16. Relaxation

.

Hey guys,

It's been a while… I know. I apologize, time has just been seeping through my fingers like sand. I had a lot to do and with this COVID situation in my country it's not easy in my profession to find much energy left to write. My first vacation of the year fell into the second 's my last day before I'll be back to work again. It was definitely not what I've planned for our holiday. No spas, no journeys, no airplanes, no hotels, no restaurants, no christmas markets. Perfect. Then the staff roster for next month came. An unusual amount of 24 hour shifts, even a 24 hour shift on Christmas, but freetime on new years eve. Unfortunately that's the other way around than my significant other will have to work. Perfect… Lucky me… Yep, I'll be playing the song "I hate my life" from Theory of a Deadman on repeat instead of Christmas songs. Hopefully you get the sarcasm, but I would be lying if I would say I'm not a little depressed right now and all Christmas spirit has vanished. I don't know if anyone is really reading this, anyway, here's the new chapter.

"Good morning, hime." A barefaced and broadly smiling Kakashi greeted her.

Sakura was still lying next to him, completely curled up in the comfy sheets and leaving him very naked. The early morning sunrays bathed his hair in silver sparkles. Sleepy emerald eyes drank in his marvellous appearance. "Good morning, gorgeous." The pinkette returned his smile, she would never get enough of his look, that she was sure of.

Lovestruck eyes met and began to remember what they had done during the night. Kakashi leaned forward and stole a sweet kiss from her soft and rosy lips. Her roaring stomach seemingly had other priorities and surprisingly disturbed their peaceful moment.

The silverhead chuckled "Are you hungry?"

Sakura gave him an embarrassed look and nodded shyly.

"I've ordered us breakfast. It will be delivered soon." He smiled at her as he carefully put some pink tresses behind her ear.

Eventually there was a knock on the door indicating their food was there. Kakashi stood up and reached out for her to follow him. His appearance changed into Tatsuo. Coated in fluffy dressing gowns only they opened the door and let the hotel staff set their breakfast. It was warm enough to sit outside on their terrace, the staff left and let them enjoy their meal. Breakfast turned out to be a delicious assortment of fresh fruit, warm buckwheat porridge with autumn spices, soft boiled eggs, some veggies, thin slices of crispy quinoa bread and a variation of cheese with different chutneys, grapes and pear mustard. They took their time to indulge in the range of taste and the nice sun radiance on their cozy terrace.

Afterwards the couple decides to take a dip in their outside pool. The pinkette snuggled close to his chest as they relished the warmth of the water.

"To make our relaxation even more pleasurable and as a reminder of our first stay at a spa hotel together, I would recommend partner massages today. What do you think?"

Sakura smiled at him, "I love the idea! Unless our touchy massage teacher would be a part of this!"

"But you have to concede one thing to her: With her actions she brought us nearer to bodily contact than anybody else." He chuckled and gave her a sexy smirk.

"Yeah, kind of. But she wasn't the one who gave us the room with the see-through wall." Both laughed about their eventful memories.

Later Kakashi in disguise and Sakura were led into a small room inside the spa complex of the hotel. The walls were dark, the room was only lit by candles and an amazing aroma of finely scented oils whiffed around. In the center of the room there were two massage tables set out with fluffy towels. Two masseurs entered the room and friendly led them to the massage tables.

The female masseur began to massage Tatsuo in a too clingy and touchy way for Sakura's taste. The pinkette shrieked up, when she noticed the face of the woman. The pink-haired Konoha medic went out of the room.

"I'm sorry. Give us a minute." Her now light brown-haired companion said to the masseurs and followed her.

The couple stopped in an anteroom and began to talk.

"THAT Woman!" Sakura was fuming.

I knew it!

I want to kill her!

"Shh, remember why we're here." His look said it all. Disguise! "I feel deeply sorry. I had no idea."

She looked so tense and agitated.

"Sakura, please calm down. It's just a coincidence." Trying hard he gave her a soft smile.

"No, she's creeping up under my skin. She wants to take you away from me. I don't know why, I don't know what I've done to her, but she hates me." The pinkette's words weren't more than a whisper, meant for his ears only to notice.

"Sakura…" a soothing hand rubbed her arm gently as he sent her another encouraging smile.

Yoko stepped out of the massage room and coughed apologetically for her disturbance, "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to offend you in any way, Haruno-san. Please come back inside. Of course we can switch masseurs if you want. Let me help you with your ever tense shoulders, as I recall."

"No fucking way!" Angrily the pinkette stormed away into the nearby open spa area. It was too much for her, she needed a moment to breathe.

Tatsuo sighed. "That means I have to cancel our massage appointment. Thank you for your time."

"Anytime. I apologize." Yoko bowed and continued, "I don't mean to pry, but you should try to talk to her."

Tatsuo nodded and ruffled his hair. Wordless he went to the spa area himself. First he would take a dip into the cool water pool and afterwards he would look for his overly forbearing girlfriend. Hopefully she would cool down too.

That was definitely not what he had planned for today.
