Captain Blues: Ahoy! Captain Blues of the SS ProtoBreakman is here and I'm here to usher in Rain's final chapter for not just A Symbiotic Bond: A Venomous Titan Reborn but the final chapter for his Fanfiction so take it away Rain.

Rain: Thanks. I mentioned it before in Silent Shout: Echoes of a Changeling's Heart but I will say it again. Out of all the Fandoms that I've written for, saying goodbye to this one is by far the toughest. I found FF so many years ago due to the Teen Titans and my love for BB/Rae. It gave me my passion to write as well. As my dear replacement as stated, After this update, my time on FF has come to an end so I can focus on my book but Captain Blues will be taking my place and so far, reading the stories he's started to update in my stead is really good. You guys are in good hands. And now Captain Blues can finally stop putting these in his A/Ns lol So sit back and enjoy my final show.

Chapter Twenty-Nine

Gotham City – X-Force Dorms (Rooftop)
Raven

"Yeah…That's not good," Raven said as she and Rocket stared at the large beam of yellow, bordering on orange, light that stretched past the clouds in the sky in the distance. She and Rocket were getting to know each other down in the mess hall when Jean telepathically told her to come up and together, she and Rocket ran to the roof.

"This is very worrying," Jean murmured sadly as she held the fearful Blackfire in her arms.

"It is weird to see Blackfire like this is," Rocket said as she stared at the shell-shocked teen as slipped her hands into her pockets.

"You two met before?" Raven asked.

"We fought before," Rocket replied with a laid back grin. "She was tough but it was a fun fight but it was interrupted before we could settle on a winner. If this is her reaction to the Soul Stone, that stone must be brutal."

Raven didn't know why but Rocket was interesting to her. From their previous conversation, she knew that the Champion City hero was taken on this insane ride and fought many enemies, some the Titans had encountered themselves but she seemed really relaxed by it all.

She wished she could be so calm in the face of all this chaos.

"Raven, do you sense the souls as well coming from that?" Jean asked her, referring to the large beam of light in the distance.

"I do…Which is why I'm going to soul search and investigate," Raven told her.

"Whoa, is that a good idea?" Rocket asked. "I mean that thing is made from souls. What happens if yours gets trapped up in it?"

"Worried about me Rocket?" Raven asked as she leaned close to Rocket, a hint of coyness to her voice.

"Ah, well…" Rocket replied, flustered.

"Raven," Jean admonished with an amused tone.

"I like seeing her flustered," Raven replied with a ghost of a smirk.

"I'm glad you're enjoying yourself," Rocket dryly said.

"I am," Raven replied.

(Jean: Raven, you should be nice to Rocket. She seems very nice)

Raven looked to Jean and quirked a brow.

(Raven: I am nice. Do I not look nice?)

Jean snorted and looked back to Blackfire.

(Jean: You are teasing her quite a bit. Does someone have another crush?)

(Raven: Hm…She is very cute but I doubt I have a crush on her.)

(Jean: True, I've seen what you do when you have a crush or do I need to remind you about when you first saw Venom?)

Raven's cheeks flushed a bit.

(Raven: I like making her flustered. It's cute on her. Plus, she'll have to get used to it if she and I are going to date Venom at the same time.)

Jean blinked in surprise before a crooked grin appeared on her face.

(Jean: Oh, so that's what's happening…Good thing you have two hands…)

Raven looked confused and was going to respond back until Rocket said "You know, this silence is really unnerving…"

"Oh, sorry," both Raven and Jean apologized in unison.

"Alright. I'm going to soul search. Rocket, please do take care of my body. I will be very upset if I come back to it and something bad has happened," Raven told her with a smirk and a dangerous look in her eyes.

"No worries, you can count on me. Besides, you have to talk to our spider boy regarding dating both of us, remember?" Rocket replied with a playful grin.

Raven looked away and slipped her hood over her head to hide her blush.

(Jean: Ooooh, she has you blushing)

"Quiet you," Raven said to Jean, who grinned, before Raven sat in the lotus position and shut her eyes. "Azaroth…Metrion…Ziiiinthoooos…." She chanted out, her voice fading out as an ethereal black raven flew from her body and darted off into the distance just as the sun started to rise.

Gotham City – Wayne Manor
Jason "Red X" Todd

A day had passed since the hectic war between Loki's arrival in Gotham and Mystique and her X-Force's treachery.

Even though he had awaken the night before, Bruce's body was unable to stay up so after his shocking appearance and some revelations, Bruce had fallen unconscious once more and now the four teens sat at the breakfast table, without their uniforms.

But things were worse between Jason and Richard.

After the reveal Bruce spilled his secret and then collapsed, Richard had immediately gone to bed and remained silent and while Jason understood why, it still irked him slightly.

"These waffles are wonderful Alfred," Laura said with a smile. "Just like Mama 'Ro makes 'em."

"Yeah seriously, this is fire," Felicia added after she dabbed her mouth with a napkin.

Both Richard and Jason nodded their thanks to Alfred and continued to eat but Richard kept his eyes on Jason. Jason let out an annoyed grunt as he gazed as Richard and asked "You got something you want to say to me Dick?"

Laura and Felicia looked at the pair.

Richard continued to eat for a moment but his eyes narrowed angrily. He swallowed his food and said "Only my family gets to call me that."

"This is seems familiar…" Felicia mumbled.

The reference was not lost on Jason.

"Come on, you can't get bent out of shape because I didn't tell you who I was," Jason said. "No one knew except my parents."

"That's damn problem," Richard said, biting back the anger that Jason knew he had. "We're brothers. Bruce adopted the both of us." The anger that wanted to seep out faded as sadness crept in. "I thought you dead Jase…We all did…"

Jason felt guilt flow through his veins.

"Richard, I'm sorry and admittedly, after what happened with Joker, I wasn't all myself. I was bitter and filled with hate and vengeance against Bruce. I have no idea how my moms were able to put up with me." Jason explained. "But they did. They healed me both mentally and physically…But by the time I was able to heal and be okay mentally, it was when I found out you were in Jump City after your skirmish with Slade."

"Why didn't you reach out to me then?" Richard asked. "Were you worried I would tell Bruce? Is that why you didn't tell me?"

"That was a part of it," Jason admitted. "But the other part was I didn't know what wanted to be. I was tired of being the hero after my near death and I had a thrill of being a thief so I wanted to carve my own path."

"So was it that thought that lead you to Jump City to steal my Red X suit and become him?" Richard asked before he grumbled "I should have known back then it was you. You and I were always evenly matched and our martial arts skills were similar…"

"Had to keep you on your feet," Jason said with grin before it became more heartfelt. "It was a combination of that and the fact that you are my brother and I had to make sure you were okay…Make sure your teammates were looking after you. Look, just because I'm very upset with Bruce doesn't make you, Cass or Tim any less my siblings. I love you guys."

Jason ignored the "Awww" expression on Felicia's face and the amused expression on Laura's. "I'm sorry I didn't tell you. You had a right to know," Jason finished.

Richard nodded and said "You can call me Dick again."

Jason smiled.

The grandfather clock on the wall chimed before it moved to the side to reveal an elevator door, which opened up to reveal an exhausted and unmasked Kate. "Long night," Kate said as she walked to the table and sat down beside Jason.

"You okay mom?" Jason asked.

"I'll be okay. Just exhausted from yesterday's events. Thankfully, I only caught one bank robber tonight, even with Arkham being destroyed."

"Just one?" Richard and Jason asked with surprise.

"Makes sense," Laura said. "Crime has been very low in Gotham. Most of the rouge's gallery packed up and left when "Batman" killed Joker and X-Force was established. This is the safest this city has ever been."

"That's amazing to hear…" Jason said, unable to wipe the smile off his face at the Joker's death. "So what happened to Joker?"

"I'm surprised you didn't hear about it," Laura said.

"Felicia and I were held captive by the now dead Mandarin for a while," Jason replied only to feel a hand collide with the back of his head. "Ow! Mom!" Jason exclaimed while Richard looked smug.

"Is that why I didn't hear from you for months on end?!" Kate yelled out. "You were kidnapped by the Mandarin?!"

"To be fair, we were caught by surprise," Felicia said weakly as Kate gave her a deep glare.

And then she smiled, which made a chill go up Jason's spine. "It seems we have a lot to catch up on Jason and Felicia. I'm sure Selina and Renee would love to hear everything that went down with the Mandarin," Kate said with a pleasant tone.

Both Jason and Felicia paled while Laura and Richard laughed.

Even Alfred chuckled.

But despite the fear of his upcoming talk with his other mom and Felicia's teacher, Jason felt more at home than he had since he left Highport and with Felicia by his side, he had a feeling that things were going to continue to go great.

"Everyone, please meet me in the batcave," Bruce's voice said over the intercom.

"So, the Infinity stones are six immensely powerful objects tied to different aspects of the universe, created by the Cosmic Entities. Each of the stones possess unique capabilities that have been enhanced and altered by various alien civilizations for millennia," Bruce recounted as he sat in his ruined batcave with the four teens and Kate.

"The Space Stone is blue, the Reality Stone is red, the Power Stone is purple, the Mind Stone is yellow, the Time Stone is green and the Soul Stone is orange. The person hunting these stones are Loki Odinson," Kate continued on.

"A prince of Asgard and the god of Mischief and now Mystique, who you believe is working with Slade, or as I know him, Deathstroke. And from what you've told me Laura, Loki has The Power Stone, the Space Stone, the Mind Stone and the Time Stone now. Does that sum it up?" Bruce questioned.

The four nodded.

"I see…" Bruce muttered.

"Yeah, it's been a rough…How long has it been?" Jason asked Felicia.

She blinked in confusion. "I lost track. It could have been a week?" She suggested.

"A week….Jeez," Richard said with a sigh. "Feels so much longer than that."

"You guys went through a lot," Kate said softly.

"It's admittedly troubling," Bruce added as he interlinked his fingers together. "Richard, you said you met with the X-Men in Japan, right?"

"Yeah. Ron Stoppable saved us from Loki's mind control," Richard said.

"Well no wonder he took Felicia, Rocket and I. He lost you, Starfire and Cyborg," Jason said with a frown. "He lost three, he gained three."

"…He has more than that," Richard said. "He has a lot of mutants on his side, most under the control of the Mind Stone but a few without out."

"Yeah, I fought one. Psylocke was her name," Laura said softly.

"What?!" Kate exclaimed.

Bruce looked to her and asked "You know her?"

"Her real name is Elizabeth Braddock. She, Renee and I were close friends. She disappeared three years ago…" Kate narrowed her eyes thoughtfully.

"Well she and I have a fight to settle," Laura growled out.

"But last I heard, she was a part of the X-men," Kate said, which shocked Laura. "I wonder why she would betray them…For this Odinson…"

"I will converse with Diana and Martian Manhunter and see what they knows about Loki and the Infinity Stones," Bruce said. "But before I do…Kate, how is Selina? Is she okay?"

Jason couldn't help but smirk at the soft tone Bruce's voice took at asking about Catwoman.

"She's okay. If she remains compliant, she will be healed and back here in no time," Kate replied.

Bruce looked relieved but that quickly gave way back to the cold and focused expression that was normal on the caped crusader. "Good. Jason, Richard, Felicia, you three are free to rest in your rooms. You, Miss Kinney, I need to know what has happened in Gotham during my time away."

Laura nodded but Richard said "If you don't mind Bruce, I'll remain here with Laura. I want to know more as well."

Jason watched Richard and Laura exchange a look which confused him before he caught on to Bruce's words. "Wait, our rooms?" Jason asked.

Jason watched as a soft expression look appeared in Bruce's eyes. "Yes…Did you think I would have given your room to someone else?" Bruce asked.

Kate placed a gentle hand on Jason's shoulder and said "Let me show you two up."

Jason nodded and together, he, his girlfriend and his mom left the batcave.

Amity Park
Soul of Raven

It had taken Raven the better part of the morning to arrive at the tower of light and when she did, the overwhelming amount of souls swirling around Amity Park was horrifying.

Through the tower of light, she could sense a large amount of power from within it.

"Who could have done this?"Raven asked softly. There was so much pain and suffering she felt coming from these souls.

"Plasmius…" A voice said from behind her.

Raven turned around at the voice and there she saw a teenager. She looked to be a year older than Raven herself, with pale orange hair, ghostly pale skin and pale blue eyes. She wore a completely white, hooded, cloak-like dress over a black sweater, and white shin-high boots over slate blue stockings.

And all around this ghost was mist.

Raven could sense the anguish flowing from this spirit and it made her own heart ache. "Find…Danny…" The ghost said before she closed her eyes. "Save…Family…" The ghost continued, her voice sad, her eyes reflecting her pain. "Tried…protect…I…perish…"

"Who are you?" Raven asked.

The ghost looked up at her and whispered sadly "That's….a Secret…"

Rain: And that is the end of this chapter. So DC buffs will recognize this hero as Secret but it won't be Greta Hayes at the helm and if we have Danny Phantom fans, you will know who helms Secret now.

And that is it…This is my last chapter on Fanfiction for good…Captain Blues is now 100% at the helm…I'll miss you guys and I hope you guys continue to enjoy these fics. Well, so long! Thanks for the memories!
