The heads of the police were discussing what was recovered. "The Nomu are, in essence, mindless animals. Also, the warehouse where they were created was completely destroyed. We're going through the wreckage to see if we can find anything," one explained, reading from the report. The police chief groaned and slumped to the table.

"While we did manage to apprehend the Nomu, most of the perpetrators, including Shigiraki, managed to escape," one of the heads said.

"Honestly, even though we captured their leader, this whole thing was a draw," another head stated.

"Don't be stupid. In case you didn't notice, we lost our Symbol of Peace. All Might's weakened body has been exposed to the world. Everyone knows he can be defeated now- the citizens and the villains!" the chief growled.

"It's what we get for relying on a single hero so much," another man acknowledged.

Yet another spoke up. "People now know that they can raise hell with only a handful of thugs. I don't even want to think about what kind of mess that'll inspire. Our initial profile of Tomura Shigiraki described him as childish and prone to tantrums, but that's obviously changed. His plans are growing more strategic. It seems that he's focused on how he can mold our society. His thought process has become more mature. And now All Might's out of the picture. This will allow Shigiraki's sphere of influence to grow even larger," he explained.

"Are you saying that this was all part of the League's plan? That's one heck of a leap," one of the other heads stated.

"We don't know. And that's why we must capture the League of Villains no matter what! They're extremely dangerous! And that brings us to another thing I wished to discuss: Redlight," the police chief explained.

That brought everyone's attention to him. "During the attack on the UA camp, the League of Villains had access to a biological weapon that was identical to Redlight. From what we can guess, they somehow managed to get ahold of Izuku Midoriya's blood, and reverse-engineered his Quirk to create Redlight. They infected one hundred civilians, and sent them to the camp to distract Midoriya. He managed to defeat them, and destroyed all but one corpse, which was collected for autopsy. Currently, all blood samples that belonged to Izuku Midoriya are on lockdown and being moved to a secure location," the chief stated.

"And before anyone complains about me not revealing said location, let me explain something to you all: The location is need-to-know only. No government officials short of the Prime Minister himself know the location. I only know of it since I picked it out. The guards and scientists also know of it by necessity. No pros are aware of its location, either. This increase of government authority, coupled with the loss of All Might, has made us realize that we, as the police, need to step up. We can't just be backup- we have to get proactive."

"The embers inside of me are all but extinguished… all that's left is what Izuku gave to me… a mere fifteen minutes… the Symbol of Peace is no more," Toshinori said to Torino and Naomasa. "But I can't just sit here. I still have much to do," he declared.

"Tomura Shigaraki… Nana's grandson," Torino guessed.

"The only evidence you have is All For One claiming that," Naomasa pointed out.

"We haven't had any interaction with Nana's family after her husband was killed," Torino explained. "She put her son in foster care for his safety, and told Toshinori and me that she didn't want us to have any contact with him."

"And your promise backfired, huh?" Naomasa asked.

Torino decided to stop Yagi before he could go into a speech. "Listen to me, Toshinori. I understand you're conflicted about Tomura, but you must understand that his lineage does not matter. He's a villain. That's the truth of the matter. You can't just look at someone's family. Take your student, for example," Torino pointed out. "Tsukauchi and I will investigate Shigaraki and the League. You need to stay at UA," Torino instructed.

The group of students who pulled the rescue operation returned to their homes. They were all happy that the rescue had gone well, and none of them thought any less of Midoriya after hearing him admit to Bakugou that All For One was his dad. Speaking of fathers, Shoto was dreading his father's reaction. 'With All Might gone… he'd be the number one…' he was brought out of his musings when Fuyumi walked up to him, sweating nervously. "Hey Shoto… Dad's in a good mood today…" she said nervously. Manic laughter came from within the house.

"I see..." Shoto stated, heading towards the sound. As he got closer, he could hear more of the laughter. He paused when he got to the training room, the horrible memories washing over him. Gulping, he opened the door. Inside Endeavor was letting his flames loose, cackling madly.

"I've done it! After all these years I've finally done it! The #1 spot is MINE!" he roared in delight.

Shoto closed the door silently. "It appears so."

At the Midoriya apartment, Inko wasn't taking the truth about Hisashi that well. "So you're telling me… that Hisashi is All For One!?" she shouted hysterically, tears in her eyes.

Izuku nodded. "He also mentioned that you were the only one to defeat him besides All Might, but you mistook him for a lackey," he added.

Inko's eyes widened. "I remember… that man in the shadows… he seemed shocked that I took him down… I moved on without a second thought and slaughtered his lieutenants, but I didn't see anyone who could be All For One there. To think I passed him by… d-did he marry me to mock me!?" she stammered.

Izuku shook his head. "I don't think so. He seemed furious that All Might had forced him to be away from us. I heard him screaming about how One For All at full power breaks my bones, so I think his love is genuine," Izuku said to comfort his mother.

"I guess I'll just visit Tartarus at some point and talk to him… I guess…" she sighed. Izuku nodded, and then felt his phone ring. He took a look at it, before going wide-eyed.

"Mom, I gotta go!" he hurriedly shouted, throwing his shoes back on before running out the door.

Inko watched her son leave, trying to hold back tears. She had learned that her husband, the man she loved more than anything, was the most feared villain in Japan… she buried her head in her hands and started crying, tears leaking out the stairs like a small waterfall.

Izuku was at Dagobah Beach shortly afterwards. There, at the edge of the beach, was Toshinori. "So, you've made it," the skinny man said.

"All Might!" Izuku screamed.

"It sure took you long enough!" Yagi called back, running towards Izuku.

"ALL MIIIGGHHT!"

'Texas… SMASH!' All Might thought, decking Izuku in the face. Izuku fell down in shock.

"What the hell were you thinking!? You and your friends rushed into that sort of danger?! What if you had gotten hurt or killed!?" he exclaimed.

Izuku just looked down. "All Might… you know, just as well as I do… that I was probably the safest person there…" he said.

Toshinori sighed. "It's ironic that the purest heroic heart is the son of the world's greatest villain… but no matter. It's time for me to step down, and retire as a pro hero. I can only manage One For All for fifteen minutes a day- that boost you gave me is all I have left. I can't protect you anymore, Izuku. Therefore, I'll spend my time training you!" Toshinori embraced his crying successor. As he did, a thought crossed his mind. 'And I'll be a better father figure then you… All For One…'

Later, at UA, Nezu was talking to Yagi, while Aizawa and Vlad watched. "Thank you All Might. Thank you for not only working here, but for saving tens of thousands over the course of your career. However, there are those who are frightened for their children's safety at UA. Therefore, I have decided to implement something that I have been planning for some time: A dorm system. I am counting on you to convince the parents of our students that this is for the best," he explained.

Most of the parents were, to Aizawa's shock, rather easy to convince. However, they were approaching a home they were worried about… the Bakugou household. To their surprise, the woman of the house, Mitsuki, seemed rather happy about the idea.

"You kidding? Hell yeah I'd get this kid in a dorm room!" she declared, slapping Bakugou's head.

"YOU HAG! YOU DON'T HIT PEOPLE LIKE THAT!" Bakugou roared.

"OH HUSH IT! YOU'RE LUCKY THAT VILLAIN DIDN'T BOTHER TO DEAL WITH YOU!" she shot back. Bakugou's father tried to get them to stop fighting, but it didn't happen. 'Geez, this is one messed-up family,' Toshinori thought to himself.

"So… you're consenting, right?" he asked. Mitsuki slapped Bakugou into the table. "Huh? Oh, yeah, we are. Katsuki has always had people fawning over him since they all thought he had the most powerful Quirk, much to our amusement. I guess being friends with Izuku cooled him down quite a bit. Hisashi probably helped- we're friends with the Midoriyas, you see. Inko's husband gave him one hell of a lecture when he was four. He even claimed that his brother was a Quirkless hero, and that he could steal Katsuki's Quirk! Bakugou was four then, so he didn't know then that Quirks can't be stolen," she explained. She forced her son's head down in a bow, and bowed herself. Her husband did the same. "We trust you with his safety," she said.

Toshinori nodded, grateful. "Thank you. May I speak to Young Bakugou for a moment?" he asked.

"Oh? Sure, whatever," Mitsuki said, letting go of her son. The two walked to Bakugou's room.

"So, you haven't told your parents?" he asked.

It was obvious what his teacher was talking about, so he didn't bother for any clarification. He just shook his head. "I don't think it's my thing to tell. Plus, would they believe me? Deku's dad, badass as he always was before you fucked his face up, was slow to anger, and never did anything really suspicious," he explained.

"And this lecture?" Yagi inquired, nervous about the contents.

Bakugou sighed. "I was being a shit to Deku back then. I said he was a quirkless nobody to Hisashi- this was before Deku's Quirk came in- and the man told me to my face that his brother was Quirkless, yet still became one of the greatest heroes to ever exist… and then died a hero. He also said that a part of him was begging me to continue being a shit to his kid so he could make me experience the pain of being Quirkless. At the time, I believed it. I believed it until I was seven. That was when we learned that Quirk stealing wasn't possible. By then, I knew that Deku had a Quirk that blew mine out of the fucking water, and was a time bomb that constantly reset itself, barely breaking even. If I started picking on him? Hoo boy… I don't know what would've happened. He might've snapped. He might have retreated into a shell. Now, once again, I believe Deku's dad can do that shit."

Toshinori nodded. "I can confirm that yes, that's his Quirk. He can take and give Quirks at his pleasure. Either way, I hope to see you soon, Young Bakugou," the former Symbol of Peace told the explosive blonde, before leaving.

On the car ride to the Midoriya household, Aizawa turned to All Might. "Hey, what was that about?" he asked.

"You know who Young Midoriya's father is, correct?" Toshinori asked rhetorically.

"I almost passed out from shock when I heard," Aizawa deadpanned.

"Apparently he had given Bakugou a stern talking-to when Katsuki and Izuku were four, and threatened to remove his Quirk if he kept bullying Izuku," All Might explained. Aizawa whistled.

"The kid dodged one hell of a speeding bullet, it seems," Aizawa replied.

All Might nodded. "I still can't believe that All For One didn't follow through on that threat anyways…"

"And here we are. All right, so does Inko Midoriya know?" Aizawa inquired. All Might shrugged. He had informed the rest of the teachers, but he didn't know if Izuku told his mother. "I'll put that down as 'probably', but if she doesn't we should tell her," he said, ringing the doorbell. All Might regretted not being able to do this alone for a moment, but only for a moment. Aizawa opened the door, blinked, and shrieked like a little girl, before being kicked off of the balcony, landing right next to the car. Inko Midoriya- no, Heartthrob- walked out.

"So… why are you here?" she growled, before turning to Yagi, who 'eeped'. "I know who you are, and I know exactly who my husband is- as of last night. Inside. We'll talk there," she instructed, before turning and entering her home. Yagi ran up to Aizawa, who was hyperventilating.

"S-s-sh-sh-she's Heartthrob?!" he gasped. Yagi nodded. "You KNEW!?" Yagi nodded again. "If I wasn't worried about any more stress causing me to piss myself I'd punch you out for that!" Aizawa growled.

"Hey, it never came up? What was I supposed to say!? 'Oh yeah, Izuku's mother is the vigilante no Hero will go after out of sheer fear'?!"

The two terrified teachers walked into the Midoriya home. "Sit," Inko instructed. The two did so. Izuku, who had heard the commotion, came as well.

"ALL MIGHT-" he then saw his mother was wearing her vigilante costume. "Mom, why are you wearing that?"

"Because I need to lay down some authority in my house with your teachers," Inko responded, motioning for Izuku to sit.

"S-so… d-d-do you know why w-we're here?" Aizawa stammered, which shocked Izuku. How feared was his mother that Eraserhead looked like he was ready to pass out or plead for mercy!?

"Now then, I know why you're here. This is about the dorms situation. As a mother, I'm tempted to refuse. I saw what my husband did to you, and after all the injuries and trauma Izuku has gone through, I thought it was appropriate. As a citizen, I'm glad you caught him. As his wife… he and I will be having words about this. But know this: if my son is attacked at UA, I'll take it as a sign that Heroes can no longer protect the people… and I'll make my previous enthusiastic walks look tame," she growled, flexing one of her fingers in plain view. Aizawa whimpered as he felt his testicles inch towards Inko, before she let them go. "Izuku? As your mother, I'm telling you this: If your friends are in danger from villains, or UA can't protect you, save them... in the way that maximizes villain casualties," she growled.

"M-mom!?" Izuku stammered in shock.

"I can see that with the Symbol of Peace gone, crime will skyrocket, and I'll have to resume my vigorous exercise routine. I hope that Izuku can claim your mantle one day," she said, before her tone softened.

"Now, I'm sure you're both very busy and need to talk to other parents! I wish you luck!" she said politely, as if she hadn't said things that had terrified them to no end. Aizawa and All Might facefaulted, before getting up and leaving. After they closed the door, they turned to each other.

"...All Might?" Aizawa asked, shaking like a leaf in a hurricane.

"...Yeah?" Yagi responded, trying not to pass out or piss himself… or a combination thereof.

"We're going drinking. I don't care if you have to get water, but I NEED a drink really damn badly right now."
