Summoning the Dragon King
Luna looked around the spot where they landed. A round tower was seen in the center of the rath.
'What's that?' she asked Morgana.
'The druidic dragon master's tower. It's miracle the ancient tower hasn't been destroyed. The dragon master used to call the dragons from the tower.'
'Will we climb the tower? I can't see the door on the ground floor.'
'We will use a ladder to the entrance on the third floor. They built the tower to protect their properties and their family from Viking's attack.'
'Clever. I like the idea. ' Luna picked up a long branch by her foot and chanted, 'Vera Verto.'
Supporting her to carry the long ladder, Morgana praised her, 'Well done.'
'Thank you, professor. Can I ask you something?'
'Yes, Miss Lovegood?'
''Are you Harry's distant relative? His mum's last name is Evans.'
'Yes, Evans clan members have been cursed for a long time.'
They attached the ladder directly to the entrance door. Morgana chanted a spell Luna didn't know. She guessed it might be the connecting spell for their safty. She climbed a few steps and held out her hand, 'Come on, Miss Lovegood.'
'Call me, Luna. My mum used to call me Luna just before she died.'
'Was she killed in the battle of Hogwarts?'
'No. She was accidentally killed by her own spell when I was nine.'
Morgana took off her cool mask, 'Poor girl. You miss her.' She clasped Luna's hand and led her to the entrance. With her wandless magic, the door was easily opened.
It was dark in the room. Morgana lit the candle and took an old book. She opened it and showed it to Luna.
'Wow, it's beautiful. Each letter is ornamental. How do you pronounce them?'
'Once you read them out, an intelligent dragon king will come to you. Are you ready, Luna?'
Luna flashed a smile. 'Yes, I am.'
Morgana began chanting the words, 'Rí an dragan, tar anseo. Tiocfaidh do chuid ama.'
Luna felt the strong wind shake the tower and a rumbling sound occurred in succession. She rushed towards the window when she caught a small mountain on the ground. It spread deep green wings, then she noticed it was not a mountain, it was an enormous dragon. He opened his mouth and she didn't miss his sharp fangs. He spoke in human's words,
'Cé a ghlaonn orm?'
Harry and Hermione walked down the hallway and went out of the castle. They were approaching to the pitch.
'Do you believe Dumbledore's words?' Harry asked.
'I don't know. I have to research professor Evans's thesis after dinner.'
'I'll send a rescue party if Luna doesn't come back before dinner.'
When they reached to the stand, Ginny waved her hand. Ron was hovering in the air with younger Gryffindors and hollered,
'Okay, guys. Here comes Harry Potter. He will teach you how to fly.' He descended to the ground and dismounted his Cleansweep eleven. 'Harry, me and Ginny chose one talented Chaser and two reserves. We need the best Seeker, you will be reserve, and they are three candidates.' Ron looked up the younger students who looked quite excited to see Harry.
Ginny looked relaxed with Ron. Harry grinned wide. He conjured a shrunk broomstick and enlargeed it. He mounted it and soared in the clouded sky. The hem of his robes fluttered in the wind. He shouted at the other Gryffindors,
'Okay, guys. Who will win the race with me?'
