Heights Alliance, the Dorm System, was constructed in only three days, thanks to the school's nearly endless budget and Cemetoss. As the students moved in, Nezu watched from above. 'The dorm system has two purposes. Not only does it protect the students, but it allows us to keep an eye on them. There has been a leak. The USJ and summer camp attacks had to have relied on inside information.'

Aizawa was standing in front of his class. "I have to admit that after everything that's happened, it's good to have 1-A back together. Before I show you the dorms, I'll explain a few things. First of all, we haven't forgotten the provisional hero licences. It's what you were at the camp for, after all. But more on that later. And another thing: Shinso. Midoriya. Iida. Yaoyorozu. Kirishima. Todoroki. You should consider yourselves lucky that Nezu approved of your rescue mission. If he hadn't, or All Might hadn't retired, I would've expelled everyone who either went on the mission or knew of it," he growled. There was silence. "All right, look alive. Welcome to your new home," Aizawa said, leading them in.
He opened the doors to the building. "One dormitory holds each class. Girls on the right, boys on the left. The entire first floor is a common area. There, you'll find your kitchen, laundry rooms, and bathrooms. The bathrooms are separated by gender," he added.
Uraraka was wobbly. "I'm living in a mansion…" she babbled, collapsing, much to Iida's distress.
Aizawa led them upstairs. "Each floor has rooms for you all. They're of equal size, and all contain fridges, a small restroom, a balcony, and closets," he explained.
"Huh… the room is the size of my closet, but I'll manage," Momo said aloud.
Uraraka, being on the complete other side of the wealth spectrum, had a different opinion. "It's the size of my house!" she exclaimed, fainting again. Iida, of course, panicked again.
Aizawa handed them each a pamphlet. "Your dorm rooms have already been decided. What you've asked to be sent has arrived, so I'd suggest that you spend the rest of the day unpacking," he said to them. "I'll show up with your lesson plans tomorrow," he added, walking back to campus.

After they were done unpacking, they held a competition on who had the best dorm. Sato won, on account of him baking a cake.

Izuku walked into the bathroom, where many of his fellow students were already brushing their teeth.
"Morning, guys," Izuku said, grabbing his toothbrush.
"...Do you even have to brush your teeth?" Shinso asked.
Izuku thought for a moment, before focusing on his mouth. He opened it, and watched as his teeth dissolved into Blacklight, and then reformed, completely clean. However, he still brushed his teeth; it was one of those things that made him feel more human.

Classes resumed that day. "All right. The plan for the summer was for you all to be ready for the tests to obtain your provisional Hero Licences. If you thought the final's practical portion was tough, you haven't seen anything yet. These licences allow you to do Hero work in the field. You will be responsible for human lives. That's the reason for the extreme difficulty. In fact, only half of the students who attempt it pass each year," Aizawa said with an air of finality. THAT got the class' attention. "To ensure you do your best, today you will be focused on one single issue: Creating Ultimate Moves."
Before he could continue, the door opened, and several more teachers appeared. "And when we mean Ultimate, we mean it. These moves are designed to ensure victory against your opponent," Ectoplasm explained.
Cemetoss nodded. "These moves are unique to your Quirks, so they will be impossible to copy," the pro explained.
"Your moves represent who you are. The pros who don't have an Ultimate Move are fools," Midnight added.
Aizawa was now standing up. "This may sound abstract, but I'll explain as the day goes on. For now, change into your costumes and meet me in Gym Gamma." With that, the pros left.

The class regrouped at the gym. "Welcome to the Training Dining Land, or TDL," Aizawa monotoned.
"This facility was designed by me," Cemetoss explained. "Each student can train with unique terrain and obstacles individually," he said. Before he could continue, Iida raised his hand.
"Sensei! I have a question! Why are we learning this today? How will this help on the exam!?"
"That's two questions," Aizawa sighed. However, he still answered them. "Our job as heroes is to save people from natural or man-made disasters. But that's not everything. Communication, cooperation, and leadership will also be graded. However, combat abilities are still an important role, so having an ultimate move will help you with that. However, it doesn't have to be an attack. These moves are your trump cards, and while you were interrupted at the training camp, you'll be resuming training here. That's how you'll spend the rest of your vacation! Also, I'd suggest upgrading your costumes to more accurately reflect what you know of your Quirks," With that, Aizawa moved aside.
Izuku was thinking. 'What's my Ultimate Move?' he asked himself.
"Shapeshifting? Letting me out?" Stain inquired. Ectoplasm, who had split up, was teaching each student.
"All right, Midoriya. What do you have in mind?" the teacher asked. 'Alright… how do I let you out, Stain?' Izuku asked.
"...A door literally just appeared. I'll take that route," the Killer deadpanned. Sure enough, Izuku's back bulged, and Stain popped out.
"Yo," he said, lazily waving at Ectoplasm, who reared back in shock.
"W-what!? I read the reports on the Summer attack, but this!?" he exclaimed.
"D-does it count as an Ultimate move?" Izuku inquired.
"I'm pretty sure no one else can summon me," Stain helpfully added.
On the ground, Aizawa facepalmed at seeing Stain out again. "Damn problem child…" And then he heard a familiar voice.
"So, everyone's working hard, huh?" Toshinori asked, walking in. One of his arms was still in a sling.
"All Might," Aizawa acknowledged.
"Yeah, I'm here. I have the day off and don't have anything else to do, really," the 8th holder of One For All explained.
"You could be doing lesson plans…" Aizawa deadpanned.
"Are you kidding? There's no way I could miss seeing the kids creating ultimate moves-" his eyes then bulged in shock. "I-is that…?" he stammered. Aizawa nodded. "Holy crap… does that count as an ultimate move?" Aizawa shrugged.

Izuku was at the doors to the development studio. He didn't really need to improve his costume, since it was technically a part of him now. However, he wondered if he could give ideas to whoever came around. "Oh hey there, Deku!" It was Uraraka. The only other person who called him that had a much different voice.
"Oh, Uraraka-" Izuku was cut off by the entire door exploding. He instinctively armored himself, remaining in place. However, he soon had something on top of him.
"Ow ow ow ow owwie…" Hatusme groaned.
"You know, you shouldn't mix everything you find in a lab together," Power Loader deadpanned. "You almost blew up the entire design studio! Open your ears and listen to me for once, Hatsume!"
By now, Izuku had shifted out of his armor. Hatsume was still holding onto him. "Oh hey, when did you get here, Izuku?" she asked him.
It was a few minutes until the smoke cleared. "Alright, I remember Izuku here because his Quirk is rather hard to forget- I've always wanted to make some of the stuff shown in Prototype! However, I've forgotten your names," she said, pointing to Iida and Uraraka.
"I'm Tenya Iida, the man you tricked into being a walking advertisement!" Iida exclaimed, chopping his hands at a rapid pace.
"Never heard of ya! Well I'm going back to developing new babies so bye~" she cooed, turning around, not noticing their shocked expressions.
"Ummm, they're here to upgrade their costumes-" Izuku began, before Hatume got in his face again.
"I WANNA HELP!" she screamed.
Power Loader then walked out. "So, Eraserhead told me about this. Now, Midoriya, I know you're not here for that. I have record access, you know. And Hatsume? If you keep ignoring my instructions and running wild in here, I'm banning you," he growled, before explaining the legal mumbo-jumbo about the costume upgrades. Hatsume, meanwhile, was rummaging around.
"So, radiators, huh?" she asked, after hearing Iida talk to the power loader. "Meet Baby number 37!" She had somehow managed to place something on Iida's legs. "These babies are used to convert heat energy into kinetic energy! Try them out!" Iida did, and soon found himself moving significantly faster. "I test my babies on myself so I don't have any kinks! I almost got hypothermia with that before I managed to figure it out!" she explained, giving the three a thumbs-up.
"Treasure your relationship with her," Power Loader instructed. "You see that pile in the corner? Those are all of Hatume's inventions. Several of them are already patented. I've seen many Support Students come and go, but she's something special. She always thinks outside the box," the Support Instructor explained.

Four days passed as the students kept pushing themselves. "Hey, Aizawa! How are the students doing?" All Might called.
"Some have figured out Ultimate Moves. Others have discovered multiple. And then there's Midoriya," He said, sighing. "He can call Stain at will as an ultimate move. He's calling it 'Backup'," Aizawa explained. Just then, a rock from the training area began to fall. Before anyone could react, Izuku, using Full Cowling and Armor, kicked into gravel. "...And then there's that…" Aizawa said after a bit of hesitation.
"Blacklight: Armored Cowling!" Izuku roared, his voice muffled by the armor. He landed with a 'thud', and shifted back into his normal form. "It's a pain that my mobility is slowed significantly by my Armor… but I can still train more with it!" he declared.
"Dang, Midoriya! That armor is top-notch!" Kirishima declared, giving him a thumbs up.
"Y-you really think so?" Izuku inquired.
"Totally! I'd like to see who's harder when armored!" Kirishima shouted. Kaminari had to cover his mouth to not burst out laughing. Before he could add anything in, however, the door opened.
"ERASER! You know Class B has this training area in the afternoon! Get your kids out of our way!" Blood King roared.
"We have ten whole minutes left, Vlad. Don't try to kick us out yet," Aizawa growled.
Monoma, in his new suit, decided to open his mouth. "Hey, I heard that the exam has a fifty percent fail rate! That means it's possible for your entire class to fail! Wouldn't that be embarrassing, especially since you're supposed to be the best-" He was cut off when he found himself at blade-point by Stain. He started to shiver.
"Shut up, wannabe. Is that why you want to be a hero? So you can put others down?" The Hero Killer growled. Class 1-B gasped at him being there. "Griffin wanted that. He wanted others to feel weak and helpless while he soared above everyone, relishing in their helplessness. That's why he started killing. He'd hunt people down for sport. Civilians, villians, and even some Pros. So, one night, I took him down. He was so arrogant that he didn't see me as a threat. You seem just like that filth. Your arrogance and your drive to not be the best, but to rub superiority into the faces of others will drive you to villainy. Mark my words," Stain snarled, removing the blade.
"...Yeah, that's going to take some explaining," Aizawa sighed. "King, can you tell your classmates about the coverup, please?" Aizawa turned to a mortified Izuku. "Problem Child! Keep your pet Serial Killer under control!" he shouted.
"S-sorry, Sensei!" Izuku stammered from a distance.
Aizawa cleared his throat. "Anyways, our classes won't be fighting. There are two exam dates: June, and September. You'll be fighting against other schools, not each other."
Monoma seemed to regain some sense of his normal personality after breathing a sigh of relief that he wouldn't be fighting Stain. "Oh, isn't that just horrible! We won't be able to face each other directly!" Monoma cackled.
"And another thing: You'll be taking the tests earlier, as well- both in dates and years. You see, most first years don't take the Provisional Licence Exams, so you'll be dealing with higher classes and students with more time to train their Quirks- quirks you don't know about. You won't know the type of the exam, either. Don't be discouraged, but remember that."

That night, everyone was talking about the exam. It was only a week away, after all! Izuku, however, was outside. 'Thank you, Blacklight, for making me only need four hours of sleep,' he thought. Had he been paying attention, he would've seen Uraraka floating upside down, trying to deny her feelings. However, he was working on training.

Finally, the day of the exam had arrived. "Don't panic, everyone. I expect your best here. If you can get your license, you can intern again, but this time, you can use your Quirks without getting into trouble and having Endeavor steal the credit," Aizawa droned. Izuku, Iida, and Todoroki hung their heads. Just then, another group of students came.
"Hey, look at their uniforms," Jiro pointed out. "They're from the other top hero school."
"UA in the East, Shiketsu in the West," Bakugou said. It was a common saying. Before anyone else could say anything, another voice rang out.
"Eraser?! I know that scowl anywhere!" Aizawa cringed.
'Oh God no…' he thought, slowly turning around. There she was, the woman of his nightmares.
"I saw you during the Sports Festival, but it's been a while since I've seen you in person!" the woman said, smiling. Aizawa's eye was twitching.
"She looks familiar…" Izuku said aloud.
"OH! I know who she is! That's Emi Fukukado, known as Ms. Joke!" Stain exclaimed. "She has a massive crush on you teacher, and constantly asks him for marriage!"
"Let's get married!" Ms. Joke exclaimed to Aizawa, proving Stain's point.
"No." She just laughed the rejection off.
Izuku's eyes began to sparkle at seeing another pro.
"C'mon! Imagine it! Your world would be filled with constant laughter!" she declared. 1-A shivered at the idea.
"That sounds like an actual nightmare," Aizawa monotoned. Ms. Joke just laughed off that as well.
"Their agencies were near each other!" Izuku exclaimed in awe. Aizawa would've demanded to know how Izuku knew that, but he decided on distracting Emi.
"So, if you're here, does that mean your class is here as well?" he asked.
Emi nodded. "Over here, everyone! Come and meet 1-A!" she instructed. Sure enough, a bunch of other students came over. One of them began congratulating them.
"Dude, try to be subtle. You're screaming 'I'm a two-faced, calculating bastard'," Stain deadpanned.
'W-what?!' Izuku mentally thought.
"I've seen traitorous suckups. Hell, it's a way I've gotten close to a few Pros. He's trying waaaaaay too hard," Stain explained. The kid came up to Bakugou, and said his stuff. Bakugou swatted his hand away.
"I can see right fucking through you, dumbass. You're trying to get us to lower our guard by appearing all nice and shit," he growled. What he didn't tell the class was why he could tell. It was from his nightmares, really. He'd know when he was having a nightmare of Izuku snapping when Izuku showed up in school unnaturally cheerful and saying nice things to the dream-extras without shaking or saying his mantra of 'Don't hurt them'.
"Hey, get your costumes and head to orientation," Aizawa instructed. The class did so, talking confidently.
"Did… did you not warn your kids, Eraser?" Emi asked.
