Dear Sam,

I was laying in my bed for the night and yet again more memories of you haunt me. Tonight's ghost is the day I fell for you. When we were about fourteen our parents had enrolled us in Truman High while they worked a big case. It was supposed to be for only two or three weeks if I remember right. They had paid for a hotel room for us to share while they were away.

Our first day John dropped us off. You weren't very happy about starting a new school again. Then again back then you didn't really want the hunting life. I remember being happy we had our first class together. But this kid kept messing with me. I tried my best to ignore the jerk. When we were leaving class he trapped me by my locker.

He kept trying to flirt and touch my face. I was honestly scared. But then you stepped in and told him to back off. The boy threatened you but you never backed down. He shoved you and you fought back. The boy ran off after being humiliated in front of almost the whole school. I never told you this Sam but that day not only did I fall for you but you became my hero. You're still my hero Sam, even after everything that happened. Maybe just maybe someday you'll save me again.

Love always,

Y/N.
