Roghnaigh tú é, ní mise, Merlin.
I got power to destroy your country.
You chose him, not me, Merlin.
This is my revenge.
Morgana was hungry. The souls kept her alive, but they protested inside her. Their magic was strange to her. It was very different from the girl's soul. Half of her remained as a ghost and the other half gave Morgana power to stay on the earth. She needed much more power. When Merlin's spell was broken, she would suck Harry Potter's soul or Ginevra Weasley's. Their pure magic let her live more years on the earth.
—The baby would revive as a dragon. When he grew, the spell would be broken. Lancelot came back as Sirius Black who chased after me. I barely managed to escape, but I didn't have enough time. Only the other Black could kill him once more. So I chose the daughter of Bellatrix Black. It was lucky her soul was hovering underground after Molly Weasley finished her.
The reptile king woke up.
—You changed the system of metempsychosis. Someday, you will regret what you did.
—Shut up. I have right to reconstruct my kingdom. You thank me. You can suck human's souls any time.
—Yes, my lady, but I have right to choose my real master.'
—What do you mean? Who did you find?
―I won't tell yet. Time is not ready.
—Merlin is dead. Your master is me. They exploited my people, treating them as their slaves.
ーThey can change by themselves. The soul I sucked yesterday is a prophet's. He told me the savior was coming.
Ba chóir go mbeadh daoine a bheith imithe in éag.
You know humans today are harmful. They can't stop killing each other. The Soul Maker must be regretful about it.
—That's why I came back to finish Merlin's magic. Humans are happy to have us. They can live with us without killing each other. Their souls will be beautiful.
The silver bow hung low in the air. A moth-like star was flickering. Luna breathed in the evening air. Home. She was sorry for leaving her father alone. She feigned smiling at Rolf, handing him a DA coin.
—I sent Hermione a message. She will come and open the gate.
—Who is Her...?
Before asking, a bushy haired woman came tripping along the path toward them.
—Luna! She unlocked the gate. And who is this gentleman?
—He is Rolf Scamander, a fantastic beast tamer.
The bookworm agaped and said his grandfather's name with excitement. Rolf threw his charming smile and the know-it-all began enumerating various kinds of magical creatures and told she was visiting Hagrid, a caretaker.
—Harry and Ron are there as well. We have worried about you. Where were you?
—I was with Professor Evans. She is a kind of Dementor in a human form. We saw her and the King Dragon suck the souls near the sacred rock in Australia.
Luna told Hermione the numbers of the other dragons. Rolf added the disastrous state of the magical town there. Hermione took them to the Headmistress's office. They looked tired after a long journey via Portkey, so MacGonagall would be busy preparing for their stay.
When the crescent was going to set, Hermione rejoined Harry and Ron. The baby dragon had been sleeping and Hagrid didn't show the creature in front of the student. Harry told him not to do even if it woke up. He was afraid that it would start sucking the human's soul.
—Don't be so nervous, Harry. He is alright. The half-giant poured tea into each cup.
He urged them to take a piece of brick. The young Aurors contrived to bite the hard rock, the red haired one complained it was getting harder and Hogwarts Cyclops should check the right amount of baking powder.
Their chatting woke the wee mythical monster. Harry got alert and pulled his holly wand. Evan talked to him through his mind as usual and the Boy Who Survived asked straight if the winged serpent would suck human's souls or not near future.
—I am the offspring of soul eaters, but I will die if I try.
—You will die? Why?
—Your magical god's power is enormous in this kingdom. We need four elemnts to break the spell.
—You mean the wizards and witches who have four elements?
—I talked too much. Forget what I said. I feel what you are thinking. You are going to stop it. But it's too late. I like here. Most of the students like me. Easy to control them. Oh, you had better not think to kill me. If you try, you will lose your gift.
—What gift?
—Dragon language and your Patronus.
That was the end of their conversation when Hagrid began taking care of the baby dragon. Harry said to his friends,
'I'll tell you later,' he stood up.
Draco, who had been entertaining himself conjuring a silvery dragon, hid behind a tall sandglass when the trio came back. Calling Harry's image to his mind was exciting, but seeing the person himself was better. He was a dashing spirit Draco couldn't be, he knew he was coward, he remembered the humiliating experience related with the ex-DADA teacher in his fourth year. Numerous teasings was precisely because Draco loved him.
They whispered something serious again. Draco thought they would save the world as they did before and he was going to wait until they left. But he couldn't resist going out when he heard the word, the soul eater.
—What are you up to, Malfoy?' Weasley pointed his wand, disgusted.
Potter looked indifferent, but his eyes behind the glasses were observant. The strong magical aura went up, it was impressive.
—You talked about soul eaters? My face got pale.
—You know the creatures? Potter asked quietly.
If it had not been an urgent matter, my heart would have been fluttered when he was in close proximity to me.
—They are ancient creatures. Merlin contained them. There used to be picture books about them, but they prohibited publishing.
—Why? To Potter's question, Weasley answered instead.
—Too grotesque. Fred and George found the book and mum scolded them. Then Weasley got quiet, I feel for him. His brother was killed.
—Strong hatred bears the creature. Dementors derived from it. I stared at Potter's beautiful green.
