire Dragon Brilliant Flame!" Natsu shouted as he appeared above her and threw a large fireball at her. The brilliant flame hit her back and she came down like a meteor. Natsu landed on the ground right beside his guildmate. "Whoa Elfman, what's with the new look?" Natsu asked when he noticed the change. "You look seriously awesome!"
"Same to you bro, you look very manly!" Elfman returned the compliment.
"Thanks. It's the Dragon Force 1! Ki must've awakened it, I feel even stronger than when I fought Master Zero." Natsu stated.
"Guess Trunks and Jillian really came through for us, this new power is amazing!" Elfman said.
Imitatia staggered to her feet and glared at her foes. "Why won't you give up? You're attacks can't bring me down at all!" she said.
"Looks like Michelle wants another lesson! So what do you say we give it to her?!" Natsu asked his friend.
"Yeah!" the Beast mage said.
Natsu then dashed at the deceiver with his arms on fire. "Fire Dragon Wing Attack!" he yelled as he threw streams of fire at her, trapping her in a flame vortex; she recoiled from the intense heat they were releasing.
"Feels I'm taking a bath in the sun!" she stated.
"Beast Soul!" Elfman shouted as he jumped through the flames, in the form of a golem like beast. "Stone Bull!" He started punching the Oracion rapidly before finishing off by socking her in the chin, sending her upward. Natsu then jumped up to meet her and took a deep breath.
"Fire Dragon Roar!" The Salamander released his breathe attack point blank on the Oracion, blasting her back to the ground in a fiery torrent.
Coco watched in awe at the new display of power from the Fairies. "Wow, these guys are amazing!" she thought.
The guild mages waited patiently for Michelle to stand again and she did. Her armor was tattered, part of her shield was broken off and blood spilled from her mouth, shoulder and gut. She wiped the blood from her mouth before looking at it. "Even though I was given a human body, I never thought I was capable of shedding blood like one. Your attacks must be causing me more pain than I thought. You're both clearly stronger than I expected." She stated. "But if bleeding means I can keep my big sister, then I'll shed as much blood as possible, while also spilling yours!" Imitatia brought out a small seed and dropped it at her feet; she then used her broken shield to cut her right palm, shedding a few drops of blood onto it. An Oak tree grows out from the seed and covers up Imitatia; after a few seconds, the tree vanishes and reveals the Oracion donned in new full plate armor with druid-like horns made of oakenwood and her shield repaired. "Nature Demon Oakenshield Armor!" she exclaimed. The Fairies braced themselves for Imitatia's assault but were still surprised when she rushed at Natsu and struck him with her shield.
"Why you!" Elfman said as he tried to punch the dark mage but she blocked it with her shield.
"Nature Demon Wood Fist!" she announced as she reared her right fist back as it shifted into one made of wood and struck the Take-Over mage in the gut, making him recoil while grasping his stomach.
"What the, since when is wood harder than stone?" Elfman questioned.
Natsu charged at Imitatia with his fists on fire. "Didn't anyone ever tell you, wood burns!" he said as he threw multiple punches at her; Michelle blocked and deflected every blow til one of Natsu's strikes shattered her wood fist. Imitatia backed away before another larger wood fist grew to replace the last one. Natsu could only look surprise just before he was struck in the face by the new arm.
"Guess no one told you, whatever burns in nature grows back even stronger!" Michelle said as the wood around her arm cracked and fell to pieces, revealing just her arm. "Now you'll see the power of a Nature Demon!" She raised her hand creating a swarm of leaves over it. "Nature Demon Leaf Barrage!" Imitatia directed her hand at the Fairies and the cluster of leaves followed on command; Natsu and Elfman were bombarded by multiple leaves that sting like bullets. The mages were brought to their knees as Imitatia stood before them. "This ends now!" she declared before taking a huge breath.
"No way, she can't be…" Natsu said.
"I think she is!" Elfman replied.
"Nature Demon Rage!" Michelle roared as she let out a cyclone of leaves from her mouth towards her targets; the two Fairies braced themselves for the worst but it never came. "Demon Blast!" A large ball of dark energy collided with the breath attack deflecting and stopping it from hitting the male Fairies. "Who would dare?" Imitatia inquired, she got her answer when Mirajane in her Satan Soul form descended before her guildmates. "Another pitiful Fairy,"
"Mira!" Natsu said.
"Big sis, you're okay!" Elfman said.
"Of course I am little brother, what about you guys?" Mira asked and they nodded. "That's good. By the way, love the new looks; guess we really owe it to you huh Trunks!" she then looked up getting the others to look up too; they spotted the Chief of the 3rd Custody Enforcement Unit floating above them along with the Son of Vegeta in his Super Saiyan state.
"Hey guys, hope we're not interrupting." Trunks said.
"Trunks, Tyson!" Natsu shouted. "You're here!"
"Glad you could make it! We could use the assistance of a couple of real men!" Elfman said.
"I remember Mirajane, but I don't recognize the other two. That one with the gold spiky hair reminds me of Gohan." Coco thought. "Are they on our side?"
"Mirajane being here is bad enough, but now Chief Tyson as well is a problem!" Imitatia thought before looking at Trunks. "And who is this other guy? I've never seen him before! His spiky hair and teal eyes look just like Gohan's Super form; is he a Saiyan?! If so, then this is real bad for me! There's no way I can take all five of them alone even with my new powers!"
"So, I reckon little missy there is the enemy," Tyson said about Michelle. "Funny, wasn't she that maiden always hanging with Blondie over there?" he asked while gesturing to Lucy.
"Yeah! That's Michelle; she's calling herself Imitatia now!" Natsu said.
"Listen guys, we know how to stop the clock! If we defeat all of the six demons, then their seals will be broken!" Elfman explained. "If you're here sis, then you've beaten that Racer; and we know that two others were already taken down! That just leaves the remaining three including Michelle!"
"Where are Gohan and Rancor?" Trunks asked.
"They're battling outside so that they don't destroy the castle!" Coco answered.
"Then we'd better join em!" Tyson said before addressing Imitatia. "Looks like ya got a lucky break sweetheart, haircut and I have some unfinished business with yer metal man!"
"Mira, you sure you can handle her? You did just finish fighting Racer," Trunks inquired.
"I'll be fine Trunks; plus I have my brother and Natsu to help me if I need it." Mira assured. "You go help Gohan, and all three of you better come back alive or you'll hear it from me, got it!"
"Got it!" Trunks replied. The Demi Saiyan and the Cyborg power up before flying straight through the wall to assist Gohan.
"I'm still outnumbered, but if I can just hold off those three long enough, my deepest wish will come true!" Michelle thought before speaking. "You shouldn't have let those two go, you just lost your best chances of defeating me!"
"Who says I need their help to crush you?!" Mira asked while releasing her power.
"Lucy always seemed to admire you Mirajane, the She-Devil, but I never understood why!" Imitatia stated. "How can Big sister ever look up to someone who would allow their own sister to be killed by their brother?!"
"How dare you, you just made a mistake Michelle!" Mira said while giving the Oracion a dark scowl from her 'Demon Persona' before charging at her, intending to hit her with an axe kick but it was blocked by the petal shield.
"Let me guess, you're upset because I brought up what happened to your sister?" Imitatia said.
"No," Mira replied while holding her hand to Michelle's face. "It's because you have the gall to still call yourself Lucy's sister! Evil Explosion!" She fired a dark colored sphere that exploded and sent Imitatia skidding across the floor; she stood up and glared at the She-Devil before summoning her rose blade. The Mistress of Deception charged at Mira and swung her sword at her but Mira evaded by going airborne. "Satan Soul: Absalom!" she exclaimed as she began to transform. Her new form was a tall slightly muscular but still hot woman with dark-tipped feathery wings, wearing two gauntlets, a strapless armored dress with a horned helmet while carrying a large demon blade. She the charged at Imitatia who charged at her and the two female mages engaged in a sword fight; they sped across the room, making loud sounds as the steel of their blades clashed.
Coco looked around constantly as she tried to follow their movements. "Wow! They're moving so fast, I can't keep up!" she said before she noticed Natsu and Elfman watching the fight carefully. "Those two aren't having any problems following them; this Ki boost must really be something!"
As observed, the Salamander and the Beast mage's eyes moved in every direction they saw Mira and Imitatia move in. "Did you know Mira had this form?" Natsu asked in awe.
"No way!" Elfman replied. "Hey sis! When'd you get this Take-over?"
"I've had this soul for years, how else did you think I was able to rival Erza whenever she used any of her special armors?" Mira asked. As the battle continued, Mirajane started to gain the upperhand as her number of slashes increased, putting Imitatia on the defensive. The Oracion blocked her attacks and attempted to strike the She-Devil with her rotating shield but Mira blocked it with her gauntlet before kicking her right in the gut. Michelle recoiled and summoned numerous vines to constrict the white haired mage; Mira used her sword to sever the vines one by one but some eventually managed to restrain her arms and legs, and then her waist. She cried out in anguish as the Nature Demon's cilice started sending jolts of pain through her body.
"Mira!" Elfman cried as he stood up. "Come one Natsu, let's get in there!"
"Right!" Natsu said as he got up and the two rushed to aid their guildmate. Before Michelle could react, Natsu used his flames to burn away the vines binding Mira. "Beast Soul: Black Bull!" Elfman roared as he changed his form again. "Raging Lunge!" He headbutt Imitatia with such force that she smash a her shaped hole in the ground; Elfman advanced on her but she caught him with her cilice before double kicking him to the ceiling and getting back on her feet. This however, left her open to Natsu's attack from behind.
"Fire Dragon Talon!" the Dragon Slayer kicked the Oracion in the back with his blazing foot, making her hit the dir face flat. Natsu then jumped away from her and stood beside the recovered Mira just as Elfman fell to the ground with a loud thud.
"Thanks for the help guys," Mira said.
"No problem sis!" Elfman said.
"Looks like it's take all of us to beat down Michelle!" Natsu said. The three Fairies suddenly heard laughter and looked to see Imitatia getting back up. "What the hell's so funny?"
Despite her heavily bruised and burnt body, the Mistress of Deception kept a calm look on her face. "Congratulations, you Fairy wannabes have done more than inflict me with pain, you've given me excitement!" she said. "Yes, for the first time since I became Imitatia, I've felt the thrill of battle…the feeling of having fun while fighting strong opponents. It's such a strange feeling; it almost makes me…human,"
"Well I'm glad we could help fine your thrill but unlike you, we're fighting for something different, our friend!" Mira stated. "So if you're done enjoying the moment, let's finish this!"
"You misunderstand. For an instant, you almost made me forget what I was fighting for; I was obligated to care about nothing else except the battle, it almost consumed me." Michelle explained as she pulled out a small bag. "But now it's clear that I cannot hold back any longer, not if I want to keep my sister beside me for eternity! So now, I'll show you the true power of the Nature Demon Slayer!" She swung the pouch, spilling five tiny seeds onto the ground; the seeds then starting rapidly growing into one large rose flower. She then made a suction sound and the rose was reduced to tiny particles before going into the Demon Slayer's mouth; she gulped and let out a breath before smirking at her foes. "What is it that you say Natsu? Oh right, now I've got a fire in my belly."
"Why is everyone always trying to steal my line?!" Natsu asked angrily.
Imitatia then released an enormous mass of power that stung her opponents. "What's happening? Where'd she get all this power from?" Elfman asked.
"It must be because she ate that rose, sit somehow replenished her power!" Mira said. "It's just like how Dragon Slayers can consume their element to refuel themselves!"
"But Michelle's not a Dragon Slayer, is she?!" Natsu asked.
"If that were the cause, then I'd suffer the same kind of motion sickness you experience Salamander," Imitatia chuckled. "Dragon Slayers are all anyone talks about these days that never consider the others types of Slayer magic. You've heard of Dragon and even God Slayers but let me introduce you to a new breed; I'm different kind of Slayer, a Demon Slayer!"
"Demon Slayer?" the Fairies inquired.
"Yes, as the name implies this is a lost magic that meant to deal with Demons just as Dragon Slaying magic is for Dragons," Imitatia explained. She then held up her right hand and said "Nature Demon Savage Claw!" A sharp claw made of ironwood emerged over her hand; she then dashed at the Fairies slashing Mira's belly, Natsu and Elfman's chest, creating a cut that blood dripped from. Michelle smirked as Mira grasped her stomach and fell to one knee. "See? My magic isn't named Demon Slaying for nothing; one precise attack can put a Demon in a world of hurt, wouldn't you say so She-Devil?"
"Why you…" Elfman growled before he noticed Natsu coughing up blood and struggling to stay on his feet. "Natsu, you okay man?"
"Yeah, I'm fine." Salamander replied. "She just got a couple cheapshots on us, that's all."
Michelle raised an eyebrow in wonder. "Interesting, I wasn't expecting my attack to have a great affect on him; his new power must be wavering." She thought. "Let's see how this will hurt them," She raised her rose blade while channeling energy into it. "Nature Demon Slash!" she swung her blade forward, sending a wave of violent energy towards the Fairies and Coco; it consumed them in an explosion and when the smoke cleared Natsu and Mira were on the ground while Elfman, in his Iron Bull form, stood defensively in front of Coco.
"You alright Coco?" he asked her.
"Yeah. I think that's 10 points, thanks Elfman." She said before he fell to one knee. "Hey, are you okay?!"
"I'm fine. Just stay back." Elfman replied.
Michelle then dragged her sword across the ground as she walked towards the Son of Igneel. "I told you Natsu, I will not let you take my sister away from me!" she declared as she raised her weapon over him. "Now, I'll make sure you never see her again!" she lowered her blade, only for Natsu to grab it with his hand, surprising her. "What?"
"What? Did you really think that after a few lucky shots we would just roll over and die?" Natsu asked as he stood back up. "Guess you were just deceiving yourself this time. Well here's the truth for ya…WE AIN'T GIVING UP THAT EASY!" he roared as he socked Imitatia in the face, getting her to back away from him. "Despite spending all that time with your sister and us, you still don't get it!"
"Get what?!" Michelle inquired.
"In Fairy Tail we fight til the end, especially for our friends!" Natsu answered. "Cause they're like family to us, and we'd never turn our backs on them! Something you wouldn't understand!"
"How dare you!" Imitatia growled. "I'm doing all this for my big sister! To protect her from threats that mean to separate us! She's the only family I have and I'll do whatever it takes to keep her safe!"
"Spare me the crap!" Natsu spat back. "You're just deceiving yourself again! You claim to be protecting her and yet you willingly handed her over to the very enemies she's been trying to stop since day one! You betrayed her and broke her heart! You lost the right to call her your sister when you helped these guys use her for their own goals!"
"I'll make you eat those words Salamander!" Michelle swore as she pointed her sword at the Dragon Slayer.
The Strauss siblings got back on their feet and stood beside the Fire Dragon. "Breaks over! Are you guys ready to settle this?!" he asked them.
"Yeah!" they replied.
Natsu then glanced at the celestial mage who still looked lifeless. "Just hang on Lucy, we'll get you out soon!" he thought before facing Lucy's deranged little sister.
Outside the castle, thanks to his increase power the Hatchiyak had the Demi Saiyan on the defensive. Gohan dodged and blocked every blow that Rancor threw at him, but the machine was in complete control of the fight. "Damn it! His power's even greater than I thought. I'm not sure how much longer I can keep this up at my current level!" he thought. Gohan decided to counter and tried to throw a punch at Rancor but he disappeared from his view; the Tufflebot phased behind him and fired an energy blast at his back. Gohan was launched forward and fell flat on the ground. Rancor continued to fire energy blasts at the Son of Goku who quickly got up and jumped away to evade them. Gohan then flew into the heavens and fired two energy blasts at the machine; Rancor deflected them but was left open to receive a punch to the face from the Saiyan Hybrid. Rancor bent backwards from the blow but surprised Gohan when he grabbed his wrist. Rancor then fixed himself and kicked Gohan hard in the gut; the war machine then threw the Saiyan in a large rock that crumbled when he crashed into it. Gohan stood up but grasped his stomach in pain; his eyes grew wide when he saw an energy blast heading towards him. It made impact and the Saiyan was laying on the ground.
"Time to die Saiyan!" Rancor said as he prepared another Ki blast and fired it. Hadn't recovered from the last attack yet, Gohan closed his eyes as the blast came right for him; before it struck, another energy blast collided with it and pushed it away from the Son of Goku, surprising him and Rancor. "What?!" The Tufflebot asked when he sensed something; he looked to his right in time to take a kick to the face from Super Saiyan Trunks. Rancor was sent flying and crashed into the dirt.
Gohan smiled when he saw his friend just as Chief Tyson appeared in front of him. "Howdy city boy, did ya miss me?" the Cyborg said.
"Hey Chief, nice of you to finally show up," Gohan said.
"Well, I'm always eager for a good roughhousing," Tyson replied before Trunks came over to them.
"Gohan, you okay?" he asked.
"I'll be fine. I've been trained to take a lot worse than that." Gohan replied. "Man, am I glad to see you Trunks!"
"Ditto buddy," Trunks said "But we'll have to save the happy reunion for later, we've got work to do!"
Rancor got back up and faced his new opponents. "So, the Cyborg's back for more." He said when he saw Tyson; his then landed on the Saiyan Prince and became wide. "You look different, but I recognize your bloodline. You're the Son Vegeta, descendant to that wretched King Vegeta who orchestrated my people's destruction, Prince Trunks!" he growled to the half Saiyan. "I didn't realize another Saiyan had made it to this world, let alone one of the fighters who tried to kill me in the past. Tell me, are there anymore?"
"You won't have to worry about that, cause you're about die for good this time!" Trunks declared.
"That's too bad, I had plans to eradicate every living thing in this world for harboring Saiyans," Rancor said.
"Guess you'll have to cancel them for your funeral!" Trunks said. "Tyson, you stay behind with Gohan til he recovers. I'll handle Rancor!"
"Trunks wait! He's not able to use his full power, only 70% percent of it but he's still pretty strong!" Gohan warned.
"Relax Gohan, I'll just hold him off long enough to gain your strength back. Besides, I could use a good warm up." Trunks said as he powered up to the Ascended Super Saiyan level.
"Hmm, he's gotten much stronger since our last encounter as well, not surprising for a Saiyan spawn," Rancor thought as he analyzed Trunks' power level. "However, he's nowhere near his comrade's full power, so he shouldn't be a real problem for me at this level of power!" He then smirked and said "Is that really all the power you've got? You won't even come close to putting a dent in me monkey!"
"Oh, you have no idea how much power I've got; but why don't you call my bluff? Let's see how long it takes for me to break you apart!" Trunks challenged the machine.
"Very well little prince, come at me!" Rancor called as he took a stance.
"As you wish!" Trunks replied. He powered up more and with a mighty battlecry, he charged at the Tufflebot; faster than he could react, Trunks strike Rancor in the face with a punch. Rancor flew backwards and Trunks raced over to intercept his path; meeting the Hatchiyak halfway, the Saiyan clamped his hands together and slammed them onto the robot. Trunks then flew high into the air and dived back down, stomping right on Rancor's chest. The Time Traveler then picked Rancor up by his left foot and tossed him into a large boulder. Trunks powered up to his buffer Ultra Super Saiyan State as he poured most of his Ki into his hands; he then placed them together and aimed them at where Rancor landed, forming a Ki sphere of electricity. "Final Flash!" he roared as he discharged a massive gold energy beam at his opponent. The blast created a grand explosion with Rancor inside it. "See you in hell Rancor!" Trunks yelled as he poured more power into his blast, increasing the mass explosion from his attack. He then stopped and powered down to grade 2 and waited for the smoke to clear.
"Not bad huh?" Tyson said to Gohan.
"Yeah, that was incredible." Gohan replied.
Finally, Rancor was visible still capable of fighting despite whatever damage he took from Trunks' attack. "Not bad Saiyan. You've improved; but I hope you're ready, cause now I'm about to return the favor!" Rancor said. He then dashed at the Time Traveler and kneed him in the chin, sending him flying backwards; Trunks quickly recovered and charged back at the machine, engaging in hand to hand combat. Rancor then bashed Trunks on the head, sending him to the ground before attempting to hit him again but the Saiyan dodged it.
"That's not gonna be enough to take me down!" Trunks said before rushing at Rancor with a multiple fist assault. He then socked Rancor in the face and then kicked him in the chest; the Tufflebot moved back a bit just as Trunks fired an energy blast at him. Rancor flew upward as the Saiyan fired more energy blasts at him. The machine evaded them allowing them to continue to the heavens; Trunks then brought his hands down, commanding the energy blasts to come back down. They pounded Rancor in the back, allowing Trunks to jump up and sock him in the gut.
"Way to stick it to em pretty boy!" Tyson cheered.
Rancor then grabbed the Son of Vegeta and head butted him before blasting him back to earth with the beam from his chest. Trunks landed on all fours just as Rancor appeared in front of him and kicked him in the face; he then proceeded to pummel the Saiyan Prince repeatedly. "Stay here, city kid! Looks like pretty boy's gonna need some backup!" the Chief said before rushing over to help. The former Red Ribbon Android flew straight at Rancor and punched him in the face, knocking him away from the Son of Vegeta. "Thought you could use a hand," he said to Trunks.
"Thanks Chief." Trunks replied. They both then charged to take on Rancor; they came at him full fury and threw multiple blows at him. Rancor blocked every blow easily before kicking them both away. Tyson recovered first and fired three red energy blasts at the Tufflebot. Rancor jumped to avoid them, allowing Trunks to came at him from behind. "You're mine!" he exclaimed, but before he could fire the blast from his hand, Rancor grabbed his wrist, making him miss and then threw the half Saiyan into the Cyborg. Rancor the shot an energy last at them but Tyson managed to protect them both with his force field. The two then separated and tried to attack the war machine from his sides. Rancor just spread out his hands a yelled, releasing two Ki waves that blew both Trunks and Tyson away.
Rancor then flew at Trunks and resumed punch again; Tyson quickly flew over and grabbed one of Rancor's fists. "Did cha forget about me rust bucket?" he asked. Rancor punched Tyson's face before firing a Ki blast at his stomach to push him aside.
"Beat it half human abhorrence! The Saiyan dies first!" Rancor said before raising his hands and summoned a big energy ball.
Gohan slowly go to his feet as he watched. "I have to help! I can't just sit back and watch while my friends are being beaten to a pulp!" he thought. The Son of Goku powered up before jumping into the fray. "He's not the only Saiyan here you know!" Gohan stated as he punched Rancor in the face, canceling out his energy blast and sending him flying. "Trunks, are you okay?"
"Well, I'm not dead yet, thanks." Trunks said as he got up. "But you're suppost to be resting!"
"He's right city boy, you should let the big dogs handle this one." Tyson said as he came beside them.
"You can't expect me to just standby and do nothing," Gohan said. "Besides, I've got a score to settle with him!"
"You again Son of Kakarrot!" Rancor exclaimed and he stood before his opponents. "It doesn't matter how many of you there are; once all of the six demons have been defeated by those Fairy fools, my strength will be fully restored!"
"Not if we stop you first!" Gohan said back. The three hybrids dashed at the Hatchiyak and attacked him with many punches and kicks. Rancor sped behind Tyson and kicked him in the back; the Cyborg shrugged it off and resumed assaulting the war machine with the Saiyans. Rancor then kicked Trunks in the face, sending him flying away; he then punched Gohan and elbow bashed Tyson, gaining some distance from them. Gohan started firing multiple Ki blasts at the Tufflebot who was soaring around to evade them. "Try this on for size big boy!" Tyson shouted as he and Trunks fired large energy beams at their enemy. The beams crossed but Rancor was unaffected by them. He then charged at the Saiyan Prince intending to strike him with a Ki enhanced fist. "Move it haircut!" Tyson yelled and he dashed over to Trunks and kicked him out of the way, taking Rancor's attack instead. The Cyborg gasped as Rancor's fist hit his gut; the robot them held hid palm in Tyson's face and fired an energy blast point blank, sending him flying off.
"Tyson!" Gohan shouted.
"Don't be so quick to save me Tyson; I won't let anything stop from putting down this hunk of junk once and for all!" Trunks said before charging at Rancor again. The Son of Vegeta unleashed a fury of blows that Rancor blocked; Gohan started to come at his back which got Rancor's attention. "Eye on me metal man!" Trunks said as he punched Rancor in the face; he repaid him by kneeing him in the gut and kicking Trunks away. Gohan threw multiple punches at Rancor that were blocked before dodging one from him and flying away with Rancor in pursuit. Rancor was about to strike Gohan when five energy blasts cut him off.
"I'm not done with you!" Trunks yelled as he dived down from above to punch Rancor; the machine easy grabbed his fist, surprising the half Saiyan.
"Impressive, even now your power continues to grow." Rancor stated. "However, it will never stand a chance against this new and improved version of me!" The Hatchiyak then punched Trunks hard in the gut, making him threw up more blood. "Now disappear Saiyan!" Rancor then opened his mouth and fired a red gack beam at Trunks blasting him far away.
"Trunks!" Gohan said as he went on the offensive again. He tried to punch Rancor but the machine caught his fist before elbowing him in the face. He tried to blast Gohan but the Saiyan jumped over his head with two fingers at his forehead. "Special Beam Cannon, Fire!" he roared as he fired his mentor's piercing attack at the Tufflebot. Rancor just deflected it with his eye beams before appearing above the Demi Saiyan and knocking him to the ground. Gohan slowly got back to his feet as did Trunks while Rancor didn't seem worried at all.
"Try all you want, but you don't have a single chance," Rancor said.
"Are ya damn sure about that metal man?" Tyson asked. Rancor turned around to see the Cyborg making a gun hand sign with his index finger pointed at his face. "I gotcha a little something, Bang!" A red Ki sphere formed on Tyson's finger before expanding rapidly into a massive combustion that swallowed and blew up in Rancor's face. The war machine punched Tyson in the gut, making him jumped back a bit.
"Tyson!" Gohan and Trunks shouted.
When the smoke cleared, Tyson staggered away from Rancor's still standing form and rejoined his allies. "Damn, that darn trick hurt more than I expected it to," he joked. Rancor turned to look at the Cyborg, revealing his right eye was now cracked. "Huh, guess ya couldn't walk away from that one,"
"He did it, Rancor's taken on some damage," Trunks said.
"So you managed to crack my eye, you think that's gonna be enough to defeat me?" Rancor asked. "It's time for you to face the truth, even at your best, you can't win!" The Tufflebot was the confused when the Son of Goku started laughing. "What's so funny Saiyan?"
"Did you really think that was our best? That was just a warm-up, to see how the three of us faired against you!" Gohan explained. "Now that we know we can actually damage you, it's time to go full throttle!" The Demi Saiyan roared as he powered up to his Super Saiyan Two form. "Finally regained enough energy to use this form again."
"It's that form Gohan used against Cell," Trunks thought.
"Well, if city boy's getting serious, then it's high-time I did as well," Tyson as he began to transform; his skin turned dark blue, his long white hair turned red and spiky, his body expanded, ripping through his vest and his eyes turned blank yellow. "Guess who's back ya'll?" Tyson said before noticing Gohan's frown at him. "What's wrong city boy? Not happy to see yer old pal Tyson like this?"
"Let's just say I have a distant memory of you using this form to punch my father in the balls," Gohan muttered.
"Oh yeah, that brings back memories." Tyson chuckled making Gohan frown more. "Sorry kid, how were his balls after that anyway?"
"He recovered," Gohan said slightly annoyed.
"Now that we're finished with that little trip down memory lane, can we get back t business?" Trunks asked impatiently.
"Right!" the two agreed before the three of them dashed at the war machine; Rancor powered up and braced himself. Gohan and Tyson sped ahead of Trunks and tried to strike Rancor at the same time. Rancor grabbed both their fist and slammed them onto the ground before kicking them away. Trunks tried to kick the Tufflebot but he evaded his attack and backhanded him in the face, sending him skidding across the ground. The three fighters started firing energy blasts at Rancor; the Hatchiyak shrugged them off and flew straight at Tyson. The Cyborg continued to fire Ki blasts before stopping to dodge Rancor's fist and grab his arm. Chief Tyson then threw Rancor upward. "You're mine!" Gohan shouted as he appeared above Rancor to punch him. The robot blocked Gohan's attack and immediately fired at blast at him, sending him hurtling towards the ground. Gohan recovered in time to see Trunks being tossed right at him. "I got you Trunks!" Gohan said as he caught his fellow half Saiyan.
"I'm slowing you down aren't I?" Trunks said. "I just can't keep up with you guys anymore!"
"That's not true! You just need to…lookout!" Gohan warned before tossing Trunks out of the way and catching a large energy ball from the Tufflebot; the Son of Kakarrot pushed against it before finally throwing it into the atmosphere. "You're so going down!" Gohan declared as he jumped back into the fight.
Trunks watched as Gohan and Tyson came at Rancor with everything they had. "It's always been like this, ever since my training began, it always felt like Gohan was jumping into battle without me." He thought. "Since I became his pupil, I've pushed myself to become strong like him. I wanted nothing more than to be his equal so that we could fight together as a duo and then fight as rivals. I never told anyone this, but I wanted to fight Gohan just as much as I looked up to him; I wanted to be more than his student, but…I was always slowing him down. And then, he finally left me and died right before I could reach his level. Then I went to the past and met a different Gohan who reminded me of my master. After training with dad in the time chamber, I had desired to follow in his footsteps to be the strongest. Then, when I saw the power Gohan had at the Cell Games, I was reminded of how my mentor was always better than me, but it also motivated me even more. I understood my father's rivalry with Goku, and that I wanted the same one with Gohan. I wanted to get stronger, so that we may fight as equals and so that I can prove myself not just to my father or master, but to myself as well, that I could also be the best and that I would not let anything stand in my way!" Trunks clenched his fist hard as he began to power up. "I will get stronger and be just like my master and I will fight Gohan, to prove that my master still lives in me and I refuse…to let…him…down!" The Saiyan Prince roared as his energy started sky rocketing.
The three paused their battle when they sensed Trunks' power increase; the Saiyan Prince's muscles deflated slightly and he was emitting the same electricity with his fiery aura as Gohan. Trunks then glared at Rancor before blitzing towards him, kneeing him in the face and nailing him with a burning attack. "Nice shot pretty boy!" Tyson commended.
"Trunks, you did it! You've achieved Super Saiyan Two!" Gohan exclaimed.
"Yeah I guess I did." Trunks said. "Wow, this power feels amazing!"
"Well, let's hope it's gonna be enough to stop Rancor, cause he's coming back!" Gohan said as the Tufflebot got back up and charged towards them. Tyson fired a blast at Rancor's face, blinding him and allowing the Demi Saiyans rush in. They double punched him in the face and continued to throw multiple blows at him. Rancor grabbed their fists and slammed them into the ground; he then prepared to hit them with two energy blasts but they got up and sped away from the Hatchiyak. Rancor quickly flew after them, following them all around the battlefield. "Tyson, now!" Gohan ordered.
"Gotcha!" Tyson said as he phased in their path and fired a huge red beam at the war machine. The Saiyans quickly flew out of the way, allowing the beam to go for its target; Rancor crossed his arms to defend himself as the blast covered his whole body.
"Masenko…ha!" the Demi Saiyans shouted as they both fired the demon flash attack the Tufflebot. The three attacks collided with the war machine, trapping him in a three way blast barrage. Rancor roared, creating a Ki wave that deflected and sent them back to their senders. The fighters quickly evaded their own strikes and faced Rancor head on. The Tufflebot blocked and deflected their strikes; he then unleashed a barrage of energy blasts that pelted the three fighters. Tyson recovered first and engaged Rancor in close combat; he then summoned his S.S. Deadly Bomber and launched it at the Hatchiyak. Gohan and Trunks flew over back to back powering up their fathers' signature attacks.
"Let's do it Trunks!" Gohan said.
"Right behind you Gohan!" Trunks said.
"Kamehame…ha!" Gohan said.
"Galick Gun, Fire!" Trunks exclaimed.
The two Super Saiyans fired their attacks which merged together and flew at Tyson's attack; their beams combined with the S.S Deadly Bomber and collided with Rancor who held out his hands to catch it. Rancor pushed against the blast before it exploded in his face. The three fighters then descended to the ground and waited. Rancor suddenly jumped out of the smoke and stood before his opponents. "So, the three of you do pose a threat to my power. Looks like I'll have to increase my power even more!" Rancor said as he powered up again. "Hope you're ready insects, cause your final moments are upon you; once my full power is restored, your lives will end in a flash!" The three fighters braced themselves as the battle of their lives truly began.
Inside the castle, Jenny was still battling against Jackpot; the Machias blasted the Take-Over mage with a blaze of glory. Part of her dress was burned as she jumped away from her opponent. "Well, now that you're all fired up, how about I give you a little spark with my lightning Bolt Bonus!" Jackpot said. He released a bolt of electricity that zapped the blonde mage and blasted her through the ground. The Machias jumped down to meet the mage; when she stood up she had a few scratches on her.
Jenny then started staring at the enemy intensely. "Analyzing Foe Jackpot," she said as her eyes flashed red. "Analysis complete. His mech suit is well equipped with advance weaponry, and his magic power is extremely high; even with my bionic arms and legs enhancing my fighting prowess, I can't hope to match while still being my playful self. I must finish this fight right away! Switching to ruthless self!" Her body started glowing as she performed her full body take over. "Engaging full transformation! Designated sole target: Jackpot Mark II! Estimated time of elimination: 5 minutes!" when the light faded, Jenny was in her Machina Soul form. She then gazed at her opponent fiercely before raising her hand and firing a heat magic blast at him. Jackpot barely managed to avoid the attack, having it sail upward through the castle roof into the sky. "Recalibrating..." she said. "Battle Jenny, ready for sortie!"
Outside the castle, Wendy and Erza were still engaging the Poison Dragon Slayer in combat when they say the heat blast shoot out of the building and into the heavens; the three stop and watch just as the blast explodes in blinding light. "What was that? Wendy asked.
"An attack of incredible magic power, but who fired it?" Erza inquired.
"I can hear it. The voice of one of your comrades, the one from that crappy guild Blue Pegasus; She was the one who fired that attack." Cobra stated. "Her inner voice sounds different now, no longer playful. Completely serious and anxious destroy her enemy. Not sure if she sounds like a human or a machine."
"What are you saying? What's happening to Jenny?!" Erza asked him.
"Forget about her! You've got me to deal with Titania!" Cobra said as he charged at Erza who along with Wendy charged at him to resume their battle.
Jackpot glanced at his right armored shoulder that the blast grazed; there was a tiny dent in it. "Hmm, my system's sensors are detecting a large amount of Magic Power emanating from the Machina Soul Mage," He stated. "I'd better take her down now!" He then charged at the blonde mage; but before he could reach her, Jenny dashed towards him with her jet boots and punched him in the stomach. She then aimed both her hands at him, firing her twin Heat Blasters, resulting in the mech receiving major damage and being sent flying harder through the floors til he fell outside the castle into the court yard. Jenny jumps after Jackpot and lands in front of him.
"Enemy survival confirmed! Activating Pursuit System!" She exclaimed. Multiple missile silos appear on her back and fired Heat Seeking Missiles at Jackpot.
"You're not the only one with missiles, now have a taste of my coin missiles!" Jackpot said as his slot landed on three coins. The Machias launched three large coins in retaliation; they crashed into Jenny's missiles, both being destroyed from the collision.
"Try this, Anti-Matter Laser!" Jenny exclaimed as her right arm shifted into a cannon and she fired a blue beam at her opponent.
"What do we have here? Another match! Looks like a Heat Ray Bonus!" Jackpot said with joy as his own arm changed into a ray gun and fired a powerful laser to counter Jenny's attack. The two blasts clashed, resulting in a powerful beam struggle that shook their battlefield. Eventually, both attacks canceled each other out, creating a brilliant flash of light that blinded both combatants.
"Survival confirmed! Engaging Jetstream Sword!" Jenny said as she summoned a long tech-like sharp blade from her left arm and rushed towards the talking stick.
"If you're feeling lonely, my Medal Soldiers will be happy to keep you company!" Klodoa said. The slots land on three coins again and he lets out multiple coins; the coins then transformed into humanoid monsters and ran to attack Jenny. The Maiden of Blue Pegasus continued her assault and used her sword to cut the Medal Soldiers to pieces while still racing towards Jackpot. "Not good enough for you? Then try my Lightsaber Bonus!" The Machias put his hands together, forming a magic energy blade with them; their two blades crossed, causing multiple sonic booms to fill the arena. The gigantic demon looking statues around began to shatter and collapse into pieces from their battle. The two finally ceased their sword fight and backed away from each other; Jenny had some cuts on her body while Klodoa's mech suit got more dents and cracks on it.
"You're a lot more trouble than I expected, definitely not like how Blue Pegasus was seven years ago!" the stick commented. "But don't let that get to you, I'm just getting started." His slots then land on three lightning bolts, but to the Take-Over mage's surprise, the bonus attack didn't strike her, it struck him instead. "Voltex Charge!" Jackpot exclaimed as his suit absorbed his lightning bolt bonus attack, replenishing himself back to full power.
"System error! Opponent's magic power seems to have skyrocketed!" Jenny stated.
"Now things are about to really heat up! Let's start with a Fog of War bonus!" Jackpot said. His slots landed on the cloud symbol as he opened his mouth to let out a thick mist that surrounded Jenny. The blonde mage glanced around in search of her adversary but found no sight of him.
"System error! This fog is interfering with my sensors! I'm incapable of detecting my opponent's movements!" Jenny alerted. She suddenly felt something strike her in the back, making her flinch forward; she continued to look around while her opponent attacked her under the cover of the smoke; with every hit, Jenny was knocked around in the mist, taking every beating full force."Analysis complete! This is a sensor jammer, throwing off my detection while giving away my location to the enemy!" Jenny said to herself. "Suggesting tactic, escape the fog!" She then jumped out of the mist and produced a magic gun from left forearm, aiming it at the smoke. "Come out and face me you junkyard trash!" she challenged Klodoa before powerful rounds of magical ammunition; the numerous magic blasts all went into the fog and made the sound of hitting something. When Jenny stopped firing, the smoke immediately cleared and Jackpot was revealed, still standing, having multiple magical weaponry all over his body, aimed at the Blue Pegasus girl.
"I'll show you how it's done!" Jackpot said. "Hope you love my Dakka Surprise Time!" Every single gun on his mech suit fired an indiscriminating blast at the Take-Over mage; Jenny screamed in agony as she was constantly pelted with many magical bullets. "Oopsie, sorry about that! You're dead yet are you? I still wanted to have some fun!"
Jenny Realight was laid out on the floor, her armor tattered, her body badly bruised and her mechanical enhancements damaged. "Warning! Machina Soul form 75% damage!" she muttered. "Battle Jenny in need of repairs."
"Oh well, if you can't move anymore I guess I should just end it now." Jackpot said as his slots started spinning. "Now which Final Bonus should I treat you with?"
"Warning, time need to self repair not sufficient! Only few minutes left to eliminate the foe, must prepare counterattack!" Jenny said.
"Wait! I've got it! How about my Super Destroyer Bonus?!" Jackpot said excitedly. "Yes! That's perfect! This little bonus has enough power to equal that of a nuclear explosion; it could level all Zentopia into a fiery wasteland! Even Master Zero would small in the face of pure unadulterated destruction! Hmm, I should be concerned that using this affect Lord Brain and the remaining Neo Oracions Seis…but I'm having too much fun to really care! I'm sure they'll be fine!" Jackpot's right arm then shifts into a giant energy cannon and he points it at Jenny. "Farwell little lady, it's been a blast!"
Jenny slowly gets to her feet and glares at the stick in a robot suit. "Analysis, Machina Soul form is insufficient for the task of eliminating this mech suit! I must let go of all my restraints…and engage, Arsenal!" her body starts to glow again as she changes into a new form.
"Huh? What's happening now?" Klodoa asked. "Don't you know that you're suppost to die when the game's over?" His cannon arm started charging up magic energy and prepared to fire.
When the light around Jenny died down, she was now dressed in a fully armored blue and white battle suit with a knight-like helmet concealing her face. "Arsenal, engaged! Attack power, 100%!" She then dashed at Jackpot with her rocket boosters. "Jet Drive Arrow!" she swung her leg upwards, striking Jackpot's arm canon, making his blast fly up into the heavens.
"Hey, Whatcha do that for?!" Klodoa asked.
Jenny then places her hands on the wall of the Zentopian fortress and exclaims "Million Bullets!" Lines of circuitry spread across the walls before multiple guns pop out and are pointed at Jackpot.
"What the? How are you doing this?! This is too much for me to handle!" Klodoa cried.
"Maximum fire!" Jenny ordered, commanding every gun to blast Jackpot repeatedly. The Machias quickly put up his barrier bonus to protect himself; are multiple blasts impact with the barrier it started to crack. Klodoa then dropped it and jumped into the air.
"Hah! What are you planning to do now?!" he inquired.
"Rocket Punch!" Jenny replied while holding her right arm at the mech suit; her right fist was then launched at him, hitting him in the stomach and exploding. Jackpot was blown backwards as the fist went back to Jenny. She then jumps into the air, right above Jackpot. "Metallica Explosion!" she raises her left forearm as it begins to expand in size; she brings it down on the terrified Jackpot, sending him plummeting towards the ground hard. Jackpot laid in a large crater as Jenny hovered over him. "Drum Buster!" she said as her right arm reconfigured into a cannon and she pointed it at her opponent while closing one eye. "Target locked!"
"W-Wait a minute! Let's not be too hasty to finish this! Let me a t least have a little more fun!" Jackpot cried but was ignored.
"Fire!" Jenny unleashed a strong explosive blast at her target, engulfing him completely. When she descended to ground level, Jackpot jumped out of the crater, his mechanical body great damaged and one arm missing.
"This body was suppose to be superior to even Centurion's, it was the ultimate mech suit for combat." He stated. "And yet, somehow, a child like you managed to damage more than I thought possible." He glared at the mage as his slots landed on three cannons again. "Playtime is over little girl! Now I shall use this suit's full capacity and reduce you to ashes with my…Super Duper Destroyer Bonus!" Jackpot's body suddenly shifted into one more large cannon blaster aimed at Jenny and immediately started gathering magic power.
"Enemy's magic power increasing! Reaching critical levels! Prepare counterattack!" Jenny said as she puts her hands together and they turn into a Jupiter-like Magic Cannon; she points it at Jackpot's cannon and begins storing her own magic energy. "Anti-Material Magic Cannon! Attack power, 200%!" Both combatants charge up their attacks to the max before shouting "Fire!" Unleashing two powerful etherion like beams that clash into each other. The beam struggle grew more intense by the second as each combatant poured out more magic energy into their attacks.
"You cannot win! You're a member of the Blue Pegasus guild after all!" Klodoa stated. "I remember how Lamia Scale and Fairy Tail manage to foil our plans, even that false guild Cait Shelter presented more trouble to our plans than your guild did. Your members did nothing but get captured and get beaten to a pulp!"
Jenny gritted her teeth and started to lose focus which allowed Jackpot's beam to overpower hers for an instant. "You're right! We didn't do much against you guys all those years ago, but we did help! Hibiki gave Lucy that super strong spell that she beat Angel with, and Ichiya destroyed one of the Lacrimas protecting the Nirvana!" Jenny stated. "But still, no one really noticed any of that; all they talked about was Fairy Tail and Lamia Scale! That's why, when we heard that you creeps were causing trouble again we wanted to do what we could to redeem ourselves. The boys had their mission to deal with, so that just left me and Ichiya; I promised myself that I would do what it takes to restore Blue Pegasus' honor!" Her beam started pushing Jackpot's back again as she poured more power into it. "I refuse to lose to you! You mocked my guild, and I'm not going back to them without the joy of kicking your ass! Attack power, 500%!"
Jenny's beam continued to overtake Jackpot's, surprising the Machias armored stick. "What the? How are you doing this? You're just a member of the weak Blue Pegasus!" Jackpot yelled.
"You're guild humiliated Blue Pegasus seven years ago, I will not let that happen again! Sir Ichiya sacrificed himself to get us this far, I won't let him down!" Jenny declared. "This one's for Ichiya, the Trimen, and all of Blue Pegasus! Super Anti-Material Magic Cannon! Attack power, 1000%!" The maiden of Blue Pegasus poured all of her magic power into her final attack; her blast moved closer and closer to her target before it finally pushed back Jackpot Mark II's Super Destroy Bonus and the mech was engulfed in a massive explosion sphere of Magical energies colliding. The explosion vibrated up to the castle where those fighting in it stopped for a second before resuming.
At the top of the castle, the room shook from the lower level explosion, making the Fairies halt their fight with Imitatia. "What was that?" Elfman asked.
"My guess is another one of their comrades was just defeated," Mira said before smiling proudly. "And by the feel of that magic power, I'd say Jenny was the victor."
"Jenny? Wasn't she fighting that stick in the mech suit?" Natsu asked.
"She must've reduced it to scrap, like a real man! Oh yeah!" Elfman cheered.
"Looks like my other rival has gotten stronger over the last 7 years I've been gone." Mira stated. "I hope I get to fight her myself someday,"
"That's assuming you'll live past today!" Michelle said.
"Weren't you listening?! One of our friends just took out another one of yours! Pretty soon, all of you will be defeated and we'll get Lucy back for sure!" Natsu promised.
"Jackpot wasn't that much of a challenge; he wasn't even one of the six seals!" Imitatia said. "Defeating him means next to nothing!"
"You're wrong, it means we eventually get to beating you!" Mira said. "No matter how much power you claim to have, our bonds will make us as strong as we need to be in order to save our friends!" The guys nodded in agreement and the three Fairies proceeded with their assault against the Nature Demon Slayer who stood combat ready.
After her final attack, Jenny transformed back to her old self and fell on her hands and knees; when the smoke cleared, Klodoa was seen lying on the ground, as lifeless as a skeleton head should be, his mech suit reduced to scrap pieces and the magic orb in his mouth vaporized, Jenny smiled at her accomplishment and muttered "That's the power of the Blue Pegasus guild!" before placing herself against a wall and sitting down to rest. She glanced outside where she could hear and see the shockwaves from the other battle taking place. "I know I've won, but it looks like the mission's far from over. I'd better rest quick, cause I've still got work to do for my guild and friends." She thought before closing her eyes in exhaustion.
Elsewhere, Laxus and Centurion were currently raging across Zentopia's infrastructure; the Lightning mage was punched hard, making a Laxus-shaped dent in the wall. He then burst out and raised his fist in the air with a magic seal appearing over it. "Lightning Dragon Heavenward Halberd!" he threw his spear shaped lightning bolt at the Machias of Zentopia; Centurion quickly conjured up his Long Shield to defend himself. The lightning attack struck, making a large explosion but Centurion was left unharmed thanks to his shield. The Machias then rushed at Laxus who rushed at him; the two met in a grip struggle and pushed against each other, cracking the ground beneath them.
Centurion's eyes started glowing as he scanned his opponent. "Analyzing…" he said before headbutting Laxus in the face and tossing him aside. Laxus landed on his feet but then sank to one knee as spat out some blood.
"This is ridiculous; how can that huge hunk of metal be this strong and fast?!" Laxus questioned.
"Analysis complete. Sensors detect a similar source of power to the one Brain II used previously; identification, Ki!" Centurion said. "Conclusion, power boost is insufficient! Enemy's power will still wear out and he will be exhausted as human tend to get; my engine will last long enough for me to kill him and slaughter the rest of his allies!"
"You're already deciding that you're gonna win? This battle's just getting serious pal!" Laxus said, standing up again. "I refuse to lose to some heartless machine like you, and I won't let you kill my friends! It's time to take this fight to the next level!" He roared as he began to increase his power; a pillar of lightning shot upward as Laxus' shirt was shredded to pieces. His muscles expanded, scale appeared on his arm, his teeth grew into fangs and his eyes turned blank white.
Centurion remained calm as he scanned Laxus' power increase. "Scan complete, target has entered the Dragon Force state for 2nd generation. Albeit a pale imitation of the original Dragon Force, it still makes him a greater threat than before; counter measures, utilize upgrades granted by Cardinal Lapointe." The Machias said as his body started glowing with magic. "Activate, Critical Overload!"
