AN: Okay, before we begin, there won't be any new chapters in December. Just to give you guys the heads up.
Chapter 38
Last time, Team RWBY, particularly Weiss and Blake, entered the Brazil City Pokemon Showcase. The first theme was flower arrangement and both of them won. Weiss competed in the second round with her wonderful dancing and grace alongside her Pokemon. And now, it is Blake's turn.

"And now," Pierre says, "our final round of the freestyle performance. Please give it up for our final performer, Blake Belladonna!"
The crowd cheers as the curtain opens and the crowd cheers. However, the stage is empty. Blake and her Pokemon are not on stage which perplex the audience on what is going on. As they are confuse, a ninja suddenly appeared with along with a Frogadier that surprised the audience as Frogadier shoots bubbles all around followed by an Aveden above spreads its wings as feathers appear in front of it. It then flaps its wings, releasing a shroud of white feathers as they get absorbed into the bubbles. Then a Tircwe uses thunder shock onto the bubbles form the left side of the stage as a Smore uses ember on the right. The combination of these cause the bubbles to become electrified and create an electrical cage as the embers turn the white feathers into flaming feathers that later explode. Once the dust settles, Blake is there in her costume, ears showing and holding two fans, one in each hand, that are black with pink cherry blossom petals. Everyone was caught off-guard as the four of five Pokemon come in and pose. They were so blown away that they didn't really notice Blake's Faunus traits showing.
What happened next is classic Japanese music started playing (Mistral to Team RWBY) as Blake and her Pokemon started to dance with grace and elegance similar to traditional Japanese dancing as her Pokemon mimic Blake's movements. The way they dance draws everyone in as they are absorbed by such perfect movements and motions as Frogadier fires a water pulse followed by Aveden's air cutters, Tircwe's thunder wave and Smore's embers. The combination of four different elements resulted in the water pulse being in the center while having air cutters cutting the watery orb with their blades fused with electricity and fire. The super charge air cutters cut through the water pulse that resulted in sprinkles of red, yellow, white and blue scattered all across the audience. Then Smore and Tircwe fire poison stinger needles at the thing that resulted in an explosion yet also transformed into a giant, glowing purple lotus that Aveden uses quick attack through it and looks like a small, purple flaming phoenix that the audience are in total awe.
Aveden flies by as the audience are mesmerized by such a sight. Then, above the stage, Aveden uses flash to produce a blinding light that everyone in the audience covered their eyes. Yet once the light dies down, Aveden's purple body becomes pure white and shining. Almost as if Aveden was transformed into a divine phoenix or something as it gently lands on Blake's fan being held in her left hand with her other Pokemon striking a pose with Frogadier doing a ninja pose on Blake's head while the two bug-types pose on her shoulders. For a few moments, there was silence in the audience before they give off a thunderous applause for such a spectacular show, along with a few whistles. Even more so than what Weiss got. Not only that, Pierre is speechless and finds himself applauding with everyone else. Blake's Pokemon jumped down and bow to the audience along with Blake in a similar fashion as a Japanese performer before the curtain closes.
Not long after, all the girls who have performed are on stage as they await to receive the votes.
Pierre says to the audience, "And now, please have your glowcasters ready to cast your votes. Un...deux...trois!"
Ruby has her glowcaster, "Go, Weiss!"
Yang has hers out, "Go for the gold, Blake!"
Everyone raise their glowcasters and cast their votes and, just like before, multiple colored orbs fly over to the jeweled hearts attached to the hips of the Pokemon performers with purple being Blake and white being Weiss. The holographic hearts above started to fill for each and every vote they have received. Although, there are more white and purple orbs than all the other colors. The reason being is because both Weiss and Blake have created new forms of performances that many performers can only dream of...or can't think outside of the box when creating new awe inspiring moves. Weiss' performance was spectacular and full of wonder, while Blake's performance is a bit more elegant and exotic. After a few seconds, all the orbs have been gathered and the last of the votes have been cast.
"And the winner of Brazil City's Pokemon Performance is..." a drum roll rolls for ten seconds for dramatic effect, "Princess Blake!"
The crowd cheers as Blake won. Weiss and Blake's votes were almost even but Blake won by one vote above her.
Weiss sighs, "So close." but smiles, "Oh well. This is actually pretty fun. And I can't wait for next time."
Pierre gives Blake her first princess key.
Blake has obtained a Princess Key.
Pierre closes, "Congratulations, Princess Blake. And thank you all for being a wonderful audience. We hope to see you all next time where dreams can become reality! In the meantime, we bid you adieu."
Somewhere else, in a helicopter, Franklin is watching his Megadex the Pokemon Showcase in the back. Not only that, his arm is completely healed. It is no longer in a cast.
He smirks, "Well done, you two. I have to say, it's awe inspiring."
The pilot dressed as a Pokemon Ranger looked at Franklin, "Did you say something?"
"Just commenting on the Showcase in Brazil City."
"Oh." The pilot focuses back on piloting.
They are traveling through the desert as they make it to some sort of ruined cave or cavern on the walls of the strange mountains.
"Here we are." the pilot says, "The Cave of Legends." he lands the helicopter, "Are you sure you wanna go in there? Not a lot of trainers made it out."
Franklin comes out, "I'm sure. I'll contact you when I'm done."
The guy laughs, "HA! Assuming you ever come out!" and takes off.
Franklin approaches the cave and looks down. From what little sunlight that illuminates his vision, there are white marble stairs that lead down into the cave to where the legendary and mythical Pokemon are at.
"Let's go!" he says and jumps in.
Back on Remnant, the video of Weiss and Blake's Pokemon performance was shown all across the world. Everyone really loved the performance and are dazzled by what they saw. Even a few fan clubs started to pop out that praise either one of the two Huntresses. Yet over at Atlas, some of the upper crusts criticized and talk trash about Weiss for losing to a Faunus, much to Jacque's anger as it is ruining the Schnee's reputation. On the other side of the spectrum of Remnant's society, many Faunus praise Blake as a heroine among the Faunus for being better than the Schnee's or any humans. As for the White Fang, well...they have been split between those who have different views on Blake. One group still sees her as a traitor, which is being led by Adam Taurus (of course), while others see her as a heroine, which is being led by Ilia Amolita. The ones that see her as a heroine, all female members wear black bows on their heads while males wear black ties. Poor Sienna Khan is caught in the middle and tries to keep the White Fang together.
Over at Menagerie, there is a stall vendor selling models of Blake. Three kinds as a matter of fact. One model is that of Blake with her weapons. The second shows Blake in her showcase outfit and her Pokemon. The last one is Blake in a Frogadier suit while doing a cute little pose.
The male vendor with wolf ears shout, "Come and get models of Blake Belladonna, made by members of the Blake Belladonna Fan Club! Come and get them while they last!"
A large crowd has gathered as they buy the models. However, Ghira Belladonna, Blake's father, shows up. When the crowd sees him, they step out of the way and clear a path for him as he walks towards the vendor. As he stands in front of the wolf Faunus, he glares down at him looking serious. The poor vendor has his ears folded down and is scared about what is gonna happen to him.
The poor vendor is freaking out, "Ch-Ch-Chief! H-h-h-how may I help you?"
Yet Ghira raises one finger, "I would like to have one of each model of my daughter, please?"
"Um...sure?"
Ghira returns home with three boxes, each of them containing a different model of his daughter. "Kali, I'm home! And I got something you might like!"
"I'm in the living room!" Kali shouts from the upper floors.
Ghira heads towards to the living room.
Kali is sitting on the couch as she looks at Ghira, "Welcome home, dear."
"Hello, my love." he closes the door and approach with a smile, "You wouldn't believe what I found in the market."
Ghira place the boxes in front of Kali one by one, much to her surprise.
"I found models of Blake!"
"Umm...honey...this is a bit...disturbing. I mean, do you think that having models of our daughter is a bit creepy?" Kali is a bit disturbed by having models of Blake.
Yet Ghira's smirk and points behind the couch, "Says the hypocrite that has a hug pillow of our daughter."
Kali looks behind the couch and sees that her hug pillow has its left corner sticking out, which causes her to freak out.
She tries to hide it and is acting nervous, "Um, uh. You see. I need emotional support, and, um, well..." Then she admits the truth, "Alright, alright!" she grabs the pillow and holds it tight, "I really miss my baby, okay!" She snuggles the pillow tighter, "I miss Blake."
Ghira sits down and hugs his wife with the pillow between them, "I know. I miss Blake as well."
Over at the White Fang headquarters, in the throne room, two sides of the White Fang are in a heated argument about Blake. It is hard to hear what everyone is saying because of all the incoherent yelling and loud screaming as Sienna watches from her throne. She is upset about all the arguing going on as she just sits there and watches. Even if she were to raise her voice, it will be just another part of the collective in the super loud room. She just sighs in disappointment with all that is going on. Sienna is now a powerless leader of the White Fang.
One man who supports Adam says, "Adam says that brat is a traitor who had join the Huntsmen! He is our hero who had brought us many victories!"
"YEAH!" everyone on that guy's side said in agreement.
Yet one woman that supports Ilia says, "Yet Blake won against a Schnee! A Schnee! The enemy of all Faunus! Anyone that can take a Schnee down by a peg is a hero in our books!"
"YEAH!" everyone on that woman's side said in agreement.
That is when Sienna takes her stand, "ENOUGH!" she yells out. "Everyone has good points to make and I will take in consideration with all your cases!" She sits back down on her thrown, "Now then, let's focus on the next raid at the mine."
"Forget about it!" one of the female Adam supporters shout, "I would prefer to go to the new world! At least the humans there are friendlier!"
Yet a male Adam supporter says, "How can you say that?! Humans will always be our enemies!"
"But the humans in that new world are waaaayyy better than the ones we got here!"
Another Adam supporter, female, says, "But they would treat us the same as the humans in this world!"
One male Ilia supporter points, "Hey! That woman has a point for once! The humans in that world are more open and accepting! I even read the news of that world saying that they're going to treat the new hybrids as normal people if they aren't able to cure them!"
One female Ilia supporter points her finger, "Oh, supporting a traitor, uh?!"
Then it devolved into a major argument with incoherent yelling and screaming. Unable to take it anymore, Sienna just leaves. She shuts the door behind her and facepalms while leaning against the door.
"What am I gonna do with this mess?"
The White Fang, the brotherhood that is supposed to unite the Faunus, is now crumbling from within. At this rate, there might be different groups with their own ideals and who supports who.
Sienna tries to think of something, "I need to find a way to quell this before the White Fang are finished."
Back in the Pokemon World, Team RWBY went through a jungle in the southern parts of Hotwater Isle. Good new is, they manage to reach the gym. Bad news, they are completely exhausted as they came out from the brush. Their outfits are a little dirty and have some leaves stuck on them and some leaves in their hair.
Ruby falls to her knees and says in an exhausted breath, "Finally...we made it..."
Blake sits down, "I need a brake."
Weiss sits down, "I need a bath."
Yang falls flat on her back yet use the last of her energy to yell, "WHO IN THE RIGHT MIND WOULD HAVE A GYM ALL THE WAY OUT HERE!?"
In front of them, there is a gym-like building that looks similar to the ones from the Galar Region in front of a beach. Despite looking like a stadium, it's beach side looks more like it has a dock meant for boat racing. Yet there also appears to be some sort of surf shack with a lot of different surf boards. Unfortunately for Team RWBY, they're gonna take a break and wait until they regained their energy.
"Hey." Blake says Yang, "Good thing we got some Pokemon in that jungle."
"Uh-uh." that is pretty much all Yang can say in her exhausted state.
Ruby says while lying on her back, "What kind of Pokemon the gym leader uses again?"
Weiss looks up her Megadex, "The gym leader uses-"
Gonna have to wait until the next chapter!
